Chick-fil-A is one of the best restaurants. Customer services is the best. Sometimes I get lost using the app and they are so good at assisting me and showing me how to use it properly. A little pricey play good quality food. Did anyone know that they sell 5 lb bags of pellet ice aka nugget ice. The yogurt fruit parfaits are the best! I could go on and on. In this heat I do appreciate the water spray fans!!!

Been here many times, it’s definitely one of the busier Chicago Fil A restaurants, busy shipping center, the parking lot can be challenging at times but very convenient if you’re shopping in the area. As always, very clean, lots of indoor seating, no outdoor seating available. Friends staff, same quality as expected at any chic fil a, very clean, have been here multiple time and will return as well as recommend, drive thru available as well.

I have eaten at this CFA several times. I went during lunch rush today and there was of course a long drive thru line and no parking nearby which is why I give it a 4/5. There is also limited indoor seating. It didn't take long to get our order placed, employees greeted us, smiled, and were friendly. From ordering it took about 10min to get my takeout order, no mistakes, foot was warm and delicious. Would recommend. *There is an indoor children playground that is open*

Food good, I just never seen a chick-fil-A kind of dirty. Normally they are always clean,but rhese one was kind of messy, Iguassu is more noticeable because of the floor. Anyway food was good, just not a fan of always my cheese not been melted like when you order breakfast.

This is the Glendora outlet that has both indoor seating and a drive thru. Of course I have had their chicken sandwich before and did not have too much of any complaints. But after paying close to $7 for a small piece of a very salty breaded chicken breast on a bun, I am not sure if this is worth it. Secondly the experience is enhanced by dipping this salty sandwich into a Chick-fil-A sauce which is quite sweet and tart. Basically we are covering up this salty meat taste with a sweet sauce. I personally don’t think the product deserves more than 3 stars. Their service and facilities are however quite good and staff are very proactive and caring.

I used to love chick fil a but stopped eating there as of late because the price increases were getting ridiculous but I had a gift card so I decided to order my usual. What in the shrinkflation is going on here???? There were literally crumbles of chicken in here and then it was so empty the tortilla wrapped around multiple times. I used to not be able to finish these they were so full. The fact that this cost $12 is beyond me.

I want to update my experience couple days ago. 1/I ordered two lunch meal combo and they forgot parfait in my order. On my way home, I just realized why I didn’t have my parfait lol…2/I found a hair in the egg white. 3/I ordered twice the biscuits with grilled chicken and the chickens were all charred probably overcooked maybe. However I think the employees here are really friendly and polite. They always want to serve the customers better. I appreciate that. I guess they just need to pay more attention on food quality and order accuracy.

Waited 25 minutes in the “drive thru” parking spot after being told someone would bring out our order. Went in there and the employees had 0 idea where my order was until someone else found it. The manager wasn’t very helpful at getting this issue fixed. When we got home our food was cold and unappetizing. This place has frequently been unable to do very basic things, even McDonald’s does a better job. There has been items missing from our order. The employees look like and act like they do not want to be there, and as a result the customers get pathetic customer service. The only hard working person there was the person standing outside taking orders. Everyone else inside the building was just wandering or standing around, so it doesn’t make sense why they can’t do their basic job duties correctly.

Update: I would recommend going to Raisin' Canes 100 ft away. This is the 3rd time in a row where we've ran into an issue of some sort. Today, we ordered in the drive-thru, paid, and our food wasn't ready at the window. We were asked to pull out and wait in a parking space. 25 minutes goes by and ZERO activity. I walked in and all the workers are confused. I get my lukewarm food and can't get any answers about WHY this happened. I see the bad reviews are starting to add up and it's not just me. Why call it a drive-thru when I'm having to park and walk in and out myself to get the food they should have brought me. My consolation prize? 2 cookies and theirs? I'm not coming back to this place ever again. 🤡🤡🤡 My wife got food poisoning a few days ago. We're not sure if it was from the southwestern salad or the new peach frosty lemonade drink. This location has failed to deliver on the order when visiting via drive-thru. They have forgotten items on a few separate occasions when claiming that "everything's in the bag" they're handing me out of the window.

I usually love this CFA but after today I’m never going again. I asked for cookie crumbles on and in my shake (they ALWAYS give them to me) and this one girl that’s the MANAGER said that they don’t do it cause it’s corporate which I doubt it is cause I don’t think js putting cookie crumbles on top of the whipped cream would be corporate but this one dude that actually helped us in the drive thru was nice abt it and said srry AND i asked for 2 ketchups and they gave me 2 chick fil a sauces like I literally ask for 2 ketchups all the time and they give it me. Yea never coming back.
