Ordered pizza to go (called ahead). Wasn't ready when I arrived but they were really busy with lunch. Great pizza. Worth the 15 minute wait. 2 for one pizza on Tuesday!

Love their food and it's to be expected it's pricier than others because it better, however the 4 star is because of drive thru service took 15mins from the time I got behind the first car ordering till ANY of the cars moved so I could speak to a representative on the intercom. I understand that's a first world problem but the drive thru is supposed to be fairly quick you know two to three minutes per order at most 5 it was 15 till we moved and two cars behind us left. I had an online order so i could've went in but decided to stay. Stil love the place, work on speed please. My sandwich was amazingly good and made up gor the time and I wasn't late to anything so that's good. Thanks team.

Great place to stop. Food is great and the service is good. The atmosphere is fair. The bathrooms were out of order though.

Employees are polite and keep the restaurant clean. Prices aren't bad, I ordered a sandwich, pizza, cookie and drink and it only cost $21. The pizza sauce is a little different and not my favorite but my son really likes it.

I sat and waited while my sandwich was done in the bag and waited at the windows while workers looked at videos and were dancing around. Then the girl handed it to me and just said "here" and the slammed the window

The calzone was amazing. I didn't expect it to be that good. We will definitely order it again real soon. The lemonade was perfect. The pick 2 was a huge disappointment. $25 and not enough food for a kids meal. If this had been an in person order I would have cancelled it. Schlotzskys owes me a couple of sandwiches.

Always slow but today was a banner day. 15 minutes to get a small original at the drive thru ( only 2 people in line)while they advertised it as a special(?) you would think they'd be ready to handle the expected increase in orders? The sandwich as always was good but .....

look, this isn't a good location. it's oddly dirty, the drink machines only barely work at any given time, and they always mess up our orders. it doesn't help the person behind the counter just stares a like you said the most idiotic thing, and you have to repeat yourself. all of this on top of just how expensive your meal will be. theres two Subways in Kilgore. you'll be better off going to one of them if youre that hungry for a sandwich.

12/08/24 Around 1:30pm: First I would like to say that I Do enjoy Schlotzsky's food. Today, I didn't have a great experience. It was my first time ordering online and I arrived inside 10 minutes after ordering. Long story short... I waited inside for 15 minutes before someone came up and told me that they were out of part of my order and I substituted it for something else. The food was bland and not properly made. While I was waiting, another family came in to order food as well. The mother asked for a wet rag to clean off their table. The emplyee went to the back grabbed a blue paper cloth and proceeded to wet it in the mop bucket before ringing it out and handing it to the lady. The lady did not see this happen but I did because I could see through the online order window where the mop was leaning against the wall. As the lady walked towards me, I informed her what happened. She was very grateful! But the audacity that the employee had to do that to someone who's trying to feed their children.. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!

This location seriously needs help! I stopped going for a while due to the amount of time of waiting in the drive through. Went to give it another chance today and was a mistake. 2 young girls working in the front, i ask for a single cinnamon roll. A small original, and a cup of French dip. She ran my card. Hands me a bad with 6 cinnamon rolls after my card has been charged. No receipt.. then when I ask how much the cinnamon rolls are she informed me they were almost 16.00. Let that slide, people make mistakes. After still sitting at the window 17 minutes later she hands me a bag with the sandwich. No French dip.. I ask for the French dip she tells me I have to pull back around.. im normally very understanding, but if they would pay attention to the customers rather than playing around with their buddies at the front counter things may flow smoother. 25.00 for an order of food that will now be cold, sucking up and not causing a hassle over being charged wrong, and 41 minutes later and gave uo waiting in line for the dip. Will definitely never have my business again!! If someone can tell me how I can get in touch with a manager I would be grateful..

I LOVE the food at the Longview Tx store . When I worked in Longview I ate at schlotzsky's at least once a week. The Kilgore is NOTHING like it. They have VERY poor service like tonight I went through the drive at this location and the girl at the window was NOT friendly at all. My sandwich was not even put together as a sandwich when I got it out of the bag . I asked for cream soda to drink and when the girl working the window handed it to me it was dark in color I said this is cream soda she just said yeah and shut the window. It WAS NOT cream soda is was coke mixed with something else. They never have products the advertise!! I paid 21.00 for food I couldn't even eat!

Actually our first time eating there. The taste of the food was not bad but for what you pay it's definitely not worth it. Came in hungry, left disappointed. Almost every table in the place was dirty despite having only two other customers in there. Since it was our first time I asked for advice on what to get and what I thought I was going to get at about half as much meat as I thought. I gave it one star because the girl behind the counter was friendly otherwise it may have been zero Stars. Don't waste your time.
