It's easy to find & get in & out of. Service was fast & friendly. Shakes were perfect. The only thing is that the bathroom smelt like some sort of nasty burnt grease or something but it was very, very clean & well stocked.

Ordered a sonic blast with Oreos and got a very small amount of Oreos. Not worth it. It was mostly plain ice cream. This isn’t the first time.

Sonic needs to really understand the customers request when we place an order. Ordered the foot long chili cheese hot dog and I always ask them to put mayonnaise on the bun first. But they never freaking listen. They alway put the mayonnaise on last on top of the chili and cheese. Why can’t they take an order the right way. They never freaking listen to the customers. How would they like it. I bet they wouldn’t. They owner of that dang franchise and the management need to listen to the customers request

Well here is an update, this place absolutely sucks at service. I've been screwed 3 different times out of bacon on my burgers. I even ordered extra on one of those said burgers and got nothing. Now I go there tonight and instead of a sonic bast I get a melted mess that I couldn't hardly eat with a spoon, because I had to drink it😐that'll be the last time I spend money at your business

I ordered onion rings, cheese fries, and nuggets. The onion rings were sweet, the cheese fries were bitter, and the nuggets were average. Overall, everything was disappointing. The sauces were bad too.

I asked for Dr Pepper with vanilla and we sent it back 3 times and I’m pretty sure she spit in it bc now it doesn’t taste like Dr Pepper. If I could give 0 stars I would. Edit: I found a hair in my burger and my lettuce was old😭

We do not go to Sonic very often because it is pricey for a fast food choice in our opinion. Our food was old and dried out. I don’t think I will be given Sonic anymore of my money at this point.

They never get it right. Always something missing. I paid for it, why didn’t I get it? Bought two items that come with a sauce. Neither item came with a sauce. Two things going down the hatch dry, thanks. For all of you saying the Hooks Sonic always gives you your items, go play the lottery! You’re the luckiest people in this earth to get everything you paid for at this location!

Been going to this sonic for over a year then all of sudden about 3 months ago the burgers started tasting weird. I asked my kids they all said same thing . I tryed a burger couple days ago they still taste bad I don’t know what’s going on but I guess that’s another place I can’t eat at. If anyone goes there and experiences the same thing I would love your input

More frequently than not they mess up an order, the fries and tator totts taste like they've sat in old grease. Overall unpleasant these days. Place has gone down hill.

I love the mocha chocolate blast. Today I got one paid $4.54 and it was made with no mocha and not stirred well midway of trying stir for mocha taste white ice cream was in bottom not even stirred. I tried hooks cause for last 2 times in new Boston they could not make them. But they are good when they are made right.
