Excellent garlic chicken wings hot and very very taste. The Veggie/Chicken pizza I had very good hit and readybwhen I arrived but the star the shiw was the bone in wings. The servers were friendly. Ill be back for their wings!!

Worst pizza hut ever. I ordered 6 traditional wings and they put like 3 traditional and maybe 5 or 6 boneless and didn't say anything. Also i had garlic parm and they barely user any sauce. My flat bread chicken bacon ranch pizza was extra everything and they did not do that. A very disappointing experience
Not all advertised specials they got going in all other pizza huts don’t apply here, But the pizza was great tho, I just get charged regular menu price for everything. Well in my experience I should say.
Mostly average service sometimes poor delayed service. They hand over box and if asked tissue and any sauce in your hand. No bag of any kind. No place to sit and wait. Pizza quality is as good as frozen pizza you get at walmart costing 5 times more.
This place is a real hit or miss, sometimes this place gets right on the money and other times not at all. Ordered pizza, wings, and cheesesticks only to find out the Pizza was completely wrong. Paid for Extra Cheese and Sauce but was not added to the pizza. No pepperoni and the breadsticks are a little burnt. Paid around $30, employee didn't even open the pizza to show me and I trusted them. If you aint got options, it's fine. But if you do, go elsewhere.
Food was OK; not very good and wouldn't order again. Kind of bland in my opinion. While it's a good location, they don't have much amenities for customers. There's no restroom customers can use and there is only one table with 3 chairs. I wouldn't order here again. First and last.
Whoever is making the pizzas seriously needs to be retrained. There was no sauce and the whole thing was nothing but crust. This Pizza Hut is the worst.
I live close by and I never go here anymore because it’s so bad. There’s always a problem with my order. Either the pizza is made sloppy(all toppings on one side, etc), burnt, or the order is wrong.
I come here for years, and it’s always the same issue! Everytime the order says ready I show up & still have to wait 20 ridiculous minutes, why try to play stupid against smart customers… just say that it’s ready when it’s actually ready instead of me rushing to pickup a “supposedly ready order & have a stupid look on your face” when you’re surprised that the customer shows up to pick up the order, & the order hasn’t even been started yet, have some decent common sense that isn’t normal these days in 2024…
All I can say is that this business is poorly managed and unprofessional. I asked for a simple refund (respectfully). then was told by the staff and manager, "We don't do refunds." I was told I have to dispute the transaction with my bank to get my money back. I said, "What...? Even though I never got my pizza or walked out of the store?" The manager said, "Yeah, we can remake a pizza for you, but we can't give you your money back." Not only did they tell me this when looking at the receipt, I noticed there's no number to the store. Very suspicious. Customer service never returned with any updates to issue or anything. Pizza hut 👎👎 Better off buying frozen pizza from the grocery store
Horrible experience. Walk-in place was filthy walk in to make an order had to wait 7 minutes before they came and helped me and it took them 25 minutes to make my order. The pizza was soggy. The dough was undercooked. They've rushed the pizza and still took 25 minutes. I got food poisoning. Had to go to the ER. Get my stomach pumped. Had such a bad reaction it was acid reflex on steroids. I puke for 8 hours straight before of getting stomach. Pumped notified manager, they did not care 😔
I ordered a Italian sausage and beef stuffed crust pizza and cinnabons, 2 liter soda tonight 12/1/23 and the pizza was not saucy tasted almost dry. None of the famous Pizza Hut sauce. I am a regular at least once a month get a pizza. I called the store back and attempted to make them aware that I left home for about 45 minutes and came back to eat my disappointing Pizza it was dry!! The night manager Kayla placed me on hold and advised me after a few minutes she ran the cameras and the cook put some sauce on my pizza and there is nothing she can do. Basically deal with it!! I said who can i talk to above you since your clearly careless and unwilling to compensate or even simply apologize. She advised me to call or come in the morning to Talk to manager Shelby 🙄. I'll keep you posted on what Shelby can do. Pizza Hut needs to retrain Kayla. Ladies and gentlemen just pass this location up and go to Domino's!!
Edit 9.11.2023 I've submitted more customer feedback survey's on this specific Pizza Hut than i can count yet have received ZERO responses from their executive/management team which is unacceptable! Someone please tell me how it's possible that Pizza Hut can raise its menu prices to almost double yet the quality of their food and service has gone down! When you raise the prices requiring us to pay $30 for a pizza the least you can do is get it right, delivered on time, fresh, and presentable which isn't the case. The food often arrives late (if at all), cold, and looking like something out of a Purge movie. It's unacceptable. Edit 9.9.23 Pizza Hut location: 950 S Carrier Parkway, Arlington, TX 75051 You’d think the carrier parkway franchise owner would get the hint and change his process to retain his paying customers but they haven’t. This Pizza Hut has got to be the worst location / experience we’ve ever had a with some consistency. They use Door Dash delivery even when you order directly from their Pizza Hut website which sucks because last night not only did my order arrive 1.5hours late, when the driver finally arrived after being “lost” he arrived with his girl friend in the front seat both were arguing with each other and he was wearing house shoes and sweat pants. Totally unacceptable. When you call Pizza Hut to complain they just pass the responsibility saying they have no control over door dash. All of this in addition to the hike in cost of food and the fact that door dash raises the prices further to cover their own delivery fee. You’d think with all the price hikes they’d work extra hard to get it right which isn’t the case. Also, this Pizza Hut location makes slop out of your food order. If you think you’re ordering food that looks like the commercial you’d better choose another location! . The ONLY thing consistent about the S Carrier Pkwy Pizza hut is that they will screw up your order and it doesn't help speaking with mgmt because this is a franchise location owned by some guy who apparently doesn't care about his customers and he certainly doesn't mind making the brand look bad in the process. Time and again I try my luck hoping it will be different than before but it never is. Everything from paying the extra 1.00 for Pan crust, which is absurd btw, to stale products to having the delivery driver wait in your driveway for 10m while he listened to music with his car full of friends. It's crazy! You're probably thinking, why didn't I go to a different location and trust me I've asked the same question and no answers. Because some genius thought it would cool to limit consumers to the closest location as opposed to giving me the autonomy to select my own location.
Have been coming to this Pizza Hut for years and never had an issue. Their app didn’t record my delayed pickup time which I noticed right after placing my order. Immediately called and was told by the manager Destiny there was nothing they could do. Just not even caring to try to help. I explained I wouldn’t even be in the area for another hour but all she would do is cancel my order. The problem is that I used reward points for part of my order, so me having to reorder meant spending twice as much. I’ve never had bad customer service until today at this location, but whoever Destiny is surely isn’t anyone fit to be labeled as a manager. She literally argued with me over canceling the order because I had to call back because everything still showed I was being charged. When I finally called corporate my order was actually cancelled. So this Destiny seemed to want to keep my money, my food, my reward points, all while trying to argue with me. Pizza Hut get rid of that one and do better.
They sold me the sauce after I was supposed to get one free with my order. Not only that I had to wait a long time for someone to come to the register just to buy the sauce..they saw me standing there and didn't come up the the front, there was no one else there, they didn't look busy. The wings were super dry. Not only that the sauce wasn't even half full. Wtheck pizza hut???
