They really packed in the meat on my chicken bowl. Get the 2 chicken bowls for $10 right now. The cashier was friendly and brought my to go order to me. Maybe it was the particular time of day but the self serve needs a little cleaning, also it was the tune in Tokyo girl ahead of me who created a bigger mess. News at eleven

Food is brilliantly charbroiled...especially the beef bowl. Add a little magic sauce to the nice big slices of brocolli for an indulgent taste. The rice has an irresistible smoky flavor. Tasty, healthy, highly recommended foodie!
My favorite place!!!! Healthy fast food. The aroma in the air is mouthwatering!! New staff could be a lil more inviting with just a simple smile. Other than that nothing to complain about.
I really love eating at this store because when you dine in, you can have as much sauce as you want. And I love their sauces. I saw someone review for being stingy with their sauce. I didn't understand it. But I was thinking may be it was for "to go". I never order had "to go" here so I don't know. But for dine in, I come here all the time and it is great.
I usually get Waba grill, but happened to pass by here and pick up lunch. The owners were very pleasant and polite, offering me ice water since it was a very hot day. My chicken bowl was so great. The rice perfectly cooked, the chicken was fresh and cooked to order, and the veggies crispy and fresh. I was happily satisfied with the food and service, and will def be back!! A+
Ok so I eat here at least twice a week since the pandemic started. The food is always exactly as I want it and it's healthy for a fast food option. Service is so fast! You'll be in and out before you know it. I love my mini chicken bowl with avocado! They've done a great job of keeping things safe and maintaining such a small business in a difficult time. If you haven't tried it, you won't be sorry!
I really live this place. There's a happy hour kind of thing. food is cooked well and quality of chicken is good. Staff is friendly. The only thing i wished is there was a little more chicken in the portions like an extra 2 or 3 ounces but other than that its amazing! Keep doung a great job. Love this place.
The lady was real fast and quick at the register. Created everyone that came in.

The San Dimas Flame Broiler is very clean and the food is healthy. The meat is flame broiled just like the name of the restraunt. Just add veggies and or rice (white or brown).

The food is good that’s why I like to go. But when I went they started to put chairs up even though there was still customers sitting down. If you want to leave at 9 close at 8:30. Or put a sign that says dining room closes 30 minutes before. My parents own a Resturant and even if someone walks in at 1 minute before closing we help them and let them eat there. You’re getting paid to be there!! Why are you in such a hurry to leave!

I really like the place, but the behavior of the cashier girl with the blue hair, is abysmal . I'm not sure if the older asian couple cooking and serving are the owners or not, but every now and then I see her scream at them for trivial things, and they never reply back. I really feel bad for them. I'm surprised to see that she still works there, inspite of all the tantrums that she throws, regardless of whether there are customers or not. First time I saw her do that, I don't know what she was upset about, but she stormed inside the kitchen leaving all the customers waiting in the line. An argument ensued. She then came out and started putting the chairs in place by banging them loudly and telling everyone sitting there how much she hated working there. This was almost a year ago, and she is still workin in the same spot. It was really uncomfortable being there as a customer. The second time, she took so long on one of the orders, that the guy behind me walked out. The third time, today, my order got messed up. I pointed it out and she came out of nowhere and yelled at the couple again. "I wrote it on the ticket", she said. It wasn't even a big deal to me. Nothing I would lose my sleep over, but she made the situation embarassing. I really like the spot. I've had enough of her though. No one wants drama in the little time they have to eat their lunch. Not worth it.
The place like looks so run down. And everything looks broken or worn down. Their Ac was broken so I hope they fix that soon because I feel bad for the staff to work in a hot kitchen. The service was ok, bit the girl seemed to not want to be there which I think it was because of the heat. Maybe fix the AC and fix up the place and maybe I'll give you a better rating.

3 pieces of broccoli, bowl only a lil more than half full and over done rice. So not with $11. I won’t be back to this one
Sad to say but this place was the best location but lately they can't do very much right I have been here 7 times in the month of February and 3 times my order was wrong

I love flame broiler, I get the same order everywhere I go and this location charges me 3-4 dollars more for my usual order. Food is okay. they are really stingy with their sauces though. I wish I was joking but they give you basically empty sauce cups and get upset with you if you ask for more. Just look at the photo I added. That’s what they give you if you ask for sauces

Was going fine until the cashier decided it was time to mop the floors and stink up the small 700sq ft location with very strong cleaning products while everyone is in there eating. I wasnt the only one visibly bothered by it...for future reference. Wait till it dies down and put a sign outside to wait a sec if you really need to clean that often. Patrons dont want to be smelling ajax and pinesol while they eat. No, Seriously. Ruined my appetite.
I’ve been to many different Flame Broiler restaurants with no issues, but this location is absolutely filthy! How they got an A is beyond me .The floor and walls are dirty and sticky. The sauce station was so gross, the pump was so sticky, it wouldn’t go down when pressed. Forget about touching the hot sauce bottles, gas station floors are cleaner. The wall behind the sauce station was stained with brown splatters up to the ceiling. This would make sense if it was busy and during a rush or something. That would be totally understandable. But it was empty! Not a single customer! There were 2 workers though. They were sitting playing on their phones. What a waste! The chicken was dry and flavorless. It must’ve been sitting out for a loooooong time. The cabbage tasted like Lysol and the broccoli was barely cooked. This is not okay. Do better Flame Broiler.
Place is dirty. Went to go get my drink from soda fountain machine and there was some slimey stuff at the bottom of tray where the water goes down the drain and it was all over it. It freaking grossed me out. It's an easy fix, clean the tray everyday when closing. The funny thing, I saw the cook getting water from there and just turn his head and look out the window. There sauce buckets are broken. They had plates under for the drip but the drip dish looked old...gross.
First and last time I guess for me to dine here. Veggies are not fresh. Meats are so-so. Waba is so much better.

For the 3rd time i order brown rice after getting back to my place I found it’s white rice!! Also the food quality is declined. This place was good not anymore.
