Mamma Mia Crepes and Desserts

If you love yummy crepes this is the spot! I ordered a hot chocolate and a crepe that had fresh fruit and creme. It was cooked to order and delicious! I really liked the hot chocolate too.

IT WAS THE BEST CUP OF HOT CHOCOLATE I'VE EVER HAD!!! My son and I stopped in today to get some hot chocolate. I was wondering why it's was taking longer then other places I've been to. It took maybe 2-3 minutes to get my drink. But it's because she was making the hot chocolate with the same steps and care as if it were a latte!

Holy moly these crepes are huge and delicious. I decided to get a savory and sweet oneu7 and wow were they big! So many items to choose from on the menu. Plus on the Lilly Rock sweet crepe; they did this thing where they put the finishing touches on it by scraping chocolate. So good and the workers are super friendly.

This place is amazing! Friendly awesome service as well!!! Chicken pesto crepe taste great! Also the Bigfoot breakfast waffle sandwich is out of this world. Aka the Idyllbeast breakfast. It's so elusive its not even on the menu 😉 By request only. It's the breakfast crepe but with a waffle instead. Will be back again. Thanks guys!

We ordered pancakes with ham and cheese, as well as pancakes with Nutella and fruit, and also black tea — everything was tasty. The strawberries were not very fresh, but overall it was still enjoyable. I especially liked the Hazelnut Coffee Latte. We paid $44 for everything

Lilly rock crepe was big enough for two and was filled with banan strawberry and frero. The coconut mocha has coconut shavings which added a great touch. The place is definitely understaffed which takes a bit of time but one can see both the barristas are working hard.

My husband and I had a lovely breakfast on the balcony with an amazing view of the town center. We shared gluten free crepes: a savory breakfast crepe and sweet wild berry cheesecake crepe. They both were delicious and totally hit the spot. This place was such a great find and just happened to be on the second floor right above the crystal shop I wanted to visit as well. Bonus!

Even though they were really busy, the service was friendly and prompt as could be. I'd be happy to come back here and recommend you stop in if you're in town.

Delicious crepes! A perfect addition to the culinary offerings in Idyllwild. The Bubble Waffle had a wonderful texture and flavor. The chicken pesto crepe could've used slightly less pesto and the caprese crepe could've used more balsamic, but overall it was a fantastic meal. We'll definitely be back for more.

Went recently for the first time. The food was just ok. Not a lot for what you pay. The uniqueness is that they use a crepe or waffle instead of bread. Sandwiches were lacking in ingredients. Could add a bit more of the ingredients to justify the cost. Coffee drinks were good. The wait was a bit long even not too busy.

As an introvert I think this says a lot because I work as a cashier and my customer and line of work can be a bit draining on me emotionally at times, I would like to say that there's not really any interaction with a waiter, waitress, or worker there. It was a bit awkward. You go up to the tablet order it online by yourself and pay, take a seat, eat your food and leave your dishes on the table for the worker to pick up. There's not really any talking to anyone at all, which if that's for you awesome! But even me as an introvert, I thought there would be at least someone to talk to, to order from as most restraunts and places have. Anyways, other than that 10/10!!

Food is good if they have what you want but it is not cheap. They were out of chicken today. Also make sure you are standing in the shop because if you are waiting outside then he will make the food for other customers first even if they came after you and you are sitting outside as told. Also Yesterday they said open but door was locked.

Very disappointing. There was only one table sitting when walked in. We ordered, 2 crepes and 2 coffees. The 3 workers were talking to each other, after a 20 minute wait (1 crepe was done at the time to the other table) , I ask about our crepes and told it will be another 10 minutes. The coffee was not good either.

These were some of the worst crepes I've eaten. The savory crepes were THICK and didn't have the texture of crepes at all. The fillings were bland and not tasty. The sweet crepe was thin but extremely chewy and the strawberries in it felt squishy and old and had that rotting smell/taste. Would not recommend, was super disappointed.

Think they were short staffed..food took 25 minutes. No excuse, though, for the oxidized avocado, decomposing spinach, and the filthy fork. The crepe itself was good. Would not go again.

Mamma Mia reminds me why you should always keep your expectations low when eating out in the Mountains. The savory crepe was... sweet... And it wasn't a mistake. That was their take on a savory crepe. They had literally put a couple of spinach leaves into a sweet crepe, with some overly sweet balsamic on top. How this place has a rating over 4 is beyond my understanding. The atmosphere inside reminds me of a 3rd world restaurant. Hot, humid. The tables are sticky. The only upside was the incredibly sweet staff. A couple of young girls that did their best to keep the guests happy. This review is not a reflection of their effort, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars.

Was there on a somewhat busy day, had just snowed so a lot of people were visiting the area, spent about 25 minutes in line to order and about another 20 to get our food. I had a hot chocolate and the wild berry cheesecake crepe. Hot chocolate was good very creamy but the crepe was undercooked and very thick, almost seemed like a pancake than a crepe. It Had a lot of fruit, but still was not worth the money.

We waiting about 20 minutes for three coffees (all the same flavor) and not because the coffee took long to make but because the staff was chatting. I worked in restaurant customer service for years (so I get chatting with coworkers is fun) but I watched all three staff members talk more about their dating history than make coffee lol Overall I don’t think I’ll be back, cute place but not worth the wait. Go to the shop down the street! :) It’s better.

The really upsetting part about our experience was that they were out of everything and made no effort to help with substitutes or other options that they did have. We were the only customers there. The employee decided to take a break instead of working on the order and never communicated it. They just chilled out and said nothing. Again we were the only people there. It was a to go order and it took 30 mins to get our food. Just super bummed about the experience.

I went in to order some coffee, as i haven't been there in months because my favorite barista had left for something bigger and better, i asked for a large iced mocha, a small blended caramel and a small blended Caramel decaf, the girl was rude wasn't listening, had my order wrong, didn’t put the large mocha on there, Unfortunately i got frustrated and told them never mind i’ll go to alpaca. Its so unfortunate because that was my favorite coffee shop on the hill. But guess deep down inside i knew better. Wont be going back, due to the attitude the girl had and the incompetence of the barista.

I’ve tried calling several times to remedy this but there’s no answer. I came here to eat breakfast and ordered the chicken pesto. And it was the worst decision I’ve made. Eating it, I didn’t see anything wrong with it. The taste was great. However, it gave me food poisoning! 3 hours later, I was puking on the side of the road. Their crepe was the only thing I ate that morning/ afternoon. It’s now the next day and my stomach is HURTING. I still feel nauseous. To the business owners, PLEASE look into this. Serving expired or undercooked food is a major health risk.

I've been to this restaurant many times and have enjoyed the food. Today, I was turned away with my service dog, and was told by the person helping me that she "doesn't want dogs in the restaurant" and that she "doesn't care that my dog is a service dog and allowed in." It is literally against the law to refuse to allow me in with my dog. I won't be going here again, and I ask that others who read this choose not to go here.

Don’t even consider this place. Huge wait with like 5 orders ahead and terrible quality. Save your money.

Visited this establishment with my family of 5 on August 7, 1:30pm, and ended up leaving without being able to place our order because the employee at the counter was so horribly rude. It was unreal. I have no idea why she didn't like us. We waited at the counter to order while she stood there staring at us. She didn't greet us, smile, ask to help... just stood there silently, scowling at us. I started to try to place my order, but before I could speak she very nastily told me that they don't have any waffles or breakfast. I confirmed they have crepes and she rolled her eyes at me, like a toddler that hasn't had her nap. My 9 year old daughter asked for the key to the restroom and was told it's for customers only. We were literally standing at the counter, placing our order. My daughter said that we are customers, and then the very rude girl told her that she can't find the key. Clearly, she just didn't want to let her use the restroom and didn't want us to order. We have 3 very well-behaved kids, so I have no idea what the animosity was about. They were not bouncing off the walls or being crazy like I've seen with some families. The ruse girl's behavior was truly was out of nowhere and unexplainable. I asked if I could get in contact with an owner, and see told me to just write a review. Unfortunately, this leads me to believe that she is very confident that there will be no consequences for her bad behavior. The behavior was so egregious that the owner MUST be aware. Two days ago, another reviewer apparently had the exact same experience.

We have never been here before. When we walked in, we asked if we could sit down. A guy told us to stay there...pointing. We stood there for approx. 5 min. Then when he came back, we asked if we order here (at the cash register) He said I already told you that. [No he didn't] He then left the register again. We felt not welcome ...and the guy seemed annoyed making the atmosphere feel tense. We left then. There wasn't even a greeting.

It’s crazy that they aren’t open at 930 am on Saturday. Plus I walked around for 10 mins looking for this place and had to ask a shop owner next door where it was. No signs. I wouldn’t be so irritated if it didn’t say they were open.
