All the 5 reviews obviously speak for themselves! Everything was perfectly tender and had amazing flavour!! Brisket was tender with great flavor that you didn't need the bbq sauce. Pork ribs was so tender that came off the bone with no problem. Turkey moist and seasoned well. Sausage - absolutely delicious and amazing flavour. Beans and elote were also great. Service was top notch they were very friendly and very helpful.

I first tried BBQ Fiends while filming for The Daytripper. It was delicious! Next, I ordered from them for a family get together. Sebastien was so helpful, kind, and responsive. The food was ready on time. When I served it, everyone loved it! Favorites were the brisket, both sausages, the beans, the tortillas, really all of it! Absolutely worth a try and return visit! They knock it out of the park!

I visited on 9/7/2024 and I think I tried everything on the menu for the day save the banana pudding because it’s an hour drive and I want it cold. Ribs: Outstanding. A+ flavor, A texture Turkey: Phenomenal. Flavor goes beyond just salt and pepper and has some depth to it. Brisket: Absolute show stopper. Perfect on the bend test, perfectly balanced flavor between rub and smoke, extremely juicy, fork tender but does not fall apart until your teeth sink through. Sausage: Jalapeno Cheddar is fantastic. Jalapeno flavor indicates fresh not pickled and both flavors come through individually but transition between one another rather than just tasting like sausage grease. Chorizo - Cheddar: could be wrong on the cheese, but absolutely revolutionary. Flavor combination works beautifully and is unlike anything I’ve had from a BBQ joint. Sides time: Street Corn: Corn messes with my stomach so I admittedly don’t care for it, but this had amazing flavor. Chili: incredible. Definitely a must try. Don’t judge them for the sour cream, it works here. Will definitely go back for a Frito pie. Brisket, chili, a little sweetness and acidity from the tomatoes. Spanish Rice: THE BEST RICE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I am typically aggressively indifferent to rice. It has its place and its purpose and that’s about it. This is not that. This is an explosion of flavor that is addicting. It is what you would expect from the best Mexican restaurants in the state. If a single dish could earn a Michelin Star, this would. I typically consider rice a waste of space, but I want more of this in my life. Potato Salad: Turning a loaded baked potato into potato salad was genius, and I really enjoyed it. Incredibly unique. Specialty: The brisket Cheeseburger. Ordered plain and dry for my 7 year old. He could not wait the hour drive home and broke into it in the car. Definitely a two fister, with a hefty brisket patty. The flavor is unreal. Burger: Top 5 all time, with no exceptions. If this is the last meal I ever eat, I am okay with that. Big sads: Charro Beans were not available today. I am feverishly excited to try them. The Churro cheesecake was also unavailable but the pictures look incredible. Final note: The food looks exactly like it does in the pictures on the site. No heavy editing needed. It’s amazing.

Truly amazing food, I order the Fix and all were good and the owner was awesome. I'll be back again and again. The Brisket is great flavor is out of this world. The new cheesecake...OMG!!! Great work on that.

Definitely a must try spot in Hutto, TX!! We tried a bit of everything and happened to go on a night they ran a rotating special! The beef ribs and brisket elote cup was an insanely good combo! Will be back again forsure

Top notch food and service! Bought some BBQ for Labor Day and again today for the UT game at home. Everything was tasty and well prepared. The brisket was moist, had a good smoke ring, and was seasoned with a good rub for the bark. The ribs were great and flavorful and the turkey was moist and smoked to perfection. I’ll keep being a return customer! Thanks for all the good food and hard work!

Stopped at the Spirit of Texas Distillery on our way to San Antonio. Enjoyed some whiskey and paired it with some ribs and potato salad, both of which were excellent! Truly some of the best ribs I've ever had. And I'm assuming the pickles were homemade as well, as they didn't taste like any pre-made sliced pickles I've ever had.

The BBQ was delicious. I ordered the 2 meat plate and 2 sides. The loaded potato salad and street corn was good! The brisket was so moist and delicious! Definitely will have to make a trip back soon

I will definitely be back to this truck. The turkey was some of the best I've had and every side was awesome. The only miss was on the brisket, despite the turkey being super moist, the brisket was a bit dry. It was the afternoon so maybe I'm just late, but would like to see it be closer to the turkey. No line and prices that match everyone else, seems like a good hidden spot.

Our family went to try out this food truck and it was delicious! We got loaded fries which I now crave weekly. The pulled pork and all the toppings were paired perfectly! The bbq plate we got included brisket and sausage which was also delicious! Sides we also good, but I will definitely be ordering more loaded fries in the future

This place is the Real Deal! The Brisket, Ribs, & chori-queso are phenomenal! But do not sleep on the Turkey! It was top tier & the juiciest smoked turkey I've ever had! All around, it was a great experience.

This place is great! If your looking for good food, great atmosphere and friendly service, this is a must try. BBQ was so good. Brisket was perfectly cooked and moist. Ribs were sweet & delicious. This Hidden jem, perfect for game day. Large bar with TV'S Looks like it's also pet friendly.

Overwhelmingly great. Some BBQ trucks can be hit or miss, or just straight average. This is not close to the case with BBQ Fiends. We've eaten here multiple times and I can confidently tell you that everything they serve is amazing. The BBQ by itself is fantastic, but what's even more impressive are the sides. Each one is great. The Elote Cup was phenomenal. Ribs amazing. Potato Salad fantastic. Sebastian and Quintin are doing a great job. My only recommendation is to get here early because they sell out really early. Absolutely recommended.

Hands down the best BBQ I've had. The brisket, ribs and sausage beat everything I've had from Dallas, Ft Worth, Longview, Austin, Lockhart and Luling. Their fully loaded potato salad and street corn sides are too notch. You will not be disappointed.

A hidden gem of a spot in Hutto. Outstanding brisket and sausage (both versions of the sausage are excellent), the burger was nice, the street corn and potato salad were notable, and the desserts were good. The best barbecue in this area by a lot. The staff were friendly.

My father asked me tonight if I wanted a brisket smash burger from a food truck at a local distillery here in Pflugerville. I said, “hey, why not!”, not knowing that when he came home with my smash burger, I was about to eat the best burger I’ve ever had in my entire 25 years of living. I’m not joking you guys. The smash burger I had from this place was nothing short of life changing, and I’ve tried a lot of burgers. The beef was seasoned incredibly well. It is such a pet peeve of mine to have an under seasoned flavorless burger. This burger is not that. It also comes with this amazing sauce and a buttery bun. Everything tasted perfect with the crispy edges of the beef patties! Let this review be your sign to order from this place!! Get. The. Smash. Burger. Kudos!
