Bagel Hut employees gave us fast service, made out egg and cheese bagels quickly and we super great to us knowing we've never been there before. Prices are reasonable for the area and the bagels are HUGE!

My only caomplaint is that they don't have the sweet type of cream cheeses, like strawberry and walnut-raisin.

I love this place and it is a great to eat at if you want a quick bagel. But, the place can get a bit unorganized and chaotic when its busy. The staff could try being more cooperative with their customers.

When I went to the register and explained we were paying together, another worker seemed annoyed and told me we should have ordered together. We would have if the employees had stuck around long enough to ask! Still, glad we got bagels here. These are good.

A bagel shop... Nothing fancy

Store is so so clean. Workers don't always understand what you are saying. You have to repeat yourself when ordering. Don't get there to early.

bagels are good but be prepared to wait because all the workers are very slow and do other things rather than keeping the line moving

Employees don’t use gloves here while preparing your food and the owner got annoyed when I told him. Overpriced food. Go to bagel station by the train if it’s not too far for you.

I was concerned with the employee who Gilles my brown paper bag with bagels and used the same “gloves” to run my credit card then proceeded with same “gloves” to help next customer !!! VERY UNSANITARY TO SAY THE LEAST”.

Catered food was good. Owner quoted a certain price, but when I went to pick it up, the price was much higher. The owner was no where to be found. My wife complained to the owner the next day, and he said I thought you would need more food for your party. This was a wonton and capricious act without getting approval from us first. Nor did he adjust the bill, as we did not order the extra food. Needless to say our Pop up Party had more food than we needed, and I am trying to eat a week or more of left overs. Make sure any order you place is in writing.

What you'd expect from a bagel shop. Had vegan option of tofutti cream cheese (just one flavor- vegetable). You will get charged extra for using credit or debit. Went here a couple of times and staff is always rude. 1 star for having vegan option only reason I come.

As a longtime resident of Great Neck, and graduate of Great Neck North High School, I visited Bagel Hut many times. The following is not a review of their food, rather, an incident that involved their establishment. I am compelled to post this regarding Bagel Hut’s delivery on Monday morning (June 29th, 2015) at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset. After rushing my wife to the hospital, I had arrived at the hospital with my wife in labor at 6:04am on Monday, June 29th, 2015. The same time their driver was delivering bagels. He had just gotten there before me, and he was using a hospital wheelchair to deliver the bagels. He was using the only wheelchair in sight. When I quickly told him that I needed it for my wife, who was in labor (she was later told, if we waited any longer, she would have had this kid at home), he told me to go inside and go get one. I tried to wrestle it from him, but he wouldn't give it up - obviously to him, his bagels were more important than the health of my wife and baby to come. I guess his delivery had to be brought in quickly - he didn't have any time to go get another wheelchair. I guess his bagels needed the hospital wheelchair - after all, that's what a wheelchair is for. After a week of settling at home, I sent an e-mail to (Steve at) Bagel Hut. After three weeks of not receiving any response, I e-mailed him again demanding a response. He quickly replied stating that he was on vacation and he would respond to me after his vacation was over – that was 5 weeks ago. He obviously doesn’t care about what happened, and I am compelled to let everyone else know what happened, and how they view the public. Remember, this could have happened to any of your mothers, sisters, aunts, cousins, etc. I wanted to make sure that everyone knows about this because the driver’s behavior, the danger he put my family in, and my treatment afterward was/is disgusting. Had Steve actually handled this situation and responded to me, as he said he would, perhaps I would feel differently. Instead, I know the true feelings of him and this establishment. I'm done waiting for him to reply - two months later. I will never give them any more of my business. There are plenty of other bagel shops that treat their customers much better.

I work in construction and I went with a big order and one of the guys that work there saw that it was a big order he gave me the biggest attitude I asked him why the attitude he said None of my business I’ve never been treated so rude in a place of business ..we working 2 blocks away I will never go back to that place ever

I bought 3 cream cheese bagels and 2 red velvet cupcakes and a black and white cookie cost me $23.54!!!! Now I don’t mind paying but if your ripping people off at-least ale sure the food is edible!!! the food was DISGUSTING the bagels were old and hard after I asked the employee are they fresh please be honest because my grandmother wouldn’t be able to eat it and on top of that the red velvet cupcakes were stale and had a weird taste spoke to the manager Roberto whom was very rude calling me a LIAR BUT yet AGREEING to the fact that my bagels WERE NOT FRESH and refused to refund or re make my order not even an APOLOGY ….. The real boss should speak to their manager on customer service … won’t ever step foot here again and will spread the word!!!

They advertise their muffins at $3.25 apiece it wasn’t until I got to the register that I found out it’s costing me $4.80. The gentleman behind the counter told me because it was the butter. Butter does not cost an additional $1.55. I will never go there again.
