This was our first time trying this restaurant as we don’t get out this way often. All the staff were amazing, friendly, courteous, and attentive. Our waitress, Heather, did great answering all of our questions about meals and drinks. Her recommendations were spot on as our drinks and meals were perfect. Had the cesar salad and spaghetti with fontini meatballs. Beer and mixed drinks were excellent with plenty to choose from. Since it is fall they have a number of themed drinks. The first I tried was Nonna’s Apple and the second was the pumpkin spice. They were both excellent in their own way so it would be impossible to say which I liked more. We will definitely be back. Also the prices were good for the quality and quantity of food we got. Absolutely 5 star from us !!!

This is our favorite Italian restaurant in Jacksonville. The food is great. The service is wonderful. They have lots of allergy options gluten-free menu modifications available. Vegan vegetarian options. I love the spaghetti and meatballs and the lasagna and always like to start with the calamari. This gluten-free bread is the first time I’ve had gluten-free bread that doesn’t taste like it’s missing gluten.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service is friendly and attentive, and the food is outstanding. The short rib with polenta and the lasagna is phenomenal. In fact, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

Fantastic meal all around with great service and cocktails. My pasta dish was clearly home made and one of the better ones I have had in a long time. Super flavorful and a nice texture on the al-dente pasta. Pizza is a different take from “normal” and it’s on focaccia bread; we thought it was fantastic. If you are in the mood to try different style pizza, I’d highly recommend. Light and airy with a nice balance of sauce and fresh mozzarella/parmesan. Cocktail menu is very unique and I had the Rye and Chai, which was nice. Overall highly enjoyed our meal!

The food was absolutely divine last night. The Brussels sprout appetizer was to die for and I highly recommend starting with it! Everything was truly outstanding and worth stopping in for!

my friend and i went here to eat and it was a great experience. staff and our server (don’t remember her name, she had blonde, tied back hair) was really nice and attentive to us. she made sure we were alright all through our dining experience. my friend and i both got their sugo pasta and it was okay. not bad by any means but, we would’ve preferred something else. we just thought we’d try something new but, it was still pretty good. you can definitely tell the food was all fresh and made from scratch. the restaurant itself has a very nice scenery/decor and it was refreshing. definitely worth your time to come here. i will be coming back with friends to eat here.

We had a rehearsal dinner for our son's wedding. Everyone raved about the food!!! Service was top notch and the staff was very friendly and personable. The atmosphere fit the wedding - upscale classy country. Highly recommend and will go back for regular dining.

Just had yet another lovely dinner at Prati!! Food and drinks were incredible!! Had the caprese pizza, and let me tell you, I haven't had a better crust!! Out of this world, crispy and melt-in-your-mouth! The experience was made even better by our beautiful waitress Cathrine!! I've had her a couple times and she never ceases to amaze. Attentive, but not intrusive, always right there when you need her. Delightful service, amazing smile! Will be asking for her in the future!

We took my mom here for Mother's Day. From the service to the food, we loved our experience with Prati Italia. They had a special Mother's Day menu, so you paid a flat rate per person, and you were given everything on the menu in a family-style fashion to enjoy with everyone. While the sugo wasn't my favorite on the list, everything still tasted good! The Local Greens & Arugula Salad was different than I normally enjoy a salad, but I ended up really loving it. The citrus vinegarette really complimented the salad and made it really enjoyable. I also really loved the suppli and thought they were super delicious! The Kvaroy Artic Salmon with herb risotto is something that I'd love to have again, as well as the Chicken Piccata! The staff, likewise, were very attentive during the entire meal. They were coming out almost faster than we could try them, and everything came out fresh! It's definitely a place that's worth trying for yourself. Also, the atmosphere was nice and didn't seem too loud by any sense. It was easy to hold a conversation with your party while you ate.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt modern yet cozy—perfect for a relaxed late lunch with a touch of elegance. I never knew Prati Italia was there in the town center or that it is locally owned. We started with the crispy Brussels sprouts and Fontina-stuffed meatballs, and both were unforgettable. The Brussels were roasted to perfection—crispy, well-seasoned, and addictive. I ate around the blue cheese. The meatballs were tender, rich, and oozing with flavor, and that cheese center? Chef’s kiss. For entrées, my friend had the Power Bowl Salad with added salmon, which came beautifully presented and packed with vibrant, fresh ingredients. She couldn’t stop talking about how flavorful and balanced it was. I wanted to try something different. I ordered the Beef Sugo It was very good. To top it off, I tried the handmade Wendy’s Peppercorn soda (yes, it’s as unique as it sounds), and it was such a fun and surprisingly refreshing experience—spicy, sweet, and bubbly in all the right ways. Our server Don was friendly and attentive, and we never felt rushed.

We came to Prati Italia for brunch and it was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was cozy, quiet, and relaxing—great for a weekend catch-up. I had the blueberry Bellini (so refreshing!) and the Fontina Meatballs as my entrée—rich marinara, creamy polenta, and that garlic crumble was everything. We also ordered the crispy Brussels sprouts and they were next level with the Gorgonzola, bacon, pepper jelly, and balsamic drizzle. Our waitress Hadley was wonderful—super attentive and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent dining experience. Perfect for a date or a special occasion. It's refreshing when you find a restaurant that puts a lot of effort into sourcing good quality ingredients and perfecting simple recipes instead of fancy complicated dishes with mediocre ingredients. On the pricier side but very much worth it. Definitely do not skip on the roman style pizza.

We had a great experience all the way around! The weather was perfect today so we decided to sit outside. We arrived in the early afternoon, enjoying our slow Sunday together, we ordered cranberry mimosas , which were delightful! As a appetizer we ordered cheese curds (not pictured), they were crispy on the outside soft on the inside, seasoned well and the marinara was great too, we devoured them. For our mains we ordered the breakfast lasagna (only available on brunch menu I believe from 11-4:30 on Sundays) which was so saucey, cheesy, meaty, absolutely scrumptious, we also ordered their veggie pizza, no olives, add bacon, add chili crisp. This was DELICIOUS!!! Super crispy edges, pillowy inside. Probably the best deep dish pizza I’ve ever had. We loved every aspect of our visits to this restaurant and believe they deserve more attention, we will definitely be back!

We went here last weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 19th birthday. The food was AMAZING!!! My husband LOVED the salmon which he requested to be cooked well. I had the lasagna which was full of flavor & not bland like previous reviews said. My kids had the pizza that are big enough for 2 or 3 people to share. The restaurant is very nice & clean. Our waitress was great. I can’t wait to return in the warmer months to enjoy the outdoor seating😊

This was really good place. The meatball appetizer was really good and my husband had Chicken Parm with Alfrado. I ordered the Godfather pizza. It was great except for it was a little spicy for my weak stomach. But flavor was amazing.

Had a late lunch the other day and this place was completely unknown to me. Very elegant and nice without feeling like I was under dressed. I got the lunch special which was spaghetti with meatballs and a salad. It's an Italian restaurant so I went with an Italian dish. I was tempted to get a burger. Maybe next time?!

Cold Peroni and a godfather pizza was exactly what the Dr ordered. It's an excellent Detroit style pie with very fresh ingredients. Probably a top 3 pizza in JAX for me. Chill vibe and attentive staff brings it all together. I don't really do Town Center enough to have a favorite spot but I'm saying this is it.

The place is gorgeous! Lovely decor, very comfy. Our server Amanda couldn't have been more knowledgeable, accommodating or wonderful! 10/10 will definitely go back! We had the meatball and fontina app with garlic bread (no pic because we inhaled it), build your own pizza (crust is fantastic) and the Sugo. Freshly made pasta for the win! Absolutely fabulous. Thanks again, Amanda!

I was staying in Jacksonville and my boyfriend picked Prati Italia for his birthday dinner. The food was so fresh and amazing!! The cocktails were out of this world. I can not recommend this place more. Our favorites were “the Quinn” pizza and pepperoni & sausage (add chili oil). We also liked the risotto with scallops and the gnocchi. The best cocktail was “I did something bad” with mezcal. We liked the restaurant so much we went back the next night. Tina was a fantastic server and I couldn’t remember our first night servers name but he was amazing too!

I had the pleasure of dining at Prati Italia for the first time this week. The restaurant itself is beautiful with gorgeous leather booths and tasteful decor. It was a gorgeous night so we ate outside on the patio overlooking the water. Our servers were attentive and kind, we didn't wait or want for anything. Prati has a scratch kitchen - the food is just better than chains. They have really flavorful sauces and delicious food. The presentation was impressive. Thank you for a wonderful evening! I will absolutely be back!

Exquisite is not a strong enough description. My best-ever dining experience, food beyond description, 13-layer lasagna, gnocchi, chicken parmesan. Appetizers, deserts, drinks all delectable.Atmosphere astounding, entire visit I was relaxed, lulled by the conversations nearby, the astute professionalism, friendly, patient staff. Atmosphere , you almost forget you’re not home relaxing and dining . Amazing experience, I will repeat visit every vacation. Looking forward to visiting again and again. Thank you entire staff for a most enjoyable evening in dining , the very best.😀❤️

The food was devine, I had the stake and it just melted in my mouth. My partner had the scallops and they just fell apart!! The atmosphere was pleasant, and dimly lit, and the volume level was acceptable. The service was good but it did take us quite a bit of time to be seated, and the waitress was attentive enough, but I would have liked more check ins.... For things like the check boxes.... ext. It was a lovely experience and I would totally go back.

I visited Prati Italia as a speaker for a dinner program. The private room was quiet and spacious. It comfortably accommodated the party of 20. My filet mignon was full of flavor and perfection with the proper temp. The blue cheese and caramelized onions tantalized the palate - delightful and enough for two meals! Service was attentive and on point moving in and out of the room seamlessly. It was a perfect room to give a lecture but I will be back next time to relax and enjoy!

My friends and I went here for a girls night. Big comfy booth, relaxed but upscale atmosphere, and delicious food. We were served some specialty cocktails, which were so good. I also had the Quinn pizza on gluten free crust- absolutely divine. Our server, named Quinn, was helpful and engaging. We had a wonderful evening here and I will definitely be back!

My family and I had our Thanksgiving dinner here and had an amazing time - delicious food, excellent service, warm and comfortable environment. For their Thanksgiving dinner they had a four course prix fixed menu with multiple options for each course. Portion sizes were very generous (2 full sized deserts per person!) and the food was delicious. The serving staff was great, helpful without being obtrusive. I thought the space was fantastic too, it felt vibrant but there's a good amount of space so I never felt cramped - this was especially helpful to our large group that included small children. Overall a wonderful experience!

100% was the best lasagna I've ever had in my life it was so delicious I literally called multiple people just to tell them how delicious it was!! I also ordered 2 gimlets which were also very delicious!! We were with a big group so the drinks were slow to arrive and service was decent but I 10 out of 10 would recommend just don't do what I do and forget they add gratuities on larger parties and tip twice :(

I love this place !! The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, especially outside. The service is great we had everything we needed in a very timely manner. The food was the absolute highlight! We had several apps with the mussels being our favorite. I had the short ribs which was bursting with flavor I will be coming back for that! My husband had the lasagna with the meat sauce topping which I feel is probably the very best item on the menu. The cocktails were cold and delicious with the autumn specialty drinks being an absolute delight. Everything was top notch from entry to exit and we can’t wait to come back with friends !

We had an incredible experience at Prati Italia! The food and service were both amazing. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home. They were also able to accommodate my gluten-free diet with absolutely no issues, which I really appreciated. Do yourself a favor and order the fried mozzarella — it had the best cheese pull! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Pleasantly surprised with what a fantastic meal we had. We were visiting Jacksonville and drove past the restaurant and noticed all the cars so decided to check it out. Happy Hour had brought in a decent crowd and we were even able to take advantage of it in the main dining room. The server, super charming and very friendly. He was consistent on checking on how we were doing. A lot of the dishes are offered in two sizes opt for the smaller, the portions are big (see photos). We shared the Burrata which was amazing and super fresh. The short rib entree was so tender and served with brussel sprouts. We also had the gnocchi which was some of the best I have ever had. Sadly, no room for dessert but I am sure it would have been as delicious just like the rest of the meal.

Good atmosphere, great service and good food options. Fried mozzarella was a good starter, chicken parm was very good, but lasagna was a bit much in my opinion.

we walked in and did not have reservation but it did take them a minute to seat us and it seemed that others didn't have reservation but was seated upon entry. The food was good and the waitress was attentive and informative. The prices were ok and it was nice decor. Would return with a reservation

Second time at Prati Italia food was solid and the servers were great. We were there celebrating a friend’s birthday, and while waiting, I ordered a margarita and closed my tab at the bar. But here’s the shady part: I left a $2 tip on an $8 drink, and the bartender changed it to $20. I didn’t expect to be blatantly cheated on my bill at a restaurant like this. If you go, double-check your receipts especially at the bar. This kind of dishonest behavior completely ruins an otherwise good experience.

Great service from Jordan at the bar. Good happy hour specials. The specialty and happy hour pizza are the same size. I enjoyed the meatballs and polenta. The mule from happy hour was the star of my dinner.

First time visiting and went during the week for happy hour, I think it’s interesting that you still have to have a reservation during these hours so we sat at the bar instead. The bartender was friendly but the hostess was not; I was not a fan of the Prati Mule because the ginger syrup was very strong. But it’s cool they make it fresh! I ended up getting a margarita for my second drink and enjoyed that a little better; first drink needed an extra shot and the second drink I should’ve ordered an extra shot. From the bar bites menu we ordered: medium cheese pizza with pepperoni and fontina meatballs. The kitchen accidentally brought me the godfather pizza and I did not realize it was wrong until I ate it and another member of staff graciously allowed me to keep the food I actually ordered. The pizza was good! I would come back to try other food items, just wasn’t a huge fan of the meatballs.

Just had a Father's Day lunch with another couple. We were seated right away upon arrival which was a nice start. I began with the Caesar salad, ordered the light portion, but it turned out to be really small, more like a small side salad. For the main course, I went with the bone-in pork chop (Father’s Day special) which came with fingerling potatoes, fava beans, and roasted apples. The pork itself was cooked well and tasted great, but the sauce in the dish was a bit too sweet for my liking. I also tried a bite of my wife’s shrimp and grits which was really tasty, though the portion was on the smaller side. Still left a little hungry.

My husband and I walked in with our 1 year old and did not have a reservation. We were told we would get a table (but did not tell us there was a wait). We were sat after around 30 mins of waiting. We were fine with the wait but would have appreciated a heads up considering we were there with a 1 year old. Once seated we ordered our drinks and apps fairly quick and those arrived at a decent time. We were not able to order the main dish since our server did not come around for a long time and then ended up waiting close to an hour for the food. We were told probably 3 times that our food would be there shortly and that there was a mistake in the kitchen. We got a 25% discount on the entrees for the wait so at least there was that. Drinks were good but the food overall was less than Olive Garden quality. Nothing great or praise worthy. I do not think the $13 off our entire bill made up for our nearly 3 hour visit there for sub-par food. The pizza my husband got was $26 and I would never order that it it was my only option. We were charged extra for the aoli for the fries since it came with a very small serving but the waiter never brought the extra order of aioli and never corrected it on the bill.

Not the best night for us at a restaurant with such high reviews. We observed 5 other tables, which included a party of 12 and 7, enjoying every part of their meals. The food looked amazing, and not one plate was returned. Not until we waited 40 minutes for our entrees. And that was not the worst part. My 13 layer Lasagna was burnt on the bottom layer. My wife's Shrimp Scampi was luke warm and not seasoned well. Zach, the server, is a very energetic, accommodating, and gracious young man. He did remove the cost of each dinner from the check and offered another quick meal. But an hour after arriving, I was done with this meal. We never saw a manager or the owner. Considering the fabulous reviews for this restaurant, I would have expected him to care.?. 2 stars is only due to Zach. Not the food or the cooking time from the kitchen. We did have a guest gnat that constantly joined us at our table is a very annoying manner.

J
J GetsCensored

I feel bad writing this because I can tell the owner is really trying. Atmosphere was above average. Servers were diligent and timely. The food just isn’t that good. It’s below Olive Garden quality but even more unhealthy. I couldn’t even make it home. I had to stop at a gas station to “relieve my stomach cramps” just a few miles down the road. They rely way too much on cheese and butter. And for 200 bucks for two people without drinks, I guess I expected more. No hard feelings to them, but I don’t think we will be back.

Highly disappointed in our experience at Prati and I usually don’t leave reviews but I feel like everyone who gave this place 4 or 5 stars is doing people a disservice. It was packed on a Saturday night so we sat at the bar, nice atmosphere. Service to take our orders was slow but we weren’t in a rush so it wasn’t a huge deal. She didn’t really come check on us but again, not a huge deal. Got the Brussels sprouts app. It was good but not $14 good. Our entrees came out five minutes after we ordered them. I got the chicken parm dinner and it had zero flavor other than the cheese in the Alfredo. It could have used some pepper, some seasoning, anything really. My partner got the small order of the gnocchi and it also had barely any flavor and had a sliver of meat. Also got a side of the pumpkin risotto and it tasted like cheesy potatoes. No real pumpkin flavor. We spent $100 for a beer, two entrees, one app, and a side. Price wasn’t as much the issue as the dishes just had no flavor. We had high expectations based on the review and left there definitely disappointed.

It seems from the other reviews the last couple months. I am not the only one who feels this way. Service was awful. It was me and my boyfriend just the two of us we made reservations we got sat outside with no heaters. They did not know how to turn them on we were told food took over an hour and a half. I never got my salad my Caesar salad, that reviews rave about an hour and a half later I told her I don’t want my salad anymore. Please make our food to go. We don’t wanna be here anymore. They ignored us brought our food to the table over an hour and a half later we asked the guy who dropped our food. Can you please bring us boxes? We want to put our food in to go boxes he said yes sure, and never came back. Our waitress was standing in the corner of the computer for 20 minutes at a time we could see her in the reflection of the glass standing there, not doing anything then running by our table as if she’s so flustered and bothered and can’t handle three tables I heard other tables that she had complaining about their food being cold and underwhelming. The portions were so small for the prices. Prices look great until you get there and you wait two hours for your food and it comes out and it’s half cold and the portions are tiny. You can’t get your waitress to come back to bring you a second drink. You don’t even wanna order dessert at this time because you don’t wanna wait another hour and a half your waitress won’t be bothered to stop at the table and ask you how everything is they don’t care if she’s too busy sitting in the corner at the bar computer standing there talking to other workers I will not be back. Needless to say there are many more options in this area that are way better with service I saw no manager. I saw nothing but the young weight staff ignoring us blatantly they were blatantly ignoring us as if we had the black plague or we had Covid. They would stop after we’ve call her down. Tell us yes of course no problem and then we never see her hear from anybody again finally after we pay I had to ask for my drink to go hello I still haven’t gotten my refill. I would like to take that home with me now along with our food that I have to take home and heat up. I don’t know where the manager is in this place. I don’t know if they care because every table was in their complaining about something and not once do we see a manager anywhere just blatantly disrespectful ignored us. Food took forever service sucked.

My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant for our anniversary. We ordered three appetizers — Brussels sprouts, cheese curds, and truffle fries — and for our main course, we each ordered 4 oz of filet mignon with a side of herb risotto. Because we were running late and had to pick up our kids, my boyfriend asked to have our filet mignon and risotto packed to go. When we got home, we opened the bag and found only the filet mignon — no risotto at all. For a place that charges $18 for a side, this is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

We brought a party of 14 to celebrate a birthday and, unfortunately, our first visit will also be our last. The overall service fell far below even basic expectations. Our server, Kacie, failed to inform us about the cake-cutting fee in advance and only mentioned it loudly after bringing out the cake we had brought ourselves, disrupting the celebration. Throughout the meal, the attitude and communication were disappointing. Orders were placed for our group without confirming details with us, and there was virtually no attention to our table afterward. The manager was present but made no effort to address the situation or improve the experience. We paid for everything, but the lack of professionalism from both the server and management left a very negative impression. If you’re looking for a special place to celebrate, I would recommend choosing a restaurant that values its guests. Billed came out to almost $50 per person, We would have been far better off going to Fogo de Chão. Overall, extremely poor customer service and not a place I can recommend.

I just want to start off by saying this food was awful especially the chicken parm pasta it was horrible if I could rate it Zero stars I would I’m currently sitting at the table as I write this review the food was that awful that u guys got me taking time out my day to write this ish. And my stomach hurts #nogood #dobetter and for the one sassy guy that came in to talk to us before the Gm do better too that attitude was nasty and not with a pucci outfit

Very poor in everyway you can imagine. Plus some. Was our first and last time at this sad excuse of a restaurant. Food came out very cold, bland, and just overall lacking. When we asked out waitress she almost immediately said she would get the manager which we thought was odd since we just simply asked about how the food normally comes out. Should have known that was a bad sign right off the bat. All of our dishes came out cold and they took them back to reheat and the only thing that came out hot was the plate, food was still cold and now soggy like it had been water boarded then put on a plate. Our waitress after we spoke to the manager then totally ignored us the rest of the evening but kept coming to the table directly next to us but refused to make any sort of eye contact with us and we sat with empty drinks for over 20 minutes and lord did we need drinks with how salty and nasty the food was. Also the chicken tasted like they ordered a bucket of chicken from KFC and threw it on my plate..... very disappointed and the owners really need to reevaluate their staff and what they want their restaurant to be. Will not return and hope this helps others make the right decision to go to any other restaurant besides this one :) Ps. Don't brag that your things are made in house if they taste so much worse than frozen food. Also Very Very over priced. Our garlic bread had no garlic on it and tasted like it just came out of a fridge (last i checked garlic bread should have garlic and be served hot!)

4 of us were eager to eat for an 8 pm reservation at this establishment. I'd never been here, and was told it was great. On a rare night where I was able to step out, I was ready to spend money, eat everything, and enjoy time with my husband and our friends. What started off as an exciting double date ended up being such a disappointment. We were seated at 8:05 pm upstairs and our server Natalie approached our table. She was extremely low in energy / didn't show any excitement, but I assumed it might've been a busy shift, hard night, or simply a bad day for her. I already mentally noted to maybe tip her extra and 'surprise' her to turn her night around. She took our drink orders; 3 of us ordered alcoholic beverages and 1 ordered a home made soda with strawberry. The drinks were brought to us, not exaggerating, 20 mins later, by another staff member. A few mins later, Natalie returns and this is where she actually tells us her name. She also tells us there is no bread, so, "hope we didn't want any" and then she asked would we like to start off with appetizers. We were starving, but again, were out for a good time. No rush, no "lets just eat our meal" We put in 2 appetizer orders and never ever saw the food. 20 additional mins go by, we realize it is now 8:45 PM and we have empty drinks, no appetizer, and still haven't put in our food order (as she never returned...) we discussed as a group it might be best to leave if we intend to actually eat this evening. We made our decision, saw Natalie around 8:55 PM and flagged her down. We kindly asked if we may just have our bill for the drinks, minus the 1 in house made strawberry soda as it wasn't touched after the first sip. It was very clearly the wrong item, it tasted like orange/vanilla and she agreed that it wasn't to look like this... Natalie wasn't rude, but, her absence at checking in and lack of communication on what ever the ordeal was that night + lack of enthusiasm really ultimately finalized our decision to leave. When we asked for the bill, she genuinely seemed relieved and shrugged her shoulders in a "yeah, I get it" understanding way... we paid, we left, and all 4 of us agreed we would not be returning. No mention of a conversation or seeing a manager was offered, we aren't sure if that is related to restaurant not having manager around or if Natalie knew it would be pointless. The entire experience left a bad taste for all of us and we hope someone who has the power to make changes / care, does so for others who will be dining here. People go out to have a nice experience and sometimes things happen in the back where maybe cooks call out, or, people are short staffed. Majority of people are understanding, and, if communicated with or proper expectations are set, I do believe bad nights like this can still end well. But, with no care shown, no questions asked, no heads up / information on what is going on, it makes people want to leave and it becomes hard to stay understanding.

First and last visit. Had high expectations which made the experience all the more disappointing. Service slow, however nearby tables appeared to get better treatment. The fried mozzarella appetizer was extremely disappointing, not crispy, actually soft, floppy and bland triangles. The entrees were delivered quite far apart. After mentioning the first two of four were not hot, the remaining two were hot. Please note this was after talking with the manager, who appropriately removed the appetizer and garlic’ bread from the bill. Amazingly they managed to serve very sad garlic bread, cold and lacking any hint of garlic. The chicken Parmesan entree was cold and bland, was sent back to be reheated. The gnocchi entree was also lukewarm at best and completely lacking in flavor. The 13 layer lasagna was actually hot, but was on the salty side. After voicing our initial concerns, the server ignored us the rest of the meal. The manager who initially appeared concerned, never returned to follow up. Again what was anticipated as a special dining experience turned into a disappointing one. Obviously we won’t return, but feel confident the management doesn’t care. Much better choices in the area.

I recently dined at Prati Italia with high expectations based on its reputation and pricing, but unfortunately my experience fell far below what I anticipated. From the moment the food arrived, it was clear that the quality did not align with the premium prices listed on the menu. Several dishes lacked flavor, seasoning seemed inconsistent, and portions were noticeably small for what was being charged. While presentation was acceptable, the taste and overall freshness of the food did not justify the cost. It felt as though I was paying fine-dining prices for meals that resembled something far more ordinary. Dining out is meant to be an enjoyable experience, yet I left feeling disappointed and unsatisfied rather than impressed. In addition, the value for money simply was not there. When a restaurant positions itself as upscale, customers naturally expect a higher standard of culinary quality and consistency. Sadly, this visit did not meet those expectations. For the amount spent, I expected flavorful, well-prepared dishes and a memorable dining experience, but instead I felt that the pricing far exceeded the quality delivered. I believe there is significant room for improvement, particularly in food quality control and ensuring that menu prices accurately reflect what is being served. Until those aspects are addressed, I personally would hesitate to return or recommend this restaurant to others seeking a worthwhile dining experience.
