Been looking for a decent 24h cafe in the city and Europan so far have been a great find. I love their Caesar Salad although it was not my initial order and tried from my friend. They had decent cold coffee nothing fancy. I ordered nutella strawberry crepe which was good. However they should add more nutella to it. Overall decent.

We came here for some late night dessert because they are 24 hours. We each had a slice of cheesecake which was pretty good, but I have had better before. They seemed to offer a little bit of everything. I found it to be a little expensive, but then again it is Manhattan.

We slipped in here on a cold night, we were able to get a nice cuppa coffee a cannoli, and a slice of cheesecake. The cheesecake was absolutely amazing had a super lemony flavor which was just to die for. It tasted so fresh and just absolutely what we needed when we needed it. Very quaint atmosphere right there on the strip so easy to access.

The desserts didn’t impress us much, though they looked beautiful. However, the “Alata” coffee was delicious. We would come back to try the other dishes from the menu.

I tried their oatmeal this morning. It was decent and it was at the proper texture. If you have eaten oatmeal a lot, you know that it can lose its proper texture when kept hot for too long. It came with the option of having it topped with raisins, honey and cinnamon,I chose just the raisins. Their drip coffee was nothing special. My food rating is based on those two items only.

Not bad for a quick food. Lot of varieties, I am sure there’ll be something for everyone. Not the best and most healthy food though. Location is fantastic. You can’t miss it. Staff is nice, but somehow not very interested- probably overworked and underpaid. Sorry for you, guys.

I stopped in to get a chicken cutlet sandwich to go. I should have been concerned when the gentleman making my sandwich dug through the pile of cutlets to take one off the bottom. When I opened my sandwich, it was so burnt and the chicken over done that it was literally inedible. $15 sandwich tossed in the garbage, unable to be eaten. No good!!

Cafe was clean and service was great when we stopped in after a broadway show. We know it’s a toss up in Times Square but the cupcakes in the window looked good - at almost $6 a piece the cupcakes are just not worth it. The chocolate and red velvet both lacked flavor and were a bit dry.

Wanted to find a warm place to sit before a show. Cannoli was delicious but when I went to throw away the plate, a nasty worker berated me for not seeing the trash can BEHIND the counter. And how could I have missed the one shoved in a corner. I thought he was joking, but he treated me not like a customer, but a wayward child. (Hard to do to a 60 year old lady!) Next time I’ll feel free to traipse around behind the bar.. thanks.

I ordered online (they offered it, figured i'd try it). When i arrived they had no idea what i was talking about. Order didn't go thru on their end. Last time i do that. Will reverse the charge on CC.

Straight up mold ALL OVER a berry brûlée. How long does that need to sit before it grows like that/ before the staff knows to pull that from inventory? Kids eat here, man. Be careful!!!

The staff was incredibly rude. We practically had to beg them to use the restroom, even though we were customers. The restroom was filthy with a strong smell of urine. We sat down and had to move our things because they were mopping the floors. Then they continued cleaning right next to us, and it smelled strongly of bleach! It's impossible to eat with that bleach smell. Disgusting. The food, though, was good!

Worst cafe!!! Don’t waste your money. I got a chocolate cupcake and hot chocolate. The cupcake was hard as rock and the taste of the frosting was DOWN BAD. Employees keep on shouting at you if you are unsure about the order. I asked them about the hot chocolate’s size and he literally shouted at me FOR ASKING. Unbelievable. Surprisingly I bonded with another customer who was here because of the way the employee treated us and now we’re friends😂.

I would say this is far by the worst cafe i have been to. The picture of the cupcake attached is hard as a rock and the frosting tastes like a cheap one. The coffee I took was not tasty either and their customer service was down bad. I asked the employee about the coffee sizes. He shouted at me “WE DONT SELL THAT SIZE FOR THIS COFFEE” like bro calm down I only asked you. He was extremely rude to me and my girlfriend.
