Ordered a couple of sheet pizzas. Both pizzas were split half and half with different types of toppings. Had these pizzas at my office, for a co-workers going away. Everybody loved them. This is my go-to pizza place.

Been visiting this Henrietta pizza shop since I was a kid. My favorite pizza, and wings in the area! Also do many other fried foods, and dinner plates, and great subs! Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious!! We ordered two very different pizzas and both were incredible.. cheesy, saucy, and full of flavor. My family discussed the specialty pizzas we want to try next!! So many options! Also they were out of the cannolis and replaced them with a decedent pb pie (AMAZING) and cherry topped cheesecake that my dad loved!! Seriously, give this place a try.. after our first order it became ranked as the families new go to pizza place!!!

I wish I had pictures. We used to order from this place whenever our customer meetings would last beyond supper time. The pizza was rich in cheese, plenty of toppings, and worth every penny (which is practically what you pay for since it is so affordable). An absolute "MUST TRY" if you're in the area. Since I've already left the company I used to work for back then, I'll probably never have the chance to visit again, but I sincerely do hope they remain in business for years to come.

Update: since my initial review I’ve been back to Kens a few times. To say these past few experiences have been a huge improvement over the first would be the understatement of the year. In total I’ve been back 3 times since my first review and have ordered the following: pepperoni pizza, buffalo chicken wrap, cheese burger plate, and calzones. The pizza I received on for my most recent order was fantastic, and their crust as mentioned in my previous review is some of the best I’ve had. The buffalo chicken wrap with crispy chicken is also one of the better I’ve ever had. I think I must have caught someone on a bad day, since all my experiences since have been much closer to 5 stars than 3 stars. For the price this pizza is below average at best. The crust is very good, great chew and a nice crisp bottom layer. Sauce has decent flavor, on the sweet side which I like. They were very frugal with the cheese on the pie I ordered. In some spots there was no cheese at all, only sauce and where there was cheese it was a very thin layer. Pepperoni wasn’t very well placed, some slices had 4+ pieces, others 1-2. For over 20 dollars on a large one topping I expected more. Perris, Tony Pepperoni, Wegmans, Brandinis, all make a far better pizza and have much better specials. Fortunately I had a Groupon 10 dollars for 20, so all told I paid 10.37 for this pizza. That’s closer to the price they should charge for what they are offering, double that is a really bad value.

I sometimes drive from Penfield which is @25 minutes each way, my kids absolutely love the pizza. It always has nice color on the crust. I don't know if it's outstanding but it's a good pie.

Garbage plate tasted amazing, it's hard to find a place that does Mac salad good 👍 they do it right here. For being a pizza place I really appreciate that the non-pizza food items are well made and taste great!

Stopped here on our way to CT coming from Ohio. The pizza was really good and they were very friendly. They get extra kudos for baking pizzas in that heat. It was 90 degrees, and they don't have AC!! Thanks for cooking for me 😊

Ordered pizza and wings off of the website. The estimated time was 25 minutes and it was perfect timing. All of the employees seem to be happy and the one at the front was very polite. The chicken bacon ranch pizza is very good. The chicken wings were very good. Even reheating them the next day they were still delicious. Definitely give it a try!

This place is a hidden gem. The pizza is always fantastic. Never greasy, overcooked, or undercooked. The deserts are fantastic too! Above all, the customer service is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. Definitely our go-to pizza place.

Ordered another meal online the following night….Spaghetti and Meatballs with side salad..and a Brookie (dessert)..Again I was very satisfied by the food and service…

My 6 year old and I were in that part of Rochester and hungry. We picked this restaurant because it had a picture of a heart-shaped Pizza, post Valentine's day on the profile. They were very nice to us and let us order that even though it's probably off the specials menu because we are past that "holiday". Anyway, we sat and waited for it in their space which was really built more as a takeout restaurant with a skinny lunch counter. But it was a slow Sunday afternoon for them so I think they humored us. When they brought out the pizza there was this adorable little plastic pizza cutter roller. Don't know if it was given to us because I had the kid with me or it was a promotional thing but I'm keeping it and it was cute. Not super robust but safe enough for my child to cut their own piece of pizza. Would definitely go there again but don't know when that could possibly be!

We finally stopped into Ken"s Pizza Corner for the first time tonight. We ordered a medium sausage, onion, and pepperoni 🍕 pizza. The staff was very professional and explained our questions clearly and concisely. The gentleman said it would be ready in 13 minutes and it absolutely was. When we took that first bite, my husband and I thought we took a bite of heaven! Honestly THEE BEST tasting pizza we have EVER had. The dough is thick, but super fluffy and delicious. There was no grease at all which is why it tasted so flavorful and healthy. Each flavor tasted strong and fresh. The options for pizzas, subs & wraps are numerous. They have fish fry, shrimp dinners, chicken wings, dump plates, you name it. There is high top seating for about 20 inside. We are so glad we finally stopped into Ken's. You will be too.

In my personal opinion, I think that this corner store is by far one of the pest pizza spots out there. If you are new to Henrietta or looking for a good spot for pizza, I would highly recommend Ken’s Pizza Corner. They have very good and quality pizza, amazing sauce, and the workers are friendly. It is local, and I know a few people who have worked there and enjoyed it greatly.

They were awesome! My young daughter and I traveled to the Rochester area last weekend from New Jersey, and we were tired, hungry, and road-weary when we popped into Ken's in Henrietta. The night crew was fantastic, and so was the food. Everything was fresh and delicious. They offered my kiddo use of the bathroom to wash up before eating, and we chose to sit and eat at the counter after so long in the car. It was evident by the amount of foot traffic while we were there how rightly popular Ken's is. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we'll be back!!! Really good pizza, great portions, and decent prices. This is my second time ordering from there. They actually accidentally messed up my order so they gave me an extra pizza pie for free! Both times, I’ve had it delivered and it has taken less than 40 minutes. The delivery drivers are always super friendly. Their online ordering system is actually super user friendly and I haven’t run into any issues there. Will definitely order here again!

I quite enjoy the pizza and service here, but I feel I cannot, in good conscience, give this establishment a 5 star review. As I sat in this restaurant for lunch today, the alternative rock masterpiece known as “Epic” by Faith No More began playing. It was the perfect musical accompaniment to my Buffalo chicken pizza. As I enjoyed the tangy sauce, puffy crust, and molten cheese, I contemplated just what “it” was. I was, however, torn from my reverie by the jarring cessation of Faith No More’s legendary ballad, replaced by a local pop station. I feel this injustice directly damaged my dining experience, and disrespected a true masterwork of musical artistry. I thus knock a star from my review accordingly.

Ordered the baked potato specialty pizza, and they did not disappoint! It tastes just like a baked potato with all the delicious toppings! Served with a side of sour cream.

Excellent pizza and service but extremely disappointed in one thing: as Epic by Faith No More rang in it's glory within the stores limits, the song was suddenly stopped and changed to a lesser ballad. This caliber of blasphemy is unnacceptable, for Faith No More is the bridge of genres and Ken's Pizza Corner closed that bridge on this unfortunate day. The suppression of artistic alternative heavy metal should be a punishable crime.

Good food, medium wings are my favorite and their blue cheese is amazing. Customer service kinda sucks but I don't care as long as my food is what I paid for.

Standard fair pizza store. Slices available (mostly around the lunch hour). Pizza, subs, wings, calzones, and chicken fingers. A few deserts available fresh such as cheesecake. Our favorite specialty pizza is the Chicken Bacon Ranch. Coolers with soda and drinks available. Online and call ahead ordering available as well. Not much atmosphere to comment on. There are a few counters and bar stools to use to "eat in" if you need. Parking is not a big issue but there are no marked spaces. There is also apartment tenant parking sharing the area. Just be careful and considerate when parking (off Erie Station Rd side of the building).

Had to be one of the best white pizzas I have ever had! So much flavor and they are not stingy on the garlic or the other toppings. My Husband had the meat ball sub and was impressed and said it was so good. Wings could use a bit of help (mainly since they were so expensive) they were not the best, kinda mushy and over sauced. Over all tho, great food, amazing flavors and a place to stop by again.

This review used to be one star as, at one sad point in Ken’s history, the service was beyond poor and the food was consistently good, but wrong. Fast forward to 2019 and I feel it’s time to change this review. The service has gotten significantly better and my food is correct 100% of the time! The quality of the food is also consistent. Nothing has completely blown me away recently, however, which is the only reason I’m not rating a full five stars. If you want great food, but don’t expect over-the-top amazing customer service or to be completely wowed, this is the place for you! Best pizza AND wings in Rochester. Very impressive.

Good pizza but pricey... today I ordered a fish fry and it was outstanding! The fish was haddock and a huge piece. The fries were good and the Cole slaw was awesome. Ken's fish fry is worth every penny. Enjoying it at this moment. :)

Good place to stop and grab a slice. Not the best slice in the world but a pretty good slice for a quick stop with your kid while you're trying to kill time waiting for a very sick pet at the vet. Great place to sit or stand while u eat a slice and watch the corner.

Food was great. Id give a 5 star but had to wait 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered. After I was told its 45 to an hour for delivery.

The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and welcoming; you feel like a regular the moment you walk through the door. The pizza is absolutely phenomenal—thin crust, perfectly crispy, and topped with high-quality, fresh ingredients. The service is truly top-notch. The staff is efficient, friendly, and they always greet you with a smile. Even though it is a smaller spot, the interior is well-maintained and spotless. It is also in a very convenient location with plenty of hassle-free parking, which is always a plus. This place is a total hidden gem that offers incredible value for your money. Highly recommended!

They got a wide variety of pizza's to choose from if you don't know what you want on your pizza. The specialty pizzas i tasted so far are pretty good. If you are using a car to get there, call and order ahead of time so you can pick it up when you get there. The parking situation over there is weird.

The pizza is good when it's fresh. The location is on the edge of henrietta near no other stores. Delivery time is so-so The building itself is very run down and you can see the kitchen area is very dirty with a bunch of young kids on their phones most of the time. Everytime I come in, there doesnt seem to be any manager around pushing for good customer service. This place could definitely use a big facelift. Right now it looks like a hole in the wall. Maybe they should consider moving into one of the now abandoned Papa Johns buildings around Rochester.

They have good food but I ordered from here and waited an hour... still no food so I called and they said that they don’t deliver until 4 pm, and there was nothing saying they don’t deliver until than they should have called or should post something on their website saying that. And they tend to forget drinks that you order. They have definitely gotten worse in the past year or so!

Delivery fee of $4 of which $1.50 goes to driver plus tip has me paying $6-7 per order this is excessive since it applies to any delivery 1mile or 7 miles. The $4 fee alone pays the salary of any driver and then some. That said, subs are huge, very generous with meat. They also have by far the best red sauce I've found locally amongst competing shops. Recently tried something new: poppers and quesadilla. I threw both out. Quesadilla was simply frozen diced chicken with cheese and poppers were a sad container of 5 little guys that boast a hefty price. In all $20+ tip for this order is in the garbage.

Steak subs are the best ,but they need to improve on cold subs.got a ham sub wed,had more bread than anything else couldn't taste the ham at all and had about an inch of bread on one side with nothing but cheese not good

Pizza is ok. Thick puffy crust. Wings are good. Ask for the well done. They'll be crispy. And the service is good.

This is our backup backup spot for a reason. All the toppings are in the center of the pie, diced very small. Ken's pie crust is puffy and the sauce is on the acidic side. If the shop considers the wings we got to be "well done" as we requested, I'd be hesitant to consume a standard batch. They were cooked properly for a regular order, but significantly less so for our tastes. Price is commensurate with area shops, at nearly a whopping $50 for a large premium pie and 10 wings. Staff are generally pleasant, but with no dedicated cashier, checking out can take a couple extra minutes. While I acknowledge that we visited on Memorial Day and they were very busy, I patronized them some time ago with similar results. We returned today because everywhere else was closed and we had hoped our initial experience was just an anomaly.

The pizza here is good and, for us, convenient. They also sell their dough and it is excellent, so much better than Wegmans. Service is fast at this small take out place and It is easy to grab some on the way home and do our own pizza. (I do wish they had whole wheat.)

Second time visiting the establishment. First night received a great tuna salad and roast beef sub. Second night went back. Salad was good but my white hot was a red-hot. No pork in a red beefer and it was cold. My slice of pepperoni pizza was not fresh. I had to ask for it as it was forgotten. After verifying I paid for a slice I Was then was given the smallest slice that was half the size of all the others. I was very surprised. But I still remember the first night that was so good I came back the next day hoping for a repeat performance. Maybe it was just a fluke. I hadn't had a white hot in years and was so disappointed. I ate the food and am not one usually to complain but this time I felt I should.

Unimpressed after our first visit. Ordered a half cheese, half meat lovers through their website. They said I ordered ground beef on the whole thing. But more importantly, the dough want even fully cooked. Not sure if I'll be trying again.

This is the second or third time I ordered a pizza large with pepperoni and sausage half and half barely any pepperoni or sausage on it the pizza dough tastes like cardboard low quality ingredients young teenagers that are not paying attention to what they're doing. My suggestion is make a change you will succeed and sell more pizzas. Better ingredients better quality better service take this as constructive criticism. I'm not trying to be disrespectful. But please try thank you.....

Way overpriced. Bought one medium specialty and one small two topping pizza, cost just under $50. Online discount code listed in paper, good until Jan 2021, did not work. Made note of it on order, no response from management, even the next day. Upon order, was told it would take 25 min for pickup, up to 50 min to deliver. I live less than a block away. Delivery notification by text came in at 49 minutes after order confirmed. Delivered about 7 minutes later. Pizza tasted good, but the other factors prevent me from recommending them or likely ordering again when so many other choices are available with better service and lower cost.

Ordered the cheeseburger plate with two sides and hot sauce/meat sauce on the side for delivery. As soon as I got the order from the driver into my home, I smelled something burnt. I opened my meal, the burgers were luke warm, the home fries were not home fries more like little square french fries. Im sorry, but if you advertise that you have home fries actually take the time to cook true home fries on the grill. The meat sauce/hot sauce.. that was were the burned char stink came from. They burned it, plus it was sour.. it was horrible. My fiance had ordered the chicken wings in Buffalo sauce. The wings were way over cooked and pretty much dry. They had very little flavor to them. Dont waste your time and money here.

Every time we chose to get food here because it’s close to our house, we have a bad experience. After the first time when we ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and got a bbq chicken pizza, we decided to try it again and again. This last time we order a grilled chicken sandwich. The bottom bun was so soggy it soundly stay together in order to be picked up. We called and they made us a new one which is where they earned two stars. The spices used on the grilled chicken are very spicy and should be listed on their menu as that. The buffalo chicken sub we order had no buffalo sauce on it what so ever. I feel as though they need a manager giving orders and ensuring great customer service. We will not be going back.

I thought I would give this place a second try. I specifically ordered double cheese and thick crust was on my order and the crust is paper thin. Half the pizza wasn’t covered with cheese and the cheese is extremely light also. Not the double I asked and paid for with a $32 pizza! My daughter couldn’t even go in the store to get the order without the cashier trying to hit on her! It made the environment extremely uncomfortable. We are never going back!

Ouch 20 bucks for a wrap the size of an egg roll, and soggy to boot with an app I didn't order that was totally inedible. Threw the food out, and went to a restaurant for dinner.

I thought my sub was awesome but I didn’t know that the chicken Caesar salad was all spring mix with 1 romaine lettuce heart it was awful I called about it and the dude didn’t say a word and I said I’m out 10.99 now so don’t order a Caesar salad ever cause it’s only spring mix

I tried to call in a pick up order. Someone finally answers and says please hold. I waited 15 min on hold for the person not to come back to the phone. I finally hung up thinking they forgot about me so I called back and it rang and rang and went to an answering machine. I then called again and then it just went to voicemail. I then decide to drive there to order. I get there and nobody even comes to the counter to help me out. Waited 10 min and decided to take my business elsewhere. This place is a joke. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Ordered a pizza and wings on a Saturday evening was told delivery would be 45 min. After an hour and a half we call and guy said “he thinks it’s on its way” after another half hour we call back and a different guy says he doesn’t see our order in the system. After explaining our frustration and asking to speak to a manager and being told there wasn’t one, the best they could do was remake our pizza and take 20% off. That isn’t acceptable customer service, which we pointed out and then they took 50% off and trust me, if we could get pizza from a different place at this hour WE WOULD. If any of the 3 employees we spoke to apologized for our inconvenience and not charge us this time seeing we had to wait 3 hours in total for our food, we would be more understanding. Their customer service is putrid and the cost of their food is outrageous. Don’t waste your time and money this place is trash.

This place is trash. Nothing like the original Brighton location. I ordered a pizza via grub hub and it took two hours to get to my house. I called repeatedly and they put me on hold, answered the phone and would hang up or just say they were too busy to speak to me. It’s a Sunday and my family was very hungry. They are rude and have horrible customer service. Never ordering again. The pizza finally arrived it was cold. I had to reheat it in my oven. Over priced garbage.

I ordered 2 orders of chicken fingers. I received one order of soggy wings. I called in and explained the issue and was told I'd have the correct order in 20 mins. It's been over an hour and I have yet to relieve what ive ordered

I wont get subs or any fried food here again for delivery. Last couple times sub was cold and it was supposed to be a hot sub and onion rings were also cold. I had to heat them up in the oven and wait another half hour to eat them.

Have always loved the pizza here. Today the employee behind the counter was handling slices without gloves, too make matters worse he kept wiping the sweat from his face throught the the process of bare handing slices that were being difficult about separating. Yuck! Myself and the couple behind me walked out.

I have to say, this is the most generic tasting pizza I have ever had. The sauce is just to bland with no flavor, the cheese was very skimpy. "Remember when pizza actually had cheese on it? Where it would be stringy and you pull the slice up and the cheese follows it? Nope, lately pizza shops like Marks, and now Ken, doesn't have good cheese on the pizza anymore. They don't even load it with cheese, they put the bare minimum. The crust/dough, is just very generic with no fluff. All I can describe is that the whole pizza tasted very generic. I decided to try the quesodilla chicken and cheese. It was dry.

Used to love this place but I have to say it’s going downhill. Last time I called in to order wings the greeting I received was “Dominos, our phones are broken” and they simply hung up on me. I grew up within walking distance to Ken’s and now I go to Salvatores in scottsville instead.
