One of the better fast casual concept that started in Houston, the food here is Mediterranean flavor. You order at the front and they will bring the food out to you, you will get your own drink and the free olives, garlics, and pickle, and your silverwares. The food comes out pretty fast. The price for the quality of the food is on point, I usually get the Cafe Duo combo, you choose a sandwiches and a soup or a salad. Creamy Potato Soup and Half Chicken Pesto on Ciabatta are my favorites so far here. The cafe feels like you are at a coastal town in the Mediterranean Sea.

We had a great experience today, October 1, 2025 (lunchtime) The service was excellent, and we especially want to highlight the two bussers in the eating area — they were incredibly kind, friendly, polite, and eager to help. This was our first time here, and we absolutely loved it! We’ll definitely be back. My husband had the Greek Chicken Pita, and I ordered the Basil Pesto Chicken with green beans and mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious, even the sweet tea! Jorge was incredibly attentive, and the service overall was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Delicious! I haven't ate at a cafe Express in years, but I must say the Mediterranean salmon got me hooked. I've been at this location twice in one week. My 2yr loves the mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. She also enjoyed the veggies (spinach and green beans) Very well seasoned. My husband's 1st time and he said the chicken Alfredo was okay but very good because he preferred more sauce. The servers are very accommodating. As we needed a high chair and they brought it out along with our food outside on the patio. This definitely will be a new spot for us when we visit the area again.

I ordered the salmon meal--salmon was overcooked, but it has a good flavor. The mashed potatoes were great. The steamed spinach could have been more flavorful with seasoning/olive oil. Chicken Greek sandwich was really tasty!!!5/5 The Mac and cheese was very creamy! Yummy! I just didn't like the noodle shells. Too big and fluffy. 😂 The orzo chicken soup was FANTASTIC!!! It has such a great broth!

I know I don't eat enough healthy foods but this is a place I would start going to if I wanted to change my diet. The cashier was awesome as was the service. 1. I came by this location today March first and ordered two items. The cashier charged me $34 instead of $20.
