Fresh, fun, and delicious! Great spot for fun cocktails and creative bites when you're feeling adventurous, but also cozy and comfortable featuring classic favorites making it an ideal neighborhood staple. The owners and staff members are welcoming and attentive. All of the dishes are assembled beautifully. The sesame guacamole, warmed goat cheese (topped with roasted grapes & candied pecans), and strawberry daiquiri (not too sweet) are my personal favorites...everything is super fresh and delicious. PS, my first review ever (not my comfort zone)...happy for this to be the first as these are good people with amazing talents.

I truly enjoyed this venue for a networking event. From the time I arrived, Omar (sp) greeted me from the bar, and Zach was our server. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty, the jalapeño cornbread was a crowd favorite and a tie between the gojujang (sp) and peach herk wings for me. Overall, it was a great time and I look forward to returning! 🙌🏾🧡💚

Few vegan options, just the crisp, tasty house salad, freshly made guac & chips, & deliciously spiced cashews. Unfortunately the fresh cut potatoes are fried in beef tallow, & cornbread has butter, so not vegan & not reviewed by me. My dinner companions enjoyed those & absolutely everything else. My Strawberry daiquiri really hit the mark; freshly scratch made, no syrupy or powdered mix. Chic, comfortable environment, indoor booths, tables, bar stools. Large front patio/porch for outdoor seating. Tree lined street, helps with outdoor shade. Ample free parking lots. Attentive table service. Smooth music, good vibes. Farm to table companion restaurant Farmstand, on adjacent property will be opening soon.

We were recommended this place, so we tried it for my cousins birthday. Loved everything about it! Our waitress Sara was phenomenal. Personable, attentive. Enrique the bartender made amazing drinks. And the owner even came by to say Hi and was working the floor with his employees. The food was amazing! The oysters were the cleanest I've tasted, and the wings had a crisp to them, SOOO good. It has an indoor and outdoor area, cozy little place. Music in the background, TV's (so we had football and basketball to watch). Parking is a little tight at the actual location, but we found a spot. We were a group of 8 and had intentions on having a few drinks and leaving, but ended up staying there and chatting. Highly recommend!

The vibes here are immaculate!! Every single staff member goes above and beyond to say hi and make sure you have a great experience . Enrique can make up to 5 drinks at a time !! jasmine is so warm and inviting ! Zack is so fun to talk to gives great service. Kevin is super educated when it comes to the menu. I became a regular sooooo fast. They even went out of their way to make my family cute fancy mocktails. Thanks team !!!

The place was hands down the best restaurant I’ve been to. Aside from the stuff we got in the pictures we also got the OG cornbread and crab dip. Our group of 3 loved the crab dip the most with the cornbread being close second. Our server was great, also a foodie, and had great vibes unfortunately we forgot to get his name. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I came across this new restaurant in Houston from an article online, and my husband and I decided to give it a try. We love checking out new spots, and this one did not disappoint! It has a modern, eclectic vibe that’s great for a date night or hanging out with friends. Once the weather cools down, the patio will be perfect for dinner or drinks outside. I had the pineapple tequila spritz and my husband ordered the chamomile old fashioned, both so good. My favorites were the crab and shrimp Lui and the crab dip, and he really enjoyed the po’boy with fries. Service was also great, and the overall atmosphere made it a fun weekend night out in Houston. Definitely a place worth visiting!

If you are looking for fresh organic and a great mix of flavors , Good god Nadine’s is the place to go. They make their food from the products of their own farm and the chef is sooo creative. I love their baked goat cheese with the great taste of grilled grapes and pecans. Their salads are made with fresh veggies of their farm served with a delicious dressing. Also their roast beef sandwich tastes like home cooked perfect sandwiches you can find. And you don’t want to miss their special guacamole, it is so delicious and new, never had a guacamole like that. Their cocktails are great and designed for all different tastes. Chef Kyle is an amazing chef and you can see everything he makes comes from his heart and experience. The staff are very nice and serve the food and cocktails without make you wait. I highly recommend Good god Nadine’s , definitely one of Houston’s top places to go.

Great new spot in the neighborhood! We stopped by for the $7 happy hour burgers and they were delicious! The fries are a very worthy $3 add-on. Make sure to get the aïoli as well. not drinking right now, so wasn’t able to try the cocktails, but they looked very good and the happy hour $7 offerings Seemed great as well. Inside is very nice, good atmosphere. Outside they have a covered semi enclosed patio as well as an open air section of the patio. Would be great if they were able to get some extra fans out there for the summer to increase airflow. We were informed by our server that they are still in their soft open right now, so that is likely why the service was maybe a bit spotty or slow, no fault in their own. All in all, happy hour burger is very worth it in my opinion. Can’t wait to check it out again!

Absolutely one of my favorite bars/restaurants. It's cozy and comfortable, while also hip and fun. The food is way more than elevated bar food. We've never had a dish we didn't love. The cocktails are creative, spicy, have lots of depth, and are pretty. Service is fantastic. I've been enjoying bringing all my friends! I think I need the "#1 fan" badge at this point :) Parking is easy. Vibe is spot on. Food & drinks are delicious. It's fun and sexy. Highly recommend and I'm just wondering how frequent is too frequent to return? :)

Excellent food and drinks. Donna was great! Kitchen seemed to be a little confused when it came to the oyster orders, but smash burgers came out quick! All the food was delicious! Oysters were really clean, meaty and smooth! Good job! And thank you for playing Joy Division!

I got to eat at Good God, Nadine’s yesterday. I was super excited to see new life at the old Darwin’s Pub building on Waugh that has been closed a while. Nadine’s has super friendly staff and amazing food! I ordered the Debris Po-boy. The french bread was fresh and spot on. The braised beef was delicious. The food menu is on the small side but per our waitress, they will be adding more items to it soon. They also have a large outside eating area that is dog friendly. I cant wait to go back! Side note: their sign outside advertised “mild cursing” We did not experience any, maybe next time! 😊

This place is pure chef’s kiss! Incredible ambiance, food, and service. Corey was an amazing server—knowledgeable, friendly, and truly elevated our experience. We tried all the wing flavors and every one was a hit. Don’t skip the crab dip! The jalapeño cornbread, cowboy burger, and bread pudding were also 🔥! Hubby had the chamomile old fashioned, which was light and refreshing, and the Tokyo Collins was a total winner. 10/10 recommend especially for happy hour and date night.

Drinks are on point. Perfect amount of alcohol/mixer ratio. Love the ambiance! Kind of has a vintage, Roaring '20s mix with Mid-century? I dunno, whatever it is, I really dig the vibe. Food was amazing too, especially the goat cheese, the brussel sprouts, and the Cowboy Burger (I think it was called) was possibly in the top 5 burgers I've ever had. Staff was great too.

Love this place. Perfect for happy hour with friends or even a group gathering. Hosted a small corporate holiday party here and had the best time. Service and food is always on point. They have the best shareables and love just ordering a bunch of appetizers for the tables. The cocktails are just as good and appreciate the seasonal drinks on rotation.

Enrique is the kind of bartender every place wishes they had. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcomed with his great attitude and genuine hospitality. His drink recommendations were spot-on, and you can tell he really knows his craft. The service was smooth, friendly, and attentive without ever feeling rushed. I met up with a friend here the day after Thanksgiving and can't say enough about how great it was. The vibes are relaxed and the service is friendly and attentive. We tried several cocktails (all good!) and several happy hour snacks (delicious!). All told I think we were there for about 4 hours and it hardly felt like that long. Obviously my friend was good company, but Good God, Nadine's was just a great place to hang out. Can't wait to go back!

I’m not sure if it was an off day, because I really wanted to like this place! Our food was over cooked from start to finish! Our cornbread was over cooked and chicken sandwich was dry flavorless. Our server was nice, and we do plan to come back for the tango lessons but probably not for the food.

Third time here. Online showed happy hour 4-7. First visit was at 6:15, but informed H.H. now stops at 6:00,so I said I'll try another day. Second time, got a H.H. smash burger, half dozen oysters with cocktail and all was good. Went for a third time & food was still good. Gave instructions not to start cooking our burgers until we were finished with our oysters. Oysters came followed by the burgers 3 minutes later. Ordered another drink that was never received. Upon paying the bill I requested to see it. Was charged $25 for the dozen oysters,which I specifically asked our waitress and was assured we would get the H.H. price of $8 per half dozen. Also needed to correct the bill further because I was charged for the wine I never received. Sorry Billy, not sure if I will return.
