Went to the drive through. The girl that was working there was super hot and really nice. I think her name is katie. Drive through was super busy but the line moved very fast. Good work katie!!! Update: she is not going to give you her number. Stop asking. Lol
My kids always like going here for frostys! The burgers are good! They have a good variety of options to meet everyone in the groups needs. The service is friendly! The prices are reasonable. They have great deals

I've been to this location countless of times and they always provided excellent service and when I came today, it was no different. Excellent service, never had any issues here. If your craving Wendy's food I can say this location is solid
I like Wendy's the $4 combo is the same thing as the $5 combo but hey it's cool. They are one of the few restaurants that ha an outlet and let you charge your phone. The staff is really nice. All of them .
I have to give it a five star because the employees are amazing. But the manager lady was so unprofessional. I called because they made a mistake and she literally said no that's how it comes. So I had to drive back because she hung up on me and stopped answering the calls after I had called back.
The service here was unmatched! Ive never seen a fast food team be so kind, attentive and helpful. The world needs more people like these in the service industry. Loved it!
Wendy's is hands down one of the best fast food restaurants ever. Good burgers, yummy chicken sandwiches and nugs, and lest we forget, THE FROSTY. And also fresh lemonade... Herad their breakfast game is legit too but have yet to try it. Plus I love that they support adoption.
Drive thru doesn't take long at all Everytime I go it's usually fairly quick. Nice when your in a hurry. And they have the best strawberry lemonade..
Angie was very caring and provided me great customer service. I work for a wireless carrier that has us to stand outside to generate more customers for our store. By the way, it was 90 degrees! She was very concerned about us being outside in the heat and was VERY generous. Thank you Angie for going over beyond your job.
When you are tired of same old same old thing, this is place to go. Their sandwiches are unique and very tasty. This Wendy's is easy to bypass, which probably contributes to it not being too busy. But my order was correct, food was generous and delicious. They are not much pricier than the other fast food places on same street. So if you want something a little fancier in taste, but fast, I definitely reccomend.
I had a really large order that i was reading from a family group text. The drive thru person was patient, friendly and helpful with recommendations on combos to save few dollars. And, to top things off, when i got home, my order was actually correct!
I am beyond satisfied. Sonia the manager there has one of the best and greatest customer service. I cant even explain how grateful i am for what happen that night. Wells Fargo unfortunately could solve my problem and thanks to Sonia, i was able to get my meal and be on my way. I will forever be in debt with you! Thanks!!!!
Last customer of the night. Our cashier was still very upbeat, smiled, and acted like it really mattered if the food was fresh, and the order was correct. A + for the lady that served us. Monday Feb 11 just before 1:00 am.
This Wendy’s had great customer service. From the time I went until the time I left, it was the same energy!!! The cashier was excellent thorough, not Distracted by anyone but the person she was dealing with and making sure their order was correct. This around 2pm and I seen the manger in the back helping with each order. The bathrooms was super clean and that rare for most restaurants at this hour, so I know this manger and staff takes pride in their customer service. I will be back to eat here
Our visit was very nice and the young man named Joshua was handling it. He not only took your order, he also also filled the order. He really kept his cool and remained calm as it got busy. Someone stepped in to help him as it got too busy but it was mostly Joshua at the counter. I also saw Joshua cleaning the dining area between customers. It was like a one man show. Keep up the good work Joshua! Today 1/16/20 we came back to Wendy's and had another pleasant experience. Our food was good and Katie was absolutely amazing. She greeted us with a smile and had a great attitude.

One of the best Wendy's I've gone to. Nice staff, and good food. I tried 2 new sauces today, as well. The seating area was nice, brought back nastagla from when I was little, and my Grandma took me to Wendy's. Made me happy and the food was good. We got our food in like 3 minietts, very fast. The water cup was also good. :)
I am enjoying the $1 breakfast sandwiches and there are 3 different ones to choose from…this location has a friendly drive thru staff
I have the Wendy’s app on my phone and it’s very convenient. I can order everything that I want on my app, and they always have specials that you can only get online. I like ordering on the app much better than having to give all my details to the cashier, simply because I have grandkids and everybody wants something different. Frosty’s are always amazing! Wendy’s always has some good specials.
I forgot to take a photo that’s how great! Basically it’s been A DECADE since I had Wendy’s and I been craving it bc I saw their signs when I drive by! It honestly looks really clean and good so I gave it a try on Uber eats! It came so hot and I got a free coffee from their online promotions! I will def go in store and eat in person!
Came here after work (3:40pm) on a Monday. Drive-Thru Line was long but went fast, ordered David’s Single no cheese, large chili, two cookies, and a cheddar bacon baked potato. Drove home (7 minute) and my food was still hot!! Everything was fresh and hot and very good. So good I went out my way to write this review. Great job to the crew and shift manager.

Most of the time the staff is pretty friendly. The day I went in, the girl was kind of in a bad mood. I didn't say anything. There are reasons for being in a bad mood. But anyway.... the floor was clean, tables were clean, items were stocked, like straws, sugar, salt, etc.yrash was being emptied. I didn't use the rest room. So cannot comment on that. Over all.. good day at wendys. Forgot.. the food is always good and hot.
Slow service at this location today. The order was accurate through the app, everything was good and prepared to order. The salad was and all the food was good and fresh. We received all condiments needed. No ice in the iced tea.
The salad was perfect and the place was clean. My only complaint would be being accosted by a panhandling transient in the parking lot. I gave him $5 and he wanted me to also give him a ride to Inland Center Mall which I declined. Other than that the restaurant was on point.

Food is fresh and great! Employees are clean and safe.. Drive in is very small causing a backup due to location of the entrance. Waited in drive through for 30 min this is now typical. I dont understand why it was important for the girl working the window to agrue with a fellow employee over shift dates while holding our food. This could be why they are so backed up.
This is usually a great experience- great employees during the day. Once I had a cold, yet burnt chicken sandwich later in the evening, they gave me a credit. Although I was frustrated at the time- people make mistakes and they made good on the bad sandwich and gave me a free meal today. I'm very happy with the customer service, the group here during the day are especially friendly and hard working! Thanks Wendy's on Baseline.
I've been staying in this area for almost 10 years. As of the past 2 years the food at this Wendy's has been horrible. A regular experience for me at this location is cold food that you wait 10 plus minutes for or either they get something in your order wrong. I'm in the food service business and I take pride in customers getting hot and fresh food. This location doesn't believe in that. I'll be taking my business to the newer location on highland I suggest you do as well.
This is our go to Wendy's location. Its in a nice area and easy to get to. The drive through line is often long and the wait is longer than I would like but the food always comes out good. Just make sure everything is in your bag before you leave the window, because if they forget something you'll either have to go all the way through the line again or walk up to the window (awkward) to get it. They will not ever look at the door youre knocking at.
The chili is good but why do they keep the dining room so freezing cold? There is nobody in the dining room and that's probably why!! Maybe they don't want people to eat in? Disappointing.

Ordered just a frosty on-line for a drive thru pick up. Didn't realize until after paying by credit card, while I was at the window, that Wendy's charged me an additional service fee to place my on-line order, ahead of my arrival. Can you believe this? I'm not burdened by actual cost of the fee, 0.30. The real shocker is the fact that they actually had the nerve to add any fee or service charge at all. They didn't deliverer the frosty. to me, I had to drive and pick up myself. HOW CRAZY IS THAT, WENDY'S? Maybe next time, I'll order fron the clown in the box. I'm betting they don't charge extra for shopping there on-line. ....Louis
Ok so I came here today around 6:10pm to pick up a delivery. And it was a small order, just 2 fries and 2 sandwiches so I went in the drive thru. But when I got to the speaker the chick said "ok come inside" and I was like uuhh ok? So when I got to the window I asked about my order and the chick from the speaker came up to me and said I had to get it inside? .. like they could have easily just gave me the order at the window
It was ok. Dining room was to warm. Service was good and freindly. Fries were soggy. If they can figure out the thermostat in dining room. And fix the fries. I would probably give more stars.
Clean facility but mediocre food. My chicken nuggets were tepid, making me yearn for a microwave. The chili was hot but watery, reminding me that they actually offer to pour this soup over the fries- instant sogginess.
Food tasted okay but my sandwich was made by somebody who had flippers instead of hands so like the burger couldnt quite stack right. Like the burger was leaning to the left or the right and like was top heavy the burger was like not straight. The burger was like the leaning tower of pisa but i understand if the person had flipper hands why it was so sloppy but if they had normal hands the burger should just stack. But the food was ok
Very slow service. People cutting in line and being served. Asked for manager 3 times and ignored 3 times. Finally the manager came and said she needed more help. It was 7 teens without any adult supervision who were continually interrupting. The location has the kiosks in place BUT they are not functioning. The food was good.
Food was fine; standard fast food. The cashier at the drive thru window was unnecessarily rude. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and say she may have been tired or hungry or working overtime...but then she should request her break instead of sacrificing quality customer service
I was in the drive through Thursday may, 25. The girl working was impatient and had a hard time hearing through the intercom. When I got my order the sandwich was thrown together and very dry. Usually Wendy's is very good. So this was a disappointing experience.
The last few times I’ve gotten nuggets from here they taste like they were frozen and cooked in the microwave. They were hard, cold and dry. Not to mention they forgot a meal in our order. Very disappointed.
They close their lobby at 7pm so you have to use the drive thru. Food was ok, French fries were not freshly made, and hamburgers were not hot. If you are a diabetic and order their unsweetened tea they do not carry any kind of sugar substitute. When I mentioned that diabetics would appreciate it if they carried it, the staff looked at me as if I was an idiot. I will not go back to this place
Food was usual Wendy's food but the employee at the be register was also filling the drink orders. Took too long in-between orders to keep to the line moving. She also stopped to refill the ketchup at the other counter. Needed one more body to help.
This Wendy's is a solid 3. This location, unfortunately, is hit or miss. Sometimes you get good service and food. Sometimes you get boo-boo service and meh food. It's a gamble you've been warned.
Food is always good when they get the order right, which is seldom. I frequently get home and my drink is wrong and will be missing some nuggets/fries. Its dissapointing. The staff is hit or miss. Today being a miss, the guy who handed out our food was dissmissive and did not give me the ranch like I had asked for.
Ordered three things and they almost forgot one, got one wrong and the other was almost correct. I ordered unsweetened black ice tea because I am diabetic and they gave me sweet tea. I had to throw it out. There was no one there at 8 at night and so it wasn't due to a rush.
Line is always long, but the service is good . Though I do have a complaint about when I order the reg chicken nuggets and they are cooked In the same place as the spicy ones, or when I ordered 2 orders of reg chicken nuggets and received spicy ones mixed in with regular. These are meals for my kids so their entire meal is a waste since they don't eat spicy ones. This happened today(4/7/2021).
The restaurant is very spacey too much area not enough diners. The food is very bland, could be better. The service needs improvement, just your typical fast food place.

Just sad. On a cold rainy day the chili was 90% water, clearly watered down. Not at all fit for the taco salad it was ordered for. Food won't give you illness, several other items missing. Just .... Sad. I'd hoped more after this location's remodel.
Use to look forward to the flavorful burgers Wendy's made with a frosty kicker. Now's there's more soggy lettuce per square inch on the sandwiches. Shred that lettuce to allow the flavor out. Not water log the burgers bun! The last 3 out of 5 times I've visited. The order has been shorted an item. Even after I've had my order read back to me. And reiterated back a second time at the window. What gives? At least have some integrity! Gave it 2 stars just for the mere convenience of it being a last resort stop.
I made a big order in drive thru and I didnt get a receipt. I also didn't get my 2 orders of 10 peice chicken nuggets. So I called to tell them. They redid my whole order but forgot the chicken nuggets again!!! Personally love Wendy's but dislike this location very much.
Always seems to be busy, but that's not why it has two stars. Every time I go the service is slow (even during busy times) and I can almost always count of them to get some part of the order wrong. Either forgetting something or slaughtering a custom request. The fries suck here. I know they could do better since I used to work at a Wendy's myself.

Well, this Wendy's seems to make a lot of people upset. The facility itself is always clean but the employees are not doing their job, for whatever reason. I'm sure some are well trained but many are not. I got a breakfast sandwich with bacon and the bacon was not just burned, it was black. I don't know how anyone could possibly serve it to a customer. Since then I've been there a few times and 3 times customers have demanded their money back. So that tells me that it's a common occurrence at this particular restaurant.
I appreciate the hard work the staff was putting in, but I waited 30 minutes in restaurant to pick up a mobile order. Two Uber Eats drivers came in after me with much larger order and they waited 5 minutes tops. A separate customer commented on my long wait saying 'yYou've been here way longer than fast food should take. Why isn't your order free for the hassle'? I simply let him know I understand there understaffed and it's beyond their control. But was it? The Uber drivers could have waited since my order was smaller. They took a calculated guess that my business wasn't as important as the other two. I'll give them another chance at some point, but my experience was disappointing
I was just served what amounts to an imitation Dave's Classic burger. This thing wasn't even close. It tasted like a terrible diner burger. I'm honestly shocked. The service was worse, they appear woefully under staffed and the women who are working here move at a snails pace. Ruined Wendy's for me for a long time I'm sure.
I like to look at the menu in the drive through and they were in a hurry which I understand. I got the chicken Asiago sandwich. First bite was disappointing. It was hard and dry. Didn't really like it. Maybe it would have been better fresh. That's what I get for not wanting to wsit in line at In N Out. Probably won't go back until I forget about this experience.
It was a fun snow day, and we were now trying to get food for our party of 8 in 2 separate cars. The person taking our order on the intercom was polite and patient, however the woman or person helping them was very rude and also maybe kind of stupid? This is the person working at 7PM on Sunday at this Wendy's. They were passing through the food and we paid quickly. However, while we were checking our order before leaving - we were missing some chicken nuggets for one of the kids. No big deal, except the fact that this woman had the absolute audacity to accuse us of lying while we were driving out of earshot. No sauces, accusations, and a sour taste left in our mouth. Lady, if you're reading this - I'm 1000% sure that you don't get paid enough to care about 6 nuggets. Let a child eat and keep your damn accusations to yourself, especially if you're too incompetent to even remember them AND the sauces. Just go here with caution, everyone else.

Update, two years later: Breakfast was closed down before 10:30, and there was no iced tea but I did not know until I had paid for drink. I got back $3.00 but she insisted on keeping the tax money. I passed up on Burger King for this?

Well not so good experience today. My wife brings the food back she is telling me what happened at the store and as she tells me how they was all rude rolling their eyes like a bunch of kids i was thinking some people in line no the employees and they got the order wrong never do we drink lemonade or dr pepper but thats what we still got after she told them that it was wrong and the manager walk out with the new ones and rolls her eyes. Long wait. I ordered regular nuggets. Overheard them say put spicy nuggets in there. Had my kids traste one to see if it was spicy it wasn't. Got home over half of the 20 nuggers were spicy and the girl at the window also has an attitude. My toddlers can't eat spicy nuggets.
Employee at the front register was a complete idiot, he didn't know how to ring up customers and he didn't know how to serve people properly. No sence of urgency with ANYONE at this place. People were in line complaining. They need more help or better management at this particular Wendy's it sucks
We unfortunately came in behind the Vantrap family. We were there an hour and a half. Mgmt wasn't managing workers were slow and confused. They didn't get any orders right. People went thru drive thru and had to come inside.
Today I ordered the #3 for breakfast without cheese. I get to where in going and go to take a bite and it tastes like cheese! I opened the sandwich and it looks like they tried to scrape off the cheese but worse yet,,, there isn’t even any egg! So I paid for the bun and two small slices of bacon!!?? Then realized she didn’t even give me a receipt to call and complain! Yeah, I was tired and should’ve checked before leaving and gotten a receipt but c’mon!!
Terrible customer service. Went through the drive thru to get a few dressings since the one I just ordered from didn't have my dressing. Even offered to pay for them, but was rudely told that they do not sell the condiments alone. Very unprofessional and very inconsiderate on their behalf. I will be taking this complaint to corporate as I am very irate over this.
The drive thru was backed up to the street so I went inside... The staff is completely unprofessional!!! Everything is dirty! When I asked for napkins because they didn't include them in my to go bag and there weren't any on the counter, I receive an eye roll and sigh. They also made no attempt to restock the counter even though there wasn't anyone behind me. I will not be going back.
Their all natural lemonade was so good at one point, the past few times i have gone there, it was as if they poured the left over in my cup, so all I got was a lot of pulp no juice what so ever. Their burgers are not the same.

I asked the lady for Honey mustard that they put on the sandwiches, she had a bad attitude about giving it to me. The other Honey mustard doesn't taste like the one they put on sandwiches and I ordered over 50 nuggets for my family to get 1 sauce.
Salad and coke zero were great. Chili had no meat and was mostly juice. Chocolate frosty had barely any chocolate. Fries were mush. Preston at drive thru was rude and would not speak to us.
So today I waited over 25 min just place my order. They had only one person working the front while the rest of the crew was moving with no motivation to get orders out at all. One of the managers walked out in the middle of this rush stating she's been here since 6. Awesome show of leadership from Wendy's management team. 1 star service for sure.
Worse experience at a Wendys ever. I was so direspected and the "Manager" that was managing absolutely nothing but his mouth through the non business phone call (he was having while sitting in the back) didnt even come to the counter till the 3 workers that teamed up on me about having a hundred dollar bill. They were of no help when they said why dont you go get change from somewhere else. When I walked around the lot after my buddy had to pay with his card. There were no stores even open near them. I will be returning to this store bcuz I've been treated better at this location bfor. I really hope they put the large biggie bag means in the bigger bags individually this time, or were they out of those too, like the Coke which wasn't informed to us when we ordered it. So what was the Manager mangingisda again. I would be more than welcome to help for just full benefits paid Vacation and 24 dollars an hour.
The chicken sandwich I order was not cook all the way. I ended up throwing it in the trash. Waisted my time and money on a gross chicken sandwich. Not satisfied at all with this location. It use to be a good lunch place to go but not any more.
I stood at the counter waiting for my frosty for 15 min and in that 15 mins I saw about 18 food safety violations. And the sad part is all were done by management staff. Disgusting. Not to mention the mess the restaurant is and my shoes sticking to the floor and the trash over flowing.
I had given a 5 star rating but after going these last few times I honestly regret it. The food is good and all but the service is terrible. Just yeaterday I had to wait 15 min in line and i was the only one in the restaurant. And when my son decided he wanted more chicken nuggets I spent another 10 min waiting to be helped. Not to mention we waited 45 min for chicken nuggets. Again I was the only one in the restaurant. Drive thru was busy but not busy enough to say that the workers were super occupied. You can hear them goofing around in the back. I mean its fine and all but it was alot of wasted time. My 3 year old didn't want more chicken nuggets after waiting 45 min. Not going back to this location anymore
Never coming back. I dont know if the speaker system was broken, the headset wasn't loud enough, they were training a new person or what but this was horrible. Simple order and they didn't get it right. It took about 5 full min to order 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with jalepeno sauce and an ice tea with sugar packs. There was no sauce and they forgot the sugar. Not only that I asked if the tea was just made and they said yes. The tea tasted like it was made in the morning and I came at 430 pm
The Mexican woman taking drive thru orders this morning 01/11 was so disgustingly rude and miserable sounding. Whoever hired her to take drive thru orders needs to fire her or move her to the back as a cook instead. She had such an unpleasant and nasty attitude. 0/10 for customer service
Food cold, spicy chicken sandwich wasnt sure there was any chicken until I looked. Chicken so thin thought was all breading. Large sticky spill on floor with puddle. Manager did call me immediately and had me voice my concerns and offered me a replacement meal.immediately after written complaint and listened to me

Arrived at around 10am last week asking if they were serving lunch yet as and a young lady says no it was going to be a wait. Asked how long since I was in a hurry, she then rolled her eyes at me and said it would be 15-20 depending on what i wanted. Ordered breakfast instead and it was still a wait since they had no sausage claiming they were switching from breakfast to lunch. Horrible service and no manners.
I told him I had a coupon at the drive-through. Charged full price and didn't take or ask for coupon. Told the worker exactly what coupon it was as well.
Manager Elvira was very rude. I went through the drive thru and asked to order 2 $20 family meal (40 chicken nuggets, 4 fries and 4 drinks). She said she could only do one meal. If I wanted the second meal I would have to go through the drive thru again. She said they were understaffed. It didn't make sense to me so I asked for her manager phone number. She said she didn't have it. She also didn't know her managers name. She said call the store to complain because she didn't have time to deal with the situation. They also never gave me a receipt because she said they didnt have any receipt paper. I just don't understand what was so hard about filling my order. There was at least 8 employees there and I was the only car in the drive thru. This has always been my favorite place to go to (salads are awesome) but I'd rather drive to redlands than to have to deal with this riff raff. Sorry Wendy's but you just lost a very loyal customer. 😔
Gave us a poorly made crabby patty meal nothing like what was being marketed or on tiktok! Frosty had very little pineapple in it workers were lazy and obviously didn’t care
Save yourself. It was a horrible experience. Dirty, out of frosties, piss poor service, got the order wrong. unless I am mistaken, April is take your kid to work day? Please tell that to the two employees who spent more time with the baby in the stroller than behind the counter. To finish off the afternoon, refusing me a receipt was a nice touch. I spent an hour the next day in a futile attempt to contact corporat I really liked Wendy's for years. This location should become an Alberto's so we can get great food and outrageously good service. e.
Terrible drive thru service.No greetings,no thank you plus after I asked if everything I ordered was in the bags she said "yeah". Got home and found out that I was shorted fries and a drink.To top it all off I was overcharged. They need to train employee's and supervision better.No customer service this night.I got the impression that she simply hated her job.Still waiting for someone from P.R./Regional/Corporate to call me but that hasn't happened either.1st time here and what an impression they left with me.No more.
Literally the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. They weren’t even busy when I arrive in the drive thru. Ordered a 10 pc nugget and they had me pull up and park. Waited 20 mins, asked for a refund and was told no. Literally did not get my food or my money back. Worst customer service ever. Called the next day and was told to call a different day and the “manager” working pretended like I hadn’t called 30 times before they answered. Do not go here they are awful and can’t take responsibility for their poor service.
Just got told was closed I got here at 1224 my clock is 6 mins ahead . Completely garbage of management. You all close at 1.
I ordered a burger from here on 2/28 and when I got home I took off the wrapper, and I noticed the bread had been bitten into. I went back to the Wendy's and ask for a refund, but the manager refused and said I could only get one when the general manager is in. This place is disgusting and the employees are rude. Do not eat here.
Food is good and was fast, but they only gave me one napkin for my order which is absurd. Therefore I have rated based on the amount of napkins I received. Could've gotten two stars if they'd given me double the napkins. Stop being cheap.
Completely ruined my order drove all the way home to get spicy nuggets inside my suppose to be garlic Parmesan nuggets I am severely unable to eat spicy, unable to eat what I paid for, Horrible service then my son wanted spicy nuggets in a biggie bag gave him 3 of 4 suppose to be in order and we're regular not spicy ruined my order that was repeated back to me 4 times. I will never ever return there and will be getting my money back from my whole order. They rush you thru the drive thru and talk over each other taking orders from two people at once who ever is management during today's shift at 12pm sucks and needs retraining.
Non friendly. Felt rushed. Then was asked to back up and reset there drive-thru clock. Nobody was even behind us. Sorry but it doesn't seem to be about the customer anymore. More about there stats. Sad times we are in. I'm done with fast food.
I literally just went to get a potato from wendy’s for my grandma, and i come home give my grandma the potato and next thing i hear here yelling it’s rotten and then i look and this is what i see, why would they give me this, my grandma could have possibly gotten really sick THIS IS DISGUSTING
Ordered a grilled chicken without lettuce and tomato this is what I got manager on duty was rude not only at window but at speaker all she kept saying ‘is that it” then I get to window I asked her to repeat my order in a rude manner she repeated the order and still I got the wrong order then she walked away with my card send someone else with a card with no receipt I will never be going back to this one is again the young man was nice but the manager was rude and seemed bothered that I asked her to repeat my order but if someone keeps saying is that it is that it wouldn’t you want to know if they had your order correct if I could give us zero she’d get a zero
ordered two 6 peice regular nuggets for my kids. one of them had 4 spicy nuggets in with them. not to mention the girl who took our order had zero personality she goes by "savage" as her host name. and responded really rudely to my husband. sadly, we will not be returning to this location. if i was the manager at this location i would consider hiring people who actually care to do their job and not act like they hate it while dealing with paying customers.
