Casey was by far the best customer service I've ever had. He offered great conversation while he made my subs exactly how I asked. I'll be back!

Just left and had the best experience I’ve ever had at subway ! The line was getting long and I only saw one employee (Ernesto ) he handled the rush so well made sure every customer was greeted and taken care of and even had small talk with each one of us asking if our day was going well .. side note he also told me it was his bday today !! So shoutout Ernesto for being so positive and so kind even on your special day I hope this store location knows they have a gem working for them

I usually go to this store on weekends around 6-7 PM. sometimes there is a woman who doesn’t understand English, but most of the time there is also a nice guy who genuinely cares about my day, even though he doesn’t have to talk to me. He asked how my day was, and although I was tired from work, he made me laugh. You don’t usually experience that kind of interaction at chain restaurants, which I find interesting. the food quality was good.

I don't usually post reviews for chain stores but this Subway location has such wonderful service! The workers are always so kind and friendly, I love going to see them. They also are efficient under pressure and great at serving when the line is super long. :)

Just left and had the best experience I’ve ever had at subway ! The line was getting long and I only saw one employee (Ernesto ) he handled the rush so well made sure every customer was greeted and taken care of and even had small talk with each one of us asking if our day was going well .. side note he also told me it was his bday today !! So shoutout Ernesto for being so positive and so kind even on your special day I hope this store location knows they have a gem working for them

Employees were very kind & my sandwich artist washed her hands & changed gloves which I gr8tly appreciated ; the food product didn't look so great I skipped on lettuce & spinach it was wilted, looked like they hadn't restocked after a busy dinner rush. I ws there @ 8:15 p.m.- can't really fault them tho, there were only 2 employees on duty & fast food is a tough job ... store was otherwise clean, I gave 3 Atmosphere stars because of how dark it was inside, parking lot is dark as it is but store is also, they could update lighting & decor. .. perhaps pay a little more so they can have sufficient staff.

Bad ownership at this location. Employees are a little rude and also decide to close and lock door 20 minutes earlier than posted hours then stand there looking at you from other side of glass...

dead roaches in the food. also it was incredibly hot, the ac was not on at all so they propped open the door but still nobody should be working in conditions like that especially with hot ovens going off constantly. The store should be shut down for the day until they fix it. Very unacceptable

WHY can this location not toast any sandwich if you place a mobile order?? WHY can’t this location cut a sandwich in half?? WHY did this location not give me the chips i paid for??? WHY does this location only carry room temperature drinks???? WHY does this location take an extra 10 minutes on every mobile order???? this experience was my last straw with any subway for the rest of my life genuinely

This subway never opens on time. They used to be really good. I waited 20 minutes after they were supposed to open nobody ever showed up.

Walked in and right back out today. The air conditioning is not working and is warmer inside than outside (it’s 99 degrees in Austin today). SHAME on this owner for A) making employees work in inhumane conditions B) keeping meats and veg out in unsanitary conditions. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous.

I just had such a terrible experience with this subway. Today, Feb16 at 8:30 we went for a couple of sandwiches and several beverages. The man in charge told us we have 5 mins to order, even when the webpage say they close at 9. We made the order in 5 minutes with the surprise that we could only pay in cash. The total was 28 dollars. He charged us 33, without giving us any receipt. The machine looked fine, but according to him the machine was broken, but we could still get our order. We got the surprise arriving to our hotel that he actually did not toast our breads. Even when we saw him taking the sandwiches to the oven for some minutes! He just acted like the sandwiches were toasted! Incredible. I am just posting this you (client or owner) to be aware of this employee and his suspicious behavior.

I had an unpleasant experience with the lady at subway, she was very rude and disrespectful I reacted calmly the whole time, she skipped half of my sandwich to make someone else’s pizza half the time she was way more respectful towards the other customers I felt discriminated and she was saying yes ma’am to the other customer but towards me she was rude. the manager had to help me in the last minute. please be polite and friendly to your customer walking in, they are just trying to get food and not deal with the hostility, very disappointing experience I will never come back

Their curbside pickup is basically fake. I checked in on the app, but nobody ever came out with my food. I ended up having to go inside, and there was just one employee helping customers at the counter. I had to wait until they were done before I could even get my order. And the drink I ordered? The employee just told me to grab it from the fridge. But the drink I picked wasn’t even in there. When I asked, they just said, “If it’s not there, then we’re out.” Unbelievable.

I love subway so this isn’t for all subways just this particular one. I had never been to this one before but I went for the first time. First off the meat looked like it had been sitting out forever and no one bothered to push some fresh meat in. I ordered a basic sandwich and I kid you not, not even 30 minutes after eating it I was running to the restroom. Extremely disappointed as I have been eating Subway for the last 15 years and have never had an experience like this. Never coming to this store again.

we went there in the morning. there was a girl asking for cash tips. but I don’t know why the tips goes to the store? She was telling me the machine is broken because of the wifi so they don’t accept cards. she was working with the machine for a while. that was suspicious. the food wasn’t toasted although she put it in the toaster.

Terrible experience. Placed order online to make life easier lol but no don’t even think they will have your sandwich ready . The male employee was by himself and had customers waiting 30+ minutes , customers were also leaving cause the wait was extreme. When I got home our sandwiches were garbage! Really old veggies and barely had any ingredients, it was very disgusting 🤮threw my sandwich away and ordered jersey mikes . Do not come here it’s nasty .
