This is hands down the best Chipotle, we love this location so much! All the employees are so nice, the manager has come to recognize my husband & I, she provides such incredible service! I’m always so impressed with how fast, friendly, & personable their staff is! Whoever’s hiring the lovely people here has a great eye for staffing, there’s always a friendly face here! Low employee turn-over is always a great sign of good management, those are the kind of businesses we go out of our way to support, nothing bothers me more than poorly treated employees. Thanks guys, you rock!
Went in to pick up dinner for my family and my wife ordered 3 tacos of Carnitas unfortunately when they added the carnitas to the tacos there was barley any left other than a few shreds but luckily I got great employee by the name of NOEL. He went the extra mile and went to the back and got my wife some more Carnitas for her tacos. I wanted to give him a big thank you for the exceptional Service. We need more employees like Noel.
Always delicious, the chicken and steak are always fresh, guac is amazing to. Pro tip get a bowl and a tortilla on the side and you can make youw own burrito, plus you get more food that way!
Very friendly customer service. The food is without comparison. I can leave here knowing I won't be hungry afterwards. I appreciated the cooperation of the staff in allowing me to use Samsung Pay at the register. Most restaurants insist that it doesn't work (when really it does), so I appreciate their understanding. Louis is a very kind individual and should be an example at great customer service. I would definitely recommend eating here whether it be for lunch or dinner.
I had a great experience at Chipotle. I ordered a barbacoa burrito and it was absolutely delicious. The meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, with rich flavor in every bite. My daughter and I decided on Chipotle today for lunch. I really like coming to this location in Glendora. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and I especially like that the tables are far apart from each another. The dining area is clean and tidy. We decided on having carnita tacos, black beans, brown rice, guacamole and chips. Everything was super tasty and delicious. We ate it up really fast. This location always stands out for their fresh and flavorful food. The service has always been friendly, courteous, and accommodating. We will be coming back for the food and shopping in the area.
Just went to chipotle today...first time experience (originally from texas ) i was greeted by a great customer staff and the burrito engineer , i think her name was jasmine or Julianna, loaded my bowl, 10/10 wld recommend

Usually I get ignored when I have a pickup. They don't say hi or tell you they'll be right with you. There is a pickup shelf but they don't use it so it's just me awkwardly standing there until someone eventually acknowledges me.
This location is a bit smaller than most Chipotles, but the staff is friendly and efficient. You won't be disappointed.

Came here at like lunch rush. The speed was pretty slow for whatever reason; waited about 15 to 20 minutes before it was my turn. Thankfully, was not in a huge rush myself. The guy who made my burrito seemed to be spaced out a bit when I noticed my burrito looked like it was gonna explode with how much of each ingredient I asked for into it, especially the rice, which I don't mind, but that was a LOT compared to other branches I've been too. Also, not sure if it was the beans or the meat, but one of them had way too much salt. Otherwise, food was decent enough for my burrito fix XD

We haven’t had very good experiences at this location in Glendora. The worst experience was after restaurants opened up from covid. The girl who “helped” us was awful. She acted like we were inconveniencing her when we wanted certain things on our order. This most recent time was barely slightly better. It was later on in the evening so it wasn’t as if they were busy. The girl “helping” us had no personality and wasn’t very friendly at all. The dining area was a complete disaster. Every table inside was dirty. Then it looked like someone was going to start cleaning tables and he went outside to clean! We had to ask for utensils and the area to get utensils and drinks was a mess. I don’t think we are ever coming to this location again. We filled out the survey this place was awful and never heard back from management. I guess they don’t want our money. We will go elsewhere from now on.
Stopped by this Chipotle for a quick bite while passing through. We ordered crunchy steak tacos and a chicken bowl. I have a gluten allergy, so I can only eat the corn tortillas, which come only crunchy, or a bowl/ salad. Overall, the staff was friendly but not super helpful as to allergen information. The inside was well spaced out to comply with the COVID regulations and there are a few outside dining spots, if that's what you're into. The restaurant is located in the shopping mall, so there is plenty of parking all over. There are plenty of other stores nearby to walk around. The food overall was not bad. The crunchy tortillas are a little harder to fill than soft tacos and there were many toppings that ended up just getting put on top of everything instead of inside the actual tortilla. Thankfully, there's forks and napkins. The guac tasted a little off and the chicken was much spicier than we thought it would be, but it was pretty good overall.
I used to like Chipotle. Fresh, healthy, friendly. I don't complain much but last week's experience was horrible. Food not fresh, staff including manager rude and pushy - get through the line, what do you want, what do you want, what do you want, portions much smaller than last time and even more expensive! And why do they keep changing their recipes to be spicier and spicier, or, was it just this Chipotle? We used to be a once a week Chipotle family and a year ago ruined that... It's been about a year. I've written this review to remind myself to not go back.
I would have to agree with the last review of this location. My daughter and I came here back in September and had a much more positive experience as to the one we had tonight in February. The overall atmosphere/vibe was negative. I could tell the staff working was understaffed and they were trying their best to be positive. The cleanliness of the place was pretty bad. The cash register area was covered in bits and pieces of previous customers orders, the trash cans in the lobby were overflowing, and the seating area needed some love as well. I'm going to say that this location had a super busy day and wasn't prepared for it, which is wonderful for them in the long run but disapointing to those of us dining there tonight. I'm not discrediting the efforts of the staff working tonight, they did their best. The manager on duty should have been better trained, knowledgeable, and empowered to call in additional staff for help. It isn't their fault, it's the store managers fault.

I thought I would give it another shot since the Loma Linda Location was pretty decent. After trying, both Loma Linda still seems to rate higher in taste and amount for dollar spent. Still, I would go if a craving hit. 3 stars...

What HAPPENED TO FRESH CLEAN FOOD AND CLEAN KITCHEN???? OMG get it together GLENDORA CHIPOTLE what a disappointment 😞 the servers should be wiping and cleaning the counters it was filthy not enough rice and when you ask for extra anything THE SERVERS LOOK LIKE YOUR KILLING THEM... Sorry zero for service zero for cleanliness zero for good food fast!!! CHIPS ARE STALE AND THE GREEN SALSA IS DEFINITELY NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE... Bottom line MANAGEMENT IS NOT DOING THERE JOB SUPERVISING EMPLOYEES PERIOD....
I went for the first time to this location and had a poor experience. Tacos were kind of cold so guess meat wasn't served hot enough. I tasted something hard in the meat? Bone maybe? I also didn't get a receipt with my order. Cashier seemed in a rush and left soon as my charge was approved. It was around 3pm. I don't plan on coming back.
6:30 pm, missing several items, rice, onion peppers, chicken, the carnitas looked like it was swimming in weeks old grease. And the service was pathetic, slow, indifferent, the you don't like it, leave, attitude. I should have. Waited more than 5 minutes for chicken then just a tiny scoop, "that's all"? "You can order extra if you like". Should have left as soon as I walked in. I used to like this place years back. I'll pass next time.
Staff were courteous, fast, and cheerful! But the chicken in both my burrito and my wife's bowl was awful. The chicken was so bad that neither of us finished our meals and I was sick for the rest of the evening and part of the next morning.
Let me start off by saying that the customer service is pretty good here usually. The food is sadly what kills the good rating. The rice is either too soupy or its burnt and feels like you're eating rocks. Now thats not always the case but evertime I go to retry it hoping it'll be better, its just a let down. Sometimes the meat itself has come out raw, which is fine with me but can be harmful to others. I dont know about other locations and how they are but this one when it comes to food is sub par.
Disappointing on many levels. My son & I were travelling and went there based on positive experiences at the Chipotle Mexican near home. The staff was lackadaisical & complacent. There were not many customers, maybe two other tables, so they were not busy. They were slow to recognize us when we entered, slow to seat us, the waitress was slow at everything, her first trip to our table, menus, water, food, and the check. The food was bland to taste and cold. The cost was more than I care to ever pay for low quality food. The $15/hour minimum wage for simple jobs that do not require any ability is destroying the economy.
I came in more than an hour before this store was closing and was greeted by terrible customer service. It felt as though none of the employees wanted to be there. I regularly go to Chipotle and the protein portion they gave me tonight or less than a third of the normal serving. They were also out of several meats and did not offer to make any more. They were also out of it chips and guacamole which did not make any sense as it was more than an hour before closing. Unfortunately it was a bad experience at this one and I just wanted to make it documented because I will more than likely never return to this location again.

We go to this location frequently but the recent trip, there were five people behind the counter standing there talking to each other. We were picking up our online order and when my boyfriend went up to the counter he mentioned his name and between that and getting handed our food, not a single word was uttered by the girl behind the counter. There were also two bags ready for pickup on the shelf but ours was not there. Maybe try to learn some customer service skills guys? I guess they needed bodies and not actual caring human beings working here.

This chipotle is dirty and nasty. Food all over the floor and on most of the tables. Nobody walked around to clean the tables off at all. A lady who looked like she was the manager, came out and straightened up the chairs and took the trays and baskets in the back, but not once did she clean or sweep the floors or have anybody else do it. this is by far the dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever been to also all of the trash cans were overflowing with trash I would give this place zero stars if I could
Service has really gone down, I never pay cash and the one time I have to they refused to break a $100. And on top of that chips are usually stale and guacamole is poorly made.
I unfortunately found a metal washer/ring in my chicken bowl while eating. I nearly swallowed the piece but I think anyone can realize how you react when something hard is in your mouth when eating something that’s supposed to be soft. I declined any sort of compensation/refund because I simply didn’t want to deal with them, but I did approach the front counter to show them the piece and my concerns.
It has been awhile since I have been here. Although the food has great taste, it was warm at best. Service was terrible! It was apparent none of the workers wanted to be there. Cashier has the personality of a rock. I may try Chipotle again. It will not be this location
One of their better locations, generous with serving sizes. (UPDATE) That was a year ago, before pandemic; staff all appears to be new c/w 2 months ago. Tonight we placed on-line order, ended up waiting 40+ minutes past the promised time, despite my daughter asking staff 2-3 times, where her order was. I then went into the store and yelled to get someone's attention, but my daughter shut me up before I exploded on someone. Did not see a manager or anyone of responsibility out front. Staff showed no concern, no apology. I know these are stressful times for the workers, too, but I am really p'ed off right now. Since we didn't get an original receipt there was no order number to register complaint with the company feedback website. One more reason to avoid eating fast (hah!) food. One star rating stands.
Worst chipotle experience of my life maybe the worst customer service experience. I seen that guy with black hair photo on yelp as well and multiple people claimed how annoyed he looked. Anytime i asked for something extra he looked so annoyed and act like its the end of the world. Nothing was said because everyone has a bad day but tou cant have a bad day everyday at work especially dealing with customers
Saw the advertisement for the beef barbacoa, so decided to try it, the beef that I got was not shredded like the commercial, it was chunks of fatty meat! Will not be eating there again. And the people that work there were not friendly at all, and had to wait for someone to come to the register so I could pay👎🏻
It was so dirty...the kitchen area, food prep area, and all the tables were soooo dirty. Also, the person taking our order seemed annoyed/bothered. Customer service was terrible. I like chipotle, but this location was so dirty haven't been back.
The workers always seem to be so upset. If they have something going on at home they should leave it at home. I ordered a bowl and I have a whole avocado that has not been mashed and it is not ripe. Needs new workers who are happy with the job they signed up for.

I was definitely inconveniencing them by paying them money to purchase their goods and service. Chipotle corporate as well as the franchisee should look into retraining as this location is NOT up to the normal standard. I have uploaded a picture of my bowl with “double” brisket and “large” chip (which had absolutely no lime salt) where is it? I paid for it… I don’t see it… what little brisket it has, was dry and flavorless. Do yourself a favor, drive a little further to a different Chipotle location, I know I will from now on…

Took the chips back, and the employee said,"sorry, this has been happening all morning" and then proceeded to bring me another bag of chips that's unbelievably, laughably, empty. Like, normal size bag, but just the tiniest amount of chips inside.

The girl working at the front was very nice and cordial. It's an hour before closing and I was told that they are not cooking any more steak tonight. You can tell the cook didn't want to cook it because when I walked in he started complaining and shaking his head to the other worker. That is completely disrespectful and it's going to hurt your business I mean it's doing it right now. I don't know who runs or owns this place but it seems like either you don't like to make money or you are being screwed by lazy workers.
MJ was extremely rude and she made me feel discriminated she was being polite with everyone infront of me but when it came to me she raised her voice and seemed bothered once I started speaking Spanish to my girlfriend. She was also mistreating her coworkers. Me and my girlfriend felt so bad we couldn’t even eat the bowl anymore.
