Usually really like braums. If the bacon is burned dont serve it. Was good otherwise, but had to pull the bacon off.

Service nixed what would have been a 5-star review. This location was probably one if the cleanest Braums we've been to in a while. Walked up to the counter to order and 4 employees were all gathered around the drive thru window. Standing there for several minutes without even knowing we walked in the door. I get it... someone cool or famous must have pulled up to the window. Maybe some famous tiktok-er....Or maybe not. As the cashier finally decided to come help us, something more important must have pinged her phone and she had to take it out if her pocket and check it before attending to the customers. Order placed and our food came out hot and fresh. Hard to beat a double bacon cheeseburger combo meal for only $9.00. Burgers, fries, drinks and that unlimited Braums sauce were all perfect. Our visit ams experience was almost perfect.

Groceries and eats are always very good but the service quality is definitely declining. Delays in customer service are everywhere but the number of employees is obviously adequate. They just don’t care about waiting customers and attitude is in a negative spiral. Sorry to see this in a premium family owned company.

I love the taste of their ice cream and food except that my ice cream had the bottom of another cup inside the young man who prepared for me said he had no idea how did that happened..

Food was great, but I had an issue with my item. It was a spicy chicken four cheese sandwich. I was given a four cheese burger. I go up to the counter to tell them it's wrong and instead of the item being only replaced, the burger was slung into the trash and I waited for my replacement. I could understand if it was severely messed up or something was wrong but it just had the wrong meat type. There was no reason to throw away and waste that food. The wasting of the food put me off for the entire night. The fries were also not fully cooked. They were almost ready, as they were soft but you could taste the oil coming out as you ate them.

Food was good but the employees were rude, sighing at me and acting like I was an inconvenience for them. My husband tried walking in to get our son an ice cream cone after eating our food in the car and it was locked at about 10:35, there was an employee smoking right next to the door and she told him the drive through was the only thing opened, we sat in the drive through for a very long time. I won't be back to this location ever.

I was there earlier this evening and a male waited on me. I bought a meal deal to go. I paid for the meal deal and bought an elderly ladies dinner who was behind me. She got her receipt. After I paid, I asked a female cashier if I could buy the largest drink they had which was a 44 ounce. I bought it so I had two receipts, one for the meal deal with a drink and a large 44 ounce drink. The guy came back to the counter and saw the 44 ounce drink I had. He rudely asked how I got that drink and if I paid for it. I said I paid for it and pointed at the female who sold it to me. I showed him both receipts and it appeared he was thinking I got the 44 ounce without paying for it. Another customer , a paramedic, standing next to me said that was messed up what and how the cashier said it. I told the paramedic the male cashier obviously doesn’t like and trust Veterans and me being white raised an eyebrow as well. I doubt I’ll visit Braums again. Yes I was wearing my Veterans cap.

Handed me my waffle cone ice cream holding it with their BARE hands, no napkin wrapped around it or any gloves on. When I asked if she did that she said " yes, but I just held the bottom" and gave me a "so what?" Very annoyed look. I've worked here before and know how they are not supposed to do that. Who knows what other rules their employees don't follow. This was around 7 15.

Worst service ever from a Braums. Waited almost an hour for my food, only to realize they were trying to give it to the wrong person multiple times. Do not recommend. To many braums in the area to stop here ever again. Should not take 4 employees to figure out where food goes.

I have had Athens Braum's at least once a week for years. In the last 6 or 8 months I have been watching it go downhill fast! I went in tonight to get my dinner before work and as I'm paying at the window they weren't sure they had what I ordered in stock and took forever to find it. Then the lights went out having to wait for that. Get to the second window and got one extra thing I ordered but had to wait for the meals. A few min later, a young female came to the window very rude acting irritated with me..she looked at me like I did something wrong asking what i needed. I told her my two meals, and she rudely said to pull up to the corner..there I waited and waited then finally she comes out with my food, forgetting my braum's sauce...so it aggravated her to go get that.. I then get home and open a salad I would usually never get from there but really wanted a salad tonight, and it ended up with wilted brown lettuce all in it! This is the first bad review I've ever left Braums even after having a few other bad experiences lately!! I'M DONE with the cooked food there..will only shop the market and that's only if Ms. Ethel is checking me out!! DO BETTER BRAUMS!
