I ordered a large pepperoni magnifico. It was everything that I specified that I wanted. lite crust and lite cheese. The pizza was cooked and prepared just right. I can tell from just looking at the pizza that it was going to be good. It had just the right amount of proportions. It was made by Victoria and Stephen took my order and help make recommendations. The team that worked today around 4pm 6/7/25 was all welcoming nice and showed great customer service. I will definitely be back. I hope I get this exact team next time.
Charles had the best customer service ! We had a delay in our order and he was very honest and open with his communication as well as NAILING our order thanks so much for making our late night great !
i tried marco's pizza couple of times but i didn't know there was a new one near me! ordered thru uber eats, waited about 10min (so nice) and got it. look at my pizza! it's so adorable. the way it looks, like a cute soft pillow. the pieces are small too, multiple bite sized for sure! i got small personal size pizza with added pepperoni and black olives. garlic sauce, so i can dip my crusts. it's so delicious! i like how their pizza isnt too oily.

The team here was super helpful for my first order that was for a large group. The were quick to assist with any questions and pick up day was just as easy. The deals we also really good. This is now our go to spot for pizza events for our students and staff.

Always good service and hot food! Today I waited in my car for my pizza and the employee sorry I didn’t get her name brung my pizza out voluntarily. Outstanding customer service the definition of going above and beyond.
We got delivery for the first time at Marcos on Waugh and it was excellent! Answered my call quickly and reassured me my online order was there. When Steve delivered pizza it was hot and before the time needed, he was friendly and the pizza was extra good! Definitely going to call again!
Victoria is an amazing team member! My staff set in a late order last night and even though there was some confusion with the order she made sure I left with everything I needed and made it back to work on time for our meeting. Because of her excellent customer service we will be back.

I just want to take a moment to shout out the new GM Steve at Marco’s Pizza—he’s doing an outstanding job! You can tell he truly cares about the customers and the quality of service. The store feels more organized, the staff is on point, and the food has been consistently fresh and hot every time I’ve ordered. It’s refreshing to see someone lead with professionalism and pride in their work. Keep it up!

Charlie was amazing! Working the graveyard shit is never fun. However, Charlie manages to always have a smile and be full of energy and amazing customer service.

My order of a large pizza and cheesy bread were cooked to perfection! Both orders looked and tasted like the ppl who took my order and cooked it cared. Thank you Victoria & Kenderrick! I stop in between bites of my cheesy bread to smell the dough because it smells so fresh and delicious! I placed my detailed order over the phone and Victoria was so kind, professional, and helpful. I later spoke with Kenderrick and he was so polite and professional over the phone as well. This is the only Marco’s Pizza I will order from from here on out. What yall do may seem small, but it’s not. You don’t know how a person’s week is going and then they get an order like this - it brightened my evening! Thank you both so much! You are appreciated!

Steve is an amazing person with a very positive attitude. The team was out promoting the pizza and selling slices on July 4th and I was sitting with my mom and sister when Steve stopped by the give us a pizza, an entire pie! A act of kindness and he even switched it for a cheese pie since we don't eat meat appreciate the lovely gesture.
I’ve only ordered from here once on June 24th but it was good! I ordered a small deluxe pizza minus the mushrooms 🍄 but add green olives 🫒. I also added the garlic sauce and romesan crust flavoring because the cashier Wilson recommended it. The total was $15.14. The only thing I didn’t like is that the none of employees preparing the pizzas wore gloves. I pray they washed their hands at least 😫. I noticed this after ordering.
Really Nice Pizza to go ! Marco's pizza has pizza, and other food items to go. We order Large 1-topping pizza. Always comes out hot and delicious. Great value for price. Their service is courteous. We tried 10-pc BBQ wings but did not like them.

Ordered the All Meat large for delivery and this is how it arrived 😞 it was still good, but we had to piece it back together to serve it lol
DONT ORDER from here unless you want to get strung along for an hour, then told to show up at 3:30AM or your order is cancelled. I showed up at 3:29 only for them to not let me enter and say they cancelled my order (without ever telling me). Insane behavior. Cashier is 18 with an attitude! Unprofessional and awful business that can’t handle its orders during its OPEN BUSINESS HOURS and leaves you to deal with the mess!
I visited a store on Address: 1005 Waugh Dr #B, Houston, TX 77019. I ordered food for my children and sent my daughter inside to pick it up. Once we drove all the way home and opened up our order we were very disappointed and in for a surprise. The pizza wasn't fully cooked. I had to put it in my oven at home, The chicken was not fried hard and very wet but not with the sauce, just not fried so they were soft so I just put them in the air fryer. I still fed my children because it was late and I couldn't feed them anything else after I sent the money on the pizza. The one item for my baby who doesn't eat meat was the breadstick. When we opened that box we saw one of the employees leftover lunch/Dinner. I have attached a picture below. I was totally disgusted that I watched the young lady at the front counter hand my child three stacked boxes from the warming station/Shelf that contained someone's eaten food with Hot chips inside. I had let everything else go but that was just beyond unacceptable. When I returned to the store the manager was not empathetic at all and just gave me a refund . I hope this is not an ongoing thing because this could become a safety/ Health issue in the future and I thought you all should be aware of what is going on in that store before it becomes worse and affects someone's help or the business. --

When we received the order there was a gigantic wad of human hair on my pizza. absolutely disgusted and shook. I understand mistakes happen. But for this large of a piece to be in it, it almost had to be intentional

We recently moved next door and were excited to start supporting the local businesses in the area. We had seen this place busy many times and finally decided to stop by. My son and I were greeted kindly at first, and we had a very friendly conversation with the staff. I was genuinely interested in the place because we live nearby and expected to become regular customers. For context, both my son and I have light skin, blonde hair, and blue eyes, which may have led to some assumptions during the interaction. Throughout the conversation, we were speaking with the same employee — the only Caucasian staff member present at the time. During our chat, that employee even began sharing how well the business had been doing financially, which felt a bit unusual to discuss with customers but the conversation remained friendly. At one point, because Latin music was playing and several of the coworkers were Latino, I casually and respectfully asked if he had learned any Spanish. It was meant in a friendly, curious way — simply part of the conversation. His response, however, was very strong and unexpected. He stated that he would never learn Spanish and said, “This is America,” and that “only English should be spoken here.” And whoever don’t like they can go back to their country! The words and the tone in which they were delivered made both my son and me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I mentioned that we are Mexican, the atmosphere became even more awkward. The other employees present appeared uneasy as well. I am not writing this to create problems, but I do feel it is important for management to be aware of experiences like this so they can make sure all customers and employees feel respected and welcome. Sadly, because of this interaction, we will not be returning.
i ordered pizza on uber eats they said somebody already picked up my order which was impossible due to me not having a driver.. so i was asked to call up and there. i called and spoke with a night manager Philip who told me his assistant manager barely spoke english was passing out the order and could’ve mistakenly gave to someone else which was understandable so i proceeded to ask can you guys make the order again since i paid almost 30$ for one pizza.. he tells me he not responding for that and hung up in my face. when i tried to call back they let the phone ring. very unprofessional
I pull up to Marco's Pizza getting ready to walk inside to order a pizza but they're only taking online orders at the moment. As I'm sitting in my car. Debating on what I want to eat. A customer comes to the door to pick up an order that he put in. The gentleman inside of Marco's Pizza is arguing with the customer, about his order. The employee tells the customer that they tried to call him multiple times. And on the last try he answers an employee told him to come at 3:30 and he'll give him his pizza. But when the customer arrives to retrieve his pizza. The Marco's Pizza employee denies him his food. So this is the reason why I give this place one star. And I've decided to find somewhere else to eat.
This place is listed as delivery. And they don't. So why lie and waste people time. I never had Marcos. And not ill never eat at any. I hope to hell this company goes out of business.
