One of my favorite starbucks to go to. Friendly staff. When i used to go every day they would have my drink known by heart and asked of i wanted my usual and prepared it . cut my order time and wait time dramatically . this particular store if ever is a problem they fix it :) Rare to have a mix up but we are all human

I’ve been coming to the Irwindale Starbucks for over 10 years, and it has truly become more than just a coffee stop for me—it feels like home. The reason is simple: the people who work here. Recently, Anissa reminded me why I’ve stayed so loyal to this store. When she asked what I wanted to order, I told her to “surprise me.” She went above and beyond, creating a drink so good it instantly became my favorite. It wasn’t just the coffee—it was the thoughtfulness and genuine care she put into that moment that made it unforgettable. Anissa’s warmth, creativity, and kindness shine through in everything she does, and the rest of the team reflects that same energy. They’re always friendly, welcoming, and uplifting. No matter what kind of day I’m having, walking into this Starbucks instantly makes it better. Thank you, Anissa, and thank you to the entire Irwindale Starbucks team, for making every visit special. Gabby, the cashier there gave me a lot of attitude and being rude over the usage of the restroom. Very disrespectful doesn’t know how to talk to people not friendly at all. I thought Starbuck is welcoming to all community. I explained to her that I work for Uber eats do business with Starbucks and I also am a customer of Starbucks, but that didn’t matter and I didn’t even end up using the restroom. Take your business somewhere else

Staff is attentive, store is mostly clean. Service gets a little slow when they're busy, but with mobile ordering what it is, that's everywhere. Overall a standard Starbucks experience. Only downside is the parking. It can be tough to get in and out if the drive through is backed up.

Been coming to this location for years. There are about 4 other locations I can choose from but this one is my favorite. Whenever we get Meza... I hope I spelled her name right, she's always amazing and friendly.

I have been to many many Starbucks this is the one I've been to the most I'm sure I have help keep it in business they have never to my knowledge or remembrance messed up my drink they have accidentally made the wrong drink and giving it to us for free we go there quite often they're very friendly sometimes it can be a long line because it's in an industrial area. But it goes pretty quickly they do run out of some stuff quickly Monday through Friday because of all the businesses around there. But that will continue to be the Starbucks that I go to most often which is at least 2 to 3 times a week.

The Starbucks is located off of Arrow Highway.. there were plenty of people waiting in line for the drive-through however it was pretty empty inside which I appreciated. It was clean, they were quick and they have a patio to sit outside to enjoy your drink

Normally this location is amazing. Today was an off day. They messed up by giving me the wrong egg bites. I ordered Egg White & Red Pepper (my absolute FAVE at Starbucks), they gave me Ham, Cheddar & Pepper egg bites. Boo! Still will go to this location as they are usually on point, but sad today for the error. Still, they got 4 of the 5 items right in my order. <First World Problems.> They have a REALLY busy drive thru, so prepare yourself accordingly. I ordered my 5 items via app while 6 cars deep from the kiosk. Oh well. The world did not end. Lol.
