Ordered through uber eats- it was received 15 mn after placing the order. All items intact and food was hot! Ordered the chicken brisket sandwich- personally, I like a good balance between meat and sauce and this was perfect! Also strawberry shortcake and a cookie- both desserts were huge portions- we shared the shortcake and packed the cookies

Really good grilled chicken with a cool atmosphere! Didn't plan on getting corn when I entered... but it was better than a lot of the Mexican corn I've had, even staying in the oak cliff area. The sauce was a nice addition too. Twice baked potatoes were as to be expected. The corn surprised me!

I visit cowboy chicken often. I absolutely LOVE the chicken, it is so tender and cooked to perfection. The wings, sides, and jalapeño lemonade are also delicious. Great service every time and overall a nice experience. Definitely a MUST HAVE

In town for a couple of days great chicken rotisserie spot. I got the $10 special 2 pieces of dark chicken 2 sides and a drink this meal did not disappoint! The chicken was yummy and the Mexican corn and steamed broccoli were so tasty. Don't forget the cowboy sauce and the fantastic tasting jalapeño cucumber lemonaide you could taste all the ingredients with just the right amount of kick. I highly recommend that you check out thus spot.

Rotisserie chicken ..! served several ..you can buy a whole chicken or you can get a half of chicken and some side dishes but anyway you cut it. Im leaning more towards a 3.5 then a 4 but since thats not an option I rounded up. Placing my order was easy, the gentleman at the counter was friendly, and my food came out fast. The rotisserie chicken that they are known for was dry but the mac and cheese was awesome. The manager walked right past me to clean a table but didnt say hi or how was it.

first time here, they have wood flame rotisserie chicken and it was good. they have many different combos, quarter, half or entire chicken and many sides. Good variety of lemonades, tried the lemon with spicy jalapeno and it has a little kick. Everything was awesome, but I'll give it 4 stars for the price. combo of 2 pieces with 2 sides and drink $15 with tax. Good food though.

Great rotisserie chicken and better sides . Chicken has always been juicy and succulent. This is my family’s go-to place for rotisserie chicken. We have dined in & ordered delivery multiple times. We typically order the full chicken with Mexican corn and sweet potato. Texas size Mexican corn is the best side to the chicken

I tried this place for the first time today with a friend and I have a mixed review. I ordered the 5 crispy legs and fries and the fries were great, but 1 out of the 5 chicken legs looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours while the other 4 were okay. I ended up tossing that one. I went with the Nashville Hot seasoning and read on another review that it was not hot, but I did not image that it would have 0 heat. The cucumber jalapeno lemonade had more heat than the legs. My friend ordered a meal that had a sweet potato and the first one she received also looked like it was sitting under a heat lamp for hours so she returned it. The second one was fine, but her roll ended up being hard and cold. She enjoyed the rest of her food, so there was some hits(rotisserie chicken). The customer service was great and we even had someone offer to clear our table as soon as we were done eating, but they REALLY need someone good in charge of quality control of the food that goes out to the customer. I would say they wasn't anything impressionable enough for me to return.

I stopped by for a late lunch in between meetings and was pretty hungry because I didn't have any breakfast. Hangry, perhaps. The Stampede Crossing shopping center has several things to choose from. I went to Cowboy Chicken because the smell of the wood fire grill pulled me in. I like that they tried to go for some aesthetic components in the decor. I'll give them some kudos for that. Rustic vibes. It is casual dining and is set up to order your meal, take a number and be seated. The server was friendly enough and I was seen quickly to order. I tried the brisket combo and had twice baked potatoes and Mexican street corn as my side. The chicken was very moist and flavorful, I wasn't as much of a fan of the brisket. It had a very stringy watered down taste without a lot of flavor and bits of fat that wasn't great. The potatoes and corn were both really nice, I would definitely order them again. The restaurant wasn't too clean, waiting for the restroom there were bags of trash in the hallway and the bathroom definitely needed some attention and some toilet paper. The floors throughout the restaurant were pretty dirty and needed a good sweeping. For quick service I would definitely be back for the chicken but probably for a takeout from this location.

I have no words! We recently moved to Cypress Waters from Austin and I have to say this isn’t far one of my worst experiences here! We ordered the Family Platter and we were so disappointed. We received our meal from the Door Dash in pretty great time I have to say. Where do we begin, the chicken was super dry and there was no flavor. It is never a good sign when you have to drink water after the first bite of the chicken. The sides we ordered were Mexican Corn, Sweet Potatoesand Ranch Beans. Not super impressed with sides, the corn seemed a bit burnt and Al’s no flavor. Please don’t call this a Mexican corn and not use the ingredients that make up this sir. The Sweet Potatoes were bearable as soon as you dress them up with the butter and cinnamon sugar that they provided. Ranch Beans were not great either and did not really enjoy them. The rolls were soft and pretty good. Let’s move into the dessert we ordered. Peach Cobbler and Banana pudding….. the peach cobbler was super doughy almost like it was not cooked all the way. The banana pudding was just average. They used different types of wafers that I did not recognize. It’s safe to say, that Cowboy Chicken will be added to our one and done list. Shame as I had high hopes for this meal.
