Food is great all around. My go to is always the chicken nachos and salmon boho bowl, highly recommend those 2. Chill environment with outside seating. Look at that presentation
Food was delicious! Atmosphere was nice, lively and clean. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, the music was jamming. Their cinnamon roll icing is delicious! The mimosas did not disappoint either. Next time I visit home, we'll be stopping in again.
I’ve visited Piggy’s twice now and have been recommending this place to all my friends. The daily specials are great! My fiancé and I visited on a Friday and they had a $1 wing special. The wings were huge and the Tennessee hot flavor was chefs kiss. The patio was such a vibe and they were playing old school r&b. Came back today with my friend and they had 3.50 tacos and $7 margs. Will definitely be visiting this spot regularly.
First time there on a Sunday and I loved it. Crawfish was perfectly seasoned and not sure if potatoes/corn were an optional add on but I didnt get any. Cold beer on tap and bottled. Saw lots of cocktails served and although its counter service, it went pretty fast. The DJ was EXCELLENT!
Piggy’s is such a vibe! The patio is fantastic, the music is great, and it’s the perfect place to hang out and enjoy yourself. The energy alone makes you want to stay awhile. The food is seriously awesome; comfort food done right. Do yourself a favor and order the mac & cheese with brisket… absolutely unreal and a must-try.
Y’all, I really immersed myself into the vibe and dug into my nachos before taking any photos! But let me tell you, they were good! Also, enjoyed the Salty Senorita which was refreshing. This place has a lot of character and the patio really creates for an escape from the concrete jungle of the city. I could not figure out the band on our table card- any guesses?
I enjoyed my experience. Went for HH on Thursday. Mainly street parking with a small lot across from the restaurant. There are indoor tables and a large patio area with tv's and plenty of shade trees 🌳 They have daily specials so check that out. After ordering a fried Mahi Mahi and vegan taco for $3.50 each, a spicy mango margarita for $8 and a side of Brussels sprouts at the bar, I found a nice high top seat outside while I waited for my order to be brought to the table. I enjoyed both tacos but the vegan one packed the most flavor! The Brussels were lightly fried, coated in a sweet balsamic and topped with cojita cheese, delicious! The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was a nice, chill vibe on a Thursday afternoon.
It was the first time here. We had the Damn good chicken and the brisket fries! Both were delicious and are good portions. The only downside would be the parking, not sure if the 5 spots are all that is allowed but we got lucky and snagged one right in front. "If you don't know now you know "
The food was delicious!!\nWe stopped by here for brunch on a Saturday. They also have a DJ that plays every Saturday starting at 12pm on the patio.
Here on a Wednesday for lunch and the service was amazing. The bartender Charisma was on point. Great service!!
Food was great I got the chicken salad and my mom got their salad! Great service you order at the bar and sit down then the foods come to you. Restrooms were clean and it wasn't super loud in there…
The chicken and waffles are delicious, and the ambience is casual and laid back. Perfect brunch spot!

Excellent! Really enjoyed a great meal in a relaxing atmosphere! “Frickles” to start off the meal… chicken and waffles and the crispy chicken sandwich were beyond great! The bar selections were a …
This is definitely my favorite brunch spot! Excellent food, reasonably priced drinks, and the food is served quickly. The staff who clear the tables are very friendly and helpful. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because of the parking. I'm hoping the influencers don't discover this place and make it even more crowded than it already is!
My daughter and I went in for HH to avoid traffic home but we had a dinner to attend so we didn't really want anything big Basic wings to get us thru and they were good ( should have asked for extra batter good nonetheless ) but we definitely want to try the menu looks 👌 The servicer and bartender was really nice and attentive , we did look around it has a nice atmosphere and great looking patio going to have to come back
Pretty solid brunch spot! You order at the bar and then grab a seat. I went with friends to Piggy’s on a Sunday morning, and they had a DJ spinning vinyls, which was cool. There’s plenty of outdoor seating, though the food does take a bit of time to come out. Totally worth the wait, though. We tried the chicken & waffles, brisket migas, chicken fried steak, and a biscuit with gravy. Everything was super flavorful, the portions were generous, and we all left really satisfied. Definitely a spot I’d go back to for a laid-back brunch!
Food is a bit heavy for brunch but the menu is typically what one would see for brunch. We ordered the chicken and waffles and hot mess Benedict. Limited seating inside for large groups but there are seating outdoors as well. Parking is a bit of a mess but it is for most brunch spots in Montrose.
Chill outdoor environment, the burger and sweet potato fries were really good. Plenty of drink options. My only disappointment was the bread pudding. Even though it was decorated pretty, the bread pudding was hard. Everyone was super friendly and we received our food quickly. Also there was not a lot of parking.
This was our first time going to The Piggy Kitchen for brunch. Our family met up for a birthday celebration for my hubby. We all had a fantastic time. One comment to future customers is that there really isn't any parking. You must valet park your car which was about $10 per vehicle. They are a pretty busy joint so you stand in line and order your food at the bar. It is delivered to your table via a number. Not the best when there is busy as they are as you cannot reorder drinks or anything unless you go back to the bar and stand in line again. The food is delivered to your table and be sure it's your food because the food runner did not speak English and we told her she delivered something that was not our order. Guess we got that dish for free 😀 the food menu items were great portions and very tasty. Everyone loved their plates. I would go back again now knowing how the whole restaurant and bar works. They really should consider putting an extra bar on the outside patio to avoid delays at the inside bar when they are super busy.

Really cute spot, I'd give the ambiance itself a 5. Even more beautiful to sit outside on a sunny day (not much outdoor seating on a rainy day).\n\nFood is mostly fried, not fresh. If you're crav…
Service is nice and timely. This place has good outdoor seating that feels very refreshing. The coffee is a bit watery but other times I've been it's been good. The Brussel sprouts were too sweet. …
Very good food and a fun ambiance. The patio is dog friendly and they had a DJ on the weekend. Been here twice and will come again.
Outside seating still has plenty of shaded spots. Mushroom pizza has a great shurm flavor. House table red is a good match. Note that on brunch days times the main menu not available.

Came here for my birthday to have brunch and probably wouldn’t come back. Patty working behind the bar is the first person your greeted by which let me say, not a good start. Her whole demeanor comes across like she doesn’t care about her job or to be helpful in the slightest. She just wasn’t how we wanted to start our morning and only smiled at us once her name was asked for. Just not a vibe gorl. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Another downfall to this place is you have to go up and order everythinggggg. Nobody ever comes to you - only to clear plates. Alfredo was very nice and did a great job with cleaning up our table. 👌🏽 We started with the the pretzelache and chips & queso. I wouldn’t recommend the queso brisket - they are greedy with the brisket and for $15 you’d think they actually give you some and the cheese was cold. The lache though was a crowd pleaser. 🤙🏽 We got the steak and eggs next which was cooked to perfection (medium rare of coarse) the steak was so flavorful and big. The potato’s cooked just right and the egg wasn’t runny (over medium) 10/10 plate and for $21? Steal. 🫡 (Oh - and it comes with biscuit and gravy which I wish the menu showed this bc don’t care for gravy on biscuits) We also ordered the French toast plate which had some yogurt or something on top? Didn’t care for that. Made the bread get cold fast. 🥴 My mom got the waffle which looked good but didn’t get to try it. My boyfriend and her also ordered the mimosa which is premade - wouldn’t recommend. 🤢 Also sees some of the menu items are off on price. Overall I’d rate this brunch spot at a clean 4/10 solely for the steak and the DJ outside who provided the very smooth jams.
Edited for recent visit as they make the worst margaritas in Houston. Took them back and they tried again but clearly something with their mix as they were undrinkable. The food was good again and I recommend the biscuit chicken. Overall not bad but not a fan of the ordering at the bar and having to go back up for more drinks etc. Would think you'd have someone going around doing at least that. Outside has lots of trees so protect your food as stuff falling all the time.

DJ is so loud you can't hear anything... Asked to turn it down twice, they said they would but didn't... I won't be back.
I showed up for Happy Hour tonight and my partner and I were told to wait 3 minutes at the bar for Happy Hour prices. So we did, and then the same bartender who told us to wait switched our drink…
