I like pizza patron, me and my family have always been getting our pizza from here. The food is always consistent and very yummy as any pizza would be. I will say, I did use their app one time to order myself an individual size pizza for lunch and I think the app has a glitch because when I got there, my pizza did not have cheese or green peppers. I didn't think to add them on my online order since I was just adding extra toppings, so I shouldn't have to include toppings that are already included in the pizza name. As for the cheese, I made sure to press normal cheese amount, and I did see it in the toppings section but I didn't want extra cheese, so I didn't select it. Surprise, the pizza came with no cheese. They did offer to remake it but since I was on lunch and didn't have time for it to be remade, I just took it that way. I will say, it was still delicious. I will say, it was not their fault. They showed me the ticket that printed on their side with my name and it said NO CHEESE NO GREEN PEPPERS, so it was some problem with their system that accepts online orders and prints them. I know I didn't select those options. Just be careful with the app, and maybe try to call the store to make sure they received it properly 😀

Alright, so Pizza Patron, right? Ordered at 4:19 PM. Phone call at 4:27 PM to double-check my pizza customization. Nice! Arrived around 4:40 PM, a smidge after the 4:38 PM estimate, which, let's be real, is basically on time. Now, here's where the fun starts. Waited an extra 10 minutes. No biggie, everyone else got their food and left. Then, the chicken wings. I'm a self-proclaimed chicken connoisseur kinda...no, I am forreal. (Hate me if you like.) This led me to ask: "How many times you cook these bone-in wings?" "Three times," is their response THREE!?!? My brain just short-circuited. Can't be! Three times, and not a single piece of burnt or even extra crispy chicken? I mean, the skin was practically doing the wave. Those "three cooks" must have been at a "gentle simmer" temperature. It was hilarious. I think they thought they were slick. Now I'm stuck with "triple-cooked" wings that need a rescue mission in my air fryer. Lesson learned: boneless forever! Seriously though, I've always had good experiences here. They just forgot about my wings, plain and simple. Just be straight up next time, folks! A little honesty goes a long way. Ain't no way those chicken wings went though an oven 3 times and the skin is still moving like that. That is all.

Response: thank you for responding, I always appreciate when a business responds. I'll try your corn dough next time, it might just be what it needs. Mainly it was the dough I was not happy with. They should think about using parbaked dough, or making the crust thicker. Not one of my favorite pizZa places. The crust is too thin that makes the pizza salty, greasy, and uncooked. Thin crust pizzas are pre baked, that's why they get crunchy and don't taste raw. The price is also very high. At $12 for a pepperoni, then it's something I didn't even feel finishing. The bread is not bad at all, that dough is actually thick giving it a balance.

I been going to pizza patron for about 13 years they make great pizza , I been going to this particular store for about a year never really had any problems Intil Today 2-25-2026 when they gave me my pizza it was semi cold , usually when I get a pizza from them it’s piping hot ,I thought I was my imagination so I took the pizza my jobs 3 mins around the Conner from them I opened the box the pizza looked old when I bite it was could I have a usual routine with these guys the pizza usually stay very hot so I decided to contact the store and ask for the Manager she answered Her name was Raquel I asked to exchange The cold pizza for a hot fresh pizza she was very Rude, and accusing, I didn’t ask for my money back just an exchange, she admitted to seing me come thru there all the time , but instead of just a simple pizza exchange she wanted to be rude and argue the fact like I was trying to still something this made me feel very discriminated against So I’m giving you customers that buy there make sure you report her if she gives you this type of customer service as I’m going todo she needs retraining in customer service, skills not discriminate people check you pizza good before you leave this store please don’t make the same mistake I did , will never go there again God Bless

Called to order a pizza and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When husband when to pick it up they had already locked the door they just signaled to him that it was closed. Did not open the door, my husband tried calling them and they did not answer the phone when they saw him calling. When he got home I called and they said they closed at 10:15 due to covid, very upset I mentioned I called to order and was told 15 minutes no one mentioned they were closing early. The lady on the phone said they had no order put in and that it was already too late and . This was super disappointing since we love Pizza Patron but will not be returning to this location

Was served rushed barely cooked cold pizza. Disgusting, not coming back or recommending .

The dough on the XL pizza we got here was raw. If you get a pizza here remove some toppings and check it before eating it. They're not nice about giving you a refund either.
