This place is great, the cashiers are great, and the place looks nice, they made the wrong flavored milkshake and made me a new one, I really do appreciate that. Any Milksake there is quality from the Chai to the Mocha milkshake, I recommend the Mocha.

Avena Latte was fire! It has a little spicy powder at the top which I enjoyed. I also got the almond croissant which was great! This is a coffee and pastry kind of spot. I was looking for breakfast in the area and although I didn’t get my omelette, I enjoyed checking out this place.

Excellent lattes &pastries. Cool, clean vibe. Gorgeous latte art. I recommend the Avena Oatmilk Latte with Cayenne for sure.

Our experience at this location was wonderful. We sat in the outdoor patio and enjoyed our cappuccino, latte, and churro croissant which were very delicious. Is the no cash policy a hindrance... not for us. Are the prices kinda high... a little. Would I go back again... definitely. Maybe because we were on vacation is the reason why we didn't mind to splurge on ourselves... but I'd do it again.

I wasn’t sure what to order, but David gave me the best recommendation—the Avana Latte—and it did not disappoint. Brynn was also fantastic: engaging, professional, and genuinely personable. It’s rare to find a coffee spot where both the drinks and the people make you want to come back. Highly recommend!

Cute coffee and pastry location in the heart of Hollywood right across the street from the Hollywood stars. Good coffee although I was dining in and wish they would have put the Lattes in a nice cozy mug. The presentation of the pastries in a bag and coffee in a cardboard cup could be better. I’d suggest putting pastries in a plate for dine in customers. Otherwise the coffee was hot and they heated up the almond croissant and cinnamon roll that tasted great. Average customer service, could be more friendly.

It doesn't hurt to politely ask your patrons to put on a mask, rather than barking at them to put it on.

Would love to be able to buy my daily coffee here before work, as I work across the street, but the employees purposely go as slow as possible to be obnoxious. I have never seen people move like this. It's almost like a parody of annoyingly slow cashiers/baristas...

Iam from Ukraine. The barista leaves much to be desired. It's interesting that there was no queue, but the barista just stood there chatting with a friend and smiling for 15 minutes while her partner took 20 minutes to prepare my almond milk. Work on your service. The customer service is poor. They don't bring in money, but rather losses. I won't be coming back. It's disrespectful to watch them talk about the weather instead of working.
