This microbrewery is exceptional. They offer a great variety including a real deal West Coast IPA, which is very welcomed with so many juicy IPAs, sours and fruit beer. Great pizza and a top wing spot. Try the lemon pepper dry rub. I got a growler to go. Jersey Girl Brown Ale is delicious.

Very comfortable setting with fantastic brews and great menu for pub food. Staff was very friendly. My family and I enjoyed our 1st visit there. Blueberry Ale was honestly one of best craft brews I ever drank. 🍻✌️

Small so gets filled often...but that's because the beer and food are very good. Outdoor seating overlooking the golf course indoor seating next to the fermentation bins. Typical pub, food, chicken wings or fingers along with pizza and burgers. Beer is delicious and staff is very friendly.

Brewpub set on a golf course. Neon Adirondack styling with a wide selection of brews good in their styles. They do flights and have occasional music. Food is superior for a brewpub and service is prompt and welcoming. A little off the beaten track but worth a side trip especially if the weather favors sitting in their deck.

Came to Fairways of Half-moon for a superintendents gathering. Had an excellent tour of the course which is absolutely beautiful. The superintendent and his crew has done a fantastic job on the course. We had the pleasure of having lunch at the Brewery and the food and staff were amazing. Can't thank F O H enough. Highly recommend this place. Wings and Pizza were amazing. Thank you again.

Saturday August afternoon. Thought I'd take a trip out. Glad that I did. I've been by the place before, but never stopped in. Very spacious brewpub with impeccable cleanliness. Woods are dark and welcoming. Was greeted by 2 very nice beer tenders. Got the beer menu and ordered their most popular blueberry ale. Was delicious. The aroma was of fresh blueberries and a sweetness, but it wasn't too sweet. Just right. The next beer I tried was the Festbier. Nice maltiness without being too heavy. The last one was a sour with Elderberry and it had just the right amount of tartness and sweet to balance. Ordered the Action Bronson pizza which was hot, delicious and cheesy. Nice hint of chili oil which gave an after spice/heat. The views of the golf course are incredible from the deck. Plenty of seating inside and out. Service very friendly and knowledgeable. Grab your friends and get here!

Such a beautiful brewery, for such a small space it feels so open and bright and the decor is gorgeous. To make things better they have some of the best beer I've had in the great Albany region. They're brown ale and cream ale (pictured) were so good I contemplated trying to run the kegs out myself. I will definitely be coming back here and if you haven't been yet you'd be doing a disservice to not make the trip out.

I really like it here. Really good beer and pizza. I don’t even typically like a thicker crust pizza but it’s flavored so nicely and has a great crisp to it. Beautiful and clean outdoor seating area over looking the golf course. Highly recommend.

Being born and raised in Brooklyn and moving up here couple years ago I never thought I'd find Pizza as good as Brooklyn, I was wrong. Their pizza It's just as good as some of the best pizzas in the city. Wings were outstanding too and probably some of the best ranch and blue cheese I've ever had! My husband said the Philly cheesesteak was amazing and the bread was really good, Also can we talk about the pickles?! I never had a horseradish pickle before but I'm obsessed, bravo Chefs!

Last Saturday we had a family reunion for 90 people at The Fairways. After meeting Mark, the manager on duty, I was very happy to view the room. Ava was fantastic! She was everywhere all at once setting up the room, food and answering all of my queries with a smile. Mary Anne was also excellent! They both helped us move tables and made sure we were happy with everything. Janet worked hard as our bartender and again, always a smile! The food was delicious and plentiful. And Ava even took group photos for us, again with a smile. I have not heard a single complaint from anyone. And the 15 children had a great time, too. Thank you for a wonderful event Fairways, we appreciate it!

So much to say! Hank Hudson had secretly become a destination for me. The golf course has always been great and the restaurant as well, but Hanks is now at a different level. The outdoor patio is covered, so you can enjoy some food while enjoying the views. The new pavilion is spacious, clean and inviting. The food is simply fantastic. It may be the best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever had not to mention the waffle fries. I’m a bit of a pizza snob, but I was thoroughly impressed with the crust and the pie overall. The ambience is fantastic and the servers are super friendly. With all that said, that’s not even the best part, the beer is fantastic. Always a nice selection not to mention the local aspect. I will be back!

Came yesterday for my birthday and I will say this is the best brewery I have ever stepped foot in. It is on the small size but the beer and the food is five stars. The service is beyond amazing. Everyone is nice and made my experience amazing. If you’re looking for amazing food and beer you need to stop at this place. You will not be disappointed

The food was great. Service setup is weird. We walked in they told us to seat our selves which we did. We thought someone would come to the table but they didn't.. 😆 When I went back to the bar they said you had to order food there as well as drinks so I did. They gave you a number and brought the food to the table eventually. The food was top notch. Big beer selection. When we were ready to leave we went back to the bar where they told us how much we owed but gave us no bill. Very strange way to run a restaurant. If it was just beer I get it but they have a huge food menu.
