I took my meal to go and when I got home, my food was warm, tasty and my tenders- spicy. 10/10 biscuit, red beans and rice. The staff was very kind and provided great customer service. I’m glad I chose Popeyes.

We live right down the street and have had previous bad experiences. Decided to give this location a chance and haven’t looked back this is our 3rd time coming back and every time it’s been a great experience. Shout out to Arely and her team- Doesn’t take much but every time no matter how late we visit the energy is high and so welcoming. Truly great, give this location another chance, we haven’t regretted it! Will also add we are never missing anything from our order IFYKYK, thanks yall!

Update: they are no longer selling the chicken nuggets, which I loved so much. They now have wings which are good, but not the same. Love the chicken nuggets and fried chicken sandwich. They were good as usual. Order was ready very fast.

Update : 9/25... Used the drive-through and was pretty quick. Food was as ordered and good portions. Drive through attendent was nice and quick. Did not eat inside today. Previous experience... No one is eating inside yet there are 6 dirty tables, including the floor. I got a 3 piece, and they gave me the smallest driest pieces they could find. Workers are just kinda hanging out.

Unfortunately had a not so good experience here today. I ordered a 3 piece original signature chicken combo with fries for the side and a coke for the drink. The wait was long but I didn’t mind waiting. I was asked when I got to the window if I would like to wait for original chicken because they didn’t have any at the moment or would I like to get spicy chicken instead. I said that I would like to wait and the person at the window said okay. I waited for another 5 minutes or so and was handed my food. Once I opened my food I saw that I had received all spicy chicken pieces from them despite the long wait and me asking for original chicken 2 times. I would not recommend going to this Popeyes.

I did not get what I ordered at the drive through. If you go there, do not leave without proper checking of your order. Additionally, while they preparing the food they were talking and laughing a lot and not paying attention and being professional. I ordered three chicken sandwiches, two fries and two drinks - Dr Pepper and Strawberry Lemonade and a wrap. I got two sandwiches, three drinks, and a wrap with two fries. One could say it is our fault for not looking properly 👀! But if you order something you need to receive what you ordered. Additionally, the atmosphere was not professional at all!

I ordered 2 of the 2 piece specials on Tuesday. I ordered all thighs because the legs are extremely small. I mean the legs are so small it looks like chicken was alive only a week before they killed it. Well today the thighs were just as small. I have small hands and I can put the 2 thighs in my hand and cuff my hand. I added a picture to show you all. Yes that's 2 thighs im gripping in the picture. The chicken almost has no meat on it. It's frickin ridiculous. This place is getting worse. Other Popeye locations serve larger pieces. How are y'all going up on prices but the chicken is getting smaller? They should close this location down or get somebody else to run that store. The lobby cashier is always on the phone & the dining area is dirty half the time. If you have time to be on your phone, you should hv enough time to wipe down tables and sweep the floor. This is probably my last time coming there

I’ve usually had good experiences at this location, with no complaints. But my tonight was a huge disappointment. Tonight I ordered a nine piece family meal for $20. From what I understand the meal is supposed to be mixed pieces. What I received was eight legs and thighs and one wing. Additionally,it appears I have a piece of chicken that’s still a little raw at the bone. At the moment, I’m looking for my receipt, I may have left it in my car, but the moment I find it, I will be making a proper complaint to the customer service line and providing the order number. If I’m unable to find it. I hope there’s some way they can rectify this situation. I’m just looking for consistent quality service.

Placed an order here over the weekend. Got home and was missing the 6 pc boneless wings I ordered. There was none in the bag. In addition the 3 pc tenders were absolutely horrible. They were chewy and tasted like a couple day old tenders that were reheated. I immediately submitted a complaint ticket via my order email. The ticket has since closed, I didn’t even get any response. This is theft. I tried calling the store and the number no longer works. They have provided no way of reaching them. The online support already says ticket closed and it’s just a loop that doesn’t do anything and the phone is off the hook or changed. I need to be given a phone number or something to make contact or I will be reporting to the better business bureau and seek recourse if not refunded

Don’t even bother with this store. If your food isn’t cold (which mine is), it will be wrong. Ordered and payed for 12 wings, only got six that were cold. Ordered two apple pies, got two strawberry pies. I keep wanting. To give this store a chance but this was the last time.

Worst Popeye's I've been to. Drive thru took fifteen minutes and there were only two cars ahead of me. I ordered the 3 piece tender meal with a side of mashed potatoes and a Dr. Pepper, and got a side of the fried pickles as well. When I got home, I only had 2 1/2 tenders, not 3. The drive thru person gave me an unsweetened tea instead of a Dr. Pepper. I did not receive a sauce for the fried pickles either. And the mashed potatoes cup was only filled about halfway. So I definitely feel ripped off having paid more than $15 for what seems like half portions of everything and the wrong beverage. Not coming to this location ever again, I recommend no one else does either.

Don't be hungry when you go to this Popeye's!! Thisnis the worst burnt, fishy tasting Chicken i have ever eaten! The customer service was poor and the food is an example of hiring the wrong people for a fast food business!! CHANGE YOUR GREASE!! Chicken should be golden brown not chocolate burnt color tasting like flounder.Do you fry the chicken, fish and shrimp in the same grease? I am calling the Food Inspector tomorrow morning to come by and evaluate this grease pit!!! I am pissed because I love Popeye's but at this point hurry up and open Bojangles so they can close this place down!!

Service is horrible. Took them 10 min to take our order (it was empty inside). The girl looks like she is bothered by us. No customer service at all. The bathrooms look like the place has been open for 30 years. Toilet paper all over the floor. Needless to say we won't be going back.

Where do I start with how terrible this experience was. 1. The soda is flat (so I would recommend you don’t order that) 2. The mashed potato’s have small crystallized beads in them and threw off the entire taste 3. The chicken was incredibly stale 4. They forgot to give us straws, utensils & condiments. 5. The service was horrible - I understand how awful working in food service is and can be - but giving death stares to people because when you are asked for a straw is a bit absurd in my opinion 6. The fries were stale & soggy 7. The food was cold and we attempted to eat it 2 minutes after we got it. Overall the experience was incredibly disappointing considering we spent over $30 (for two people) and could barely eat 1/4 of our food due to how disgusting everything was.

Not a good meal, forgot our straws, ranch, and forks. Boneless wings were hard and mostly breading. Wife’s sandwich was dry and a lot of mayonnaise. Mashed potatoes had little bead like things in them. Don’t know what they were. Soda pop is always flat at Popeyes but I knew that coming into this experience. Worst meal I’ve had in a while. Employee on FaceTime with someone and they wouldn’t stop saying “Spicy”.I don’t know if that’s a slogan or what but I heard the word spicy 30 times just waiting for my food.

My wife and I came by to grab a bite to eat. 1 car ahead of us in the drive through. When we drove up, there was silence for about 5 minutes, even though we tried getting someone to acknowledge us. Finally, a voice said, "just a minute please. After another 10 minutes of silence, and seeing the person in front of us still waiting for their order, we just left.

Tonight we placed a mobile order which said on the app that it was ASAP, we got there sat in line for 30 then was asked to pull forward and it would be brought out, we pulled up and car after car behind us either went in the restuarant or just drove off around us, after another 20 mins i finally went inside to see what the deal was and our food had just been sat on the counter. This location has gotten worse and worse since its been open, staff seems to be clueless, they dont seem to ever have chicken ready and we need to pull up and wait. Im tired of this and will not be going back!! Owners, General Managers you need to evaluate this location its crazy how unorganized this place really is. Oh and I forgot we were missing items, I mean we placed it on the app so all they had to do was read.

I've tried to frequent this Popeye's because it's close to home. Yesterday was the second time where the doors are locked but people are inside hanging out. Even when I have been inside to order, they look at you and it takes 15 minutes to order. I will just be getting my chicken from another location that's further away. Ive tried this location at least 5 times and there is always an issue. It shouldn't be this hard to spend your hard earned money for any product.

Ordered 3 meals in the drive thru, totalling $40. The young gentleman in the drive thru was courteous, even when I discovered my card declined (that was resolved later). I used another card and went through, but I did not get a receipt. Didn't think anything of it. I waited a bit and he finally handed me a bag with 3 boxes (assuming it's right since I ordered 3 meals). Drove home and proceeded to pass out food to the kids, but found that each box had something else (a single chicken wings in one, some biscuits in the other, and 6 ghost pepper wings in the other). We were given someone else's food. I ended up driving all the way back and going inside to talk to the manager/shift lead. She was a woman who spoke Spanish first and I think English was challenging because I explained my whole situation, stating I was just in the drive thru and didn't get my order. She just stared at me so I was concerned she did not understand. Then she said, "well I need receipt", shrugged her shoulders, and then turned around to continue working. I said I was not given a receipt and she proceeded to ignore me. I stood there for quite some time, hoping to get her attention because at this time, I gave them $40 and was given about $10 worth of someone else's food. That is not right. I called my husband to come inside from the car and we stood there in shock at how she just ignored us blatantly. I just wanted the food I originally ordered. Finally, the kid working the drive thru came over and remembered me, reprinted my receipt to confirm what I ordered and saw what I was given, and kindly got my order corrected. She would not acknowledge me one bit and had someone else resolve the issue rather than own the situation or make it right. I didn't ask for free food or anything extra, I just wanted what I ordered and she made it seem like she can't correct their error unless I provided documented proof. While I was there, there were other angry customers, and one even demanded a refund and walked out. She should not be leading that team if all she is doing is causing upset customers and chaos. I don't think I'll be doing business here unless I know she's gone/replaced/not working there, but I do want to thank the kind young kid at the drive thru (I believe his name was Azel??) Who was kind enough to step in, assist, correct the mistake, and made things right without arguing about proof. Holding up a picture of the $40 charge on my bank app and showing what food we just received should have sufficed, considering we were not given a receipt, but her answer was to deny and ignore. Unacceptable!

I stood by the counter with my daughter, trying to order, for about 10 minutes and the employees completely ignored us. I even made a eye contact with one of the employee that was standing by the window doing absolutely nothing and she started talking and giggling towards other employee. I asked if they were going to take orders and didn't even give us an answer nor took our order, so we left. Terrible experience, and waste of my time. I won't be going again.

Rather unfortunate but I guess its on me for returning here. The past 3 times I come here, im always missing food thats been paid for. Its too much of a hassle to drive back so its always a loss. Heads up for others, drive a bit further to another location. This time while waiting a bit longer for my order via drive-thru since it wasn't ready, they forgot my chicken sandwich and all sauces added for my family meal. Otherwise, employees are polite but cant seem to get orders right about 100% of the time for me.

Cannot get an order right if their life depended on it. Ordered from them 3 times over the course of 2 weeks, all 3 times items were missing or incorrect from the order. - First time I ordered 12 pc BONELESS wings and received all bone-in wings. - Second time I received no dipping sauces with my wings. - Third time half of my 12pc boneless wings were missing and no dipping sauces included. This is basic stuff for a fast-food service, and considering the same issue has happened multiple times over the course of several weeks just goes to show how little care is put into making sure the orders are fulfilled. There needs to be some serious re-training at this location.

I recently ordered chicken tenders from this Popeyes location and was really disappointed with my experience. The tenders I received were noticeably undercooked, pink in the middle and not safe to eat. Not only was this unappetizing, but it raised a serious food safety concern. I’ve always enjoyed Popeyes in the past, but serving chicken that isn’t fully cooked is unacceptable and potentially dangerous. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better quality control so customers don’t encounter the same issue in the future.

This place is slow. I got stuck behind a young lady in the drive thru & it took me over 25 minutes to get my order today. I ordered online specifically to prevent this. I’ve seeing all the reviews now. Last time I come here. Hope you guys can get better help.

If I could give zero stars I would. Tried this location again after each and every order I have gotten there has been messed up. Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes while they serviced the four cars ahead of me. Ordered which took some slow words as he could not understand English very well. Friendly enough. Didn't check my bag. Got home and instead of my red beans and rice I got mashed potatoes. YOU HAVE ONE JOB! ONE! Read the order on the screen. Make it. Bag it. Serve it. ONE JOB! I'll NEVER BE BACK TO THIS EXCUSE OF A POPEYES EVER AGAIN. It is no longer worth the money. And, as noted, there is a recent effort to pad the reviews here. Yelp has a 1.3.

I’m honestly so frustrated with my experience. I pull up to the drive through and wait awhile but that’s fine maybe they’re busy I don’t mind it. Finally I’m able to get their attention and they take my order. Though weirdly enough I keep having to clarify I want the spicy chicken sandwich meal. Yes spicy. No bacon or cheese. Just the spicy sandwich meal. I want mashed potatoes and Dr Pepper. I almost ordered online and saw the total would be $10.16 with tax but when I get to the window she tells me $11.13 I don’t really think nothing of it. Then she goes to give me a drink and it’s sprite not Dr Pepper. She gives me my sandwich and it has bacon and cheese on it. The upcharge makes sense now. I get both items corrected and then nicely ask for the change in price Im owed. This manager like figure steps in and tries to pretend what she charged me was cheaper but it’s not. Then she folds to say it’s a 54cent difference. I say that’s fine I’ll take the change. Yet she only ends up giving me 50 cents back. Later when I get to my eating place I realized it’s actually a 97cent difference. So I was ripped off my time, patience. And 47cents. I don’t get how a whole staff of workers can be so incompetent. I was honestly willing to let all of it slide but being questioned for wanting my money back after they wrongly charged me was insane to me.

Slow, zero attentiveness from anyone behind the counter, they look at you and don’t even come to take your order all while on FaceTime with their friends during working hours. I literally stood at the register for over five minutes just waiting and the lady would just look at me, then go back to her phone. When I finally got my order, it was awful. The oil definitely hasn’t been changed in at least a week or they’re ordering some really terrible product. Lids for the cups had mold on them and when I had to ask for a straw, they acted like it was such a chore. Inside is dirty, food everywhere, seems like nobody cares enough to even sweep the floors, it’s just gross. This is crazy and no business should be ran like this, I can see why this place has horrible reviews. I do a lot of work in this area and I will definitely not be back here.

Went in order try to sit down to eat was so nasty I left not even one clean spot in there I ask manager can she clean a table to sit down she said not at moment they wher getting a inspection in a few hours so she trying to fix the back not the front smh . Wow definitly shouldn’t pass any inspection pure trashy as you step in someone need to report this location and lady actually thought that was a good excuse. Popeyes y’all need to do a whole lot better what a embarrassment shame I start going to KFC up street bad manager employees ok but very disappointed to be new location shut this down asap it was 2pm the manager definitely need to be let go asap.not to mention phones all on the counter where they serve the tray of fresh chicken rite on tray where they put under the meat being served

I went there an hour ago to pick up my order, but I ended up throwing everything away. The chicken was undercooked, and it completely ruined my experience. I’ll never return to this location, and it’s left a terrible impression of Popeyes for me. This branch has really tarnished the brand’s reputation.
