I faithfully order on the Subway app a turkey footlong and turkey salad for dinner from the GI Subway every Thursday for my husband and I. Tiffany and Don the owner greet me with a smile and have my order ready for me right when I walk in the door. The store is always clean and welcoming and our food delicious. In fact, my special order salad is one of my favorite salads around. I highly recommend this store as it is consistent with friendly service and good food!
The gentleman there was very nice and they was getting ready to close up and I was their last customer and they gave me 3 free cookies. I didn't no how expensive they was anymore, as I'd not been in a few years n was completely shocked, I almost walked out because the prices, NOT the employees, I ordered a foot long steak n cheese sub n a chicken wrap n 1 medium drink n that was $32.00 I was thinking is it made of gold, lol, anyways I'd recommend to everybody, but take in mind, bring allot of money, it's extremely expensive!!!!

Don is very Hands-On, hospitable and runs an excellent operation. I am very impressed to see the new Grand Island Subway after a complete renovation inside and outside. It's truly an experience based retail operation and I recommend it highly.

This is the cleanest most amazing customer service and the food is really as it looks on tv! I took pics to prove it myself! I was truly amazed at how clean this place is it’s like walking into a clean freaks home! Like mine! I try to keep my house spotless but they nailed it on the head! The owner shows his employees respect and they all seem to get along so easily like they have been doing this all their life. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and patient. I recommend this subway over any other in the New York area.
Other Subways need to take notes from these guys, because they do a great job! I come here just about every week and I’m always greeted with kindness and respect. I usually make a custom order with specific toppings and they do exactly everything the way I ask them to. The staff are very nice and patient, and I’ve known the owner for a while now.

I have known the owner through his kids all throughout school. I remember stopping there as a kid after softball and many other occasions. It's a cleanly, cozy spot with smiling faces always ready to accommodate your needs and wants! Congrats on many years of excellent service 👏 👍 🙌

The sandwich artist were quick to wait on us and quick to make our subs. Most times at other subways they dred you coming in, not here, friendly and professional. We did have to wipe our table and another table was messing, need to clean more often.

Don't bother calling. They won't pick up and answer questions. When asked why they wont? They simply stated they don't answer questions over the phone. Sucks when you have a mobile order and need help. Other than that love this place and the staff.

asked for a chopped salad and they did not chop it. then asked for dressing on the salad and they gave me none, and they did not give me a fork to eat with. the salad slaps now that I have come home to chop it, dress it, and eating with my own fork.
They are not good at getting an order right. Lite mayo means to them dripping out of thr sandwich everywhere.
Food was okay... pretty upset I had to toss my coupon without notice. Please do not send coupons if they won't be valid (expiration5/21/22).... it's unfair to us who don't make enough to afford... I relied on that to feed my family... I get there's shortages but if that's the case again, don't send anything.... very disappointed.....

This location do not participate in any of the promotional deals. it is a great inconvenience for me to have to go all the way to Niagara falls to get a deal.

This sandwich is disgusting either it's the burnt bread taste or the freezer burnt veggies...I got a veggie sub and the guy making a meatball sub thought it would be awesome to alternate between my veggie sub and that meat sub. Then he attempted to cut my sub with the meat knife...word to the wise if a person orders a veggie sub they may not like meat...so dont slide the meat knife through their sub and dont use your meat gloves to make the veggies sub... #common sense is not common
I felt rushed into placing my order and felt a general feeling of hostility while visiting this place. Will not return. Update following the owner's response: Yes the employee was way nicer than the owner. I felt rushed by the OWNER who started on my order, before handing it over to the employee, and displaying hostility and annoyance for no real reason. I was ordering 2 wraps and a sandwich, excuse me if I need a couple of minutes to think about what needs to go on these 3 pieces. Additionally I had patiently waited for my turn while the owner served two other clients before me, while casually chatting about Sabres game. What about MY Patience? A dismissive manufactured response like this from the owner, tells volume about the way this particular location is run and the mere fact that my order wasn't as important as the ones of the people in front and behind me. A sentiment I experience a lot as a non-white woman in certain areas/businesses I visit.
I felt very rushed while ordering my sub only to find as soon as i walked out of the restaurant they were closing 12 minutes early! the two teenage females working were very ill mannered and did not have the best customer service skills. Not to mention my sub was very poorly made. I will not be returning to this location due to poorly made food and bad customer service. If a zero rating was possible, I would’ve rated this location a zero.

Yikes I feel bad for all of the employees who have to deal with that level of communication, guys there are many places where managent won't ever threaten to scream at you, I'd never treat my employees with that level of disrespect. You run a subway dude, grow up that comment was wildly uncalled for. I just looked at the rest of your reviews, seems the owner is very popular. Staff is friendly enough but I overheard someone say "why did you use abrasive cleaner on the oven, do I have to start screaming?" Management, your employees are working at a fast food place, chill out. Your standards should really only be as high as the food you serve The place is clean enough and you get what you'd expect out of the food
