The entire team there in Glendora did a fantastic job, especially David and Michael. Thank you for helping me serve 51 amazing seniors.

I usually use the drive thru. This is a great spot and they pay close attention to my picky order requests. I love the non MSG food and can not believe the bad reviews from Millenial impatient brats. Take a breath and know it is being made fresh and stop crying about how long mommy took to make you lunch.

Times they get my order wrong and it can be very frustrating 😒.

This place is a must-do if you're visiting California! In-N-Out is a 50s themed burger place with a great menu. They julianne the potato you're getting for your fries right before they cook them. So so good! There are rumors of a secret menu as well! The food was amazing! Even though we went through the drive thru, it was hot and treated fresh. They gave us a box instead of a bag, so we could easily see if everything was there - I LOVED THAT! The service was excellent. I will definitely go again the next time I'm in California.

Killian was great! Remade our Flying Dutchman with onion really quickly and didn’t even charge us extra. Great experience, friendly staff and great food.

Great service, great staff, fast order & is always right. Please fix the driveway we had to back up to enter & exit…… bad idea to change to one lane in. Make 2 wide lanes in & out or move the entrance far down the lane closer to the building. The lane for fast food backs up into traffic we don’t go when we see that no matter how fast you make the poor staff work in the sun!!!

In n out is by far the best. Always fresh and friendly service. They stay busy but keep the lines and people moving along in a nice way. I forgot cheese on my fries. So now I must go back soon. 😆

I would like to thank a special employee who went above and beyond. Excellent customer service ! The cashier girl got my order wrong . Who I assume is manager named Damien herd of the problem and was quick to fix and correct my problem. I don’t know if he is the manager or not but definitely manager material he quickly fix my order and made me feel good about being at his store. He was very fast and alert and knew exactly what to say and do. GREAT JOB DAMIEN if your not manager you should be . Thank you.

Wow, who ever the cook was on my burger knocked it out of the park. It wasn't over cooked. It was just right. Literally the best in n out burger I've ever had 20 stars!

As a California boy, I am certainly biased toward In-N-Out. I have never been more certain about a restaurant getting 5 stars as I am with this. I love the burgers, fries, shakes, service, employee outfits, restaurant theme, palm trees, and even their straw wrappers. I want to make it clear though, this is the best quality fast food experience you can get for the price. Emphasis on "fast food" and "price". It is not the best burger I've had, but for the price, nothing can beat it. That is my argument and it can never be disproven. Also, to all those complaining about the French fries, I'm sorry that not all French fries are made of frozen potato paste, some of us like real, fresh cut, potatoes.

I am from Ohio, and when I come to California, I look forward to having me an In-N-Out burger. They are truly delicious. The service is absolutely amazing. Keep doing what you're doing it's definitely working.

I know all In-N-Out establishments are the same..but the Glendora location always has the best fries, in my opinion! They are just cooked perfectly! The buns are extra toasted..never soggy! ..& like most all In-N-Out's the service is great!🍔🍟😄

Overall the food at this location is spot on always, as far as the customer service, something personal happened to me while in the drive through and the manager was amazing, but the second window server had attitude, she threw ketchup packets and spread packets on top of my animal style fries she handed the food to me with an attitude no smile whatsoever, no thank you, just a fake grin

It was a very busy lunchtime on a Saturday. Indoor seating was full and the outside seating was full. I did find a place to sit inside. I was by myself. I watched the efficiency of the young employees behind the counter and the cooks. Very impressive! I also bought two gift cards.

Cheap prices compared to every other fast food and they do not use frozen meat. Still greasy and heavy. But I like that you can get protein style and everything is simple and well. Priced service here is always exceptional and they are quick. The line moves not like the chick fil a around the corner. People complaining about traffic. It's not the restaurants fault you should not lower stars because of that ~_~

This is a BUSY location, but they are very fast and efficient-- just what you'd expect from In-N-Out. Heads up: finding a parking spot is often difficult at this location. The protein style burger I ordered was put together excellently-- which is a feat, considering how inherently messy they are. Yum yum!

In-In-Out is always great. Double-Double well-done grilled onions fries and a vanilla shake. Then grilled the fries in cheddar shreds with paprika flakes and chive salt + a side of grilled onions on top. Yum.

This location is next to the auto dealership, (first light on the right when entering from Lonehill). It's standard In-N-Out. Parking is limited.

we go to in and out almost every Sunday. the surface isn't bad most of the time every so often they do make a mistake but they always seem to correct it and make it perfect again. 7 new employee working who seems to be from out of state and she comes up and always goes how may I help you and do you mind if I take the trash from your table it's a very nice thing. the manager is definitely courteous and polite and I'm impressed that he's willing to help his employees mop the floor and doesn't just yell at them to do it

Always great and quality food. Even during rush hours you get your food within 10 minutes of ordering. Burgers always taste good and fresh, and the fries aswell. The chocolate shake is amazing, great with your meal. Meal for 2 was under 20$, so fairly inexpensive to eat here.

In-N-Out, it’s always a really popular place to have lunch. If you go during peak hours, expect that you will have to wait a little bit. The food is always worth the wait.

On my way home from a Laker game on Thursday I just had to make the stop for a couple singles. Even 12 o'clock at night these things are beautiful.

In n out is always a good experience the food is consistent and always fresh one of the best burger joints in California they have other locations in different states such as las Vegas and Texas but they do not compare to the quality of beef and local produce grown here in the great state of California I have been coming to in n out my whole live and the quality has never changed it can be a bit of a wait at meal time and late hours but it's always worth the wait highly recommend any locations including those not in California it's just something about southern California locations it tastes better I can't explain it in n out sources all there food products locally I love taking my classic cars to grab a burger animal fries and a dr pepper it's definitely a classic car hot spot

I love my favorite burger place, In-N-Out Burger, the flavor of their burgers is the best and I love their milk shakes. They are fast and efficient with getting cars moving in line by taking their orders while they wait to get to the window. In doors, no matter how busy they are, the staff manages to keep the tables clean and napkins, ketchup etc well stocked.

I haven't had an In-N-Out burger in years. So, going back to visit my family and stopping here was the best thing ever, especially if you're just gotten out of a long flight. I wish they would have to open here in Florida. This is the best fast food chain to grab a burger. Everything is fresh and with that it's very delicious. An Irish priest and an Englishman walk into an In-n-Out and are accosted by a conversation with a Californian. No punch line, just an interesting meal in the last place you'd expect.

Same menu and taste as any other In-n-Out which is a VERY good thing. The dining area is slightly smaller than other indoor locations. However, this is made for with a generous and ample parking lot. Service was fast friendly when we ordered animal style everything. Great place and less crowded than my local In-N-Out.

Never fails. Always good no matter the location. Always the exact same recipe. That's quality and sticking to the original recipe across all restaurants and great management. I've been to most even Las Vegas and I am always satisfied.

I love in and out but if they're all the same, shouldn't they all taste great? Sometimes this one is hit or miss. Don't get me wrong, it's still good but not AS good as other locations and i don't understand why. Still good, still tasty, great friendly staff and nice clean dining area! Always gotta love in n out. I will say they have been messing my order up lately ( which I thought was impossible). So many Years of perfection when it comes to service. Was a little let down when they gave me the wrong drink and wrong order 3 times now in past month.

I have a special feeling of Glendora, it's some sort of my hometown. There are so many good spots, Donut Man, Foster's Freeze, Rika's Empanadas. You won't believe there are so many good foods in such a small city. Once you check the wiki, it mentioned that the population is 50,003. I bet the individual 3 are me, my wife, and my daughter. I got back to In-N-Out at Lone Hill Ave., Glendora after driving off the 57 freeway, the road is under construction, anyway, I reached In-N-Out. I was parking the car and let my daughter, Lara, came in first and order the meal. We had a triple-triple in protein style with extra sauce and Lara had a double-double, I loved it. There were a group of young boys and girls inside the restaurant, I guess they are high-school students, but Lara said they were not. At that time, two handsome policeman and policewoman walked into the restaurant, they were standing there, so cool and good-looking. I finished my supper and walked out, the police car's engine was on, I almost trying to drive it away. I like them!!

Normally I would give this a five-star. Lately I've been getting some subpar food. I received fries that were cold soggy and greasy. The burgers I ordered were clearly not made fresh they were cold and stale. Very disappointed. I would have turned around immediately and taking them back but having waited in the Drive-Thru Lane I chanced accepting like that and maybe reheating them. Not a good idea. Next time I'll give burger king or Wendy's another chance.

This review is specifically for this location. (In-n-out is a 5 star easy.) I find that this store location is a longer wait compared to others and they undercook the patties and got our order wrong a few times. That said, if this is your only option, a 3 star in-n-out is better than no in-n-out.

So we all already know In-N-Out is a reliable burger joint that is always super consistent. But this shopping center is way over crowded. The traffic especially for a place like In-N-Out that always draws a crowd is just a bit too much here. The In-N-Out in La Verne is a bit quicker. But in the end it’s still In-N-Out. The healthiest cheese burger in the world 😄

Drive drive wait at 1:30PM was over 15 minutes. No one outside taking orders like I've seen at some of your other locations.

I am a regular customer of In-N-Out and have always enjoyed their food. As of late, they have been charging $0.25 for a large cup of ice water at the speaker box (which I have always received for free at this establishment and others across Southern California). On multiple occasions, however, I was told by different employees at the window "we don't charge for water." I am starting to wonder if this is actually a policy. Very disappointing. I will probably skip this location from now on and go to another.

This was the first time I’ve ever had my order messed up at an In-N-Out — and I guess there’s a first time for everything. The food itself was consistent with what you’d expect from the chain (once it was correct), but the experience was a bit frustrating. Parking and seating were difficult to navigate during busy hours, which isn’t surprising, but the layout of the drive-thru makes things even more hectic. What really stood out was how long it took to get my corrected burger — it took longer than the original order, even though my family had already started eating. Re-makes should take priority over newer orders to avoid situations like that.

I came to get a plain cheeseburger with spread and a pink milkshake I was handed a bag with fries, a plain cheeseburger with no spread and a vanilla shake It took about 15 minutes for them to figure out that they only need to take the fries out of the bag and give me the right shake The lady literally asked me if I wanted the strawberry shake. I had to tell her I wanted what I ordered. Frankly, this sort of thing is souring me on in-n-out in general. PEOPLE DOMT HAVE MONEY THESE DAYS FOR SOME TEENAGERS TO SCREW UP A HAMBURGER AND A DRINK. I could have ruined my own linch. This place is going downhill

My first bad experience at a in and out burger. At first I thought it was perhaps a bad day for this location, but after reading the other reviews I can confirm they are indeed true. This is the slowest in and out place I ever been to, for 2x #1 combos it took more than 30 minutes, there was no good cell service and we stared at the clock waiting. The drive through didn't care any better. At one point we contemplated trying to get our money back and leave. We had already waited so long and we where hungry so we waited.. we get the food and it's incorrect and the fries are cold and burnt. Save the headache, loss of time and inconvenience and go elsewhere. This one is as bad as it sounds. 2 x 👎

Ordered double double with extra lettuce, extra tomato, and raw onions. Did not receive the correct order and informed the person at the front. They (first the person at front then the "fry manager") asked if I wanted the onions on top or to remake the burger. As it was completely wrong, of course it needs to be remade! I'm appalled that they even asked that question and not right away apologized and remade the burger how it was ordered.This location always has the worse service honestly.

Uncharacteristically rude and poor service at this location, certainly not up to In-n-Out standards. We will not return here and recommend looking elsewhere. The location on Grand is much better.

Second week of terrible service! The girls at the window were terrible and rude to my neighbor when she went thru the drive lane. To top it off they always mess up her order and way too much socializing with each other instead of working. Lynsi needs to get off her high horse and re- train this store.

Went in and ordered 2 of the double doubles. One without onions. Received one double double and a cheeseburger. I didn't order a cheeseburger and it still was covered in onions. I'm already a half hour away and this is ridiculous. Didn't give me the correct order and now I feel ripped off because I was charged for the correct items but not given them. Disappointed!!!

I'm at this in n out now. While ordering, I asked for one of our burgers to be cut in half for my kids to split. We get our order and it's not. So I go and ask them again to cut it in HALF. I get it back looking like this. Sassy workers huh.

This In-N-Out location gave me the most raw, and greasiest french fries I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I was surprised they were actually even from In-N-Out. It looks like they didn’t even cook some of the fries at all, it also appears they dipped the fries in oil just before handing them over. Disgusting I had to throw the two orders of these nasty french fries in the garbage. I should have went to my usual In-N-out off of Arrow Highway and Grand, that was my first mistake.

Beware they don’t cook their patties right 1 out of the 4 single patties i got here was literally raw (RED) but the others weren’t!! I was about to feed my dogs and to see this! Never had a bad experience at any in n outs so this is literally the first and even after i was asked if i wanted ketchup still didn’t get any will not be coming back here ever again if i could give it 0 stars i would!!!

This is my first time having this burger. I am from out of state and it’s one of the nastiest burgers I ever tasted and the fried taste like cardboard, and the burger was mad salty. Whoever says In-N-Out is a good place is not, five guys is way better.

This was the slowest service I have ever received at an In n Out Burger. I have visited them in Cali, Arizona, and Las Vegas. It took 20 minutes for my order. My husband and I ordered two number ones. The french fries were overcooked, brittle, and cold. The mobile data was so slow we were unable to amuse ourselves on the phone. At least the bathroom was clean. I do NOT recommend this location. Many other customers were complaining among each other about the long wait to get their food.
