Needed a coffee went ahead & ordered a big Mac meal gave the food to a walking man I believe he loved it

This is a McDonald's so the food and coffee is pretty much what you would get at any other franchise. What made me review this outlet was that the service was above average. Polite, personal, attentive service. Not what I'm used to at a nationwide fast food place. Good employees deserve a shout out.

The manager here was so sweet. We did have a little mix up with my order. It was really windy outside so I’m not too surprised they didn’t hear me perfectly. But the manager was kind and got it fixed quickly for me. There was also some fun tables with touchscreen games and even a table that changed color when you touched it. Definitely the most high tech McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I really wish I lived in the area so I could come here more often. Bathrooms were very clean and of course the food was delicious

Me and my boyfriend were just at this location and I got a 10 piece chicken nugget he just got a cheese burger off the dollar menu. BUT MAN I have never been so happy and pleased. The amount of care who ever had boxing my chicken nuggets is amazing and he /she /they needs a huge raise!!! Thank you so much

Haven't had a long wait time to place and get my order. They always get my order correct. And they are about the only McDonald's that still puts napkins in your bag. Good job 👍

Went through the drive thru around 11pm-ish. It was dead an thought it was closed. They were still open an clear on the speaker. Fresh hot delicious fries an fresh cooked not dried out quarter pounder with cheese meals. This was the best McDonald's I've been to in years. I would say they could have the outdoor lights fixed on the sign an exterior. Otherwise I couldn't complain about anything. Definitely a great location.

Not too bright in there but not too dark best McDonald's I've been to as far as lighting. Had to use a kiosk, I hate using kiosks, they're so slow when compared to a person at the counter. Parking was good but I had a trailer so I can't complain too much about it.

Food was good. It's standard McDonald's. Wasn't cold or anything like that. Service was a little too slow in my opinion (I used to work fast food for 7 yrs, so I know). I went through the drive through so can't speak on interior atmosphere. However, I believe the parking lot and drive thru could use some cleaning/updating. Just wasn't as inviting as I hoped.

I had to stand and wait. Which was no big deal, but 3 employees passed by me several times without a hello, or someone will be with you in a moment. One of them could have at least asked if I've been helped. I'm really big on customer service and have been a frequent customer, so I'm only speaking about this matter because I haven't had any issues with any of the other McDonald's I've frequented. Everyone is entitled to a bad day. But not in customer service. That roll is for unique employees who will strive for professionalism at all times. A greeting someone doesn't take any effort at all. This is not a tear down but a teachable moment. Which we ALL can learn to improve.

This was a surprisingly good visit. First, I had to take a double take on my total $$. I ordered a whole 20 nuggets, basket of fries, two drinks, and I even splurged on an extra sandwich and extra sauces!!! All well under $20!! Finally, a day when I’ve ordered food and received quick and friendly service. The employee even asked me if I also wanted ketchup with my order! Usually we have to beg for extra condiments. Food was hot, tasted freshly cooked and I didn’t have to wait. Oh and my soda was so good, a perfect balance of bubbles. Thank you, McDonald’s off of I20 and Business 287, thank you. We will be coming back.

All i got was a large drink an order of donuts sticks (6). I had to wait on the donut sticks which wasn't a problem because they cook them fresh. They was awful. Barely and cinnamon on them. I didn't care for them

I stop here every morning Mon-Thurs between 7:20-7:40 on my way to school. The only reason i am giving 3 stars is because last Thurs 6/8 i stopped to get a coffee like every morning and i always just get my cream and sugar at the window instead of having them put it in to save them time on a busy morning. The lady that came to the window freaked out when i asked for my cream and sugar and acted like she was so put out by having to do her job! Everyone on the other hand has always been so kind that i enjoy my stop there in the mornings but the rude employee needs to be aware that you can effect someone's whole morning by being rude and disrespectful to customers that are giving you a place to work by buying what you sell. I work in customer service and i am aware of the importance of people being happy with the way they are treated is what keeps them coming back to see me. She was older so you would think she would know better but i guess some people missed being taught kindness and manners.

I come to this McDonald's all the time. One of my favorites. NEVER had a issue till tonight. I walked in to the facility wasnt greeted (i always am) i took my order at the kiosk, i was paying with cash so i proceeded to the front counter, as i walked up there she got my order ready. No eye contact, she didnt speak with me NOTHING! I had a special order on my order, i procedded to tell her what it was and i got no responce nor a look. She walked away after i paid. I had 2 drinks, she did not give them to me. I was at the counter for a good 5 minutes before i called a manager over to give me my cups. I go sit down with my number at the edge of the table. She came to bring me my mcflurry she SLAMS it on the table and yanks the number a way. Again doesn't say anything. I called the store after i left and talked to a manager he apologizes witch he did nothing wrong it was her. And told me he was gonna talk to her. She was rude disrespectful and ugly to customers. If you dont like working there quit. Simple. Rant over.

There staff is always different. Sometimes they will be great and quick. Other times I will be waiting for my food for 10-15 mins! The mornings seem to be worse, not sure if its lack of employees or lack of training. Either way it would be nice to see some consistency here. It is always clean and the food is mostly the same ever trip make. Oh and it would be nice if the cones were in the right lane where you could see it.

Was craving some McDonalds and we got the filet-o-fish, quarter pounder and fries. It was my first time trying the filet-o-fish and it was pretty good. The quarter pounder was just as good as I remembered. And of course, we had to get the fries, which brings me back to my childhood. Overall, a decent meal from McDonald’s.

I really want to love this McDonald's as it's the closest to where I live but more often than not my order is wrong or takes 10+ minutes. Last time I went the cashier (who didn't seem of sober mind) attempted to hand me the wrong sized beverage. Said he'd fix it while telling a coworker attempting to help "chill out, chill out". I was asked to pull up. A few minutes later I was handed a bag of food, missing the salad I had ordered and the beverages to go with my meals. I laid on the horn and they rushed back with the salad, and proceeded to ignore me while I waited for my beverages. Drove off without my drinks as my food was getting cold and at this point there was a line around the building. Get it together, guys. This has got to be the most consistently terrible McDonald's I've ever been to.

Ordered chicken nuggets at drive thru and they were probably the worst I've had yet from a McDonald's. Had a charred/funky burnt taste ... Not normal taste ...just not edible. Nice ending to a long day / first meal. 😳😶🤢

The food was good and the server was very friendly but the manager on duty was trying to force feed the kiosk and was berating/educating her staff in front of everyone. This caused a backup of hungry eaters. In my opinion, if I have to take my own order with a server standing next to me showing me what to do (witnessed this while eating) then I would just go through the drive thru. Why would I be okay knowing salaries are being paid to watch me do their job?

I do at this location quite often and this isn't the first time this has happened.i used the McDonald's app for the mobile order.i was in designated spot for almost 11 minutes. I sat there and watched several people come and go that hot there way after I did. I ended up having to go in and see where my food was. I had a hard time getting anyone to notice me. Had I not already paid I would've left and went down the road

The lady took my order right after I got there. They took forever in the store. Its like they focus more on the drive thru. It was clean, though. Would be a 4, if they didn't take so long. Bathrooms were very clean. It's happened at least 3 times that I've been there, lately.

Considering it's not even 2yrs old it underwent a remodel in October. I can honestly say the visit AFTER the remodel was slower service. Even though my order was repeated back to me with the correct price, when I got to the window (2 cars later) they had no record of my order yet they had given me the correct price with wrong food. It took several minutes which held up the line to correct my order.

I ordered online like at the automated thing and it was a little bit different completed that and then it said that they would bring the food to my table and they did not so when my friend came in and ordered they didn't bring her food to the table either so that's kind of false advertisement

Food was cold and stale, like it has been sitting for awhile.

Staff just needs a revisit on customer service, a bit rude or maybe just lack of communication. Forgot sauce. Fillet was put together with way too munch tartar sauce and lady yelled hello at me. Been coming there for years. Good otherwise

Having to go here for convenience, is always an issue. It's either the cashier in the drive thru has an attitude, or the window where you get your food, something is always missing and having to go back. Can't get any napkins, or more then 2 sauces when you order 4meals. But to today, I'm done!!! Hair in the food.

Okay, had to update this review. I guess this McDonalds is a food manufacturing facility now. Was good some time back, but this is the third time I've gotten a dry burger kuke warm so I tried the crispy chicken sandwich hoping for the best. I have had it with this place months ago I would have gave good results. I guess managment changed rude, can't seem to get orders right, and have a big problem with giving back your change. This has happened more than 3 times on different days.

Worst place. Orders wrong and food is cold which is surprising since it takes forever to get you would think it would be fresh. They need to get someone experienced to take over this store and get these people trained asap. I wish there was a negative star because one is giving them to much credit! An employee told my husband to put the food in the microwave!

I usually get ok service from this restaurant aside from being slow. But today I visited as an Uber driver, I came into the store and stood at the delivery pick up window for more than 5 mins no one greeted me, spoke or asked if I needed anything. Several people looked at me but didn’t bother to ask if I needed help. I’m glad I wasn’t a customer needing to be helped although someone came into the restaurant and wasn’t greeted. No one was at the front register to take orders he was asking me what to do hell I don’t work here. It’s sad that customers spend their money and can’t get quality service. So they close at 11....I just went to get a sausage and egg mc muffin .....the manager Jessica says the egg machine is down.(egg machine)all day breakfast...getting cleaned its 9 p.m. you got two hours... then ask if I wanted a folded egg no I want the real one worst McDonald's I've been to in my life and the lobby always trashed!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the speaker to the last window where you get your meal. The employees never said a word to me when they took my card, or handed me my food, and seemed annoyed by my presence. This has happened every single time I've gone to this location. I've also only had my order come out right 1 time out of at least 8 or 9 visits to this location. You can tell by the rating that the manager of this store needs to make some SERIOUS changes.

This by far is the worst McDonald's I have been to in my life.The managers are extremely rude and under qualified anytime they are presented with an issue they are too lazy to handle or deal with it. My husband and I was literally just trying to buy a hot meal for a homeless woman and to be treated so rudely is heartbreaking. They got upest with ue because we simply asked if we could pay with card instead of cash. So as we proceeded to the next window they were speaking badly about us and we let it go but then one of the male employees decided to stick his head out the window and flip us off as we drove away. We then call the manger to report the issue and she denied the man was even working at the time and then eventually admits that she seen him go to the window once we told her she was being recorded..just pitiful honestly.

I was there 10/23/18. I ordered by McDonald's app. They gave my order then I verified that I got everything, missed 2 big mac then I asked for them, they take for ever to give me everything. I tried to let them know my feedback and Tony just turn around and closed the window in my face then, a lady that was behind was laughing and came to the window to ask what I need, I let her know what the employee Tony did to me and I asked for the manager, she said she was the manager. I explained to her again and she asked me what I want her to do. I told her that they was very unrespectful, she said is nothing that she can do just apologized🤬

The service was horrible. I waited 30 minutes to get my food, and the cashier was a little to friendly. If I were you I would never go to this McDonald's. no matter how many times I told them I wanted ranch they didn't listen and kept trying to give me a drink. Drive through cashier could not even take a simple order. The girl at the drive thru told me it takes 10 minutes to brew coffee! This is the 2nd time I have been to this McDonald's to get coffee and apparently is too much to ask for night shift crews who need coffee. Any other location is 4 min for fresh coffee.

This particular MC Donalds has some of the rudest employees! I just left the woman who took my order wasn't friendly at all never spoke and had the nerve to say I asked for something I didn't. I pull up to the window and this trick didn't give me my receipt. Next window a heavy set women wearing blue looked at me as if I complicated her whole mood by speaking and saying thank you. She looked at me as if she was saying ummm why are you still here. I serve numerous homeless people who's bedside manners are pleasing to God and man. I need for them to humble themselves and get it together. The franchise makes more than enough money to properly train staff on mannerisms.

Had to go in from the drive through because the order was incorrect. Items were wrong, missing, and/or just dumped in the bag (fries were everywhere). Not sure how this is a "double checked" effort. It was a slight improvement over our last visit. We actually received a hamburger without the meat! Update, tried this again using the app. After 45 minutes of waiting, the order was canceled and no refund. I'm DONE with this location!

I had to wait 25 mins for 2 fried pies that I asked if they had ready at the speaker. Then my fries were completely soggy. They asked me to pull up to wait on fries then when I get them They were completely limp and oily. The quality of food and customer surface is always poor at this location. They need new management.

Horrible experience, crispy chicken was old and soggy. When I asked for another one I was told it would be 10 minutes so I asked for my money back. The manager Tatiana was very rude and disrespectful screaming at me across the lobby. I put my return receipts on the counter to separate the cash and she said I better throw away my receipt and began to be rude. When i turned around and asked for the managers info and store # she denied me the info and said to look it up.Older female employee gave me everything I asked for and was very nice and polite.

It's like this place doesn't have a water filtration system. The drinks (soda/orange juice/tea) tastes like chemicals. They're undrinkable. It's been that way since I first went there 10 months ago. I've only been about 3 times (today being the third) to see if they have changed....they haven't. It tastes like that chemical smell that that factory next door releases every so often, taking your breath away. Update Oct. 19, 2017: There was about 1 month where the drinks tasted perfectly fine. I was happy and drank several drinks from there. Then I went last week and the drinks were horrible again. Tastes like strong chemicals. I don't understand why this place can't get their drinks right. I've never experienced this at any other mcdonalds in my life.

At this hour of night there was some bad experiences. Asked for two meals and one regular sandwich I only got the opposite one meal two sandwiches, yet still charged the same losing 4.38 in money worth, and no receipt for the transaction. When at home it was already too late to do this. No phone is answered at this location and of course no change since no receipt was given. I've said it before at other locations: stop going to those and I did. I will have to quit this location too since nothing gets done until you call real managers and corporations to fix their problem.

First part of visit was okay but then we got our food and the fries were cold but my wife didn't say anything because the cashier was sweet but then i asked for a refill on my cherry limeade and the guy was gonna make pay 1.50 for a refill not even like half the price or anything. But the worst part is I was just gonna get cherry sprite but NO flavor would come out on either machine....and they STILL wouldn't give it to me

This is one of those locations where there is no refreshment station out convenient for the customers … so you’ll want avoid if that’s important to you

Everytime I come here its something. Yesterday they almost handed me somebody else's WHOLE meal. Today I have been waiting 10 minutes in the 3rd window for 2 coffees and an oatmeal. 🙄 I ordered online too. Edit: Now everytime I go I have to make my own coffee. They never put my sugars inside or give me a stirrer to make my own coffee.

Placed an order during a relatively slow time and saw that they couldn't keep up with the little demand and asked drivers to park and wait. I suspect that we got their order because it was completely wrong. When we went back we got our order but they asked for the 1st one back hopefully they threw it away but I don't think they did. On top of that there were no napkins, straws, ketchup, and we still had the wrong burger for one order. One last complaint isn't really their fault but when we parked in the back to eat we saw a couple of shady looking people that seemed to be enjoying more than just a happy meal in their car. Anyway not McDonald's fault but be aware.

This location is a bad pickup location for Uber drivers. I had to waste time waiting in the drive through. If you offer Uber eat service for your customers, you should have a convenient pick up process for drivers. We make money per delivery and not for time wasted waiting to pick up.

Ice cream machine down (shocker) , got $3 bundle double cheeseburger with extra onions and a 2nd double cheeseburger also with extra onions I ask the guy at the window as he hands me my food "Extra onions right" but he's already closing the window and not paying attention then he catches the window before it closes to ask if I need ketchup because I didn't speed off till he sees me checking the burger and he says not enough onions? I respond with No, there's barely any but it's not worth it. As in dealing with someone who clearly prioritizes drive thru speed over correct orders. Saddest thing is this wasn't even a standard employee , he was wearing a long sleeve checkered button up shirt so I'm assuming either an owner or corporate I've been going here for 3 years multiple times a week and I'm never giving this McDonald's another cent.

Every time we come to this place, we are always told to pull up to an extra window to wait forever on food. Especially during times when there is no one behind us in the drive thru. They are only doing this to make their stats look good. Food is bland and cold most of the time.

We came through drive thru and put 2 different orders. On one order I had the special of 13.99 with 40 chicken nuggets, with two drinks and 2 fries. I had two orders just like that, ever since we started on drive through we were waiting on them to tell us our total like for 10 minutes . When we moved forward one of our orders was missing. We had to wait more, for the order to be ready. Total we were almost there 50 minutes waiting for our hole order to be complete ! This is ridiculous ! Then I wanted to speak to the supervisor and a Laquana just gave us excuses and no apologies. She was not the supervisor even though I asked for one .We could at least gotten a cupón.

I waited 15 minutes for a large fry and got 3/4 large fry and it took me another 5 minutes to get ketchup packets I was asking for the second it was handed to me 😫😫

5:43 am & here I am writing a bad review due to customer service and false time frames on Google / the McDonald’s app for this location. Apparently this location doesn’t open until 6am on Saturdays AND Sundays , Not just Sundays , according to Google. The app let me place a whole order , took my payment and all. I get there & the manager on the shift didn’t even acknowledge me . From waving , honking and tapping. Her and another older employee who was doing the ice just ignored me. All I needed was clarification & help on how to cancel the order because I have NEVER had to cancel an order INSIDE the app. Anyways , UPDATE THE STORES TIME ON GOOGLE & THE APP !! THANK YOOUUU .

I ordered 4 sausage biscuits and all 4 had no sausage on them. Called up to the store to make them aware of the situation and the manager I spoke to was extremely rude, nothing but attitude and very disrespectful. Maybe they should rethink their management team if they’re going to be rude towards their customers. I didn’t want anything, I just wanted to make them aware and the manager got super defensive right away.

Went through dt ordered double cheeseburger light mayo,light ketchup and a large sprite.. got burger and large fries .. told them it was suppose to be a sprite and they pulled me up gave me my sprite and say thank you I said you charged me for a large fries and they said yea but that's ok keep them and the sprite.. I said I didn't want to pay for fries so the refunded me and ask for fries back.. then I get home burger has extra mayo no ketchup.. young kids working trying to just get people out as quick as possible. Had they rang my order up so I could verify it or repeat it at first window we could of avoided this . Very disappointed with this location moved to area in July been there twice a d both times bad experience..and to top it off I'm eating my burger as is look down at the wrapper and there is a a ring of mustard... Wth!!!! Get your staff in order ... Ive a general manager for 25 years and this is unacceptable...

We ordered two Big Mac meals through the Drive up . Food was cold, on top on being cold the French fries tasted like cardboard.

No straws for the drinks!?!? I've ordered from this location like literally 25 times.... I've never received straws for my drink. What the hell is goin on???

Food was cold … MCCHICKEN taste like they are a day old. Fries are just cold and hard. With the prices charged you would think quality would be better. Thanks so much for horrible dinner. The service was horrible too. Order and they only got 3 of my items ordered and told me they didn’t add my other items. So then I asked to go ahead and order it then told me you will have to pay for it. Well duh 🙄 I will go to a different McDonald’s if I ever go back.

I would have liked to go back and get the chicken sandwich that was left off my order, but due to inclement weather, no answer when calling the store back, and me not being provided a receipt due to an issue with the printer I have nothing to stand on. This really upset me so this is just a moment to vent about how dissatisfied I an once again with this store. Terrible!!!

The service is poor . I requested an order of a quarter pounder deluxe meal but gave me McChicken instead

As you can see on the receipt I asked and was charged for a medium caramel macchiato, they gave me a small. Made me pull up to the third and final little drive through window. Manager of all people handed me my drink, didn’t wait for me to check my order, didn’t ask me if I needed anything else. Walked away from the window out of sight. Didn’t have time to wait to get anyones attention or get my order fixed. At the time I was the only car in the drive through, and there was only one truck in the parking lot. So busy isn’t the excuse. Please do better

They literally ignore u at the first counter, they don’t know what they’re doing, they don’t even know their own address, mobile orders are voided and you waste your money , fast food where when I’m waiting 20 minutes for them to even come to the counter? Never even got my food.

Just don’t. Who gets a Big Mac without the Big Mac sauce? You tell them what you want, they slap stickers of what you asked for but still do what they want. Those people in there don’t know how to read apparently.
