This McDonald's is one of the better ones in my area. The managers do a good job of keeping everything as it should be. They're polite, the location is very clean, and their relatively quick as long as you don't go in when they're slammed for lunch rush. I will actually avoid other McDonald's on my way home just to stop at this one. All in all, pretty solid location.

Extremely busy often. Prepare to wait 10 minutes in the drive-thru. Haven't experienced the indoor counter. Won't comment. Food is good. Shakes are great. Will return.

Put in a mobile order and picked it up. Got home, realized we were missing a sandwich. Call the store back to ask for a refund. After putting me on hold three times, I was told I had to get a refund through the app. This is after looking through the app for a refund option. The app says I have to go through the local store. The manager won't let the person on the phone give the name of the manager on duty. According to the manager, I have to make another 25-minute round trip drive to get my $2.75 back for my cheeseburger.

Straightforward McDonalds, had the deal for buy one, get another for $1 in breakfast and lunch app specials. Iced tea was good.

I have literally come here most of this month because I work in the plaza. And I really need to point out that the employees here 9 times out of 10 there is at least 5 employees standing around while one poor person is running between drive thru and the costumers inside and she is also packaging the food while there is people standing by where that station is. Not only that but then there is normally a huge back up it took 20 minutes for me to get my order the other day. I am normally a understanding person but waiting for 20 mins for a coffee while there were employees not doing anything where they could step up and help.. ugh

Place is in need of some updating or maybe just some cleaning. The staff is sometimes preoccupied with eachother but when they are not they are friendly. Food is quick and have not had any issues where it was incorrect. Although almost everytime I have been fries are not the freshest.

It's a McDonald's so there isn't much to say about the food. However, it is the slowest "fast food" restaurants I have ever visited. I live in the neighborhood so I have been here several times, at all different hours of the day and night, and it's always the same whether there are several customers or none. Plan on at least four to five minutes in the drive-thru lane if you go here.

Ordered my food, 1st drive thru employee was nice, 2nd drive thru employee immediately asked me to pull up and my food will be brought to my vehicle, waited appx. 5-10 mins the NEW GM brought 3 bags of food asking me what did I order, he should have known and I dont understand why I had to be pulled up so fast, to get their drive thru times down ? That was annoying, I also was there a couple of days later in the lobby, ordered my food, waited over 15 mins, asked for it to be to go and the same GM put it on a tray, like WTF, going to give that place a break.

Sometimes I'm sick with a cold or lazy and end up at the drive thru mostly for coffee. It's always good. If I remember I ask for extra cream cause they seem to be stingy with it. One time the guy ahead of me paid my bill. I need to pay that forward one day.

What do I keep on saying? The key to FAST Food is the word F A S T. I'm that guy who delivers to friends without cars. I'm in more drive through food lines than most and, having worked the drive through window, I know that a slow drive through is the fault of a lack of urgency on the part of the restaurant. Speed up the service time and be sure to serve the food hot and I'll have nothing negative to post. Are we good?

Morning person at the drive thru was very nice and pleasant. The cooks can't seem to assemble regular menu items correctly. A Sausage biscuit with egg is supposed to be a biscuit with sausage and egg, that's it! Nowhere in that description is cheese asked for or even implied. STOP MESSING UP REGULAR MENU ITEMS! Some people don't like cheese.

At the drive up, the guy who took the order was not pleasant when taking order, we waited at the window for a while waiting for fries, no "just a few minutes" or nothing like that, he was in there saying to another worker something like "I just naturally hate everybody but he's (maybe another employee?) Is another level (of hate)". Then when fries were ready he turned around ready to ignore us without giving us the drink for my kids happy meal. After I called out and got his attention he was like "oh yeah", no sorry or anything. That guy should not have a job that deals with any customers.

The few times ive stopped here for something quick, has never turned out to be quick. Even using the app. This is one of slowest moving drive thru's i have ever been through. No matter the time of day. Twice now ive ordered a med drink and rec a small. When you question them they become upset with you. I was told thats what they had for cups the last time i was there. If you have the time and patience for this then you'll be fine with the service. If not, may i just suggest finding another mcd's. Its very frustrating dealing with the staff.

I did go to MC Donalds today. I have to say that my food was good. I got a McDouble and an order of French fries off of the dollar menu. It can to a grand total of $3.12. Do I think that it was a lot for so little. Yes I do. I think it's a bit much. What I'm not happy about is the very long wait in the drive thru. It should be renamed the park and starve. There is usually an area just off to the right where you can park to wait for your food to come out if it's going to take a little longer. They should expand that area to 4 or 5 spaces dedicated for this purpose so the line moves along quicker. Most people like myself have 1/2 hour for lunch, and spending 10 or more minutes in line is not feasible. Ah, here's a suggestion, offer a bonus to those to those who can keep the line moving in an expedient manner within 3 minutes from order time to drive away time with pinpoint accuracy. To accomplish this you have to take away your employees cell phones, their ear buds or pods, and curb their interpersonal rederick. I'm sorry I must be back in the dark ages from when I grew up working for the man. They taught me customer service, respect for my employer, and what it means to be on the receiving end not just on the providing side of it. Discipline in the workplace is a distant memory found on Google. The era of the snowflake employment policy dictates otherwise at the overall expense of the customer. What am I thinking? The year 2020 is only hindsight of what I remember.

I asked for a cheeseburger with no onions and when it came to me it had a no onions label on it. Luckily before I bit into it, I looked and sure enough it had a lot of minced onions on it. I am allergic to onions. The cashier was amazingly helpful but whoever made my cheeseburger almost cost me a trip to the hospital.

The person who took my order took it completely wrong and the young gentleman at the window had to keep fixing it. He was so patient and then when I pulled off i had 2 medium cold fries when they were supposed to be large and my sweet tea was unsweetened. It might have just been an off day.

I've gone here 3 times in the past 2 months for coffee at 10:30 PM. The message at the drive through says they are closed. The website and this page say they are open until 11:00 PM. If they close at 10:00 or 10:30 the on line information should be updated. Taking the exit off the thruway to come get coffee at a drive thru is a bit time consuming. It's ok if the place is open and the coffee keeps you alert for your drive but if you take the time for nothing because of bad information it makes you angry - at McDonalds.

Always cold food, no fish in the fish filet. Chewy and hard, tasted like it was there for days. Ice cream machine always our of order. Staff ranges from indifferent to annoyed. On plus side they did get extra tartar sauce right. Worst Mcdonalds in region.

Customer service just isn't what it used to be. Have been to this location several times, always thinking 'the next time will be better'...nope, never is. And the order always seemed to get messed up. Still went home with incorrect order.

Hands down undisputed WORST McDonalds of all time. I went in for "fast food" on July 28th 2019 at 1224, I recieved my food at 1304 after everyone who had entered the restaurant after me. To say the employee working the register had a loose grasp of the English language would be an over statement, to top that off she took orders and would completely ignore the customer after that. The worst run McDonald's I've ever entered and the last time I will ever bring my kids there for a happy meal, which by the way had a toy that wasnt even on the list which was probably left over from 6months ago because it was wreck it Ralph. I'm aware it's just a McDonalds I just expect to spend less than 30min to get a happy meal. If I could give negative stars I would.

I've gone here for the past 2 years. It's not by choice, rather little too no options for another mcd. So, the past two years, I haven't had a single order completely out properly filled. It never fails that one of my hambergurs or nuggets find their way in the mouth of an employee

Really $1.00 for a cup of tap water? I understand that the cup, the ice and the straw all cost money. But $1.00 is ridiculous! Most other McDonalds don't charge anything. Most definitely will drive past this store and go to another from now on.

All of their cheap combos they advertise are mysteriously "out of stock" once you're at the counter... so I can get a 4-piece nugget and a cheeseburger separately, but ordering them for the offer seen on the app is somehow "out of stock"??? Don't freaking advertise a deal if you're too cheap to follow through on actually selling it to people.

Went through the drive thru and very disappointed to discover when I got home that my quarter pounder with cheese was not in my bag. Also, my twenty-piece nugget was only eighteen pieces. I agree with the others. This place is horrible! Went completely downhill from a couple years ago. Cant get the simplest thing right and you get attitude and eye rolls when you nicely tell them its wrong. Shouldnt have to wait for someone to greet you and take your order when there is only one other person dining. Ice cream and shake machine ALWAYS OUT OF ORDER! Tables not cleaned. Can't keep orders straight. Waited 15min for a 4 piece happy meal. Only got 3 and a melted milk shake. And no toy. If it wasn't for my kid losing her mind in the back seat for a milk shake I would never go back.

The woman that runs the place closed it like 40 mins early, wouldn’t even let one of her employees back in the place that was trying to help us figure out that they were closed early. She just shrugged at him. We sat at the drive through for a few before while she watched us from the window and said nothing & had multiple other vehicles in line as well. We let the other customers know they were closed early, we should get paid honestly. New remodeled building, same horrible management. Absolutely horrible. The female talking our order had no clue, messed up several times reacting it back to us. There was only 2of us ordering and you would have thought it was 10. Our order ended up wrong and some of the food was cold. It wasn't very busy at the time we were there.

Update: Stopped at this place because I was in a hurry. Ordered mcnuggets, fries, and a cheeseburger. Three items. YUP....they handed me the bag with my order......NO CHEESEBURGER. Really??? ZERO STARS. Unfortunately, this location has now gone from bad to worse. Now, besides ALWAYS shorting you at least one item on your paid order, you get rude and confrontational service, long waits both inside and drive-thru, and inconsistent food quality. My large family have been faithful patrons for years. We're NEVER going back. This area now has: Wendy's, Moe's, Panera, Five Guys, Taco Bell, Jersey Mike's, and more - ALL of which give stellar and accurate service consistently.

Recently underwent and expensive renovation but has not managed to sort out getting orders correct, or serving burgers that don't look stepped on beforehand. I drive the extra 5 minutes to the Delaware avenue location at least they're relatively reliable.

Absolutely junk, food terrible. If you order more than 4 teams you have to wait more than 10 minutes for the order.and the order is usually wrong anyway Says open til 11 and they are closed at 10:00. Good service, but lately they haven't paid much attention to the preparation of the food, uncooked frozen meat patties on the burgers, burnt fries, and cold hard chicken sandwiches. Management needs to take care not to get customers sick. Quality is unacceptable.

Left and went to Wendy's. Shake machine not working (as usual) and Sweet tea not made (as usual). Cashier was snotty and just walked out for a cigaretthe. I guess she was having the manager gather our order. When asked for a refund, the manager said he could add a couple of packets is sugar to unsweetened tea. Really? No thanks. Asked for a refund again and was given refund for drinks only. Had to ask several times and then demand a refund. Asked who the district manager is and was told to take the survey. With service like this, no wonder the place was empty.

Really disappointed went to go get a Happy meal for my daughter after her cheer practice and the cheeseburger was made wrong The meat was cold and it made my daughter sick The fries were called and in the Happy meal they didn't give me apple slices they gave me a bag of apples from the oatmeal packet which also were not good and when I went back to talk to a managers to see what happened there was no explanation and she said that there's no way that cheeseburger got her sick and she was just calling me a liar so it was really a great experience...not

Probably one of the worst I have been to. Dining room is supposed to be open until 10pm but is always closed by 9. Staff was nice but I don't exactly like being lied to. My food that SHE said was "made to order" was cold, dry, disgusting and made me sick. Not going back. They don't even deserve one star.

You can literally taste the uncleanliness of this place in the food. Went here once and told the girl my sandwiches were supposed to have cheese I told her if she gave me the cheese I can put it on myself instead of her remaking the sandwiches. Can’t give less than one unfortunately . Highly recommend you stay away. Went through drive through and beverage cup had a round puncture hole in the bottom that sprayed soda all over the controls of my vehicle. It will now need to be detailed because the buttons are sticking . Expensive meal. Reported to them and they couldn’t have more unconcerned . Said they would “pass it on.”

Absolutely terrible, the service was the worst. It was some dude that didn’t even know how to speak English and kept messing up on our order. We had to repeat more than 5 times for each order. Wr sat at the 2nd window for about 5 more minutes with the window closed. He sat there talking to the others at the speaker. They were probably having the same issue we were having with him. He was nice about everything just he was working at an extremely slow working speed. I would’ve spent least amount of time. He missed a medium sprite and we repeated the order like 5 times. And 10 nuggets while the receipt said 20 nuggets and a 10 piece for my younger brother. I am extremely angry because of this incident and probably will not come back to this establishment again. Though the good was delicious the service and atmosphere was not great.

One of the few locations that swapped the large fries container with the small bags. I prefer coxackie McDonald's that uses the actual container. Save your money and skip the fries.

1 star for the staff who put food in the bag for drive through. I ordered 3 food items 2 were incorrect. I ordered spicy McCrispy but got McChicken. i ordered 10 piece nuggets but only got 9 piece. receipt shows the correct items i ordered. so the person who's in charge of preparing food and put food in bag cant read or purposely messing with people. maybe try to get as low review as possible so less customers go therefore less work.

The food, good, The atmosphere, good and clean The service, abominable, atrocious, asinine. I have been here many times and each time is worse than the last. When you place an order it is a minimum of 15 minutes to receive your order. This is even when there is no one in the restaurant or at the drive thru. When there are other people, I have seen others complaining about the egregious wait times as well. My first thought is always that there needs to be better management. On this particular night, I ordered a big Mac and a mcflurry. They put the big Mac in the bag after a little while and then in sat there. I saw four employees talking and deliberating for quite some time only for one of when to finally tell me that they don't have the kind if mcflurry I ordered and would I want another kind, I said sure and ordered another kind. This could've been done 10 minutes earlier but for some reason it needed a long wait followed by a team talk. I'm lovin' it?

I recently visited this establishment the lady dona was an absolutely disgusting person. Rude and uncomfortable customer friendly. I had issues with my order. I have food allergies and I had my order messed up and she was unwilling to Adress the situation to correct my order. She was not professional at all. I spent over $35 on food and it went to waist because it was wrong. I will never return to this establishment ever again and I will never suggest it to anyone. Ordered a spicy chicken nugget meal with a happy meal. Was told to pull in the number one spot to wait for my food. my family and I waited 15 minutes before I went into see what the hold up was. I told the cashier I counted 20 cars that were behind me get their food before me. The cashier then told me they were waiting on my spicy nuggets. Once my food was ready the cashier agitatedly slammed the food on the counter. I said thank you very much. Didn't know it took 15 minutes to make chicken nuggets.

I ordered hot cakes and sausage. When I got home there was no sausage. Fine, it's McDonald's...you don't expect much. I went back and they did eventually get my order right after the management was rude, annoying and unapologetic. Stupid me went back a few days later and they were out of chocolate milkshakes. Again, the bar is low...it's McDonald's. "Strawberry, vanilla or deal with it". Really? Deal with it??

Everything was bad except the fries. I ordered from the drive thru and didn’t look in my bag till I got half way home , I ordered the 4c and repeatedly asked for the 4c meal with a large French vanilla iced coffee with lots of caramel syrup and liquid sugar. I was given the 4d meal I absolutely hate spicy and pickles so automatically that sandwich isn’t even a mistake I could be satisfied with. The large iced coffee was black cold coffee with frappe drizzle mind u I work at McDonald’s there’s three different Caramel products for three different things the caramel syrup is meant for coffees, I was just given black coffee with caramel that goes on frappes covering my ice and NO FRENCH VANILLA FLAVORING when that was not the main flavor base of the coffee?literally ridiculous $13 down the drain.

They supposedly close at 11pm but when we were there (9:15pm), they didn’t allow us to eat there bc they said they were closing. My sandwich bun came broken in 2 pieces; they missed fries and dipping sauce. Bathroom is a dump - corporate should really take a look at the franchisee…

07/03/2024 We stopped into the Feura Bush location to grab some breakfast. We walked to the front counter to place our order and that was where we waited for 10 minutes while EVERY employee (including what I believe was the manager wearing a light blue shirt) in the drivethrough and kitchen area repeatedly looked at us and continued on with their socializing. As we were turning to leave, since we were obviously not important, the light blue shirted lady asked if we needed anything in a manner that also seemed we weren't important and possibly interrupted the social hour.

Zero customer service in the drive thru. I sat at the broken screen (it's been a year that I've been aware of it and you guys still can't fix it?) for 5 minutes and sat there in complete silence. I'm the only one in the drive thru line... Hello, what's going on inside? Aren't you aware this is a business you're working at? Not a, "one minute we'll be right with you". Absolute silence for 5 minutes. At this point I gave up and I made the 7 minute drive to the Bethlehem McDonald's and immediately got service once I pulled up. Need to hire better employees at this Glenmont location. When you do actually get service they don't say anything they just hold out their hand and expect you to place your money in it and then sling your bag of food out the window without a word. Summary: will be going to Bethlehem or Coxsackie McDonald's in the future.

Got Discriminated On For Rolling A Joint Of Marijuana.. May I Remind Everyone.. I Was Not Smoking In Store, Weed is Legal In NY State, There Is No Sign Stating No Marijuana Allowed & I Do Have A Medical License... This is THE WORST McDonald's. I have never waited less than 10 minutes in the drive through to get my food, and normally I only order a large fry. Most of the time it's more like a 15-20 minute wait though. I dont understand how a district manager hasn't come in yet and revamped this store. You'd think with all the bad reviews, someone would've done something about it by now. The only good thing I can say about this store is that they know how to salt their fries.

What piss poor service with an attitude? Then this is the place for you. I was just in the drive through (4/2) when I was met with opposition. I didn’t receive a receipt for my order which is alarming when I want to check what I order and was rushed off the ordering speaker. I paid and thought everything would be fine after confirming my order. However, when I asked for condiments the person had an attitude about giving them to me and also made a big display about. Mind you I only wanted 2 ranch sauces. It seems this place is now overcrowded with teens working and doing a subpar job. Management, customer service and servers in general need an overhaul at this location.

Lobby was closed at 8pm. I had already put pick up inside for my mobile order, they weren't going to process my mobile order until I told them I was already charged and they needed to figure it out, then when I got to the window, they still tried to charge me. I had to show them the payment confirmation on my phone. And had to wait 20 minutes in their drivethru.

Another day, another meal missing. This location has be consistently inconsistent with their service a good quality. Tonight they had no drink trays and forgot to give me part of my order. After $40 down the drain, I'm never coming back to this location and I will be telling everyone I know how awful of a location Glenmont McDonald's is. There is no reason I should have to inspect my food every single time to make sure the ticket matches my order.

Can literally get the same prices at Five Guys for infinitely better food and twice the size burgers. Every other fast food place clears. No idea why people go here.

Stopped there for lunch and waited 50 minutes in line and not sure why it took them this long to take care of 8 to 9 cars. Writing this review while waiting in the car and the car front of us is being annoyed. Saw multiple cars left but don’t think McDonalds would care. I was ignored. My issue was never being addressed. And now I have to contact corporate! I cna see why this establishment is getting so much bad reviews! The service is inadequate! Food poorly prepared. And cold! Never coming back doesn’t even deserve one star

Foid was good but service was unprofessional and the opposite of customer service. The woman at the drive thru was getting annoyed at me that i was giving her the wrong code from my mobile app but o have her what I received after placing the order. Granted, I placed the order o be picked up inside but the attendant told me if she couldn't find my order, she couldn't do anything even after I said i had the receipt showing I placed the order , had a confirmation and was at the correct location. After finding my order, I was told it wasn't policy for an employee to get my order in the drive thru and I would have to get it at the counter.

The workers at this place are the worst workers I have ever encountered in my entire life at a McDonald’s fast food chain. They don’t know what they’re doing. They always ask What the code is for when you give them a code for a free reward that you’ve given them. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had always come away with a bad experience from them and they always give you cold soggy fries.

I swear the employees at this McDonald’s couldn’t get a order right if it was tattooed on their arm. Their service is sub par and their hospitality is atrocious. I’ve never seen such miserable human beings. I got a McFlurry and they gave me a cup half filled with ice cream and a piece of Oreo on top. I would rate this place a -5/10 but unfortunately Google doesn’t allow that.
