I come here maybe twice a month. Service is great and they bring your food to the table. Great service

I've been coming here a year and a half now and usually mornings or early afternoon. I have never had an error in my order or a long wait time. Customer service is awesome drive thru or dine in.

I had a miscommunication with my order which resulted in me getting the wrong meal. Not realizing that I had made the mistake I let them know that I had the wrong order. They guy there saw the problem and told me he would fix it. Within a minute he was back with my order and the food I mistakenly asked for! He said that the mistake food was on the house. Thanks man!

Araceli was very friendly, professional, and kept the restaurant clean. We had just left Jack in the Box because the bathrooms were filthy. When I worked as a cashier at a restaurant my manager once said, “If they don’t clean their bathrooms, they don’t clean the kitchen!”. I would eat at this Carls Jr. again.

It's a pleasure to go into a hamburger restaurant and get a fresh hamburger. Carl's junior serves fresh hamburgers that are run through a grill and they don't sit in a warming bin, their fresh, I like them. And there are new menu items

9/12/15 1230-1pm visit. The manager at this facility is an absolute dear!! He has superb customer service skills and made our little visit so wonderful! He made sure my mom's food was redone properly and was so apologetic. Come on people, how many times can you say this for a fast food joint?

My family stopped here on our way back from universal. Even at midnight, the staff was very cheery and the fries were fresh! One of my favorite places because my brother and I are allergic to gluten, but there are tons of options for us here. Would definitely visit again!

We had submitted a large order for lunch one day, Araceli (Tha Manager) & her team really came through for us and out order in a short time notice. Carl's jr. is a very very very entrenched American tradition. I always like the western bacon cheeseburger. It is really good and the sauce is great. The fries are always a little bit greasy, and of course they only have Coke products so that's not the best but the food is usually done well. If you can get past their seriously disgusting advertising campaigns, then you can get to the food which is the real test of any restaurant.

Got the $4.99 Super Star meal deal. With 2 patties O can't even finish it all. Includes small fry and medium drink. Yummy!

When I asked about a special they never mentioned the special that I saw when I was leaving that was on a big poster. 3 different double buggers each for $2.49. This special was no where else inside at the counter. And she did not mention it. It's a small thing I know, but I did ask. 4 Stars.

The employees forgot to give me my order, the burger sat for a while. By the time I got it, it was warmish. The meals are for the most part between $8-$13 for their signature (ish) burgers. Wow! Reminded me why I limite my visits.

I really like the quality of the burger for a fast food joint. It's quite decent, but doesn't beat fast food places like In n Out or Habit. Plus the price is really expensive for a fast food.

Wash that sucker down with some fresh-cut potatoes fries and guilt-free diet Coke. Is your mouth watering yet? What if I told you that this meal cost me $11.49 not including tax? But this is supposed to be a restaurant style burger right? Right. Except it wasn't. It was a fast food attempt at a restaurant style burger. So was it a good burger? Depends, by what standard? If we are comparing it to other fast food places then yes, this is a great burger! If we compare it to it's comparatively priced restaurant siblings...then no, no it is not. Mmm The bun - Brioche style restaurant style was tasty The cheese and sauce - love the spicy pepper jack The Bad: The price - $11.49 for a small combo! Yikes! Took a long time and when I asked for a side of their ranch for my zucchini that I bought 4 of, they only gave me 1 and said they are running low. If I had known that, I would have only bought 1 instead of 4.

Ordered a Santa fe chicken sandwich combo and a Famous star with cheese combo using the Drive thru. The order was prepared quickly , the sandwiches were hot the fries were cold in the bag...not lukewarm COLD. For over $20 for the order you better make sure the order is fresh. Very rude. Worker gave drink with lid half on and when it spilled all over the car, he just walked away, we had to call out to ask for napkins. After handing us the food, I tried to ask if that was both orders but he walked away in the middle of my sentence.

Bought the Three pieces Tender meal . They were burnt and hard to eat. They were more like chicken nuggets then Tenders. Sometimes they are good but not today. With the inflation rate up . We should be able to eat better for the prices.

1400 Foothill Carls Jr. In La Vern is very disgusting. Counter top near the registers was dirty with oil like hand prints of food. The restroom smelled bad and the trash was over flowing as well as the toilet bowl. Very poor up keep!

Went to order my food the young lady (receipt says Alexandra) taking my order was very rude! I ordered crisscut fries and she only gave me normal fries charging me for cross cut. I try ordering a large Oreo shake (offered on the menu) she said we don’t have Oreo, changed it to a large chocolate shake (on the menu), and she said we are out of whip cream, I said that’s fine and the order screen showed large shake and criss cut fries. Once I pulled up to the window I see a tiny cup smaller than a small, that she’s making the shake in. I questioned the size and she said we only have one size. I get there have been a shortage of cups and they could have run out of large cups but that should have been said before - the price for the shake was way too much for a tiny cup. I could barely hear her on the intercom and at the window not because of a mask but because she seemed annoyed at the questions and not having an easy order - it’s not the customers fault the menu isn’t fully available AND it’s not the employees either. Not the best experience and frustrating and food was not exactly hot when we got it either - no line.

Ordered 2 burgers and asked for sauce. We were looked in the eyes and given the bag without sauce or straws. The soft drinks were flat as well. An overall disappointing experience. Funny thing was it was just us and another car in line so it wasn't like they were rushing.

I was bicycling this Sunday morning and wanted coffee and clean facilities before continuing my ride home. The place seemed clean and cheerful. Jessica my server was sweet and helpful. Then, I went to wash my hands before eating my breakfast. The bathroom was absolutely ABOMINABLE. It smelled. It was disgusting and filthy....much in need of major work. I judge a restaurant by its bathrooms. In a few words .......I will NEVER , NEVER return to Carl's Jr. You have lost a customer and you can be sure I will tell others not to make this their choice.

I'm pretty easy going, but this Carl's is beyond incompetent. I'm used to them messing up my orders a little bit, and that's fine, if I ask for no lettuce and I get lettuce it's no big deal. I ate their food I got sick when I passed by the place to use the bathroom the cashier by 9:50 pm lied to me and said the lady is cleaning the bathroom while I’m asking her I need to use the bathroom very bad . The most nasty person I had ever seen . The worst customer service and the lowest stage of respect I saw with this girl . I will never Enter Carls JR to the rest of my life and I will recommend it to no one .
