A great place for $5.00 happy hour daily from 4:30 to 7:00 pm daily for five different type of drinks from a 22 ounce light beer to Long Island iced tea. The floor area adjacent to the restaurant is for those who love to play a large variety of games for all adults and children. I would have liked to see appetizers added to happy hour instead of filling in a receipt survey on the back of your bill payment. This will get you a free $20.00 appetizer with purchase of a main menu item when you return.

From the moment I walked in, this D&B in Times Square stood out. And I've been to many across states. It is spotless, vibrant, and one of the best-looking locations I’ve been to. When our server was delayed, Kenrick immediately noticed, stepped in without hesitation, and provided attentive, professional service that set the tone for the rest of our visit. Desmond, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was flawless. He was friendly, approachable, and took the time to carefully walk me through the bill, answering every question with clarity and patience. His professionalism and leadership truly shine, and it’s clear he sets the standard for excellence here. The combination of Desmond’s management and Kenrick’s attentive service made this visit memorable. I would recommend this D&B any day, especially with a team like this running the show. We had a great time at the Times Square Dave & Busters Times. Whoever runs this operation deserves a gold star because we wound up staying all day (6-7hrs). Which I had not planned. Had lunch and dinner there. Great food server’s Kim, Anthony, Harrison and even the security guard was friendly. As someone dropped their lotion and the security guy thought it was mine and tried to return it to me but it wasn’t. The servers did a great job clearing the table, bringing over a glass of water, checking in every so often. The person at the prize counter (whose name I think is Annie?) was very friendly. I actually saw people throughout the day cleaning, wiping down the bar (on their knees!), testing and fixing game machines. It made for an enjoyable experience that made me want to return. I had a fun time with the unlimited winter pass, spending time playing games with my kids. With the pass, we could earn 2k tickets a week but we got to try so many new games. We could also get 30% off on food. Surprisingly the food was delicious (cheese stack, buffalo chicken flatbread, creamy chicken pasta, Caesar salad, elote cauliflower, and the best strawberry cheesecake). While eating, we could enjoy watching sports games and when we requested to play basketball, and they were able to put it on which enhanced the eating experience. It’s a great place to get a pass a use during the winter months.

This Dave n Busters actually IDs people with kids 1st one I've been to that did that. Otherwise it was a great experience. They have a big dinning area as well as a private party room. They have game machines that actually work. It's located in the heart of times square you'll love it!!! My family came down from Colorado and we had a blast.

Thank you for staying open so late to feed us intoxicated fools! ATMOSPHERE: If you've seen one, you've seen them all. Big dining area, all you can eat roasted peanuts, messy by closing time. FOOD: Cheeseburger With everything! That includes mayo, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, ketchup & mustard. The patty was tender & juicy and has a real homemade taste to it. Fries They're thicker cut shoestrings natural fries, served hot and crispy. SERVICE: Fast and efficient. OVERALL: Pricey ala carte menu with great taste.

We stopped in on a cold, windy day recently to play some games. Convenient walking distance from Times Square, this location is huge inside. They have a variety of games, food, and drinks. We were thankful to be out of the cold for a little bit and they have a coat room. After we had our fill of games, we went to the bar area for happy hour. The $5 22oz beers were cold and refreshing. They have a few other drink specials on happy hour for $5-7. They also have a 10 wings for $10 special. Hard to beat those prices, especially so close to Times Square. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for fun and a decent happy hour.

We booked a table to watch the UFC fights on Saturday night. They have plenty of TVs. When we arrived, they sat us in front of one that wasn’t currently showing what we came for, and it took them 20-ish minutes to switch it over. By the time the main fights were on, almost every TV was playing UFC. Service was great. Food was okay. Of the two finger foods we ordered (Philly egg rolls and boneless wings), they were mildly overcooked, dry, and overpriced. You’re paying for the space, not the food.

VR, Fake axe throwing, tons of prizes to redeem and win and plenty of games to play!! I think the description kind of speaks for itself. The setting where it’s located albeit a very crowded and noisy environment actually ends up being the best place for business. 2 escalators takes you upstairs where you meet just a buttload of craziness in the form of game sounds, flashing and disco lights, kids running around and just the sound of different games playing all at once. For an old or just plain cranky person this would be hell but for me I absolutely love it! I played all games some more then once in order to get better scores and honestly it’s much more different then using a controller on a console or gaming pc at home. There is much more coordination needed and requires a great amount of skill in order to obtain the highest of scores. All games are accessed through a card which you need to purchase for the prices listed. I would suggest putting $20-$40 in order to actually play all the games and win enough tickets on the card to redeem any prizes in the booth behind. They have tons of selections to choose from and all from ranging from a few measly tickets to thousands! I really did enjoy this place and I believe it actually updates by the month with new games, better prizes and even more selections. The restaurant and bar is ok I guess wasn’t really what I was focusing on to be honest. Food is a bit pricey and non reasonably portioned so I wouldn’t recommend bringing the family there to eat because it is quite messy and annoying when you have teens and teenagers bugging or pranking you while you eat.

I visited this Dave & Buster’s on a Saturday evening, knowing it’s one of the busier locations. While I expected a chaotic experience, it wasn’t as overwhelming as I had feared. Pros: • Fun Experience: Despite some minor issues, we had a great time, and the child especially enjoyed it, which made the visit worthwhile. • Friendly Staff: The employees were professional and polite, contributing to a positive atmosphere. • Winning Moment: I managed to hit the jackpot on one of the games, which definitely helped lift my mood. Cons: • Uncomfortable Heat: The arcade was extremely warm, so if you’re visiting in the winter, bring a bag to store your jacket. A small portable fan might also be helpful. • Broken Games: One of my favorite games was perpetually out of order (see pictures), which was disappointing. • Bag Management: If you’re planning to go shopping beforehand, either visit Dave & Buster’s first or have someone watch over your bags—otherwise, it can be a hassle. Final Thoughts Overall, we had a good time despite the minor inconveniences. With a little preparation—bringing a fan and a bag for jackets—you can make the experience more comfortable. Would I return? Yes, but I’d be better prepared next time.

Cannot take away from the food as it’s always great and top notch!! But I feel this location don’t have enough staff and during this season should have at least 15 guys working the kitchen. When customers leave they must have a dedicated person cleaning tables to maintain the global standard as in Dubai it’s 5 starts for sure

We came to the place following a recommendation and we can say that we were disappointed. However, the gaps we experienced can be easily fixed. We did not experience the service as required, we even felt disrespected as a customer, we each received a paper bag with the food and into it as if they had intentionally thrown the chips and it was not because there was no room in the chip cup, it was ugly, again it can be fixed, you just need to guide and explain. The area behind the counter where the employees were was dirty and a shame. The smoothie was delicious and the vegetarian dish too, I wish you luck and I would be happy to come back

I had three cheeseburgers to go and carried all the way to jersey. When I opened sandwiches ,they forgot to put patties in one of them and only put the toppings in it . It was a busy time for dinner but after paying a full price, I was unhappy ㅜㅜㅜ wish they pay more attention when they make burgers.

They never get a chance to clean the grill . So you be the judge? I definitely don’t recommend this one location .

This place just isn’t my demographic, but my kid would live her if she could. Games, food, TVs and alcohol… yeah it’s a great formula. There are good food and drink specials, but the food is average at best and don’t expect top notch service. Come join the fun in arcade land.

A complete misunderstanding. I don't understand how this chain can stay in business. The burgers are tasteless, the chips are useless. My son took us there because he wanted to visit an American chain he knows from games. The atmosphere is like a slaughterhouse. I admire the absolutely friendly staff who have to work there. Respect, gentlemen.

We visited this Five Guys location in New York, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. While we are familiar with the brand and usually enjoy the food, this time it was only average and did not meet our expectations. What really ruined the experience, however, was the service. The employee at the register was extremely rude and ironic, clearly in a hurry, and offered no help at all with our order. On top of that, the atmosphere of the restaurant was very poor, as the space felt dirty and unkempt. Overall, despite the fact that Five Guys is generally a reliable fast-food chain, this particular location failed in terms of service and cleanliness, and it is not a place we would choose to visit again.

Stopped by the Five Guys at 253 West 42nd Street near Times Square for a quick evening snack. As vegetarians, our options were limited, so we ordered a large Cajun fries and a soda, accompanied by the complimentary peanuts.  While the food and service at the counter met our expectations, our experience was marred by an unsettling interaction. As we were finishing our meal, a cleaning staff member approached our table and, without any prior conversation, asked, “Are you Indian?” We responded affirmatively, and he walked away without further explanation. This unsolicited question felt intrusive and left us uncomfortable, especially given the lack of context or follow-up. In a city as diverse as New York, such interactions can be disconcerting. It’s unfortunate that this incident overshadowed our visit. We hope the management addresses such concerns to ensure a more welcoming environment for all patrons.

This place is aweful. There was a staff member vaping right at the door so you had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get in. Secondly, it was dirty, filthy, smelly, just dreadful. Order two burgers, fries and a drink. We couldn't get near the pick up due to delivery drivers. They had bags on the rebacks and helmets on and blocked everyone. They just moved people to get to area. Eventually people like ourselves realised we were being called. When we found a table, it hadn't been cleaned in at least an hour or more. Two other reciepts and food was still on it. It would of been better to eat the food of the ground outside, than eat it at the table. It was uncomfortable to eat here. The staff were working non stop but cleaning is obviously not high priority on the managers list. The amount of people and very little space. Burger was bland, lacking proper flavour. Honest, I wouldn't go near any five Guys after seeing the state of this place.

Threw up the food after 30 mins. The top bun is cold bottom bun wet and doesn’t hold up, really bad fries no peanuts on there. This is Times Square by the way, if people think this food is good they are straight up delusional.

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Five Guys. I was excited to come to the Five Guys in Times Square last Wednesday night November 12th because it was my first time visiting NYC and I’d heard so much about this location. Unfortunately, the manager could not have been more unprofessional if she tried. I don’t know her name but she was kind of slim light skinned and prettyish. Her attitude was nasty, and she acted like helping a customer was the biggest inconvenience in the world. My food took forever..way longer than it should have. Five Guys needs to seriously reevaluate who they put in charge, because her attitude is definitely driving customers away.
