We had the absolute best experience! Melinda was so great and was always checking in on us. Jackson, Walter and elese was amazing too and was so kind throughout our evening. The food and drinks were delicious and great pricing. We will be back!

Beautiful interior 🥰⚡️✨ - Hibiscus cosmopolitan 🌺🍸✨ and Rosemary Smoked Old Fashioned 🥃💨✨ - Warm delicious table bread 🥖✨ and an appetizer of pork belly with the most AMAZING DELICIOUS tomato salsa 🍅🤩✨ - Macaroni and cheese 🧀✨, crab fried rice 🦀✨, loaded baked potato 🥔🧀🥓✨, crab stuffed shrimp 🍤✨, and a 12 ounce filet mignon for us to split 🥩✨ - The most HUMONGOUS piece of carrot cake EVER for dessert 🥕🍰✨!!!!! The carrot cake was so warm, moist, and with delicious icing 😍✨❤️ - Fabulous cocktails including a French 75 martini 🍋🍸✨ and a mezcal Old Fashioned 🥃✨ - A dirty martini with extra blue cheese olives 🫒🍸✨ and A5 Wagyu Old Fashioned 🥩🥃✨ - Cheers 🥂🍾✨!!!!!

Our server, Dixie, was amazing, attentive, accommodating and friendly. I had the filet with blue cheese and bacon. The filet was prepared perfectly. The bacon could have been an entire appetizer, and the blue cheese was flavorful.

Had dinner here tonight for Valentines. The food did take a total of 3 hours to get to us, however one of the broilers had burst into flames. That being said management took care of our meal and treated us correctly. They did not have to do that and wanted to preserve the reputation of their restaurant. The food was excellent. Our waitress also did a solid job.

We had a lovely time for our 17 year anniversary. Our server Henry was fantastic. He treated us so well and explained the great food pairings. Great service without hovering. We both went with the absolutely delicious filet mignon Oscar style. Thanks for treating us so well!!

I was in town for a while and wanted a great meal... I placed an online order for Sullivan's Rack of Lamb (med-well), Asparagus, Salad, and Key Lime Pie to go because I didn't have proper attire with me. My order was ready when I arrived. I checked my bag when I returned to my vehicle and items were missing. The lady at the front desk did not give me the entire order. Went back inside, showed the receipt, she retrieved the remaining items. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! The lamb was more red than I would have wanted but it was still great. The Asparagus was covered with garlic and parmesan - amazingly good. The salad was great. I didn't care for the sauce that came with the pie but the Key Lime pie was delicious as well. Great meal!

A friend gave me two gift certificates to Sullivan’s Steakhouse—and I’m sure grateful. Sullivan’s offers an elegant fine dining experience, complete with low lighting, live music, and all the attention to detail you’d want for a special night out. The menu features excellent options—steaks, seafood, pastas—all beautifully prepared. In classic steakhouse fashion, you order your entrée and share sides. Everything we had was cooked to perfection. The staff struck the perfect balance: friendly and attentive, without hovering. Sullivan’s is an excellent choice when you’re looking to make the evening memorable.

Very busy during valentines day. Atmosphere was nice, cocktail was nice. And bread was absolutely amazing. Food that was ordered was two filet migons (1-6oz, 1-12oz), one lobster tail, lobster mac and cheese, and garlic mashed potatoes. Overall, not worth it even a little bit. My filet migon came out room temperature (very disappointing after getting our food over an hour after order was put in). The whole top half of the lobster mac and cheese was very hard. After mixing it, the pasta became a little more soft but for $25 it was not worth it. The mashed potatoes were "chunky" but not on purpose as half the dish was under cooked. Im talking, the potatoes were so hard that i couldnt mash them with my fork. They originally brought my wife out a different steak than she ordered, but they quickly replaced it and hers was nice and hot, but mine sat a maybe 2-3 minutes longer getting even colder as i wasnt going to begin eating without my wife. Overall for our total bill, after tip being almost $300 this place is totally not worth it. Theres a couple more steakhouses in the area or even worth driving downtown and paying ridiculous parking fees that are better than this place. You live and you learn I guess.

We had a party of 15 adults and 2 children in private dining area. Upon entering promptly there was warm welcome greeting. Directions on being served was clearly explained. What caused an overall low rating is the food and along with two of three employees who were servicing us. I don't care what position or time of day/night everyone should encounter positive vibes. You applied as an employee and fully aware of the assigned duties. Next incident 5 of us had to send entrees back as they were under cooked per our request and one brought out not even considered as room temperature. One person's entree had to be taken back twice. Upon having to take it back again the server took on an attitude. As a guest you must be satisified so you're able to enjoy the meal. Two out of the three side dishes lacked flavor especially the macaroni & cheese. All that could be tasted was the shell pasta and cracker or bread crumb topping. I will give credit the manager came into our private area to address the concerns best as he could in a friendly and professional manner. He understood we weren't seeking any free meals or discounts but just wanted our requests properly met. Would I return based on the manager and one particular server yes but definitely NOT THE FOOD. We were celebrating a special birthday and it was a disappointing overall experience!

I have been to Sullivan's multiple times with my wife, and usually have had great experiences. It has become a tradition for us to go to Sullivan's for Valentines day. This year, due to my wife and I having a new baby, I worked with the restaurant to be able to order carryout and bring it home for Valentines day so we could still celebrate. We ordered the gauntlet; appetizer, steaks, sides, and dessert. Our meal was $200 and upon opening up our meal when arriving home we found our dessert to not be included. We also ordered both of the $70 steaks at medium rare and found them both to be well done. The side of potatoes ordered were also undercooked and needed to be cooked in the microwave further to be edible. To say this was a disappointment is an understatement. You should expect when paying $200 for a carryout meal that all your ordered items to be included, and cooked to order. I attempted to contact Sullivan's by filling out a form online over a week ago, and forge leaving a review, but my online contact request has been ignored and no one has reached out to us.
