Management (I Believe His name was Steven) Amazing and very attentive. The crew was awesome very nice and really seem like they enjoy their work environment. The cooks gotta be trained for cooking the perfect burger no short cuts here. Everything was delicious.

LOVE THIS PLACE! I've been frequenting this place for about a decade or so. It has remained a place that serves great food at a great price. The hosts and servers give wonderful customer service, putting forth a noticeable effort to tailor your experience to your expectations. The Royalty card gives great perks for your visits, making it even more worth it. I can't remember the last time that I had a bad experience there that was the fault of the establishment or staff. If you love burgers, great service, and money still left in your pocket afterwards, Red Robin is hard to beat.

My family loves the food. The staff is super helpful and efficient. There's a friendly atmosphere so it's perfect for family or pretty much everyone.

We had a fabulous server, Romeo. He was so friendly and took care of our table and made a birthday celebration so special. Sometimes the service is even better than the food. We will certainly be back. Thank you Romeo!

Maddie, the bartender makes going in worth it every time. When she’s there, I know I’m going to have a good time. I never want to go there and not be served by her.

I was pleasantly surprised with the staff. Teamwork! The hostess gave a warm welcome. Our server, Julia, was amazing. I'd also like to commend the kitchen for accommodating our request for a split Cobb salad. It was delicious and very filling. Thank you, I will be back.

Great experience overall, our waitress was Katie I believe and she was just fabulous. Great service, great food, wonderful environment created by all staff members. Food was prepared perfectly. We tried the pretzel bites, fried pickles, and mozzarella stick appetizers, all delicious and presented well. We then order some burgers and a chicken sandwich. Again, everything was prepared to our satisfaction. No complaints. If your looking for a family friendly environment with good food and pleasant service, highly recommend this place.

The burger was delicious! I ordered the Scorpion burger. I do like spicy food so I didn't find it spicy, I would say it's mild. BUT if you're not a fan this MIGHT be too spicy for you. I also ordered sweet potatoes fries. My only complaint is, not enough fries. But everything was tasty and the waiter was friendly too so was the host?. Enjoyed the meal very much

For the price it's hard to beat. No idea if our waiter was the manager and was filling in or is just really good at his job but he was just on top of it and is one of the best waiters I have ever had. Food is really good for the price and is hard to beat. Bottomless fries are great and all of their sauces are S teir. They have people dedicated to fries and drinks so while your being helped with your order the drink you asked for 2 minutes prior arrives and it's really nice. Also hot goth Chick was a waiter so that's always a bonus.

Pick up service is a little hit or miss. Sometimes they're on it, other times you stand at the counter and no one acknowledges your existence. Food is generally made to order and good.

She’s super funny, sweet, and very approachable and my mom & I always look forward to seeing her when we come in. The food is always great, too. Thank you!

my wife and I went to dine there yesterday for dinner. Amazing food, amazing drinks and our bartender Carmen was amazing too! She was so attentive and so kind, she kept making sure we were okay and had enough drinks and fries. She even recommended the doughnuts for dessert and they were amazing! Food us always delicious. Had the honey pepperoni pizza, was spicy but delicious. Amanda was our waitress and she was friendly, attentive and brought out our food in a timely manner. She checked in with us every 10mins or so to see if we needed anything.

Carmen is amazing! She is the reason we always come to this location! Her drinks are always delicious! We always feel at home because she takes the time to talk to us and knows our orders already! We always feel very taken care of here and she is truly an amazing employee!

We love coming to our San Dimas Red Robin. The managers are attentive and the staff is friendly and helpful. We come often and have certain staff we deal with often - Alfred, Steven, Carmen, DJ, Bella. We love them and they are so good to us. We are never disappointed with food, drink, and the social atmosphere.

I went there to collect my birthday burger, which was delicious. And I was delighted to find they have $5 happy hour! Check out my Long Island Iced Tea. UPDATE: about 3 years later, the Long Island is $6. Still fantastic. Blue cheese is intense.

YUM! The catch phrase describes this place perfectly. The atmosphere was great and our waiter was amazingly attentive. The food as just to die for. The burger I got looked like it came straight from a movie or commercial. The unlimited fries were delicious as well. I will definitely be back here! I have not been to a Red Robin in quite awhile after a very poor experience. I recently visited this Red Robin and was delighted to see such friendly people eager to help. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a very friendly hello from the host and seated immediately. Our server Bella was fantastic with a playful personality making our meal special and enjoyable. The food was hot and delicious. We look forward to returning and enjoying another delicious meal. I am glad to see that some restaurants still go out of their way to make your dining experience memorable.

This is the best Red Robin I have ever been too! The food and restaurant is amazing and the reason why I come here is because of Carmen! Her drinks at the bar are amazing and she always provides the best service for me and my family. I always make sure if she is here to come up to the booth since she provides the best service. 10 out of 10 recommend this Red Robin’s!

I had to share that on a hot day like today! This place has the COOLDEST beers in town! Service and food were great as well but look at the frost on those mugs 💓

In short, our visit tonight is all about Drew. Our server Drew was what every restaurant or retailer or business wants when it comes to customer service. What a delight! Yes, our meal selections were awesome. Yes, our price paid was reasonable. Yes, the ambiance was wonderful. But all those things paled in comparison to our service from Drew. We were a party of six and all six of us half red robins closer to us than the San Dimas location. But we all agree that we would return here just because of the incredible service and attention from Drew.

We had the server named Katy. Such a great server. Full of energy and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. She's great at pairing your meals with a drink. Our food came out in the right amount of time and was served nice and hot. Our order was done perfectly with no mishaps. Our drinks were refilled promptly and I received a second basket of fries without having to ask. I will be going to this location again and asking for Katy.

Been to this location many times, large parking lot, usually easy to park. Always seated quickly. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Menu is getting better but still the amazing food and drinks you expect. Lots of tvs for sports. Will return and recommend this location. The food and services at this location are spot on. Bernice was a really sweet and pleasant server. The steak fries were hot and fresh absolutely delicious. The Madlove burger is full of yummy layers of flavor and heat. The bathroom is clean. My app wasn’t working so Bernice took care of me and applied my reward. Ten out of ten recommend. The orange cream and pear cream soda had no flavor but the Dr Pepper cream soda is a must try. Lots of indoor dining they even have a bar area.

We come here a lot it’s one of our favorite hamburger places cuz of the never ending fries. They are so good. The only thing is the waiting to get your food can be frustrating and the refills take a while for them to come around. I love to get the sweet potato but for some reason my first order always come a little burnt and dry. Second ones are always better but they do take a while to bring them to you. But their cheeseburgers and really good as well. That’s why we go back.

First time visiting this Red Robin in San Dimas. Located in a perfect spot surrounded by all kinds of other restaurants and places to go and try out. Our party consisted of 10 people so the food took a little awhile to arrive but it wasn't nothing to complain about. The staff was really friendly and catered to our needs. Food was exceptional will definitely come here again.

Red Robin is our go to place. When surrounding restaurants are too busy to accommodate us for a meal we can always count on this restaurant to come thru. During the pandemic, we never had an issue being served. The service is almost always top notch and the food is always cooked as requested. We're here quite often and highly recommend this location. They're friendly and prompt with service and the food is great.

The food was good, a typical restaurant bar and grill, kind of like Applebee's. Service was spot in even on a super busy night. Atmosphere was loud, busy, and buzzing, but hey, it was Friday night, that's expected. If you don't like loud and busy, don't go on a Friday night, lots of families, lots of kids.

I can't believe this was my first Red Robin visit. They've been around for a long time. The food was good. My husband and I split a Whisky River BBQ burger with an added beef patty. It was quite large and hung well outside of the bun and came with an unlimited side. We ordered the fries and then opted for the Yukon Chips afterward. They were good as well. Even splitting this meal, we were both quite satisfied. The restaurant itself was fairly empty on a Sunday afternoon. There were eight of us at our table with three separate checks. Didn't find out until time to pay the bill that they only allow ONE discount per table no matter how many separate checks you have. So if you're asking for separate checks, ask for separate table numbers as well if more than one party has any kind of reward or coupon because only one will be honored. Just saying! Otherwise, everything was great. Will definitely return.

We went to celebrate my niece's graduation. We had a party of 7 and 4 of us were there. The staff was kind enough to let us be seated as we waited the ten minutes for the rest of our party arrived. My favorite drink has been discontinued. I am a diabetic, so I only drink sugar free drinks. I don't drink soda or tea. So, I loved coming in & getting strawberry lemonade. It was so delicious! Now I drink water. Therefore, we only come to Red Robin occasionally. I would like to come more often, if you would consider bringing back sugar free strawberry lemonade. Usually, service is good & I enjoy the food. I just would like you to consider more sugar free options. Thank you for your time!

My mom (94 year young) and I came in for burgers and fries and since my mom loves fries they have an endless offer. I prefer burgers in a restaurant over fast food and this didn't disappoint. Fries are steak fries so it wasn't exactly to her liking but real good nonetheless. Prices little high for what you get but no real complaint. Service was perfect.

Staff is always friendly and quick to get you what you might need. They need improvement on cleanliness (used napkins left on counter and the payment kiosk was very dirty). The veggie burger and fries are always very yummy. We always go to the bar to avoid waiting. The bar area can get a bit cold so maybe bring a light jacket or sweater. Oh and this bar in particular can get a bit nosier than other locations just in case loud noise bothers you. I have sensitive ears so that’s why I’m mentioning it. Even though the restaurant was busy, service was pretty quick. Our waitress was extremely knowledgeable and was able to name ingredients on burgers and things like that with no trouble at all, and new the exceptions to the coupon we were trying to use. We got the Mad Love Burger, which was really good, along with the steak fries, which we always love. We also got the $9.99 deal for Red's Tavern double with a side. My husband actually liked the Tavern double better than the more expensive Mad Love. It tasted a lot like a In-N-Out burger, and there's just something that good about classics like that sometimes instead of going to the fancy burgers. Really my only real complaint with our experience/ this place is the prices. But maybe that's everywhere? But it just seems a lot to drop $17+ for a burger.

The only Red Robin remaining that has great service! We were bummed when some of the other Red Robin locations we frequented closed permanently during COVID and had to make do with nearby locations that had subpar food and very meh service. BF and I were in the area for Costco and Hallmark and were on our way to the freeway when we drove past Red Robin and made a u-turn. It was pretty busy on that Saturday evening, especially since there was a Lakers v. Clippers game going on. We didn't have to wait too long though (about 10-15 min) before getting seated. We ordered the monster burger and bottomless fries and the boneless wings appetizer with teriyaki sauce. I usually get a burger, but wanted to try an appetizer instead. Regrets, should've stuck with a burger. The monster burger was delicious. Like I mentioned in the opening sentence, service was great! Our server and the other servers took great care of us with the refills of water and bottomless fries. We ended up staying longer since the basketball game went into overtime twice and still were not neglected during that time. Looks like we found our designated Red Robin location!

Red Robin always has those fire burgers. The staff at this one in particular are very kind and helpful. I've been to this location a few times over the past couple years. It's always a pleasent experience. Sometimes these big chain restaurants have pretty rude servers, but I've never had that problem here.

Food was good, except the seafood plate was overcooked. Service was good. Only complaint we has was we asked for our salads to be brought out prior to the entree, and they weren't. Nothing like eating your salad, while your food is sitting in front of you getting cold. My sister ended up not even eating her salad.

They must have been short staffed. Tables not cleaned for up to 30+ minutes. Only saw 1 worker bussing tables.

My girlfriend and I had our first date at a Red Robin's years ago. So, we decided to try it again on our anniversary. The food was good, and it came out fast and hot. We got alcoholic beverages, and they were okay for price. The downsides were that the table was way too big for 2 people, and it was rocky. Second, the servers never came around to ask about refills on fries, or drinks, which we planned on getting more of. In short it was a little pricey for what it was.

Service was perfect, drink was good. Sandwich was substandard.

Haven’t been to a red Robin in a few years, but I don’t think I’ll be going back soon. The food was OK they’ve changed their french fries and they suck now.

It's supposed to be Bottomless fries. She asked everyone else, except for us. Then I asked for fries and we never got them.

Service started out really good, then ended up slow. Food took too long and we waited too long for the check. Could have been four stars if not so slow.

I don't like eating here because the food is mediocre at best. It is probably just my poor luck, but I've had poor experiences at this location on multiple occasions. Burger buns were dry and not toasted. Fries are sad and falling apart. They chose the absolute worst shape for fries, it's a joke. Bottomless? No thanks, just take it away.

Ordered my burger with "some pink, got it served."Well done. " Requested for them to remake it. And I got the same quality over cooked burger twice. Just told the server the burger was good at that point, honestly. Fries were good at least Freckled lemonade always refreshing.

The bottomless fries are so misleading, you have half of a normal serving or fries and then once youre able to ask s waiter for more they take like 10 mins to get to you by which youve already finished eating...

We ordered a pizza online to be picked up at 6:30. My husband calls me and says he got there at 6:30 and the pizza is cold so turn on the oven! We even gave them a 20% tip! 😢

This was my 2nd visit to this location. I like Red Robin, but this location needs some help. Servers are great, helpful and attentive, but the food is not good. Our burgers were burned. Charred pucks, between 2 buns. Very dry and overcooked. The unlimited fries were good though. The first time I had Fish and Chips, and the fish was dry and too crispy. Prices have gone up, but quality has gone down. I was disappointed in this location and wouldn't go out of my way to visit again.

So, came in, was told it would be quieter at the bar. Declined, asked for a table. So all the tables around us during my stay were busy. Half had people, the other half had leftover plates and food. One girl started clearing it, but never finished. When I came in there was no wait, when I left all the dirty tables were needed, but they were dirty, so there were like 5 groups waiting. Service was not ok. Asked for more fries, hostess snapped her response. I was fine, was a normal request. Don't come here. Table was dirty when I arrived, had to clean it off myself with water and a napkin. Location looks nice, but if the staff is this lousy, makes you wonder what is going on in the kitchen.

I was seated in the bar area for dinner, my lady and I ordered some drinks before ordering entrees. I ordered the “new” old fashioned cocktail which came to my table exactly like the picture. Barely quarter full 😂. Jokingly told our server wow that’s not a whole lot of drink to which she replied “well it’s Red Robin”. Kind of taken aback but I sort of accepted it but she came back and said I apologize I hope that didn’t sound rude. I didn’t think she said was trying to be rude but whatever corporate is instructing their bartenders to serve per standard operating procedure IS very rude, what a rip. Totally not her fault she did a fine job as a server but look at this drink - For a 14 dollar cocktail tell me you wouldn’t be disappointed.

Awful service waitress Bella w red hair Corrected me 3 times because I didn’t use the magic when ordering “please” When she brought our drinks she throws the straw 3 feet away to reach my wife..she was very sarcastic…no need for that. As shared with Red Robin customer service who promised me a refund and a month later, I have not received it. I was told the location would contact me and still nothing. This is a to go order. With very little fries, overcooked pretzel bites, watery Mac and cheese, and unseasoned burgers. We purchased 3 entrees, an appetizer, and a kids meal. I didn't realize I needed to ask for extra fries to feel like I had enough to enjoy with my meal. And there was only 3 packs of ketchup, 2 seasoning packets, and the cheese dip for the pretzels wasnt even filled. Because the pretzels were so overcooked, I ran out of cheese trying to make them edible. I spent a lot of money and felt like it was wasted. On top of that, I tried to order a cheese pizza and then chicken strips from the kids menu. The app told me both were unavailable due to supply chain issues. But as I waited to pick up my food (which wasn't ready on time), I saw plates of both being served at tables. I did ask to server who brought my food out about that and her suggestion was to call in my order. The app is supposed to be more convenient and if that's the only option, it negates the purpose of the app.

I've always loved Red Robin, but I'll never go to this location again. It took obey 15 minutes just for the waitress to take our drink order. The waitress apologized for the delay, and blamed it on the large party next to us. I ordered the whiskey river chicken sandwich, my mom got the avocabo salad and our friend got the jalapeño burger. First, they brought me a wrap. I told them it was wrong. Then they brought out a cheeseburger. By the time they brought it the right order, it had been over an hour. Everyone was done eating, so I told them to box it up to go. My mom's salad was very salty and so were the fries. And the side of ranch had a hair in it. The waitress brought us extra fries to go, but, again, they were so salty, we threw them out. We were never asked if everything was okay, and never once got drink refills.

This place is great one well and horrible another. Editing a 5 star to a one star as the food was so so but the service was horrible. Asked for fries twice throughout the entire time and received none as well as a drink refill. The server continued to say , no problem and then never saw her. It seems like the employees here come and go as well as the management. Every time I come here, always get a table with an empty ketchup bottle and have to hunt for another with some in it…Don’t you all check them when cleaning the tables. This place continues to go downhill. You all need to figure out what you’re doing wrong and fix it as we would visit for the food and close proximity to where we live but never again! Just got an email the following day talking about bottomless fries?? Yeah, if they bring them after asking, several times. Give me a break, you are not fooling anyone! Updating as I received an email from “Owner” and want me to contact them. I wouldn’t waste another minute outside of this edit to call you. Why don’t you just fix it. Not worth my time or giving you another shot.

Service was slow to non existent. We were overcharged for a shake that was advertised on the table. When asked we were told "we no longer offer that price". Horrible way to run a restaurant. I will not return.

Honesty very unprofessional higher-up staff saw them yelling at their workers infront of everyone, food sucks aswell but the best part of the night was the hostess they were very professional and kind.

Completely empty on a Sunday. Took 10 minutes to get seated we we arrived. A rude man came and quickly sat us down in a small table not large enough to fit our newborn and stroller. After that another waitress strolled by and said we were a fire hazard and could not sit at that table. A family seated next to us at the time questioned the waitress and were just as surprised or stunned as us. We then were relocated to another area, passed off to another waitress, while it took another 45 minutes for 2 meals on an empty night. Not to mention the lonely wait of 20 minutes after finishing our food waiting for someone to flag down to get our check. Horrible experience.

My mom got fish and shrimp and I got an a one burger with fries, my mom gave me a couple pieces of her fish and I couldn't even eat it. It was horrible like the oil was old. It was really wet with oil, my mom couldn't eat it or the shrimp. The French fries. Tasted like they were made in old or bad oil. I don't think I can ever go back. It was horrible, the food. The bun on my burger was super soggy. I didn't expect to have such horrible tasting food. My recommendation would be to use better oil or change it regularly. Everything tasted the same like burnt, bad oil. My bill with the tip was over $60.It was like throwing $60 + in the trash.

Worst restaurant experience ever. When we attempted to speak with the manager, Brandon, he was incredibly rude and uninterested in resolving anything. This is the second attempt to go to this location, after the first experience was equally as bad, but we thought we would give it another try. I cannot say enough about how horrible the customer experience is at this location. When we finally did get our food, it was not very good. They have changed some of their product, to a lower quality product. Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else.
