I have come to this korean bbq on another occasion a few months ago, we returned for my 21st birthday as we didn’t want to risk trying a new place and hating it, and our amazing experience set in stone that we will definitely be coming back! Firstly, foods amazing and they keep it very replenished, there was never a time things were out for long moments, they have an amazing selection and the meats are fresh, and it is really amazing for value! Most importantly, the staff are amazing, not only did they give us a shot for my birthday which was so sweet of them, but even made my dessert birthday themed! They were so sweet and helpful the entire night, we definitely will be coming back because of this!

I went with my daughter and niece today.. what an amazing experience I had. We was greeted by the manager Sam (Samantha) and i have to say THE best customer service we have ever received. She was super helpful and super kind and just such a joy to have around. Sam also informed us about the karaoke booth downstairs which i decided to do with my family and i got to let my hair down and sing my heart out. Even though they got very busy very quick Sam went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, comfortable and satisfied. I have a feeling this place will be our regular hang out. This place is truly a hidden gem. The buffet includes unlimited soft drinks and rice. The buffet also offers premium Galbi steak meat which you can get three rounds of and also squid. Not to forget the amazing range of side dishes and the best bit which is that you get to bbq the meat as you are enjoying a pleasant conversation. I urge everyone to go there and enjoy the amazing food and ambience. It was the perfect end to my week. Thank you so much Sam for your kindness and amazing customer service. They also have halal options.

I love this place it Never fails to disappoint £33 for the unlimited buffet is so good, everything is really appetising and filling you’ll have a good time here. I’ve been 3 times and the service and food was excellent all times. I recommend the karaoke too it’s a good addition to the night

Went for a birthday dinner, and would definitely come back. The staff here are amazing! Really friendly, nice, patient and very accommodating for large groups. Afterwards we went for some karaoke downstairs and had a great time! Would definitely recommend

Went on Wednesday quite early in the evening so we were the first one there! 4.5/5 on atmosphere, if you want a more lively atmosphere go during the weekend. Spoiled for choice for food at the buffet and the premium ribeye and squid were soo good. Would definitely come again! Our waitress was very lovely and attentive. Bonus, free shoju refills every round!!

As a group of 6, celebrating a birthday, we had an excellent time at 113 KTV. The staff were really attentive, talked us through how the buffet worked, and we were served drinks quickly on arrival. The food was varied and cooked well, and there was a good choice of dishes to cook on the BBQ, all of which we found to be tasty and well-seasoned. Along with the delicious food, the karaoke experience was highly entertaining and lots of fun. The room was a good size for 6 people and was top value for the price. To top this all off the staff were really conscientious when we had an issue with the AC in our room. Sam in particular displayed excellent customer service when she gave us an extra 30 minutes in our room, due to the AC issue, which was fixed quickly by her dad. This is an excellent place to go if you’re looking for great food and vibes.

The quality of the food is very good, considering the price for the buffet is pretty cheap (from 33£ pp). Staff is extremely available (for example, my boyfriend ordered 6 diet coke refills and he was always greeted with a yes and a smile). I would definitely be visiting again!!

Food was great, but have to write a review about the lovely waitress we had last night. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was so attentive and incredibly sweet, I’ve never experienced service like it. Made it seem like she was a friend helping you out. Definitely deserves a raise.

Best food in town! Place is clean with good vibes and good energy. The decor super cute and simple. Nothing overkill place very cozy. Julie our server was also very kind and friendly. Glad to find this Gem and plan to return soon for karaoke.

I went in a group of four and the food and atmosphere was lovely, but our waiter was so attentive and genuine when serving and helping with any confusion, he really ended our night on a good note! We dined and karaoked so was a very good night made better with the service received! Thank you Lawrence!

The food here is absolutely amazing, and the staff is fantastic! The portions are generous, everything is fresh, and the staff is always quick to clean your table. The quality of the food was so good that I’m definitely coming back. Highly recommend!

absolutely amazing service from Samantha and Christian! the atmosphere was incredibly lovely and we were so well taken care of, so kind and welcoming. the food was phenomenal, so much to choose from and for the price it is definitely worth spending. cooking the meats was immensely enjoyable and we even had the staff come show us how to make everything easy and accessible. we paid for the karaoke package and the rooms were amazing and the karaoke machine was super fun to use. would 100% recommend and definitely will be coming back again!!

Sam, who served us, was absolutely lovely—sweet, kind, and attentive. I had a less-than-ideal experience with a previous server, but Sam apologised sincerely and quickly cleared up the misunderstanding, which I really appreciated. The food was good. Of course, if you’re after top tier quality kbbq, there are other options, but for unlimited premium meats, drinks, and buffet, there’s really nothing to complain about. Great value and a satisfying experience overall.

Went for a friends birthday. Booked in advanced but it was quite quiet that day. We had lots of the pork belly in chilli sauce and waited 5 mins for it to be replenished. I’d recommend going early evening as we went quite late and by that time there was no fruit bowl desert life.

Atmosphere is alright as it’s full of otaku people mostly . But if u r going there for food then yeah its buffet and worth it but not the cheap icecream in the name of dessert!

It was my second time visiting and it didn’t disappoint! There is a wide selection and everything is tasty but my only wish is that things are restocked quicker as I was waiting 20 minutes for one dish to be restocked and when it was, it wasn’t fully cooked. It’s a bit disappointing as it was my favourite and with 90 minutes as a time limit waiting a third of that for my favourite dish to come out was a shame. It was very busy so perhaps that is the reason but that’s my only recommendation. Great value though!

It took a while to get our group seated at first but the staff were kind and attentive when we sat down! There was a wide buffet selection. I recommend the LA galbi, the quality was great! Would definitely come again.

It’s really good 38 including ktv and food buffet, additional hours are 10 gbp per hour. The audio could be better but it was good enough. Very good in general got a lot of English songs Cantonese and Chinese songs too

Good atmosphere! Very clean set up and nice marinated BBQ meat. It can be a bit better with more variety of meat and seafood. Drinks are decent priced as well.

I had an amazing experience with the staff and the karaoke was the icing on the cake. The food was okay I did feel some dishes lacked in flavour but overall a lovely experience.

I visited this restaurant a few days ago with friends. As a group, we made sure to leave a generous tip on top of the service charge to show appreciation. The food was decent, and most of the staff were polite and professional. However, one staff member—a woman who served our table—was consistently rude throughout our visit. Her attitude toward us was confusing and unnecessary, and it left a negative impression. I truly believe she could benefit from retraining, as this kind of behavior doesn't reflect well on the restaurant.

Me and my friends went to 113 KTV and we reserved a table before. (5 ppl in total) The food was fine, however, I would say the selection of food was a bit less... My friend reserved table through Instagram, and was told that there's refillable soft drink, however, nobody asked us if we would like to have any drink or explained the menu... We understood that there's time limited for the unlimited K-BBQ section, but the staff came to our table to tell us "there're 30 mins left", "there're 20 mins left", "there're 10mins left"... we found that this is too much and seemed like we needed to go ASAP... At the end of the session, we cannot finish those food, and we were told that we need to pay £5 extra per person... There're 12.5% service charge, yet, we do not feel this worth 12.5%, therefore we explained to the restaurant and it was void. In conclusion: - food was fine 👍🏻 -place was clean - so- so service, as staff urged us to leave frequently. - no staff explained about the menu - no air-con even it's quite hot weather - would not recommend to friends.. 😥

Disorganised. Not straightforward. We had an alright time due to good company but staff was disorganised. Booked a package (buffet & karaoke) for 8 people via open table. A lot of miscommunication and internal issues from email comms, to booking confirmation. On the day, they seem to have 2 bookings for my name, we had to wait 50mins between food and karaoke due to microphone issue which was told would be 5mins wait. Food was good, and options even for vegetarians. We only cooked one round of meat as had enough from buffet. Flag for the grill, under the table it was burning hot. One of us touched it with a knee (as it's under the table) and it was dangerously hot. We had awkward moment with surpirse symbolic cupcake that one of the friends had brought. It was meant to be a little surprise but staff came to me (birthday person) and asked about the cake, which ruined the surprise my friend had planned. That's ok. Mistakes happen, but then he saw it was a one Lolas cupcake,but he brough 10 dishes for the table and big knife. This was very awkward for all. We didn't understand what is going on, he layed all of these dishes on the table in square position. It looked almost ridiculous as there was no chance we will need the dishes if we even could share this little symbolic cupcake. We awkwardly laught but this was odd. I then go ahead and try to blow the candle and he takes many photos on his phone. Maybe funny, friendly but super awkward. What happened to the pictures e.g. please delete from phone. After 50minute wait, while we had been told 5 mins for mic fix, we get to the karaoke room. In karaoke room, issues with aircon, sound wasn't great. The karaoke machine and system was easy to navigate, and the karaoke with clips is better than none. That's why we chose this place. Paying the bill, over the evening probably took 20-30 minutes of my time actively explained what I had booked, etc. This happened over 3 interactions during the evening. We left the place more than an hour later than planned, no good will for the mess an lot of blame from one staff to each other, also staff blaming each other for lack of English language knowledge. It was a mess. That is all understandable but just doesn't give you "easy, straightforward, light and enjoyable expirience". All staff also said it's their first day which was odd and didn't line up with the stories they told about stock knowledge and how it all works. This gave me very dodgy feeling.

Been to a lot of Korean bbq restaurants across London and Coventry. The staple sauces were not there. The meat was poor quality. The hot food on buffet was warm at best.

The cooked food was quite bland and stale. The meat was okay but overall it was underwhelming. If you value quantity over quality then go to this place but there are plenty of other Korean restaurants in London that offer more authenticity and quality.

A Disappointing Evening: Proceed with Caution Our recent visit to 113 KTV has left a very sour and bitter taste in my mouth, and we can't seem to shift it. It was a cascade of one letdown after another. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this wouldn't be the enjoyable evening we'd hoped for. Despite arriving 15 minutes before our reserved start time, and even confirming our booking, we were met with a rather unwelcoming "we're not open yet" I mean, doors were wide open when we entered. Our package included 90 minutes of unlimited food and soft drinks, followed by an hour of karaoke. The buffet food, however, was disappointingly cold. This significantly impacted our enjoyment of the "unlimited" offering. To accompany our meal, we ordered an additional paid pitcher of gin cocktail, but it tasted more like glorified fruit juice. If there was any gin in it, it must have been a teaspoon. This lack of alcohol in an alcoholic beverage was a significant letdown. Throughout our dining experience, the communication from the staff was extremely poor, and the waiters seemed to lack any energy or enthusiasm. Approximately ten minutes before our time was up, we requested some coke, only to be served a half-filled glass. When I expressed my frustration, we were informed that we were served half a glass because our dining experience was ending. This raises the question: Why wouldn't they serve it in a smaller glass, or explain this when the order was placed? To add insult to injury, we were also told we couldn't take any drinks downstairs to the karaoke room! Hoping the karaoke would salvage the evening, it did not. The music was out of sync, and there was a complete absence of bass or volume, making for a flat and unengaging experience. It was only as the lights came on, signaling it was time to leave, that the sound quality seemed to miraculously improve. Our overall experience at 113 KTV was profoundly disappointing. From the cold food and watered-down drinks to the disengaged staff and abysmal karaoke, very little met our expectations. My strong recommendation for any future diners is to enter with extreme caution. There are undoubtedly better options out there for an enjoyable evening.

I’ve been trying to make a reservation for 3 days, they didn’t pick up the phone and didn’t respond to my email and filled form for karaoke booking. When i finally reached them to make a booking for 25 people for karaoke, they didn’t even bother to give me information. They said go to the website. How am i supposed to make a booking?

Slow service, waited for 45mins for someone to talk to if can walk-in. Only 3 people on the floor when they're catering large number of guests. Poor organization, really disappointing

One of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in London. The food was bland and forgettable, but the real issue was the service. While we were still eating well, a staff member came over trying to clear our table and asked about dessert before we were even close to finishing. We said no, but she came back again soon. When we politely said we weren’t done, she asked “Are you still eating?” in a very disrespectful, judgemental tone and left both of us stunned. No apology, just walked away. This was so distressing and triggering as one of us had eating disorder. We actually left before time was up because it was so uncomfortable and humiliating. This is a buffet. The whole point is to eat without being rushed or judged. when we emailed the restaurant, they promised to “get back to us,” then disappeared. Plenty of Korean BBQ places in London offer better food, better service, and basic human respect.
