I’m not one for writing reviews, but this subway location deserves to be given credit. As soon as I walked in i was greeted by this young lady named Jocelyn with a big “hello, welcome to subway” with a big smile. Right of the bat that made me feel comfortable. I ordered a foot long tuna sandwich and she made it so good that it made me want to come back for mores very professional and her customer service was great..
I ordered through the app and gotta say the guy who made my sub tonight did a great job. Probably the best sub I've had from subway in a long time. I appreciate it.

A nice subway experience. Never too busy near lunchtime. Staff is quick and builds sandwiches well. Been a few times now and it's a quiet stop for lunch. Definitely recommend bringing coupons as the $5 foot long days are gone.

I really like this subway but unfortunately they do not take coupons or app specials this has caused me to start going to the other subway down center since they are a participating location. I really hope the owner of this location decides to start accepting the subway app specials because by not taking coupons you could possibly be losing a lot of business with inflation so high and rising food cost we have to start saving any way we can. Update 4/25/24 Arrived at the Subway at 8:54 Google maps shows open the sticker on the door shows they open at 8:30 there's a lady inside filling condiments avoiding to make eye contact after yelling through the crack in the door and knocking on the door very hard asking what time they open continue to be ignored the attitude from this store is insane I hope the store manager knows what kind of people he has working for him I had actually been recently coming to this store and had good experiences but after this experience I will no longer be coming here. Hopefully the owner of the store will look at a schedule and find out who was working and address this.

I ordered a sandwich and wanted a deluxe added. I was told I could only purchase a double meat. I didn't want double meat! I went to another store and they gladly added the deluxe for me. I'll never patronize this store again. They want to charge you more money for the double..
Ordered a sandwich through the app and the sandwich was made completely incorrect I had asked for toasted and my sandwich was cold and the bread was not toasted the sandwich was very messy will not be coming to this location because there staff make bad sandwiches.
(FALSE ADVERTISING) Unfortunately the service here sucks, bussiness hours says it opens at 9am but who ever opens is always late", i work around subway, and love grabbing lunch here but it sucks that they never open on time, you need to update your opening sign as im not the only customer waiting outside to be open, hopefully this message will make a difference & open on time as my lunch is at 9am.
My husband was served by Desirae on 6/27/17 at 11:48am. She was very rude and kept rolling her eyes because he asked her not to give us stale bread. Then because that seemed to irritate her she barely gave us hardly any meat. So we paid for double for a decent sandwich. The worker then decided to not cut the sandwiches properly and package our food sloppy. She was very unprofessional. I understand having a bad day. Although it's not a hard job making a tuna sandwich. We go here about 3x a week. Never had problems until we met the new hires from today's shift. We have reported to corporate that you allow your customers to be treated as such over a sandwich.
I really wish I had left a review for the visits during the day because that staff is great! Sadly, the crew at night are miserable and rude!!! This is my second visit at night in which I left to go to another location further from my home in Grand Terrace. Tonight I entered and no one greeted me. When the young lady proceeded to help she asked what I wanted I said footling wheat flatbread and waited for her to ask what type of sandwich. She never asked but proceeded to put some type of meat on my sandwich. I asked if that was mine because she never asked what I wanted. She got an attitude and threw away the meat, then she asked what I wanted and I said veggie so she was annoyed and threw away the bread, then grabbed new bread. Her coworker (who attempted to help me on a previous occasion that caused me to leave) was laughing at our interaction. So now she asks me what type of cheese so I told her. I noticed one slice of cheese had gotten hard from being on top so I asked her to replace it. She rolled her eyes and threw it away. I said, never mind I will go someplace else. The whole time neither employees made any eye contact and moved like they were so annoyed to be there. I left but came back to ask for a number to their DM and the other young lady said she had no number and what do I want to complain about. I said, each time I’ve been in at night you guys are rude and not helpful. She proceeded to explain why the cheese was hard and defend her coworker saying she did nothing wrong. I said, the service during the day is great, but this is the second time I’ve been in and had this type of interaction. This is where my blood started to boil because this young lady said, “well you should switch to coming in during the day if that’s the case!!!!!!” She had such a horrible demeanor that I cannot understand how she is able to treat customers this way and still have a job! I told her this is the type of service I am talking about. She never gave me a number and told me to call the store for it during the day! Grand Terrace is a small community and I try my best to support our local businesses, but the service level needs to be better. I will probably forever drive someplace for Subway even though it’s a HUGE inconvenience when I enjoy it so often.
service was zero the two employees that were working there today 05/21/25 were very rude poor customer service one of them thew my sandwich together just awful asked her to change the bread after she ripped apart the other girl checked me out and put my sandwichs a big bag I asked if she can place them in the bag they always place them in she gave me the biggest attitude I she said you have to say you want two bags one for each very rude now why would if I had two, will be reporting this to our city hall here in grand terrace CA how they can allow a business to conduct business with such horrible customer service one should not be treated so poorly especially when I am fight cancer!!!!
I walked in wasn't greeted there was two female workers a Hispanic girl which she was helping a family. I walked up to see the menu a lil closer The other girl was american young looking girl with red hair asked if I was going to order. I said I'm just looking to see if there's any specials she said there's none. The type of mood and attitude this girl has scares customers away I walked out didn't buy anything. I mean you work in the food industry and you have no customer service if it wasn't for us customers you would be jobless. Atleast be friendly , nice and know how to talk to people don't be rude . Don't plan on coming to this location Basically don't waste your time . I rather go to Jersey Mike's atleast their food taste more fresh and service is better .
One star for the woman who opened the store on July 1, 2023. The site said they were open at 8:30. Doors were locked. I could see her inside. She held her cell phone in one hand while prepping with the other. She finally saw me waving my hands, but never came to the door. She rolled her eyes to the ceiling as I tried to ask what time she’d be open. She did something with her fingers. It was hard to tell because she never down her phone. Then she walked to the back and stayed there after I asked what she was trying to say. If it weren’t for me having somewhere to be, I would’ve gone back to tell her about her nasty attitude. Management, please train your staff on customer service. Not the first time someone was mad while making a sandwich. If I run into it again, I won’t be waiting to write a review.

Today we went in with 2 coupons that we got in the mail , I asked if we could use it on any sandwich and she said “ read the coupon it tells you which ones you can’t “ ok , she saw I had 2 in my hand & she said we only take 1 coupon per party , that doesn’t say on the coupon & I told her okay we can do 2 different transactions& she said no we don’t do that & shno you guys can go to a different store , I DONT RECOMMEND YOU COMING HERE AT AT RUDE & DIRTY RESTAURANT.

Came home to try to eat my sandwich, which was a tuna 6 inch and the bread was so hard. I couldn’t cut it with my steak knife. I called the office and she said that the manager would be in tomorrow when the manager did show up after her break I contacted her again then she was hostile and called me a liar that she herself made sure all the bread was soft that morning! She did not even try to make things right. This was the first time I went back to the subway the subway has a history of poor service and poor food. It’s horrible.

Tonight I had the absolute worst customer service I have ever received from a subway from a girl who says her name is Alex! I went in with my family at 7 well before they close. We started ordering our sandwich and right in the middle of making my food she stops to refill the lettuce. I told her I'm not getting lettuce she says I know and proceeds to walk to the back and bring out several things which she refills before she comes back and asks what else I want. I then say to her are you done so I can order? We pay for our food and she says I don't appreciate your little comment. Excuse me? Ummm how about you wait to close after I order my food considering there was nobody else in there. Now I will admit I called her a choice word but I'm sorry I call them like I see them. I will be calling corporate and her store manager. She picked the wrong one to be snippy with.
