The last two times I have purchased breakfast here they have almost forgotten the egg. I'm not sure what is happening at this store. I tip them whenever I have cash with me. The staff is friendly and kind, but the food has gone down hill drastically.

they will gladly take your order with sauces but the second they bring them out (after they have charged you) they are suddenly an addition charge. on top of that you can't get a person when you call the store or the corprate line. i guess burger king is dead to me.

Went to get some food today for me and my kids around 430. Whoever the short Hispanic ic lady is that is working the drive thru NEEDS TO BE FIRED! I sat at the drive up speaker / menu for 6 minutes and absolutely no one came on the speaker to take my order. So I pulled up to the window where you pay and pick up food and the worker tells me "We dont take orders at the window" and i said "well I understand that but I sat there waiting to order and no one came on the speaker to take it." She says "We are really busy right now" mind you there was 2 people at the counter that i saw when I pulled up to the window. This woman has no customer service and acted as if I was inconvenience! Never again will I go to this establishment this is the 2nd time ive dealt with their BS at this location. AVOID IF YOU CAN. This happened on January 10th at 430 pm corporate please look into who was working this day and have a conversation with the employees. I like to eat Burger King but this experience today and the rudeness and attitude I dealt with from this woman was unnecessary.

Got 3 bacon double cheeseburgers ordered ahead of time. Order number 49 under Norman A. I drive back to work to find non of my burgers have bacon on them ffs. And had to wait 15 minutes in the store just for them to hand me my food that was already done before I got there. And yes I added onion rings. Edit: I've called 4 times, no one even answers the phone. So irritating.

Denis is the rudest person ever. Yelled at me because I had said SpongeBob meal instead of bikini bottom meal. Not the first time she yells at me, a Previous time she had got mad because I was using a coupon. After every Incident she almost throws the food at me. She should not work with the public NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills.

This is the worst Burger King I have been to. The parking lot itself makes you not want to go in with the 3 noticeably abandoned cars, one of which has 2 missing doors and covered in moss. The staff almost never smile or greet you when you come in. I would line in the neighborhood and see that parking lot daily.

Asked me what sauce for my nuggets and when i got my order I didn't have the sauce in my bag. I asked for my sauce and still received 1 bbq and 1 buffalo even though i asked for 2 bbqs. Fries don't have salt, and wasn't even asked if I wanted ketchup.

After placing my order through the app, I waited ten minutes before arriving at the drive through and was told to pull around to the front of the restaurant to wait while my order was being prepared. I waited for 15 minutes until the kid finally brought me a bag of food but was missing my drink. I told him I had ordered a drink but he didn’t understand me. He looked at my receipt and walked back into the restaurant. I figured he’d be back with my drink but after 8 minutes, I went inside to see why there was such a delay. The kid looked at me and then he turned and walked away and continued helping customers at the window. I said quite loudly “May I have my drink?” At which point the manager came over and said they were out of frozen coke. Ummmm ok? So you knew I was out in my car waiting for a drink you didn’t have? I opted for a different flavor and she handed it to me and said “I upgraded you to a large.” I had PAID for a large. I did not get an apology for the 25 minutes I’d waited for my food or the fact I had to get out of my car to get my drink. I swear, the kid was absolutely clueless and I’m not sure he even understood English. When k got home, the food was cold and there were no napkins. I went to bite into my whopper with cheese and got a mouthful of jalapeños!! I currently have mouth issues and am unable to tolerate anything spicy. Biting into these jalapeños set my mouth on fire! It took hours for my mouth to cool off entirely. I have never encountered this level of unprofessionalism and incompetency. To ask a customer to wait and then to forget about them. And then forget their drink and not bother to return to their car to address their beverage of choice being unavailable. Maybe they thought if they ignored me I would just leave? And to top it off, I don’t understand the point of "having it your way" if they aren't going to bother to even read the customizations. This is your job and it's absolutely inexcusable. This was a huge waste of time and money on a burger i cant even eat. If you decide to dine on a whopper any time soon, stay far away from the Burger King on Cornell Rd in Hillsboro. A garbage dump would provide better service and probably better tasting food! these people are completely incompetent, rude and provide abhorrent customer service. they don't deserve my business. Or yours.

Arrived at the drive thru with my family this afternoon, no more then maybe 2 cars in line a young gentleman took my order he was amazing very respectful. UNFORTUNATELY as soon as I pulled up to the window drive thru the current manager (older Hispanic lady with very dark eyebrows) gave me my drink almost throwing it in to my car and giving me my bag of food as well very aggressively! I respectfully asked her for ketchup when she proceeded to grab exactly 2 Packages and throws them in to my bag I then requested for zesty sauce and she immediately said that’s all the sauce we have. Then I asked if that was all the bags for my food and she closed the drive thru window once I arrived home sure enough I was missing a burger and fry’s horrible service this manager needs to be fired would like for a general manager to contact me via email or comment

I had a very disappointing experience at Burger King recently. There were two employees helping me, one appeared to be new, and the other, named Denice, seemed to be training her. Unfortunately, both seemed overwhelmed and unprepared. Not only was my order short a couple of items, but when I returned to address the issue, Denice immediately told me, “There’s nothing extra here,” without even checking. She then proceeded to talk to the employees in the back in Spanish—as if I didn’t speak Spanish myself. This was a super brief interaction that could have easily been made right by simply giving me what I paid for, but instead, she chose to drag it out painfully, even going so far as to accuse me of trying to steal a $9 hamburger. Why? This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced attitude from staff at this location. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as customer service and order accuracy are important, and this experience fell short on both.

VERDICT: Noooo!!!!! Despite being initially impressed by the cleanliness and how well the dining room area is kept, I cannot recommend ever visiting this Burger King. This is not a simple language barrier this is something quite different, an admittedly a first for me. I've been to 12 different countries. Thousands of restaurants. I used to even run one 800 ft underwater.. Never have I been held hostage by the staff and told to stay there until they finish their phone call 😳 I was with my son and we just came back from IHOP which we had a lovely experience at but not really my kind of fair or food. We had a wonderful experience there but I wanted to go for a really good coffee, and there was one that was close by. Now I really do enjoy Burger King's Whopper juniors. It was right across the street and I had 15 minutes to kill before our cab came. I thought I would go across the street and pick up a quick bite to eat before we entered the cab. THIS WAS INDEED A MISTAKE. After taking pictures of how clean and how nice the dining room was especially that really cool Coke machine that they have, I was told to show them my phone. I did so as ordered by the female cashier. I even showed them that I was a Google guide and travel vloger. This is where they decided not to give me my order and then she said for me to keep waiting and I then had to ask about my burgers which were now sitting there for at least 8 minutes getting cold and I tried to explain to them that I have a cab to catch but apparently that wasn't very important. In fact she told me to wait and it was something of a issue with her as she was contacting someone. Nobody in the restaurant spoke any English when I try to get confirmation from anyone there on what was going on What was really interesting and something that I didn't think about the time is that she requested that I show her my phone. Is this Burger King's current policy that if you have a phone with you and you happen to bring it out that the front desk needs to see it? Is there some kind of elicit activity going on here? I don't know, but this is the very first time I've actually ever felt in the thousands of restaurants and places all over the entire world this has ever transpired. Because the language barrier I had to specifically ask is there anything else that I need to be waiting for on my order and then they just kept telling me just stay here and wait 😳 After pleading with the person that are cab is here, they still told me to keep waiting.. Another person finally gave me my order, but could not explain to me why they were holding me there. Even after giving me my order they kept telling me to wait, being the only English spoken with the word picture being said. I don't know who she was calling but of course I didn't understand Spanish, but I plan to get the on the fly translator in the future if you're coming into Hillsboro I guess that's required. It's so strange that I can literally go to South America or even Mexico and the establishments have people that actually are bilingual but not here in Portland Oregon. I've also never been accosted for taking a photo inside and establishment before or doing FaceTime or making a video call. But this was the first.. What initially turned out to be a great first impression became an absolute frightening experience for me. Because my colleagues are there on business and we're here to build the data center, a person video called me and asked me if this would be a great location to go ahead and have a lunch as he also enjoys Burger King there on all the Air force bases. After my colleague opon hearing the interaction, we have decided not to have our team order nor patronage this location under any circumstances. Rarely do I ever leave a bad review, but this place absolutely warrants it. Folks , this person even asked me my name to give to this person she was on the phone with. In fact the only other time this has happened to me is when I was entering a nuclear facility...

I will agree with other customers, one of the worst place to dine-in or drive thru. First time, I went to use my code and the service guy said NO. Only in dining area. ?? Because we were in a rush we order and I ask for sauces.. he only pass one ranch and 2 ketchup packets. Second time, we went into the restaurant, the same service guy took our order and left without saying thank you! Or handling the drinks. Sauces again!! I have to get up and asked them! Third time.. (now it wasn’t me) but my friend offer me something from there.. I ask for fries with BBQ.. and he got nothing but the fries.. and I’m eating them with McDonald’s mayo and hot sauce.. Definitely NOT recommending this place!
