The price is a little high for chicken. I did not wait in line to get service. The service was okay. The place was clean. The parking was okay. The neighborhood was okay. It's not too hard to find. It was a little busy in there.🍽🍜🍗

Food was good. However every time I choose to eat at this restaurant, they're always out of something. Last time I went thru the drive thru at this Kentucky Fried Chicken, it was out of CHICKEN, LETTUCE, NAPKINS, RANCH, AND ICE CREAM FOR THE ROOTBEER FREEZE's - (This KFC is also an A&W)

Location:Good, Parking: Okay, Drive through: yes. Meal specials:yes, service: Good. Overall: Been to this location numerous times. Chicken is fine, prices for specials have risen a bit but still worth the cost. Tried the meatless nuggets and would not choose them again. I will return as long as the food is prepared as it should be.

I've lived in this area for almost 30 years I've eaten at this KFC a lot over the years anyway my roommate is 70 I'm 41 with minor Disabilities we are little slower than most but we eat like gentlemen civilized and dignified we walk in probably about 840 thinking we had until 10 pm I was excited to get the wings after being gone for a while and wedges anyway we ordered and we're almost done when the young man asked how much longer we'd be. It was just after 9pm anyway looking at my roommate who again is a senior was almost done with his chicken 🍗 I looked at the employee and said 5 minutes then this heavy set dude walks out (the manager ) I assume anyway he goes you need to leave now. My shock when he said that he said it's 9 pm we're closed id understand if id walked in at 9pm but we were there before that witch I tried to explain he went on this rant about not having anyone in the store after 9 and so on anyway this is senior discrimination and Disabled discrimination I'll be in touch with corporate

Didn't go inside , ordered online and went through DT. The girl at the window gave me a drink and then forgot the other 3 . I had to remind her. I told her I wanted a little of every sauce she could provide including hot sauce. I haven't been to kfc in years so I don't really know all the sauces they have. Well I got home and got some old sticky sauces one of them was even torn open. Kinda reminded me why I stopped going to kfc. Mashed potatos for the famous bowl were bland. And the chicken poppers inside super soggy. Kinda like old. Wish they did better.

Can't give a review on something I didn't get, but I can still review the lack of service! Sign posted states dining room is open until 9:00 p.m.. I pulled up at around 8:15, planning to grab a quick bite to eat inside. Female employee was outside talking to somebody in a car. As soon as she seen me pull up, she ran in and blocked one door with the trash can and the other door was locked.

What a disappointment this place was! They ran out of original chicken which was already annoying enough. And they gave me a soda that was only seltzer water with no falvor. How do you not have chicken and sell people soda with no flavor. They need to get it together. I wish I could do no stars.

The old lady was very rude. She insisted I use a kiosk monitor for my order and gave me attitude and almost refused to order for me after I couldn't find my order on the monitor. I had to say sorry to her for her mistake. Go to Cane’s or Popeyes; their service are at least 10 times better.

Just experienced the worst customer service at the drive thru. She was yelling so loud when I was ordering I don’t know what’s her problem but she needs to not be so rude when speaking to customers. Once I pulled up to the window I had given her my card since I have EBT the cashier usually inputs the numbers if I had to do it that was fine but the way she commanded “no you need to put the numbers” and told me to hold the card terminal. Not a please or thank you. Very upset. I spoke to the manager Marian or maria. She wasn’t very helpful at all.
