Friendly and nice. Variety of dishes. Taco salad with steak is my usual with a soft shell taco. The salad has rice, refried beans , tomatoes, sour cream, cheese, and a meat. Service is fast.

The new $2 burritos are really good the vegetable burrito are really good. And the chicken enchilada is really good there's a place on Covert and Van they have an employee there I think his name is Timothy he goes out of his way to help you and make the experience very pleasant

Went to Applebee’s and waited 20 minutes no service. Not even a simple hello. There were about three customers inside. We came over here to Taco Bell. Got our food in two minutes if I could tip them, I would.

Went in there September 11 at 330 pm for takeout. Cashier was the nicest and most friendliest customer service I’ve ever had. And was the same one who made my food for my family of 7. What a great guy,I can’t say enough good about him. I didn’t get his name, I wish I did. He deserves the recognition. So positive and really gives it all at work. And I appreciate that and him!

I had the best experience tonight at this Taco Bell. The 3 employees here tonight gave the best customer service I've ever received at ANY fast food restaurant before. My food was exactly what I ordered, service was quick (even with there being only 3 people there and a long line in the drive thru!) The person with the cool purple hair made my night. I will always be stopping here on my trips for food. They were having a "Baja blast" tonight. Great people, great service. 10/10 recommend. Thanks for the much needed smile tonight, y'all :)

1/12/24. 12:30PM. Anna was so friendly to everyone in the lobby and drivethru. She confirmed orders with the customers before handing them out. She also made sure nobody forgot napkins, utensils or sauces. In her downtime she made sure the lobby was clean and even brought our food out to us. All of these things seem like that's just what she's supposed to do because it's her job, but most fast food workers don't do this. She went above and beyond and the experience and food was great!

I always get excellent customer service and our order is always right. The food is delivered in a timely manner and at the right price. The taco bell workers in Henderson ky need to be recognized for serving the community with great food and for making taco bell stand out among the rest.

Went to the drive through, they were busy but kept the line moving. Order taker was super friendly. I received my order quickly and food was hot and fresh. Amazing service was super surprised. They brought back the chili cheese burrito. Awesome!

Let me preface this review by saying I’m an Evansville native. Anyone from Evansville knows that our Taco Bell franchises are subpar especially during later hours of the night. But this Taco Bell; this precious treasure trove of a building is the sole reason I relocated to Henderson. As a night owl I only ever crave Taco Bell approximately between 12AM-3AM and let me tell you the service during this specific time range is incredible. I have a terrible guilt complex when it comes to ordering food so late at night and after many visits I can confidently say that these employees have eased that fear. They are so kind; I never feel like a burden when I visit their drive thru. And the food is ALWAYS fresh and well made. Evansville’s Taco Bell’s do not hold a flame to this place. Thanks for always having my late night snack, you guys are the best!!

The newer renovated Taco Bell gives a much cleaner atmosphere in my opinion, making it more likely to eat in if & when applicable. I love the late night stops through their drive thru when I'm wore out and super hungry. This is nice since they are thankfully open at those times when most other places are not. The last experience I had going through the drive thru was one I had to mention- cashier Krysten was one of the sweetest employees I've encountered at a fast food restaurants in a long time. I also want to say the Chicken Quesdea & Cinnabon delights are my FAVORITES!

Stopped late on Sunday night. Ordered easily on the Kiosk in the dining area. Waited for a few minutes when a worker called our name. He handed us drink cups and coupons for a future Taco Bell order. They apologized that our order had popped up on the screen on the side of the station no one was currently manning. As soon as they noticed us they realized the error and made quick effort to remedy the issue. Our food was hot, delicious and made correctly per our order. We appreciate the staff going above and beyond to correct an issue. I do miss an actual employee being at a register but the employees we encountered were friendly and helpful.

This is a great Taco Bell - because the people here actually “Care” amazing. Love it. Hope I get to come back. Thank You Eli, you made our day :-D I always order the Steak Quesadilla and this is the first place where it was actually cut all the way thru, I didn’t have to tear it apart.

Taco bell is never a disappointment, unless of course you have a spastic colon or some sort. Be weary of this type of food in general if so but all in all 10 out of 10 recommend, just bring back the ole Mexican 🍕

Sometimes you gotta run for the border. We were heading back to Tennessee and stopped for a portable lunch the kids could eat in the car. We got our wires crossed and I thought they shorted us a taco, which they added to the bag. I realized later I was wrong, but they were gracious enough and I appreciated it.

Usually very quick to get you in and out. Only issue I have is their parking lot is miserable to get in or out if they are even slightly busy. However, foods almost always good no complaining.

This location is pretty exciting actually the get you moving in and out the gentleman who is taking our order was unbelievable quick and fast accuracy of our order was 100% good friendly when we got to the window which is very unusual for this company we were in and out this Taco Bell should be a shining example for what other Taco Bell should be. get it together Bell.

Taco Bell is always a delicious delight however, I had to remove a star for their small portions of meat. It's literally one teaspoon of meat per taco here in Henderson, Ky! Come on Taco Bell, you can do better! This is the only reason I don't visit as much as I would like!

Great service, wonderful people. Only disappointment was that I had to go back an go inside not only once but twice because the first time, i only realized that I didn't get one of my 5-layer burritos so I got that taken care of. After I get back in my truck an start heading home, I go to get the order of potatoes that I payed for, only to find out that they didn't put the order of potatoes in the bag as well. Been a #1 fan since before I can remember an would be truly devastated if the reason I stop going back there is because of this problem happening continuously. Recommend as long as you plan on dining in. if you go to the window make sure to check an make sure you get everything that you ordered an payed for before you leave the parking lot.

they make decent food but the people aren't very chill... Ive heard the drive thru cursing the kitchen more than a few times and they're never helpful if you order on the app and they're out of something... they tend to just tell you to get a refund on the app rather than try and substitute unless it's a drink and they're always out of baha blast

They are better with their service than they have been in the past. I did have an issue with the burrito that I bought having everything made in clumps and it wasn't spread out so I got first action with refried beans second section was rice next section was me was it was just not mixed in there well so I kind of just like that but otherwise the service was good and quick it didn't have to wait it was nice

Usually fast food gets a three at best, this trip I looked like I was homeless and yet was served with respect and speed. I was waiting for a ride and was not rushed from the restaurant. Refreshing. The food was prepared and packaged to the best of the employees ability. Had this been a regular restaurant I would have given it Mr rare 5 star across the board rating.

Used to be a lot better to stop, sit down & eat in. Not any more, easier to go thru the drive-in due to a lack of human service. In trying to only use the screen to order makes it so impersonal. Soon you'll order, you food made and be served by a robot. When will they learn that you can't take people out of the dining experience? Eating is about people. it's not supposed to be void of human interaction. Put a person back on the register for people to place their order.

Came here for pickup my order on semi truck Nov 1 at morning 2:00am .. the order is late .. and also they give me wrong order maybe i parked my truck on road so they try to do fast 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ i order enchilada burrito, 4 soft tacos, and classic stacker everything with potatos but they said they are out of potatos then i switch to chicken .. but they give me one crunchy beef taco and beef burrito and beef stacker that’s it .. still giving them good rating just because they are so nice .. coustmer service 👍🏼 no problem its just 10 dollars sometimes mistakes happens

The service has been getting better for a while now but it always seems to be at night there's always a reason that they can't accept cash or half of the stuff on the menu cant be made because they are out of something.

Lobby was closed early last night, when I went to the drive thru the female inside said there would be a long wait because she was the only person there. There was a wait but as the cars in front of me passed through the line new cars pulled in behind me and she continued to cook in between taking orders, accepting payments and passing food out the drive thru. Besides the wait, which wasn't terrible, this one employee did a better job being all alone than I normally get when there is a full staff. I can't remember her name but it shouldn't be hard to figure out because she was the only one there. She definitely deserves a giant raise and a leadership position. If I was in charge I would increase her pay by at least $9 an hour because she can do a better job by herself than having her and two of the bozos normally working there at night. Maybe TB should look into paying two or three highly motivated people $20 plus an hour to work like she did instead of wasting their money filling the staff with kids and degenerates who don't care to be there working in the first place.

I give it a 3 because we love Taco Bell. Food was tasty even if order was wrong. It took such a long time to get order I did not go back to change, even though i counted 7 workers (we were only customers). I would recommend staff (instead of smoking in the garbage area) to clean restuarant. It was hard to find clean table to eat @ 9 oclock in the morning.

Upon entering, I had to use the restroom. The lady in front of me was the employee working the front counter. I noticed that she did not flush the toilet nor wash her hands when she left. Thankfully, she wasn't the one who fixed or touched our food. Also, a large water bug was lyong in the floor from either the business being sprayed or someone killing it. Dies anyone ever clean the bathrooms? My family had already ordered. The food was fixed quickly, and correctly. My only complaint is that employees need to be more sanitary after using the restroom, and that restrooms need to be cleaned after being sprayed for bugs. I'm not planning on coming back until I see some managment take action on this.

Drive thru ordered 2 BEEFY MELT BURRITOS $2 ea, (Really good value & tasty with a decent portion of meat) 2 SOFT TACOS $1.79 ea (Decent value with fair amount of meat).. 1 NACHO CHEESE SAUCE SIDE $.85 ea (This feels like a Rip off.. 2oz souffle cup but only half filled so portion is only 1 Oz went online to see what the portion size is supposed to be but it is not listed on the app or the website) Overall good experience staff was friendly order was served quickly & correctly.. Good value for what was ordered except for the Cheese sauce. Would stop here again.. location is awkward to enter & exit if heading North on 41 and crossing multiple lanes of traffic so usually only stop if heading South.

went through this drive through at 5 pm. my tilder order was 19.05 but for myself i ordered the cheesy rice and bean burrito and cheesy roll up as im abstaining from meat. the burrito had beef in it and the cheesy roll up was literally cold shredded cheese on a toritilla... the line was so long i was not gonna go back through as we were/are traveling to florida. had to stop at mcds to get something edible...

When we first got our food it was super cold not even slightly warm when I brought it up they said they would remake it but when they remade they did so with almost no meat or filling as if to punish us for not wanting to eat cold food after spending $30 giving it an extra star for cleanliness and the polite employee at the front counter.

Was a little disappointed that we were not allowed to pay by cash. The employee told us she couldn't give us $11.00 cash back out of her drawer! This was about 4pm in the afternoon, and couldn't make change!?! She, the employee, then asked our name for the order. We provided a VERY common last name. The employee states "no, I'm not doing that, give me a first name" We then provide a first name, which she still couldn't spell or pronounce. Since my family and I were traveling through, we wanted to use the restroom while there... only to find a handful of napkins placed on the back of the toilet. Yep, that was our toilet paper! Oh, and by the way, you may get by without having toilet paper, but you HAVE to have SOAP in the BATHROOMS! This is not only disgusting, but a requirement by the Department of Health.

Takes forever in the drive thru, even if you are picking up a mobile order. Order is usually incorrect with several items missing or not what you ordered at all. Quality of food varies by day. Would not recommend this store.

the only time you have a good chance at getting good quality food is morning /lunch hour. the night shift is horrible. drive thru, doordash, and dine in have the same service, trash. i always have missing items and horrible made food. don’t recommend here.

I eat here like 2 times a week if not more and the last two night they were closed by 1130pm! Stating that there’s been an emergency the last two nights! So when I called tonight and asked and she stated their was an emergency I said so y’all have had an emergency the last two nights? The woman who answered the phone say yes ma’am I have permission to close the store early because I only have two people and myself! How is this an emergency for one and for two I managed McDonald’s in Madisonville a multi million dollar store and could close the store with only two people!!! This is ridiculous when the signs lit up and the hours are until 3am...

Came through the driveway earlier, 9/24, and ordered a number 6 and number 7 with drinks. When taking our order, we felt rushed, was interrupted multiple times, and had to repeat ourselves. First off, $17 and some change for that. Secondly, when he handed us our drinks, he handed us the wrong ones. Then when we did get the right one, one cup was literally half full. After sitting at the window for awhile, we finally get our food. Only for it to be all wrong, the staff need to get it together.

The one on Green street is better. The food quality is better. The customer service isnt a whole lot better. Neither remember to give you plastic ware and they fail to fill your drink cup to the top. Skip the drive thru if possible.

This is my first time ordering taco bell through the app for delivery. My receipt on the bag listed all of the items i ordered, but I was missing a couple of items and I got no sauce packets (I ordered 3 of each). Im extremely disappointed and regretted ordering taco bell today. Best to go in person you can check your order immediately. The website for "contact us" is just a gif of a taco falling over so I can't even get this resolved.

Very rude inside. Went in at 9:33 pm and was informed that the dining room was CLOSED and I'd have to use the drive thru. (There were 4 cars waiting for the speaker and that's why I came inside to begin with.) There were 3 people at one table, and 2 other people that had just ordered and were waiting on food. The gentleman that came in behind me raised a stink because the door was UNLOCKED and there were still people inside! They finally let us place an order but I will not be back anytime soon! If the dining room is closed, LOCK the door, and let customers leave as they finish up!

The food was great. However, I waited in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes before I gave up and just went in to get our food. There, I waited for 15-20 minutes. The Henderson Taco Bell needs some help. This is NOT the first time this has happened. It happens every time!!! I don't know if they're understaffed or what, but I wish corporate would take a look at it.

2nd worst Taco Bell I've been to. They're always out of something (burrito shells, chicken, containers for cheese, etc). And your order will be messed up every time. My last experience I ordered 4 items: a black bean burrito, black bean chalupa, cheesy fiesta potatoes, and a potato soft taco. I got the burrito, and a paper wrapper of potatoes. Called in to complain and was told rudely by the guy that answered "I made your order myself and everything was in the bag when I gave it to you." Horrible customer service. Hopefully when the new location is finished they'll hire capable and friendlier employees.

Tall lady in drive threw light skin has major attitude with customers in drive thru, doesn't want to make drinks the way customers an when asked to make them the way you ask you can see her behind the window running her mouth, on top of all that I added something extra to my food and payed for it and didn't receive it by this point idec I'll drive to a different taco bell to get my food now

It's Taco Bell... so you're already starting with a low bar. Typical TB - 50% chance of missing items, 50% chance of getting the wrong thing. Also, they've discontinued all of the best stuff: Fire Dorritos tacos (they still have Cheese), the Meximelt (you can approximate one via a Cheesey Rollup w/ added ground "beef"...but they also discontinued the pico, so you can only get so close), and the Mexican Pizza. That's what annoys me the most... Why do you insist on removing things from the menu that are interesting, historic and/or (marginally) tasty to add things no one could possibly be asking for (some kind of chicken-hot-dog-taco monstrosity? Really? ). Bring back the Meximelt. Bring back the Mexican Pizza. Also, last time that I went, a relative ordered the refried beans, and they did not include cheese. I don't know if this is a new thing, or if you have to ask now, but come on, whose ordering refried beans without cheese? Bleh.

I'm not a fan of Taco Bell in general. However, the Taco Bell in Henderson is the worst I've ever had the displeasure of eating at. There isn't much in the way of dining to be had here though and so I found myself in this predicament. The entire restaurant reeked of B.O., I played football for many years and it was worse than any locker room I've ever been in. It was like having a sweaty gym sock stuffed up your nostrils. The food was borderline at best and the service was slow.

Ordered a party pack and a supreme burrito, received 2 breakfast burritos and 3 supremes, cashier finally opened the window asking "whats your problem told her it was the wrong order and tried to hand her the receipt but she just said look in the bag, pulled everything out to show her, another employee came over and actually assisted took back the items and read the receipt after he left she tried tried to give me the same wrong order, after a while they came back with soft tacos and more breakfast burritos, then she called for a different employee came over to take it back the wrong order, finallt gave what was looked right, said the fire sauce was under the party pack, no sauce, again they replaced the Supreme with some breakfast wrap, in part my own fault for thinking they couldn't have messed up on the 4th try and believing them, very embarrassing holding up a line, extremely disappointed to get the wrong order 4 times in a row and the cashier being quite rude and needing other employees to come and try to juggle the cashiers job and doing their own thing, just wanted to treat the family to a tasty dinner at the end of the day, not coming to this taco bell again, wouldn't recommend

Horrible! Slow, slow, slow! I don't know what was going on but was the worst I've ever had after being there inside store because drive thru was not moving at all! Ended up leaving even after paying for my food that I didn't get! Tried asking for a manager to get money back only to be told they weren't a manager and couldn't give my money back!

I ordered pick up through doordash my food was handle poorly and it was cold and the manger refused to remake my food or give me her name. I definitely will never return to this taco bell. Very disappointing

I'm giving it one star and that's only because half a star is not an option it seems how that's really what they deserve cuz they only had half of everything on the menu love how in the description it says serving all your favorite items how I couldn't even get the soda I wanted cuz you didn't have ice pathetic step it up as well as finding a blonde hair in my taco can't understand how you're still open sitting next to Taco John's

Last week when I went thru drive thru , taco bell still had a couple of hours before they close. No one answered the drive thru so we drove around. EVERY EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING IN THE LOBBY, AND WHILE WE WERE PULLING OFF, ALL THE EMPLOYEES WERE WALKING OUT

Not pleased with service. No lids for drinks, long wait time, and a mess of red sauce on my bean burrito. My mom ordered a nacho bellgrande no tomatoes. They messed it up twice. The second time they just tried to cover the tomatoes with cheese. Will not be back!

Ordered via doordash 3 items but received only 2 that I ordered and something that I didn't. Chalupa shell was stale and wrapper had juice of some sort on the outside of it. That's all just from this order. Went through the drive thru last time and they were out of several things, the wrappers on those tacos were messy on the outside as well.

Most of the time, solid work, with much sauce for free. Sadly tonight I had a very rude drive through experience. The woman was very short with me. They had ran out of cheese and black beans, and when we asked for something she would cut us off mid sentence to tell us they in fact did not have it. No apologies and it almost seemed as if Taco Bell did not want my business. A bad streak on an otherwise good record. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is now ruined.

I'm a doordash driver and I go to this Taco Bell (henderson) quite a bit but tonight I had an order and the parking lot was packed because of drive thru so I let my wife go in to get the order while I parked. She gets the food but they forgot the drinks and when she went to the door they locked it and refused to let her have them. Said we had to get in the drive thru line. We asked for the manager that they wouldnt grab so we dropped the order left the food at the door and left. Later I get a phone call from doordash where they complained asking what happened. When I explained, they apologized to us for the employees of taco bell . apparently this happens often.

This place seems pretty hit or miss depending on if they feel like working that night or not. They are always out of something and will pull the we are only accepting cash hours before they close so they have to do less work. What is even worse is you're stuck in the drive thru with no way out and no way of knowing they don't wanna take cards at the time. They won't park cars to get them out of the way either so you have to sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes without getting food. Edit: Went back again to try and get some quick food before work and they didn't give me the hot sauce I asked for or put napkins in the bag. Literally not even one napkin for a multitaco order.

Don't bother. They're almost always out of 50% of the items on the menu, they frequently forget your sauce packets even when you ask for them and given the corporation's stupidity when it comes to designing a mobile app, you have to jump through multiple hoops to get your money back.

Literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. To begin I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito and it wasn’t wrapped or anything it was just thrown in the bag. I asked for it to be remade and they were yelling at the so called manager who just threw it in the bag. Remade it and there was no sauce on the burrito what so ever. Also ordered a chicken quesadilla and they messed that up. The right sauce wasn’t on the quesadilla. I don’t know if those night shifters were just high AF or what. I couldn’t eat any of it because it sucked. I was also scared if there’s that many things wrong with it what else was wrong with it?

So me and my daughter went into taco bell to get 2 12 packs and while were waiting the cashier went out into the dining room making out with her boyfriend and so I told the manager she confronted her in front of me and then told her don't worry about it just no more pda then the girl was mad about it giving me dirty looks then as I was leaving there was employees in the parking lot smoking weed and on top of that when I said is the girls name on my receipt and the manager said no it's my drawer shes using name was Selena very poor service and very inappropriate behavior

I don’t know the red hair girl name because she was out of uniform and didn’t have a name tag on .. but she was completely rude and can’t take accountability .. the inside could have been leaned more .. it smelt like McDonalds Play Place and feet … customer service could really be used with suggestive selling and offering new specials etc .. good was nothing special . Meat to veg ratio is not met .

My dad went into the dining area standed there for 6 minutes and waited for someone to take his order and nobody was there except for a guy in the back sitting and playing on his phone and my dad never got his order I would not recommend coming here

Made order at drive Thur couldn't hear very well I told the young man I couldn't hardly hear him very rude when getting my order the soft drink was dripping off cup and lid was half way on got back to eat lunch my taco was broken up very very rude young man at window won't be back avoid this location the green st location better

Always check your order when going here. This is the 10th time I've gone and still every order has been wrong. The app does not work when ordering ahead of time and something from every order is missing. The manager needs to be replaced or stop employing kids who don't care about where they work. This is ridiculous taco bell was my favorite place to eat before i moved here. There is no quality control here. Nothing we order is consistent and something is always missing. If you see a five star review it was not created by a customer

I just ordered food from here found a hair in it. I called the store back to tell them, only to be called a liar. I never asked for them for anything. I was just going to inform them of the situation. I understand I've worked in fast food for many years. But to call any customer a liar,even if I could prove that they were, is absolutely ridiculous. But to call a customer a liar because everyone is wearing a hair net. It could have come off someone's clothing, hat, arm hair, anything. The managers attitude towards the customer concerns me FAR more than anything else he really needs training on how to treat customers. And in full disclosure yes I got loud and I used foul language, but only after I got told "you're a liar everyone is wearing hair nets". Hair nets are a safety measure not a guarantee........ I understand why they built a second one in town. With customer service like this I wish this manager the day he deserves.

Ordered a bean and cheese burrito with extra red sauce and extra onion. Got bean burrito with no cheese, no onion, no red sauce. Also ordered 2 regular tacos and tacos had no taco meat. Girl at drive thru wouldn't remake my order nor give me refund. Won't ever stop to eat there again. So rude!! If I could, I wouldn't even give this Taco Bell a star!

Everytime I order from here it's through the app so you would think they had enough time to get the order ready considering it takes almost 30 min to get there, but no I'm always waiting at least 20 min. After all of that time of waiting and driving there my order is wrong every single time like nothing is right.

I don’t usually have a problem, but I will not be back to this location after this most recent visit. The lady in the drive through was incredibly rude and when I got home, all of my food was wrong. 0/5 if I could. Replace your staff and do better.

Absolutely despicable store. Managment has absolutely no clue what they are doing. Just went in at 17:45 on Saturday Feb 21st 2026 and out of 4-6 employees including the manager only 1 employee was working driver thru, counter, and line. The manager and other employees were to busy cutting up and congregating in the broom.closet of an office.

Unfortunately, you are getting 0 stars from me, I have been to this taco bell several times and it is getting worse everytime we come the kicker that peaved me is your signs all say you are open until 4 am. The employees were standing outside smoking so we went back around and he told us that they get to close down at 3:30, so they can do all there closing, if that is the case then you should change your signs and hours.

I rarely post about experiences unless they are outstanding or horrible and unfortunately this is the latter. I had never been inside this particular location and I won't be back. I got my order home and it was completely wrong. I tried to call the store and it went straight to voicemail so I made a trip back. I went inside and there was an employee literally sleeping stretched out with his butt crack showing. I asked for the manager and after about 5 minutes a lady that looked half asleep herself and I told her the issue to which she responded oh our phone has broken for months.... really... you can't fix a phone in months or you just don't want to...you actually might have to talk to a customer..she never apologized just grumbled ... we'll fix it...like I was the problem...the trash was overflowing...the employees were profane...and the kicker is...when I got it the order was wrong AGAIN... finally they got it right. I know fast food workers work hard but this location should be ashamed...they weren't even busy...I would say do better but how could you do worse... sleeping with you pants half down... disgusting

This place I'd ab absolute joke. They'll pass out 10 drive thru orders but if you're in the lobby, forget about it. They'll have every employee look at you and never acknowledge you one bit until you're forced to be rude. There's no reason I should stand in a lobby for 20 minutes watching car after car leave when I've been waiting. For an order that had one itme and a medium drink. And then even though I was nice about asking where my order was, instead of being like oh our bad, you're met with rudeness like you're the issue. Needs better management that's for sure. If a manager was on duty I couldn't tell who was who

The absolute WORST Taco Bell to go to. Walked in to order food with my kids and was not greeted. On the counter was a HALF SMOKED CIGARETTE under the pick up station. Two empty drink containers & empty cigarette box on the other side by the cash register. Freeze machine wasn’t working so had to pick another flavor just for her to say that didn’t work either. Didn’t want to give a refund but someone got the proper one working so it worked out. I checked my food & was missing a burrito. Told the manager and he said no it’s in there only to see he left it on the counter behind him. The food is lackluster. Hard shells are stale, fries weren’t fresh, meat was cold & my container for my quesadilla was dirty. The quesadilla only had one piece with chicken in it. Every other piece was just cheese and sauces!! 0/10! Calling my bank for a refund entirely. Then as we drove off the cashier I’d been dealing with went outside to finish her cigarette. I hope real management see this review & makes some serious changes. No way there’s an A outside of the door and the establishment function that way. Save yourself & go to rally’s next door. Would’ve left it my kids weren’t hungry & under limited options

Messed up my order told them my order was messed up and they looked at me like they were confused and then orphan Annie and her sidekicks told me I had to come inside. I walk inside for Them to fix MY ORDER and the whole time I am waiting for my order orphan Annie is talking mad smack about how she did the order RIGHT…. Very aggravated they messed my order up twice and I told them both times no tomato. They took my food to the back and tried to scrape the tomatoes off and it still has tomatoes on it. I am so aggravated every time I eat tomatoes I get sick and this is ridiculous.And the girl in drive thru was on her phone with now gloves. I will not be back!!! A lady was here to get her food and they were eating on the line. That is so not sanitary.my daughters burrito even had red sauce pouring from it and got all over her clothes.
