I had a terrible Togo order pickup experience. Short story I get the text my order is ready & to come inside. I go in get asked the name on the order & waited another 15 minutes before anyone spoke to me again only to be asked the name on the order again. I was told it was being worked on right then, another 5 minutes and I finally have my food. I asked why it took so long and was given nothing but excuses and blamed it on the system. I left and called to speak with a manager and I want to give a shout out to Cara for her understanding & willingness to address the issue. I really appreciate her listening and resolving the issue. Thank you again Cara, you are the reason I still gave 4 stars for customer service.

Food reasonably priced. We had the classic ribeye and shrimp alfredo. The shrimp alfredo was good but had too much cheese in the sauce. The steak was also good, but instead of serving with a baked potato, it is served with loaded mashed potatoes.

Our service was great. The place seemed under staffed as there were several tables that weren't bused while we had our meal. My burger was good but cooked well done (my fault since I didn't say I wanted it MR). It was a Queso burger, wish they would have put more than just a dab. My wife had the Salmon and liked it.

Hit it miss with this place. Don’t think they know how to properly cook steaks. The soup was very runny and the salad was about to expire. You get ignored by most Togo hosts so be prepared to wait a while on your order.

We haven't eaten at a Chilis in a long time and it may be just as long until the next time. Lovely hostess seated us but we quickly re-located to the AC chill. Even our new spot was too cool and we asked to have the temp raised which helped a bit. One of the managers was insanely rude to a lot of the servers including mine. I believe her name was Carrie?? I’m not sure. I’ve been in there multiple times and it’s happened but this was the last straw. She was being insanely rude and you could tell by her facial expressions that she had a bad attitude. This was the most disgusting meal and ever had from Chili's. The mashed potatoes smell like throw up. The steaks were actually 4.2 oz and thin. They had so much salt on the chicken sandwich it was inedible. The chips or extremely salty the salsa tasted rotten. They give you more ice than drink. They give you a small amount of broccoli.The Cheese cake taste like lettuce.This was absolutely not worth $74.00 .

Ordered an appetizer, kids meal & 2 of the 3 for $10 dinner deals. Appetizer was a triple dipper which came out luke warm/cold - we chose not to say anything. Soups came out the same way & we still chose to not say anything. Our shrimp pastas came out and they brought chicken. We told them it was supposed to be shrimp so they took it back. We were told it would be out quick - we still had a bit of a wait. Finally it came out & it was cold & there was a hair in mine. We ended up telling them we were not wanting them to remake it, we just wanted to leave. Just moved here from Austin & I have NEVER had an experience like this in Austin with Chili's. I'm not impressed. This location is not the greatest. They did take the meals off the ticket though which was nice considering we didn't eat them. 1-13-2022 To-Go order Ordered to-go. Had to wait for my food WAY past pick up time stated in email. They didn't give me all my food I ordered. Husband had a hair in his Cajun pasta. My Cajun pasta was GREASY and my garlic bread is burnt (see pictures). We also ordered molten cake which comes with ice cream. They placed the ice cream in between both soups we ordered so of course it completely melted. Not happy with the quality of food & service. I had to take pasta out of the container to get it out of the grease. 3/20/23 - Is this really Chili's standard of clean? (Pictures of filthy payment portal attached) Not to mention the black stuff that was in my mother's drink? They were also out of egg rolls and french fries. Who knows what all else. This place is just tumbling down hill. Parking lot has a damaged spot as well that poses a danger if you aren't careful. Rebar sticking straight out of the ground.
