Absolutely ridiculous! Spent $20 on 12 Wings and fried PICKLES. ALL 12 Wings were NOT cooked all the way!! Fried pickles were beyond greasy!!! I WILL not be coming back!

Terrible experience, no one should be made to feel like a dog. Ordered thru the app, two fish sandwiches. Went to pick up through the drive thru, checked before I left. On the app I stated I wanted No Pickle, No Tarter. However, both sandwiches had Tarter sauce on them. Went inside to get corrected. The manager angrily pointed to the printout and showed me that it showed No Pickle,, nothing about No Tarter. "I only go by what the print out tells me!" she says to me. Ok,,, fine, but I showed her my digital receipt in my email which read No Pickle, No Tarter. She angrily grabs the bag off of the counter and throws it away. I ask her can I at least get a refund? She angrily says "I'll make it again!" The two employees standing next to us looked dumbfounded. One even says "Maybe next time just say "plain" when ordering. There is not a "plain" option on the app. Bottom line, she did not read it correctly when it was sent over and she did not want to admit that. No one should be treated this way. Avoid this place at all costs. And now watch, I will get an AI generated response "by owner" that says, "We are truly sorry to hear about your experience at Popeyes, then something about top priorities, then something else about how this is disheartening to hear they fell short,,,, and on, and on, and on. Nothing will be done about this sadly

Disgusting experience. I ordered a family box with sides and a half-gallon of lemonade. The lemonade smelled and tasted like sewage, completely undrinkable. On top of that, I found a hair in the mashed potatoes. This is a serious hygiene and quality issue. Totally unacceptable and ruined the entire meal. I won’t be returning to this branch.

The gravy you buy on the app is in a regular sized container. The gravy you get is half as small. It’s false advertisement.

On Google it says this Popeyes Closes @ 12 am , I get off work at 11pm so I head there before the closing time to get food for the house then this happens . Will not EVErrrrr go to this Popeyes. If I can give negative stars I would.

It shows that this business opens at 10:00 a.m., I pulled through the drive-thru at 10:04 and no one answered, walked to the front door at 10:06 and everything is locked up. There's a couple of cars in the parking lot but I don't see anyone inside even though the lights are on, even the menu on the drive-thru screens are on.

Placed and went to pick up at 11:20 pm. The entire store was closed with nobody there. No lights on or anything yet Google says they should be open till midnight. Update your hours and give me my money back.

I ordered a meal with a small fry and they were cold and tasted very old. When I tried to call the store, I never got an answer. I called a few hours later and it was the same thing. I never spoke to anyone.

We ordered 4 pc spicy chicken and we end up getting regular chicken. When we went back to ask the same the guy who took the order argued with us saying this is the spicy chicken . But actually that’s not. And the fries are not fresh. We also order a 6pc sweet and spicy wings he took the order and when we are at the window he said ‘we are out of them’ and the manager was beside him with no answer. Overall it’s a worst experience ever in a drive through.

I will never come back to Popeye’s. Got two orders of “popcorn shrimp,” which was a total of $21.73. They were basically small worms. Mashed potatoes are fake and Mac n cheese was soggy and gross… I tried to get a refund, but they couldn’t because it was from last night at 9pm. “Okay, can I at least have a gift card or something?” No, because there was no manager there. Then they asked me to come back “in an hour or so” when she was there. Well, I have to go back to work, so that’s not going to happen. What a waste of money and time. Forewarning— either don’t eat here, or at least stick to the chicken. Awful experience for both the food and customer service. Here are some photos with a small and large paper clip, for a size comparison… nasty. Extremely disappointing for almost $22.

Purposely gave me more chicken breasts when I requested not to get any, and he was very aware that I did not want chicken breasts. Went through the drive thru and asked if they had any dark meat chicken combos and the drive thru guy said NO. (there was a pause) Then I went ahead and ordered the 11 piece mixed chicken that was posted on the store window. I asked if I can substitute to get anything other than chicken breast. The guy said NO, it is mixed chicken!......I said it's fine.... and ordered. I was quite surprised that he purposely gave me 4 chicken breasts when the receipt said two. I ate them all so I am sure they are chicken breasts... two smaller and two were bigger. Don't know if he was having a bad day, he did not like me asking questions, or he plainly just did not want customers going back.
