It's a decent little Starbucks. The people are very nice. Has an outdoor seating area. I wish they made it a little more comfortable. Maybe visit the palm causal in town. They will hood you up with a great set

It's the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I go here a lot to sit under the shady outside patio. Enter by the parking lot on Eau Gallie. Trying to turn in from the turn lane is taking you life into your own hands. Just make the left from US 1 and make a left into the parking lot off Eau Gallie. The staff rotates like any Starbucks. But they're always quick and well managed. Bathrooms are always clean too. Inside is small but hey, we live in Florida. Do you really want to sit inside? Edit: They used to have wonderful cushy couches under the outside area. They removed them all. Not in either sit on hard metal chairs or have to sit on the side of the store that has no shade with couches. This makes what was my favorite spot less wonderful. If you change this, I will change the review back. Pretty please? Edit: furniture has been updated and it's comfy again . Thanks! Edit: Furniture has been changed back to hard uncomfy chairs. Ease put comfy seats back so I can read my Conan books happily. I will readjust the rating to reflect to uncomfy chair replacements.

Mobile ordered, arrived in 10 minutes, coffee ready, pull apart not ready, inquire…She says it’ll be a few minutes. I get my service Dog out of the car. We come in and we sit down. We wait about 10 minutes. I inquire again that if it’s a problem heating up just throw it to me and they pretty much all ignored me. I told them to keep it and keep my tip you Beches. My expectation was to not have to wait 15 miniutes for you to heat something up, but really this is about management who Apparently wasn’t watching what was going on trying to rectify this situation.

Coffee is good of course, service is ok, definitely not enough seating inside, not with the people that camp out here and act as if it's their home,.....most tables are taken by customers....who are not planning on leaving for awhile!......location makes it tricky to get in sometimes

I’ve been coming to the Starbucks since freshman year of high school. It’s always been very conveniently located. The people have always been extremely nice, but I do feel like the quality has gone down my drink kind of just taste like milk and ice. I got a Matcha frappe and the bites have an odd taste of plastic. I’m kind of disappointed, but I definitely will give them a chance again it could’ve just been a fluke.

the lady at the window was very rude. i cannot have dairy and she was not accommodating, and made me feel like i was bothering her with customizing my drink. likely not be back..

I would come here 5 to 6 times in a week to get a certain specialty coffee drink That I order every time I come But today I come and I go to order what I wanted and explain to her how to make it. She was very rude and cut me off and said with a attitude I got it. So today will be the last time I go to that location. Be nice to people there is no reason to be rude. You never know what somebody is going through.

Don't ever make the mistake of ordering online at this location. It is apparently quite the burden. Even when you encounter a completely empty drive through, you will be told to circle around and park in the lot for 5-10 minutes. It also comes with a healthy dose of attitude.

The manger is a big back rude manly lady. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and has a Starbucks account, been going to Starbucks for years. He wanted to redeem his birthday drink since we were passing through on our drive and even showed his ID. The manger was repeating the price over and over until he declined and we drove off. Typical. She must be hangry. Honestly, go to 7 brew better coffee, nicer and CHEAPER!!!

I spend almost 7 dollars on a FROZEN drink, when I say to the baristas that it was suppose to be frozen I get told that this is frozen, it’s pure liquid. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issue’s with this Starbucks. This is my last time coming in to this Starbucks as I’m always having issues here!!!
