The service here is always friendly and my orders are always hot! I indulge myself every once in awhile and they never fail to please!! The Mgt is great too!

Amanda served us with a smile, she was great! Offered us refills when needed never didn’t have to get up! Food was amazing! She was our server, cook & cashier! Will be dining in again soon. Never disappointed

Out of town visitors. We were greeted as we entered. And promptly attended too. Drinks were fresh (not flat tasting). Food ordered fresh and hot. Good atmosphere to enjoy our get-together and meal. Sitting areas, restrooms clean. I would definitely stop by again.

We hunt in the Hondo area and are in town a few times a year. When we stop in for pizza the staff is always very friendly and the food is always fresh. Usually you don’t get this experience but being in a small town makes it personal. I appreciate the efforts that they put into making our experience one that is great.

Loved dining in at this classic Pizza Hut! Brought me back to the 90s with the OG atmosphere. The restaurant was very clean and service was wonderful. Of course the pizza was hot and delicious! We ordered two stuffed crust meat lovers pizzas, with one of them being half buffalo chicken.

Went here to enjoy some pizza with the family. The service was great and the food was delicious. There were three or four other patrons while I was there. Some people also came by and picked up orders. At times they were a bit busy, but never to the point that it hindered the dinning experience. I will definitely be back by!

Went here to enjoy some pizza with the family. The service was great and the food was delicious. There were three or four other patrons while I was there. The food is fantastic and the cheese is stretchier than your pants will be after eating 3 (or 8) slices. The wait time is fair as everything is made fresh, parking is plenty and the staff always have a smile. ⭐️5 stuffed crusted stars.

I had never ate Pizza Hut in Hondo before but today I have decided to dine in and it was the best decision I ever made. I was very satisfied with my pizza and the cheese sticks. Out of all Pizza Hut places I have gone to, this was the best . The cheese sticks were the best out of all places because most pizza huts I have been to, when you order cheese sticks , it’s either always burnt or just bread , no cheese but this was the best, and the lady, she was cashier and server , made sure I was satisfied and always checking in to refill my drink. Thank you ! For sure I will be back to dine in! Best customer service ever !

This is an older restaurant. Like most fast-food, eateries...short staffed. However, there are much more takeout & deliveries than dine-ins. The staff handled it well and the pizza was exceptionally good...Lrg, super supreme!

I liked the customer service here! The parking lot extends to the back side of the building. The bathrooms were clean, as well as the inside if the store. They did a great job with the toppings on our pizza! I can always tell if food is made with love!

Never have any major issues. I give 4 starts because they leave out the sides sauces pretty frequently

The staff has always been very patient and kind. They try hard to please their customers and the pizza is always amazing!!! Especially the cinnabons! The only part i have to complain about is ordering. My issue with that is the person in the other line hardly understands what i am saying and vise versa. It makes that part of the experience slightly annoying.

Waited a long time to get pizza etc to dine in. Service was fair but slow.

It was a throw back to the 80s, average pizza hut .

They could improve

The food was alright. Years ago, they had an awesome salad bar; don't know what happened to that. The service was very slow, as there were only two workers during the Sunday lunch period. On a better note, the environment was nice enough to sit and visit with friends and family.

Not impressed with the Tavern style pizza. It cost a lot for such a small amount of food. It had very little substance to it. The crust was not easy to eat, dry, overcooked and tough. For the same amount of money, I will order a different supreme or super supreme pizza.

I don't normally place a low review, but today I ordered and paid for a pizza thru their app. Received notice it was ready, walked in to pick it up and was told they had no record of it. Made no offer to fix it. I had proof of the order and payment and they just acted like they didn't know what to do. Finally I asked for a manager, showed her the proof and then she said she would have them make another one. Really? I would hope so, after all it was already paid for. Where's the customer service? No apology, no offer of a discount, nothing...... may be awhile before we go back to the Hondo Pizza Hut.

Not thrilled with the overcooked dry pizza melt in my order. The actual pizza was just ok. This location is hit or miss but they should look at the product they send out. Would you eat that? Does that look good to you?

I usually love Pizza Hut but the last four times I have ordered from there they messed up on my pizza. The third time I called and complained to the customer service I was told all I could get was a 15$ cr since it was carry out and it was my job to check the pizza before I took it, so I called the store and they gave me my full cr. So when I ordered the next week I used the 15$ cr and the the 2 free pizzas which they made a big deal about it but I still got the pizza. My husband actually ordered it at the restaurant waited brought it home and it was still wrong it was the same mistake as the last time. So we won't be back for awhile which is a shame cause we eat there once a week.

This is the worst pizza hut I have ever been to. On 02/20/2016 my husband ordered pizza at 04:15 and was told it would be ready at 04:35, I arrived at pizza hut at 04:30 and was told it would be a couple more minutes... my food wasn't ready until 05:05! We ordered two pizzas which shouldn't have taken 40 minutes to cook! I will make the 20 minute drive to the next pizza hut.

Called in a carryout order an hour in advance , and when I went in to grab my pizza, it was nowhere to be found. They appear to have outsourced their phone service. I've tried ordering a carryout pizza twice, and I am 0 for 2 thus far . I don't plan to try again ...ever.

Ordered at 5:30 for pick up at 6. At 6 they said to wait in the car and they will bring it out. I go in it's 630 and it's sitting in a bag. They've got 10 orders city in trays nothing's moving. Never again

after being told my 3 topping pizzas did not work for the 7.99 3 topping pizza specail paid the difference got a call they had given me the wrong order had to go back and deal with the u0set manager who blamed me for getting the wrong order

Absolutely rude. They became defensive when I asked about the ad on tv, and said they couldn't do it. They didn't have a button on the computer for 2 med 2 topping pizzas for 5.99 ea!!!!!

I wouldn't even give them a star if I could. I went in to order 6 pizzas and the associate had a major attitude problem and was mad we were ordering so many and then mid transaction of 111 the computer froze and caught a random number of 86$ they charged me and then they said the order messed up and it didn't create a ticket number so they charged me and I can't get my money back or pizza. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HONDO TEXAS!!!

Ordered a hand tossed pizza and received a thin pizza that was not even crispy. I order a month later and the pizza looked as if they poured grease on top. That pizza went in the trash. The quality is not the same as it was years ago. They use to add a good portion of cheese and now it seems as if they throw on a 1/3 cup of cheese on the pizza and now want to charge you for "extra" pizza.

The manager countless times yelling and irate. Highly unprofessional and very disrespectful. I'm suprised the team did not walk out on her. They stood there and took the verbal abuse. Not cool pizza hut...not cool.

I'm so disappointed that I don't want to do business with you any more. You have fallen so far in such a short time. I'm a fool for giving this place so many chances. Don't be me. Be smart. Get delivery from a place that will actually deliver. Update: 6/13/24 They still suck. I wonder how many people they have taken money from and just ghosted? This is customer Dis-Service.
