I love Chili's for multiple menu items . But that Nashville flavor left me confused. I don't hate it but I don't love it . The triple dippers was good . Got try some other flavor. Like a wet,dry seasoning.. even after the next day to reheat the food in the air fryer the flavor left me confused.

I have never tried free birds burrito but I’ll tell you this one in sawyer heights was the best place I ate at. The service was great the manager is outstanding and the staff is on top of there game the place was very clean and everyone there had smile and good energy. Made me feel welcome. I definitely will be visiting this restaurant again and I’ll make sure to tell my family and friends.

Freebirds has huge, customizable burritos Monster size is popular- fresh ingredients signature queso often included and generous portions. It's often seen as a better and bigger than Chipotle!!! with options like brisket seasonal and multiple tortilla types. Oh and let’s not forget about the cookies!! are freshly baked too.

I ordered directly from chili's online.The pick 2 steak fajitas. I thought chili's used their own delivery drivers, but they rerouted it through door dash. When I got my order, there was no sour cream pico de gallo, cheese-All of the things that are supposed to come with the fajitas. After paying forty five dollars for an order for one person I called and let them know the issue and they were trying to give me a $1.50 refund. I have been to chili's enough and my husband used to work at chili's.There is not one person in a chili's that does Not know that the fajitas come with pica de gallo sour cream and cheese and to not get those things when you order in, paying extra in delivery fees and service fees and tips, is pretty much unacceptable and results in the ruining of the meal. Extremely disappointed with their resolution and will not be going back or ordering from there again.

I stopped here for a late lunch. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the place itself is very old and in urgent need of attention—not just the building, but also the tables, equipment, and overall setup. The food was just okay, nothing more than average. While the service was kind, I would not recommend this restaurant given the condition and quality.

First time at a freebirds and not very impressed. Ordered the birria on cayenne tortilla and it packed flavor. I was skeptical of paying almost $3 more for it then regular beef and regret it. Definitely not worth 12.49. Even with their habanero salsa and adding death sauce on the table still wasn't great. Pricey and not flavorful so likely a one and done for me on them.

I will never understand how this place stays in business. I have tried to give this place a chance over the years, and c every single time it has been a terrible experience. From the moment you walk in. NO one is ever at the front to welcome you. After you wait to be seated you then have to wait too long in my opinion to be greeted by your server. Then more waiting and looking around for your server to reappear in an almost empty restaurant. There's no excuse. Where do they go hide? What are they doing? This has happened to me more than once at this location. Another experience the time before. I was told by a waitress to expect a long wait bc she was the only one there to take care all the tables 😲

Came with large group @8pm, after hour and 40 minutes, half the group got their food, which was like warm. Then they realized some orders weren’t placed. I usually like Chilis, but will not come to this one again.

I won’t visit this location anymore.. the food was not fresh, the server must have been tired. I’m not happy spending almost 100$ for me & my 2 sons. They seated us in bar area. It was obvious everyone working would have rathered to not serve.

What happened today is a classic example of how bad the customer service industry is these days. My wife and I came on a Sunday and ordered food with our two kids. It wasn’t until after we paid and sat down that we saw on the menu of a promotion that kids eat free on Sundays. I took my kid to the front and asked what he gets to choose from with the promotion and a manager stepped in to say we shouldn’t get it since we already paid but she’d do us a favor by honoring it “just this one time” Like, what? I am not entitled to free food but I wasn’t asking for special treatment, I was asking for what was already offered to customers. Good service isn’t just taking orders accurately, it’s ancipipating obvious needs, helping customers take advantage of promos, and making families feel welcome, not like they “messed up”. The logic in your staff’s thinking is so backwards I don’t even know where to begin. Your staff saw us holding two children and not once did your staff mention the promotion but you wanted to make it seem like I was the problem for not seeing it? Isn’t that a you mistake and not on us? Train your staff members to offer good service. How difficult is it have staff be like “I see you have a kid there, just to let you know we have this promotion offered today.” This was a basic customer service opportunity that obviously failed.

We visited this Chili’s location as a family of four and had an extremely disappointing experience. After being seated, we waited 25 minutes without any acknowledgement or service. Eventually, a server named Heather came out from the back, but instead of attending to us—who had clearly been waiting much longer—she chose to take the order of a couple who had just arrived and only been waiting about 10 minutes. This was incredibly frustrating and disrespectful. On top of that, the restaurant was practically empty—it was a Monday with hardly any customers. There was absolutely no reason why our family should have been ignored for that long. We left the restaurant and drove to the Chili’s at Buffalo Speedway instead, where we were greeted and served within 60 seconds. Drinks and orders were promptly taken, which is exactly what we expected in the first place. This location at Katy Fwy needs serious attention to customer service and training. No family should have to wait 25 minutes to be acknowledged, only to then watch newer guests receive priority.

Ordered through Uber Eats and the wings had no sauce when I ordered the Sweet Chili Zang. If y’all don’t have certain flavors, the customer should be informed prior to finishing preparation of the meal and arriving flavorless.

Can’t really comment on the quality of the food seeing that it never arrived. My son just got home from the hospital for asthma and the last thing we want to do is cook. Ordered through Uber Eats and the driver was amazing. The store called him to say they were out of a wing sauce so he called me. 10 minutes later I get another call from him saying that my order was already picked up. The store claims that another DoorDash driver took my order and confirmed it even though I ordered Uber Eats. The manager was no help at all and honestly couldn’t care less. The fact that anyone could come in and pick up an order over $100 and just walk out clearly shows how much they care about their clients food. Would really recommend they consider hiring a new manager. Horrible experience

Placed a mobile order, arrived and food was cold. Asked them for a replacement. Manager touches the food, says “its kinda warm” and tries to give it back to me. It took everything in me to not toss the box cause bro what. I started to let them remake it but i couldn’t. Asked for a refund but apparently they can’t give it back cash cause it was through mobile order. Never coming back to this one. Terrible

I asked if they can add their crispy chicken crispers onto the cajun pasta and they told me I can't. I told them I can pay whatever extra up charge or just for both entrees and they refused. I don't get it, like... just charge me whatever and put them on the pasta. Why even offer the items if I can't order them. How if I even offer to buy both can you still refuse me. I'm actually baffled and super confused. Horrible service.

I ordered a Monster Ranch Steak today and either the Monster has gotten a lot smaller or I was ripped off. It was made with a single tortilla. I remember a hallmark of the Monster was it was made with two tortillas because it was so big. Very disappointing. I always get them cut in half. The pic is of one of the halves. Small and taste wasn’t great either. Very disappointing.

This place has always been great so I don’t understand what just happened. I ordered through Grubhub but the notes I left were printed up on the kitchen ticket that I wanted the guac that comes with the veggie burrito. They put it on the side… I said I needed a fork but it wasn’t included. And worst of all the burrito was gross and the few beans were on the bottom. I spent $17 and should have eaten the $3 can of soup I already had at work.

This is the second time in a row they’ve messed up my order big time. I ordered two Monster burritos and again, one came as a smaller size. (See photos ). Also, my burrito was missing the veggies and vegan chorizo and salsa. It was like eating a dry rice burrito. Come on, y’all!! For this price, please just pay attention. They also forgot to make our order for an hour so we had to re-order it while our DoorDash person was waiting since the first dasher just gave up on waiting.

If you think Chipotle is skimps on meat and veggies wait till you try the “World famous Freebirds burrito”. I have been eating at freebirds since they were a small company with great burrito's, a fun atmosphere and great ingredients. Today I feel like I was lied to and cheated by an old friend. I ordered a pork burrito with veggies, rice; beans and a spicy sauce. What I received was an overgrown rice turd with 20 beans and 2 bites of pork. It’s a sad reality that Freebirds has lost its quirky Texas roots and has turned into another corporate entity serving glop and calling it food. I will miss you Old Freebird! Saying this, I can’t go back to you. I hope to eventually find a new Burrito to love!
