This is always a stop when we are in town. Steve is our guy!!! He serves a cold beer and is always fun to have a chat. We’ve added a few dollars to the walls over the years, always fun to find them when we come in. Juke box, live music, small patio. Perfect little dive for a few drinks. Dog friendly

Your treated with a personal touch, the drinks are awesome strong if thats what you like and cheaper than most other places around kernville, best of all Steve is the most sweetest giving bartender in the world, and all the locals know it . If you go through kernville this is a must stop even for just a water and a hello from The hut.
This was a place to be 20 years ago when I first moved up here super bands Rock always great drinks meet new people no fighting no arguing no hating girls got dressed up dance floor was busy bumping to the music and the drinks were strong in the most important part was never followed home by the police good thing I'd have to jump out of the car run home and Report the car stolen LOL
Steve is a great bartender, I am from out of town, but felt very welcome

Quaint little dive on the main drag through Kernville. The parking lot is tiny. They have a stage and live music a few times per year. Used to have a nice house band that kept the place popping until one of the members flew the coup and they dissolved. The bartender was friendly and talkative. The owner has put the place up for sale in case you're interested in owning such a gem.

The owner was refusing my id and not letting us in. He wouldn’t give a reason just saying I’m not serving you, and was calling us names when we would ask why. NEVER GO HERE WORST PLACE!!!!
This place is dead most of the time. They don't really do a lot of live music anymore. All the dollars in the walls were interesting though.
