We came here for lunch during the lunch rush and we were very pleased! Our food took a little long, but we had that understanding going into it knowing we were in the middle of a large amount of take out orders. That being said, our server was still on point and made sure we were taken care of! The fish was very fresh and the rolls were delicious! We ordered the Poke Nachos, Tres Pinos and Rainbow rolls. The miso soup hit perfectly on this cold Hollister day. We are looking forward to our next visit!

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. If you’re looking for delicious sushi and flavorful teriyaki at a great price, this is the spot. The sushi is always fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. But the real star for me is the teriyaki whether it’s chicken, beef, or salmon, the meat is perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with that rich, savory-sweet teriyaki glaze that keeps me coming back. The portions are generous, the service is friendly and welcoming. It’s my go-to spot when I’m craving something satisfying and delicious. Highly recommend! ☺️

My favorite go to sushi spot! You must try! Food is exceptional. Kid friendly(chicken nuggets and fries) The Spicy Tuna Roll was fresh and spicy, while the Dragon Roll was perfectly balanced. The sushi is expertly prepared and presented beautifully. Overall, I highly recommend Supreme Sushi for a great sushi experience.

I recently ordered two of their party trays for an event, and they were absolutely beautiful! The pickup was right on time, and the staff was friendly and professional, making the whole process seamless. I also stop in here occasionally for lunch, and the food is always fantastic—consistently fresh and delicious. It's such a pleasure to have this gem in town. Highly recommend for any occasion!

Excellent food. We are coming back here... often. We got the mixed tempura, salmon sashimi, salmon teriyaki, CA handroll, and the San Benito roll... this is all that is left.

Hm...I don't know what is going on here, but the server that took care of me veered between passive aggressive to aggressive in her mannerisms, I wonder if she is running the business and is burnt out. I don't know what her experience is. I've worked with a lot of people who have behaved this way and have suffered the consequences. It's an unsettling experience to say the least. I tipped for her very attentive service and I hope she is well by now. The food was okay. The other staff seemed very pleasant.

When I approached the front desk, the staff member seemed to be just hanging out, which felt a bit odd. Unfortunately, my order wasn’t ready, though I understood given how busy they were. They told me it would be ready in 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting about 20. When I got home, everything was fine, but the rolls fell apart easily, like they had been made in a rush. Overall, it was just an okay experience.

The beef on top of the surf & turf roll was tougher than leather and inedible. The Goyza look and taste like they came from a grocery store freezer section. The server never asked me how I was doing or if I’d like anything else. I won’t be going back.

First off the service was the worst. Sat our family as they just told us find a seat in the back. Had to then get up and ask for a menu, my child ordered the nuggets and fries. Like how can you mess that up. They brought out Fry's tastes like the were in microwave. The server brought our plates for the adults however never came back. I had to get up for refills, I had to get up and ask for forks, had to get up again to as for the bill which never came so paid up at the front. I don't know how they have so many good reviews but I highly believe they are fake. We won't be back
