The food was absolutely amazing. The shirmp dumpling were exquisite, fresh flavorful and perfectly cooked. The curry was one of the best i’ve had; its spice level and rich, authentic indian flavor were fantastic! Truly a wonderful dining experience.

The food is very fresh and flavorful. We tried spring rolls, pad thai, sushi and a salad. My wife found the salad too spicy for her, so be warned. However, all the food was well prepared and really nice. Additionally, they had a violinist who added a nice touch! La comida es muy fresca y sabrosa. Went twice during our week in Isla. First time, I had Tikin Xic and it was not my favorite. The flavor was not bad, but it was not like other Tikin Xic I have had. The second time we went, I got the Pad Thai which did not disappoint. In our group, others really enjoyed the sushi, filet mignon, and stick ribs appetizer. Service was a bit slow on our second trip as the restaurant got very busy all of a sudden.

Tastiest food we’ve had on the island so far! The espresso martinis are SO good highly recommend. We got the rice paper spring rolls, steam shrimp dumplings, veggie fried rice, one veggie roll , and the maya roll (both rolls were solid 9.5/10)

Though Asian cuisine wasn't on my mind when traveling to Mexico, I couldn't pass this place up based on several recommendations. Things started off a bit poor with a questionable drink which tasted like there wasn't any alcohol. The bartender quickly fixed the problem bringing over a very full shot and all the mixes so it could be remade in front of us. Needless to say, he went above and beyond. The food was amazing, my wife had Pad Tai which was some of the best I have every had. I went with the filet, again not typical at an Asian restaurant in Mexico, however it was excellent. Being very picky, it could have been more rare, but it was still fantastic and a great value. The coconut cheese cake to top off the meal was also excellent. We will likely be back during this trip and most definitely will be back in the future. Highly recommend stopping by.

Glad we found this place! The person on the street that we talked to initially was not pushy to get us in. The staff had great recommendations, spoke English & the food came out quickly. The fish was fresh and had such great flavors! Enjoyed the atmosphere and street entertainment while we sat there and ate. If you enjoy great sushi, then I highly recommend trying this place!

We ordered the seafood tostidos trio, beef with broccoli and Thai green curry. Every dish was delicious. The broccoli with beef was absolutely delicious. The best meal my partner had on this island (we wanted a break from Mexican food). The waiter was attentive and friendly. We were there on a Tuesday night and there was a man playing live music on his violin. He was just incredible; this made the ambiance more special. We will definitely be back.

Very impressed with the menu and food here. We got the chicken satay and egg roll apps, both very delicious. My husband got a noodle dish while I had the green curry. It was definitely way too much food, but we just wanted to try everything!! We took our leftovers to our hotel, and ate them cold the next day… still delicious! On top of that, the cocktails were very decent. It is difficult to find good cocktails in Mexico. While they weren’t perfect, they were some of the best we’ve found so far. Manhattan and old fashioned both passed our test.

As much as I like partaking in local cuisine, it’s always fun to try international cuisine abroad Every country has a different take on Asian or Indian for instance. Asia Caribe is another fun example of this. The pecan crusted salmon was a big rich cut of fish with a delicious preparation. The noodle dish was full of flavor. And there are Mexico inspired dishes we never had the chance to try. Highly recommend.

Wait staff - great. Though it wasn't crowded when we came. Food came out quickly Mai Tai - very refreshing. A bit sweet, would not want any sweeter. Thai iced tea - well made. Not sweet. Salmon Nigri - good. Rice good. Salmon cone - good. But it gets a bit messy to eat. Yellow curry - savory. Not too spicy not too sweet. Not too pungent. The rolls were good overall. The salsa ponzu I prefer better than soy sauce. Tampico roll - best Dragon roll - good. Special salmon roll - my favorite I think.

A couple we met on the ferry recommended this place so we had to check it out. Very good decision! They have open-air dining right on Hidalgo which makes for great ambience and people watching. The food? Yup, it was fantastic! We tried the dumplings, the pad Thai, and the sesame salmon, all were excellent. The service was great, will definitely return on our next trip to Isla!

We had dinner at Asía Caribe last night and everything was so delicious. We had several sushi rolls and then shared a sweet and sour chicken and fried rice. Our daughter loved the dragon roll and the fried ice cream was amazing. The berry sauce was delicious. We’ll definitely be back.

Asia Caribe, Es uno de los restaurantes que mas visito, amo su tostada de Atún al Natural, su Pad Thai y el Mayan Roll. La atención es siempre muy gentil, muy atentos. Es un excelente lugar, muy tranquilo. Puedo recomendarlo!!!

The food that we ordered were decently good. We didn't compared it to our Asian restuarants in Vancouver,BC but after having tacos and pollo almost everyday the last 8 days, we couldnt wait to try something else. Tasty though and prices are $$.

Came upon just wanting oriental food after several days of Mexican from xcaret so was good change. The white couple owners tries but kinda miss the mark but good enough for the price. Should of tried the grouper the boss lady mentioned but the Mexican didn't bother to mention so forgot all about it and just went with the usual stuff on the menu.

DINNER REVIEW This is an Asian restaurant along the main strip in Isla Mujeres run by a cute American couple that loved it here and wanted to start a restaurant here. This place has everything from Chinese to Sushi to Mexican and I typically don’t like places that don’t specialize in a single thing. My inclination was mostly correct here. For appetizers, we had the chicken satay and spring rolls with chicken. The chicken satay wasn’t too dry and the peanut sauce it came with was good but the spring rolls were very large/thick and kind of fell apart as you ate them. It was also mostly lettuce in there which just felt like a salad in roll form. The sauce it came with saved it though. My mom and I shared the Ginger Garlic Shrimp and the Fish with garlic and lime. The ginger garlic shrimp was delicious and full of flavor but the fish with garlic and lime was bland. Would definitely get the former, not the latter. I would consider coming back here because I love the couple and had some good dishes but would go back other places first

Nos llevamos una decepción, fuimos a cenar sushi y ni siquiera nos quisieron atender, cuando pasamos un poco más temprano 21 hs nos dijeron que estaban abiertos hasta las 23 hs que si llegábamos 22:30 nos atenderían igual. Llegamos a las 22:12 y no nos quisieron atender, lamentable!

Sushi was good. My vegetable stir fry add tofu (extra $) was almost all tofu. If I didn’t add the tofu it would just be rice and a few veggies. I asked and they brought out more veggies which was nice. When I ordered, I asked the server which sauce he recommend. The three options were peanut sauce, ginger soy reduction, or one other. He recommended the ginger soy reduction. My entire dish tasted like nothing but soy sauce. Not good and I still have a salt taste burned in my mouth an hour later. My old fashioned left a lot to be desired compared to restaurant across the street making nice cocktails. Not worth the $88 for dinner for 2.

I don’t get it , off night? We are still here - we are at the 15 min mark of our table being cleared an already requested the check a still waiting . Not a smile anywhere in the building . I had to get up an ask the bartender for salt , soy sauce and a refill because the waiter never came back . “Peppercorn crusted” steak had zero on it. Everything was mediocre at best . But the service is terrible . I watched three other tables waving for waiters to come back by . I seriously don’t get all the hype here . One and done for us, we have been vacationing on Isla for years the place is a food heaven with really great service all over the place .. no need to do this again . I haven't been to a place where I was afraid to finish my meal for a long time. I got a recommendation of this place at the hotel so I decided to try it. I ordered 2 things that I almost always order in this type of restaurant. Everything looked nice but that's where it ended. I had to ask for soy sauce for the sushi roll and even for it I had doubts whether it was suitable for consumption. I don't know how the other dishes look but I don't recommend sushi. The service is great but it's like in most places here

Figured I’d try some Asian food to change things up from all the Mexican I’ve been having this past week. Willingly walked in, wasn’t convinced by anyone standing out front. Generous pour of the sparkling. I ordered the pad Thai with chicken. Asked about a spice level and was told it doesn’t come with spice. What I got was a massive bowl of mushy, overcooked noodles drenched in some type of sweet chili (I almost want to say tomato) sauce. Some onions, some bell peppers, a couple pieces of chicken. Maybe at most half of a scrambled egg. Not even close to what pad Thai is supposed to be. $16 USD / $320 MXN for a bowl of mush. Very disappointed with my meal. The live music was nice, but being borderline harassed by the performers asking for tips every 20 min or so was quite off putting. I wasn’t even recording or watching them, let alone even facing in that direction. Especially when I was trying to pay my bill, coming over and specifically asking for money (this was the third time during my visit) “since you already have it out”. If this was my only option for my last meal, I’d choose to starve instead.

Llegamos al lugar con intenciones de comer sushi, el salmón en el sashimi estaba mal cortado y sin sabor, el resto de las piezas también sin sabor, el arroz mal hecho y el relleno escaso. La atención del mozo mala, casi despectivo al servir los platos en la mesa y sin estímulo para responder al diálogo. La comida la sirvieron rápido. Me olvidaba, los baños sucios.

Pésimo servicio, la comida estaba muy salada, pagamos en dólares y pesos mexicanos el total eran 1000 dejando 30 dólares y lo demás en pesos mexicanos incluyendo la propina. El mesero muy despectivo nos persiguió diciendo que hacía falta 30 pesos de la cuenta porque según la dueña estaba tomando el dólar a 18 cuando en ningún restaurante te lo cobra a ese precio tan bajo. Nos dio mucha indignación porque nosotros pagamos la cuenta incluyendo la propina, le dimos 50 pesos pero no volvería más y definitivamente no lo recomiendo. Pd. Me quedé con hambre con las porciones
