I love their white moca and carmalicous even with an extra shot very good coffee. Food is pretty good as well

Kinda embarrassing but every time I leave the drive thru and take the 1st sip, I do my happy dance 💃🤣🤣 Every single time i have been there, the customer service has been excellent. Coffee is excellent, and I spend half of what I used to spend in Starbucks.

Had a great experience here! Love that they added more sugar free coffee syrup options! Hope the sugar free options stay and were not just a fall-Christmas thing.! I got the Autumn Carmel Swirl, added the heavy cream instead of 2% milk, makes an awesome creamy hot coffee!

First time we ever came to a scooters and we will definitely come again! The staff are so bubbly and make the interactions fun! We didn't catch her name unfortunately but she gave us information about the app and even complimented our drink choices! The coffee tastes amazing and the best we've ever had! Did i mention that it's affordable!? A large and a small for $13!

Was an amazing experience from the easy ordering to the exceptional customer service. The parking lot & drive-thru are designed to get you in & out as fast as possible, & its location is very convenient for those driving up & down I-35. I had the peach smoothie, which was recommended to me by the nice lady working there, & it was delicious. My husband had a decaf Americano, which he liked. The frosted sugar cookies are good also, but the egg & cheddar biscuit was my favorite. The service was very fast. All in all, I was very pleased & will definitely be returning.

We ordered coffee by the gallon for a Valentines party yesterday. Ally went above and beyond in helping us with our order, the pricing was a steal and Ally packed us up with cups, creamers, sugars, etc. We raved to our guests all about Scooters, handed out coupons and our guests loved the taste! Always great customer service. I went this evening for a coffee and asked for two pup cups. They were out of the normal pup cups but the barista cut a cup down to size for them and that worked perfectly. I was distracted and drove off forgetting my cake pop. I parked to give my dogs their treat and she was so nice to see me and bring it out to my car. I didn't get her name but she was very sweet! Every time I go my order is always correct and the employees are very kind.

I usually go to scooters because I prefer it over starbucks. Their blenders are always good, I am just sad that they think its okay to put a medium blender in a large and call it a large. Like that is not okay, and is definitely stealing/overcharging.

Scooters isn't terrible. I wish they had more sugar free selections but I do enjoy a xl coffee now and again.

Both of our fruit smoothies smelled slightly of coffee and even have hints of coffee taste. Not good. We couldn’t drink them as we aren’t even coffee fans.

Iced mocha latte was amazing. Spicy sausage burrito was pretty bad. I could only eat the first bite. VERY runny scrambled eggs. But coffee is A+!

My family has enjoyed this drive through coffee shop since it's opening tho today was the worst customer service I've experienced with coffee service...they have a dollar menu with brewed coffee any size for a dollar sounds great 👍 and among other items offering on the dollar menu they offer a shot of expresso.. traditional redeye coffee..tho they want to upcharge the simple drink and call it a scooter shooter...when asked to put it on the side she repeatedly said the same answer shooter scoter , rather than being flexible...if simply for the sake it's the holidays...then explain your upcharge at checkout for future.. disappointly misleading $1 menu and the lady in the window was rude and told me to go to Starbucks..Wow ... just trying to get a simple red eye coffee off the menu they are providing.

It's barely 7pm says open till 8pm

I'm a pilot car driver for oversize loads and we was shut down do to weather (high winds) and I sleep in my van (bed, tv, game, shelves,food ect like a mini camper minus bathroom and shower) and I have a police officer knock on my window and inform me that yalls employees called them to come tell me to move at 8:50pm because i made them feel uncomfortable because i was sitting in my van watching dirt bike videos trying to decide what ones to get my boys and I wasn't bothering anyone plus no one ever came and asked me to or talk to me or anything just calls the cops for no reason!!!! Very unprofessional, uncourteous, disrespectful and quite frankly very embarrassing for me having police knocking on my window!!! Thanks alot I know where im not getting my coffee at in the morning.. ooo and asked i said it was 8:50pm almost a hour after it says the close

I love going to scooters and getting peanut butter power and the strawberry banana smoothie. Well, this time it made projectile vomit after being sick the whole day after drinking it. Never drinking or eating anything from scooter for the foreseeable future.

Came through and ordered a nitro cold brew which admittedly was fantastic. My girl ordered a caramel iced coffee with no cream. We were handed a very creamy looking coffee and as we are handed it we are told it was a latte. We said we ordered a caramel iced coffee with no cream and the employee started arguing with us about our order. He was very rude and it made the whole experience annoying.

I've been wanting to try their coffee since I first saw their office off of George Bush in Grand Prairie years ago. I travel I-35 frequently and saw the brand new location in Hillsboro. When I stopped at 7pm, on July 11, and ordered a large dark roast coffee, I was totally shocked and disappointed to learn they had NO brewed coffee!! Hey! You're a coffee place!! It's on an Interstate. People NEED to stay awake!! So sad....
