This Del Taco always has served me fast, GOOD, inexpensive food. I LOVE the views from this one's windows, & eating on their patio is a delight with the mountain views! I've always found the staff to be friendly & efficient.

Tuesdays and Thursdays R taco night. You can't go wrong. Tuesday night is regular tacos 3 for a dollar 49. Thursdays chicken tacos three tacos for 3 $2.49 you can either get them soft or hard. Don't get me wrong the other food is just as good double cheeseburgers. They also got epic burritos you're not going to spend a lot of money but you going to get a lot of food.

Never have I ever been so depressed. Darkness has surrounded me from my head to my feet. I was so lonely. So cold. So tired. So, so, so defeated. I was about to give up my life when… I’ve found this little building called “Del Taco”. I threw myself in and didn’t expect anything. Little did I know that my life was about to change for the better. A worker named Daniel came up to me and paid all my bills! Im dept free! But that’s not all. He also slammed me onto the floor, and rolled over me with his trusty electric scooter. I have no more back and stomach pain! He also cured my athletes foot and insomnia. I haven’t had a good nights sleep in decades! His coworkers, Mauricio and Hediberto gave me the best food of my life. I went from super starving to extreme full! So very satisfying. They also found me lots of friends my age! I don’t have to be lonely anymore. I’m still crying, but this time with tears of joy. Who knew one place with simple people could change a man’s life forever?! God bless these people and this place, may their hard work be blessed and good will toward mankind.

Food to eat when you want to sober up. That's the best answer. A 21-year-old man would give you. It's pretty easy to use the app. Order your food, pull up, grab it and go!. I believe they also have a bunch of programs and promotions within the app that guys who got two tacos free and as you spend more in the app, you collect reward points for more free food. So it's not a bad deal. If you know about Del Taco then you probably grew up in Southern California and probably not having a home in the hills. This food is for you WM shoppers. It's funny cuz you can even go on the Del Taco website and purchase a group of hot sauce and then probably like a t-shirt in your favorite hat and some tacos thing you put on your desk and it looks funny.

Stopped by for breakfast this morning , They open early. I got the huevos rancheros burrito and an orange juice. It was really good and tasty. The ingredients are fresh and it was served hot.

This Del Taco has been hit or miss on food quality and service since the pandemic. The last few times we've been in the food and service has been good.

Been eating there since junior was a baby and he just turned '31'. Good quality food at still competitive prices. And always Taco Tuesdays and Thursday soecials.

The staff was friendly the food was good, but the bathrooms were so clean and smelled very nice i was really impressed so thank you to the workers your doing a great job keeping it clean.

Went there late-night on Taco-Tuesday. Dealt with so-called mgr, said his name was "SpicTur" (some name, eh?). Ordered $7+ worth of 'tacos.'. When I asked for a whole lotta mild sauce packets, I got 6. When I said, "can I get more than this?", got about 10 more. On third request, I stated, "hey man, I'll use at least four per taco" he bellowed, 'Geez, OK... how many you want, I need a NUMBER?!'. I replied, 'well, 25 at least'. He snapped back, 'there's.more than 25 in there already'! I was pretty Bentley at this point. I counted ' em and only had 22... needing more. I'm a PAYING customer, after all. I went around and through the drive-thru AGAIN. "SpicTur" tried to ignore me. Finally, he came to window spouting,, "NOW what"? Told him that I 'counted just 22, could I PLEASE get at least FOUR more". HE BARKED BACK, "If you NEED more, park your car and walk yourself in and get some more"!! Ok, NOW I'm PISSED OFF !! As I walk inside, he's telling anyone within earshot HiS version of what happened. Once I saw no customers were left, I told him off but good. Boy, d he turn white once he knew I heard his whole diatribe! Like their food but not "SpicTur"... SO, I'll just go back when he's off (hopefully more often now!).

The staff is very nice the only problem is when you go on taco night you're lucky if you get any ground beef and cheese most of it is just lettuce and a shell. No consistency in quality of food sometimes it's amazing and sometimes you're like wow what happened

Incredibly long wait today (+20 minutes). The rice in the spicy chicken burrito was undercooked. Almost got someone else's drink. I'm not sure what was going on here today, but it seemed off par.

Food was great, service not so good. Normally this location has great food, fast service, and nice employees. Not sure what the problem was last night other than there was only two employees working in the whole store. The lobby was locked up by 630pm and nobody would even look at us when we were at the front door. No sign in the door letting people know the lobby was closed. Disappointed last night with the service and they forgot two of our food items that we paid for.

Decent place to get decent food. Drive-thru is fairly fast. Food will never win a Michelin star. Pro tip - don't eat their tacos in the car unless you're wearing a bib.

This del taco always takes a long time. Even when an order is placed for pick up they focus on the drive thru instead of the person who placed an order ahead of time.

I been here many times, experience didn't things, they forgot some of my items, my food was cold, employee didn't look to clean, I feel they rush and not really taking their time but still get th food out enough time for the people. I will come back that's why they get 2 stars and not 1.

Staff seemed to be bothered by the customers. Chatted only amongst themselves. Good wasn't like all the other del tacos.

I could not believe how dirty this place was. Floor was sticky, tables had not been cleaned, benches had food on them and needed a deep cleaning. Never again.

I hope it was the cashiers first day, he did not know the menu or how to use the cash register to enter our order. He got no help from his coworkers. In the end, they got the order wrong.

It's seems to never be open between two and five. This was the best del taco around, but they dropped the ball. It's 2:24am and they are closed the Carl's Jr. next door is packed with cars.

I love Del Taco but idk this one was ehhh... the taco shells were not fresh, the fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting there for awhile, the sitting area (although no one was there) was dirty, we couldn't find a clean table. The counter person and the crew were very nice just a little disappointed with the food.

Sadly, the quality at this location has decreased significantly. My last two visits, drive through wait times are close to 15 minutes and some of the food was burnt. Ordered a large soda and it was only 2/3 full and the employees seemed genuinely unhappy. This is usually my stop on my way home, and I'll likely stop elsewhere now.

This Del Taco location is disappointing every time. I won't go to this store again. The drive thru messed up my order, and when I asked for it to be corrected, the employee got mad & yelled at me that I didn't order the food I had ordered. I always order the same thing at every Del Taco, and all 5 other locations can get it right, but this 1 can't... plus, I don't enjoy getting yelled at by anyone. So I will NOT be spending any money at this Del Taco location again. Sorry, I'm done!

I came in today and asked for chili cheese fries with sour cream. Not only did they give me chili cheese fries with everything on it which has onions that I'm allergic to but when my husband went and took them back they gave him problems about it not wanting to fix there mistake and when they did after he talked to the manager they were rude about it and drowned the chili cheese fries in sour cream there's almost no chili. I will take my business elsewhere next time!

I work graveyard and this location is supposed to be a 24hr service Drive-thrus.... However, on more than. 4 different visits at various times, the employee tells me I can't order because their systems are down. Either this is true, or you have some lazy employees causing you money.

Today December 14,2020 at 11 a.m. I bought a steak burrito and the meat was in really bad condition and smell horrible called the manager to check the steak to help other customer and the manager was like ok, ok, ok, never apologized, better check this management ownership. The lady cooking in the back picked up something from the floor and didn't clean her hands or change her gloves. I immediately walked out. I'd eat here if they improved their sanitary standards

Can't really give it one star. Live less than a mile away, got macho nachos had to heat in microwave 2 times to get it hot. The sour cream didn't even melt making me wonder what it really was. Nachos were awful. Bland tasteless threw them in trash. It's been a long time since I've been to Del Taco after tonight I'll never go back.

Just attempted to order a few things on two separate orders at 1:44 8/30 and the drive thru guy was verbally aggressive and rude to my friend. He accused her of being drunk. She did explain she was extremely tired. He actually sounded drunk and was slurring and refused to serve us.

Wow the front end service needs to be better .. They're slow no customer service edicts ..... And I waited for about 6 min ended up walking out because no one came to take my order ...... Dont know whats going on but y'all need to organized and be more efficient.

I never gave this place 2 stars. We called corporate about being threatened by a worker and her boyfriend and they showed very little interest. We were shocked especially once we learned a third party witness also called corporate. My suggestion is to stay away from this place. Between the homeless taking baths in the bathroom sink. The drug addicts shooting up in the bathroom. The Del Taco cook cranking his gangster rap in front of the restaurant like he's shooting a music video. The boyfriend threatening people, with his girlfriend stoking the fire, the odds of a bad experiences possibly violent experience are very high. Juarez Mexico is probably safer than this hell house. And to the owner of this Del Taco, you want to meet my expectations as a customer at this particular taco Bell, fire the woman and her boyfriend. He wasn't in his uniform and we didn't know he works there. Fire them both because as a long time resident of San Dimas I am telling everyone about this incident and encouraging them to boycott until some action is taken. Corporate gave the female a write for opening the place 10 minutes late but ignored customers being threatened. Unbelievably insulting...

the worst del taco ever been, order was taking longer than 25 min, unorganized employees, playing loud music, asked for my money back still was getting shorted on my refund. Never going again worst need better structure..

I could not give a rating on the food I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes never placed my order 2 cars behind me backed out and so did I 4 cars in front of me don't know what the delay was. It happened at 10:00 pm 05/22/2023

My pregnant wife took 1 bite from the bean and cheese burrito and it tasted and smelled like cigarettes. I tried another burrito we got and it also had a tasted like cigarettes. I tried to call the location but the phone doesn't work. Someone is either letting smoke go inside the kitchen . Or something isn't being prepared correctly. I've never had this problem here until today. Super disappointed and disgusted.

In the middle of our meal I see crawling down the wall from the Arch on the wall from the kitchen to the dining area was a HUGE Cockroach! The girl I spoke to and came out to check, calmly got a little jar and napkin and picked up up up Roach and walked it outside to put in the trash can out there in the parking lot. Came in and asked me where did I see it come from and that's it. She barely mumbled Sorry about that. It ruined our meal, none of us wanted to finish eating, and when I called the store the following day to speak to manager, they weren't there,nor returned my call. I didn't say why I was calling,and yet no response at all. So I decided to post pictures because after a week of being avoided by the manager, I think the public should know about the pest problem.

If I could give it zero stars I would! I bought chicken soft tacos for a work function and when we opened them up there was only 1 small piece of chicken in my taco and some had 2 little pieces. They put so much sauce in it to fool us. Very disappointed and won't be returning.

08/21 at 4:10 am: drive thru is closed because system is “unavailable”. this is a very common occurrence at del taco locations after hours. meanwhile the employees were sitting in the booth eating. why even make it 24 hour drive thru then? infuriating

The over worked employee that was tending the drive-thru complained about working too much and then proceeded to eff up the order. What else do you expect from this establishment in Dan Dimas? Absolutely nothing! The description of the attendant so that you know to stay on your toes when you see him is a just like a junior size “Fluffy” the comedian.

The worst service I have ever received..... I literally was in the drive through for over a half an hour.... and there was only 4 cars ahead of me? When I received my food it was cold, I didn't go back as I would have cost me more of my time. I seriously didn't know what the problem was... but obviously there was issue? First bad experience at this location.

I ordered 2 Fresca bowl and a veggie burrito. Went through the drive thru. The gave me one fork for 2 Fresca bowl I asked for the receipt, they didn't give the receipt. And I asked for 7 hot sauce, they gave me 3 hot sauce. Thank you for caring...

The food is horrible normally I'm a huge Del Taco fan but when you order a large fry they give you the large container but only a small fry inside. I ordered two tacos also there was barely any meat tons of lettuce and very little cheese and they were actually there Del Taco tacos the big ones. The restaurant inside was a dirty mess and so where the restrooms. I recommend going to a different Del Taco

Reporting this location to corporate, I find it ridiculous that you have workers in the building but they close off the drive thru because they don't want to work. People who work noc shift have to eat too. 😒

Hope management and workers read this. So many times they forget an item when I'm on my lunchbreak going to the drive thru. Do yourself a favor, hit the next del taco. I love del taco and this is the worst I've ever been too. Manager Richard, you have some house cleaning to do. You can start with the guy who was making my food at 430pm on March 10,2019. He took off his visor them laid the tortillas partially ON TOP of the visit which was just on his head! GROSS. He was throwing things, banging things and then stated "I'm over it, I want to go home" while preparing food for customers who could clearly see and hear the lack of pride. Hey buddy, be thankful you have a job.

The tables where all durty, only me and another customer, not busy. 1 staff member was just wondering. Once I got my food an started eating I could here 3 to 4 staff member's arguing in the kitchen very chaotic. Oh and my food, under cooked, I got two bean burritos. Horrible expirence never coming to this Del store again.

Hands-down the slowest Del Taco in Southern California, whether it's busy or not. If it's busy, you'll wait here longer than you will at McDonald's across the way with 12 cars in line. 5 cars in line here after 10pm? 25 minute wait MINIMUM.

This place is terrible. The works always have a bad attitude especially when it comes to using a coupon. I stopped going to this del taco for like 5 months. Today I thought I would give them another shot since i live just down the street from them and they were just bad as ever. I WOULD DEFINITELY NEVER SUGGEST THIS DEL TACO TO ANYBODY. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

So my food was absolutely cold. I got $38 worth of food that they charged me on account and the frisr code. Not enough fry's. I got a large order of fries with the loaded bacon burrito. I. Also ordered the number one with just meet and cheese They came out cold as well. The meat the taco the burrito. The fry's are completely frozen and never receive. My drink decided to call them. He had an attitude at the service window. Cause I asked for a receipt and grab it didn't give it to me thru. It in the bag with the attitude. At this time it's 12 midnight. No cars behind me any forgot to hand me. My drink, try calling to get my money back for the drink. No response so now I'm riding the review that he had a bad attitude. If he hates his job, get a career man. Is that our fault you wanted to work there. Best advice.

I visited Del Taco recently and had an extremely disappointing experience. The wait time was excessive, totaling 48 minutes - 38 minutes just to get to the service window and another 10 minutes waiting at the window. To make matters worse, the order I received was incorrect. The staff’s behavior was highly unprofessional and concerning. It appeared that the workers might have been under the influence of drugs, which is not only alarming but also raises serious questions about the safety and hygiene standards of the establishment. Additionally, the loud music being played by the staff created an unwelcoming and chaotic environment. They seemed more interested in the music than in attending to customers. This visit was far from the standard one would expect from any fast-food restaurant. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary changes for a better customer experience in the future.

I went to the Del Taco in San Dimas on Monday 1/15/24. For lunch around 2:15 PM. I ordered 2 tacos, 1 beef burrito, and 2 small fries in the drive-through. I checked my order before leaving and notice that not only did they short me 1 order of fries there was only about 7 french fries in the bag they gave me. When I told the kid at the window this was unacceptable and I wanted him to fill the fry bag with the proper amount of fries. He looks at me and says don't expect much, It is a small fry. He did fill both bags with the proper amount of frys. I can't believe that they would try to pass 7 french fries as a small bag of fries. After all of that, the fries were terrible, they were soggy and cold, the tacos and burrito were ok. There are better choices for $15:00 ......I won't be going back anytime soon.

Wasn't to happy here. Entered the store and the male counter person with his sideways hat on which wasn't even a deltaco hat, was involved in a conversation with 2 coworkers at the food counter. I stood there for 3 to 5 mins before he even stated, "I'll be with you in a minute " took him 4to 6 more minutes to ask " what can I get you" and at that he grabbed a bag opened it up put in food for the drive thru and walked to drive up window handed the car the bag and closed the window as the ladies in the car asked for some napkins. He took my order #1 with deluxe Chilli cheese fries. Medium drink. Simple order. I received regular fries and no cup for self serve drink. Should I demand a cup and the correct food in fear of them tampering with the correct food? I payed for the upgrade didn't get what was paid for. I guess I won't ever go there again. 😕

Open 24 hours? Nope! Two cars in the parking lot, but they must be busy doing something else inside... Last month ordered a lot of food togo and the food was horrible quality. The fries were so soggy the airfryer couldn't even bring them back. The tacos toppings were half in the wrapper and half in the taco. They were to lazy to cut the quasidillas... I am done trying with this location. It's not that hard people! It's fast food! You should all be fired!

I visited the store at 694 West Arrow Highway, in San Dimas, CA yesterday, at about 2:55pm. I walked in and intended to place an order inside the restaurant. But when I approached the counter- as the ordering area of the restaurant was empty/customer-free- no one was there taking orders, and the 2 employees further back (in the food preparing section) said nothing to me. I stood there for 3 minutes, quietly waiting, while one of the 2 employees, who went by the name of Victor, walked back and forth in front of me- without saying a word to me.... After 3 minutes, I finally called to him and asked him if anyone was taking orders. He half-looked at me and said that the person (taking orders) was busy. I paused for a minute and said to him that he and his fellow employees should let customers know what is going on with the status of having their orders taken, and that is good customer service. Vitor said me, without really even turning his head to me,"You don"t have to be a D#CK about it!" I said,"Excuse me!?" And he repeated himself. I asked him what his name was and told him that him calling me that was unacceptable. I also asked him for his boss at this time, as another employee emerged from the back and began approaching the counter. Victor pointed to this new employee and said,"Him." I told this new employee what Victor had just called me, and instead of this employee taking any disciplinary action towards Victor, and apologizing to me, he paused and asked me,"Well what did you do for him to call you a D#CK?" I was shocked and couldn't believe what I was hearing and going through! I told this so-called boss that I was a customer, and his employee just called me a D#CK!!, and that this boss needed to handle the situation!! This new employee proceeded to ask me,"Yah?, but why did he call you a D#CK?" I got this new employee's name- Mauricio- and I told him this was all unacceptable and I needed his boss' number. He said he was the boss. I told him that he didn't own Del Taco, so I needed his boss' number. Mauricio said it was corporate. I asked him for the number, and he said he didn't have it. I told him I didn't believe he was a boss if he supposedly didn't even have Del Taco's (his company's) corporate number. He said,"You can look it up on line." I couldn't believe what I was going through. I wrote everything down and told Mauricio and Victor that they messed up.... I called Del Taco's corporate office and filed a complaint with Del Taco's customer service department... I was told I would be contacted by Del Taco's corporate management department, either by phone call or email.... But so far all I have gotten from them is a $1 off coupon, via email. Very Upset and disappointed in this Del Taco store, in particular, and in the Del Taco corporate office so far. (I would have given zero stars for my rating, but this system won't let me.)

Ordered Chili cheese fries for the last time. Both had one layer of fries in the box. I think the girls knew what they were doing. They were acting suspicious and when i tried to call when i got home the line was continuously busy.. shady employees. I work at a steakhouse. We would never deliveratly rip off a customer

Bad location the service is bad started off with missing item and then if i don't as for sauce i dont get none also the food was bad churro over fried and no sugar the other location served me good and quality of food was good

We oder 2 combos with lemonade at the drive through. We wanted to order other items but we cut off by the cashier and to drive up to the window. We were surprised it was a woman who took our order because voice over the speaker sounded like man. No greeting a smile. Serve us 2 cokes. We told her lemonade not cokes. Her anger grew when we ask for a receipt. She gave us our order and slammed the window while we were still at the window. It seemed she didn't want to work.

3/12/23 12:20pm after a fun Saturday of off-roading at the Santa Ana river in riverside, off-roading in my 98 Jeep Cherokee XJ with my wife and kids I decided to come home and get some tacos from Del Taco at 694 W Arrow Hwy, San Dimas, CA 91773. While I was in the driveway waiting in line to place my order, there was a young man who looked like a gangster coming out of the back receiving door of the establishment yelling at me and putting up his hands and fingers as if he was showing hand signs of a gang member. I was with my wife and my three young children 4, 11, 12. My children were visibly shaken by this man’s actions. As I pulled forward to the window after placing my order at the speaker I asked the woman why there was a man yelling at us and showing gang signs and being aggressive clearly frightening my children in the back seat and upsetting my wife. She then asked me to wait and after a couple minutes the young man came to the window, I asked him why he was angry and making weird sings with his hands being so aggressive towards myself and my family and I asked him his name. He stated his name was Jeremy and was angry about me “reving” the engine of my jeep but I explained I wasn’t reving the engine to make noise and be disrespectful but to keep the engine alive otherwise it would die or stall in the driveway and could cause more of a problem by backing up their line. After I explained this to him he understood why I was reving the engine and I wasn’t trying to disrespect anyone especially being with my wife and young children. I then asked him why he was throwing his hands around so angrily at me and my family making weird signs and yelling as if he wanted to fight someone he just stated that he thought I was trying to show off or “act tough” I did not intend any of this mis understanding but wow what a way for a Del Taco employee to aggressively handle the situation. My question is, who is the San Dimas Del Taco location hiring? Are they that desperate to hire aggressive gangsters? Where is the management? I just feel sorry for my young children who were clearly shaken by Jeremy’s actions.

This Del Taco is terrible. Extremely slow and major attitude at counter. Ownership needs to clean house or shut down. I recommend boycotting this establishment. I read many of the other reviews. They date back over a year with the same complaints. Nothing is being done to fix this place. BOYCOTT run them out and take your cockroaches with you.

Usually I get good service from del taco in San dimas, but tonight’s ( Wednesday April 27,2022) the crew was incompetent and messed up my order more then ever.. I ordered a bun taco and got a tostado, ordered and del beef combo burrito, got a del taco ordered small fries got them but looked and tasted like they had sat in the tray all day, ordered a chicken quesadilla and cheese quesadilla, the cheese one was cold. They never repeated my order to me.. and never got a receipt. it was the one time I didn’t check the order… when I called to tell them about the order.. she told me that’s what you order!!! Never will I go back on a Wednesday night with that crew!!

Pretty disappointed this morning, wasn't too busy and didn't get our complete order. Was charged twice 12.09 and 7 something. Chicken tacos tasted like they were sitting out all night and caused upset stomachs. Usually customer service and food are on point and fresh. Unfortunately won't be returning to this del taco anymore.

Just got off of work from a 16-hour shift and my family member texted me that they wanted a shake from del Taco. When I went through the drive-thru I approached the speaker and no one asked if they could take my order and I kept saying hello hello without any response. When I went to the window I honked my horn because there was a car that was just serviced right before me. A female staff opened the window and said yes, and I asked her if the speaker was broken and she said no. She was very rude and blunt. So I said well I kept saying hello at the speaker and no one answered me. She said well I am the only cashier here and I was helping somebody else. I then proceeded to ask her why didn't you get on your headset and say I'll be right with you just to acknowledge that you could hear me. She said well I can't take any orders at the window so you're going to have to go back around to order if you want anything! I just left and went to another location which is added more time to my commute and it got me home later than necessary.

I love Del Taco, but this one was the worst I have ever been too. All the tables and the floor were dirty and had scraps of food. We ordered chicken soft tacos, and the chicken was cold and the tortillas were as well. I had one been burrito, and the beans tasted burnt.

The music that they played in there really sucked, and the meat in the burritos was horrible, wouldn't want to feed it to a dog! Overly spicy and very low quality, and the people behind the counter had no personality and shouldn't even work in customer service

Had the worst experience on the drive-through ordering being helped by Daniel with glasses he refuse to explain the choices of my coupon with a rude tone, threatened me that if I didn’t move out the drive-through he would call the cops instead of him, focusing on helping me He was more worried about getting the line out of the drive-through mind you it was just one person behind me also I I’m sure Daniel made my burrito bc it was a total disaster. Messing with people’s food should never be OK. I work for customer service and people like him should not be nowhere near helping others.

They advertise 2 grilled taco for $3 on tv I went to eat there I found out it’s nothing like it shows on tv tacos are old dried chicken and it tastes very bad I want eat there again

This used to be a staple in my life but haven't been there in a while and I went there the other day and I will not be coming back. For the price the portions are off, if you want cheap food go to this place!

The guy at the window couldn’t seem to get his head around the fact that I only needed TWO hot sauces and not a giant handful. He literally looked at me like I was an idiot when I refuse to take them and reiterated, I only want two - everything else would simply be thrown away…. One might think it would be difficult to screw up a simple order like one breakfast burrito and a cheese quesadilla - no green sauce, but hey; keep your expectations low I guess lol

The place has decent food every once in a while, but the staff was horrendous. The manager always looked at people with EBT like they shouldn’t belong in the restaurant and now their EBT service is down claiming on their front door that they’re able to fix it but then when you walk inside, it says they are no longer accepting EBT, even after that paper is lifted from the door so hopefully they can step it up before someone has them shut down.
