Grapevine Fuzzy taco space -This is the best place to have delicious tacos. Ambience - The ambience is simple , clean and sanitized. This place got good amount of parking space, offers dine-in and out door seating too. The bar set up is also really cool but not spacious. Food & Beverages - I ordered avocado taco and veggie taco , tacos are soft outside , crispy fried avocado with vegetables, tastes really delicious. Service - Due to too many orders, have to wait around 15-20 mins for my food but staff used to reach and update me the oreee status. service was top notch , they are really friendly and professional. Fuzzy is and will always my favorite taco bar.

I like the atmosphere and all the workers seem very nice. I would not recommend the water however, it tastes like it came from a toilet. Like seriously. It tastes even worse after actually visiting the restroom. And speaking of the restroom there’s an awful sound in there! Definitely room for improvement.

I feel like this specific location doesn’t get as much love as it should based on its location. The establishments in the immediate vicinity are lacking. That said, this location has the same service and vibes as other Fuzzy’s. Their Crispy Shredded Chicken Taco and the Shrimp Tempura Taco are amazing and worth trying if it’s your first time. Add some Butt Burnin’ Hot Sauce if you like a bit of heat!

I was really excited since I was in Texas for one day to have fuzzies’s tacos again the only one they had in Las Vegas closed few years ago. The young kid that took her order wasn’t the friendliest . We arrived at 8:35 and the bar was already closed we had to order the food to go, but it was cold and not good at all. My hotel was just across the street . So we Ended up going to eat at Applebee’s and throw throwing our fuzzy tacos food away.

I'm very disappointed. I've eaten at Fuzzy's many a few times, and never have I been disappointed. It was my first at this location (near Grapevine Mills Mall. I ordered the shredded chicken salad with no tomatoes or chesse, with the avocado dressing and extra cilantro. It came with these horrible looking tomatoes. The lettuce was old and brown looking. I received ranch dressing instead of avocado.

Extremely disappointing experience - we tried to order margaritas and were told by staff that they didn’t have any. We then tried to order a ranch water instead and was asked, “what is a ranch water?”. Staff was unfriendly and uninterested. Do not go expecting a drink with your meal.

Worse service I have ever had. Avoid this place at all cost. I ordered a bowl with triple meat and then they brought me the wrong food. Then came back 15 minutes later with a bowl that had one portion of meet even though I paid for triple. I will never come back and you should avoid this place as well.

I went and ordered my food and the cashier added a extra taco that I told him I only wanted one. Then he said ok wait and walked to the kitchen, walked out the kitchen and then went to go bring orders out to tables. I haven't paid, he didn't tell me what was happening. The next cashier ending up taking 5 more orders while I was standing waiting for my cashier to come back. He came back 8min later and said "she didn't come out?" And I said no one came, idk why im just standing here. Then he walked back to the kitchen, came out and took 2 minutes on the computer thing and then told me to pay. I waited 10+ minutes to order and pay for my food, he just left and didn't tell me what he was waiting for or anything. Bad communication, need better training.

Ordered seven tacos in the app. I showed up to pick them up at the time the app told me to I got there in the place had like three customers and they hadn’t started my order. I waited 20 more minutes and they brought out only three taco tacos and said my order is ready see you later. I informed them and they remade the order. This time they made seven tacos, but apparently can’t read the words “no lettuce”. Never saw the manager, given no compensation. Can I give negative stars? Complete failure

This location used to serve good food, but the last few times I have been the food is mediocre at best. Dried out rice and beans. And they can never get a to go order correct. Fuzzy’s used to be on our rotation but their quality is no longer worth the price.

I really wanted to like my visit, but several things were just off. We dined in on a Monday. The service was quite slow, and our food arrived lukewarm. My taco salad looked a little sad and wilted, like it had been sitting for a bit. The main reason for the review is that we saw the manager, Nick, walking around and checking on a few tables, but he never stopped by ours, even though we clearly weren't enjoying our meal. A little attention from management could have turned the experience around. It just felt like a missed opportunity to fix a few small issues that added up to a disappointing meal. Hopefully, they can work out the kinks.

Drinks taste like the lines are dirty.. it wasn't fresh at all. Straight up disgusting and I got the cheese enchilada plate .. cheese wasn't melted and was still cold. The rice tasted really salty and some of it was hardened. It tasted like it was those cheap bags of red rice you get at target. Waste of money 😐
