Best Fried Vietnamese Egg Rolls in Town. Great late night eatery. Will most definitely return with family. Drove 40 minutes to dine here and did not disappoint. Our server was excellent. Thank you.

Service is a bit slow but food quality is excellent. Live king crab price is higher than other seafood restaurant in the area but fresh and yummy. Whole fresh king crab for 3 dishes around $500 ($70/lb).

This is exactly what you want when aiming for authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine. Spectacular food. Spectacular. Caution: Slippery floors in hallways to and in the restroom. Just walk the way you would on ice and you'll be fine. Don't let that distract you though. I can't express enough how good and genuine the good is here. Visit and enjoy.

11/01/2025 - Yum. Came back for lunch with friends. We had Vietnamese Imperial Rolls, Dungeness Crab Fried Rice, Dungeness Crab with Ginger and Scallion Sauce and Roasted Duck. So good. The crab is hacked up, velveted and wok-fried and then in sauce. We had more than we needed but it was great to have two different crab dishes. The rice in the Crab Rice was so full of crab flavor. Yum. Love this place. Then we shopped at HMart for the weekend. Oct 2024 Yum. For lunch, a friend and I shared an order of Imperial Rolls, a half Roasted Duck, and a Dungeness Crab Rice. The rolls were very good; the Roasted Duck was perfectly moist and full of flavor; and the Crab Rice was made from a live Dungeness Crab and wonderfully crab intense rice. Messy and Incredible! Service was great and friendly.

Sinh Sinh is one of the staples for locals and travellers alike in the southwest Houston area, the go-to place for family dinners and late night diners. With such a large menu with a vast variety of dishes, from Chinese to Vietnamese, there'll be plenty of hits and misses. Most of the times the flavors are there, but sometimes it can be quite bland or even unsavory. Trust the locals, they'll know what's good. Service is great overall even though it's noticeably understaffed. Parking lot is safe with a security officer on site every night.

Their roasted pork used to be fresh, with crispy skin and great flavor, and I ordered it for takeout quite often. However, the roasted pork I’ve received recently has not been fresh. The texture was firm, the skin was no longer crispy, and it tasted like it had been sitting overnight. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering roasted pork from Sinh Sinh again.

The server was horrible. Demanding that I gave her a tip asking me. Why don’t not give her a tip. I don’t like her service. Especially the way. She’s so disrespectful. If she doesn’t like it. She needs to go back to China. We come here to eat our food in peace, not to be harassed by the waiters. If they don’t like what they’re getting. Paid an hour they need to go find a new job. It’s not my job to give them their salary. Don’t nobody give me no tip.

We bought some fried rice the other day, drove all the way from Spring. Got home and the taste was unbearable, I couldn’t even finish my meal 🤢 I thought adding ketchup might help, but I ended up throwing it away 🗑️ My mom said her soup even tasted awful! We won’t be going back, it’s a shame because, in the past, their food was to die for. My last good meal was when my relative took me and then we visited NaSA. I recommend going somewhere else, at all times.

Today, my family(4 people) came to this restaurant around 10pm. Everything will be good until we checked out. My mom paid the bill by card and then I told her to leave the cash for a tip. So, normally, as I know, if we go from 5+ people and the tip will be automatically charged in the bill. The total bill was around $76 or something (because they said they gonna charge 3% for cc), so my mom tipped them $7 and then we left. But the waitress came to the table to take the bill, and then she saw just $7 tip so she asked for more? At that time, I had already come out of the restaurant. So I just knew after she came out and told me about that. If you guys have a policy about going with 4+ people and the tip has to be $10 and up. I’m totally fine, but that is no way to ask for more tips like that. Hope you guys read this comment and give me an answer about it.

Have not been back since last time, but we came back recently during night at about 10pm when Tan Tan closed early for maintenance. Hardly anyone there and we waited at the front to be seated longer than needed to. Also had to wait 15 minutes before waiter stops by to take order. Waited like 30 or more minutes before food came up. We ordered 2 coconut jelly, both turned brown indicating they have been sitting in the fridge for quite sometimes. Then salted baby pork rib wasn't even any but rather small they are big regular ribs and looked like reheat up all burnt on the outside. Seafood fried rice was not hot, hard, and hardly any shrimp, and they are small farmed ones. The imitation crabs looked uncooked. This is the worst dish and by far definitelynot wrth even half the price charged. Seafood egg noodle was ok but for a large, its not much. Other seafood fried egg noodle was hardly any seafood. Food price were all pretty much 20 or more per dish. This is way over priced. The update price a year or 2 ago were already high. The worst part was they automatically added and charged us 20% tip for 5 people- 2 adult with 3 kids.. before years back they only charge for 6 people or more which is already outrageous bc tips became a mandatory charge fee. This will be our last visit to Sinh Sinh. Go else where like Crown seafood! Better food, bigger portion, priced more reasonable, cleaner, bigger place, and much better service! Service always was subpar at Sinh Sinh. just notice the glass, dishes, and untenils when you dine there. Cleanliness is poor, and charging price is robbery. Tips is the amount we give extra if given good service not demanded. We are not liable to pay servers undeserving wages esp. for poor service. This tipping scam needs to go away. I will not support business that charge tips as a fee based on the amount food ordered. I will do business elsewhere that provides good food and experience! They double cheated by adding 20% tip mandatory for table of 5 added after the tax. They are not supposed to add tip on tax!!!! This should be reported!¡!

Heads up if you’re going to Sinh Sinh their menu says parties of 6+ get an automatic 18% gratuity, but they charged our party of 5 a 22%. I even caught it before paying, and they still went ahead and ran my card. Not sure where they decided 22% sounded like a good idea, but worth doublechecking your bill. #GoodOleBellaire 9/2025
